I moved to the Dominon in August and I love it here. I toured with Cristina Martinez and she guided me through everything with kind attention and the other staff have all been so kind and helpful. Everyone who works here does a great job from the office to cleaning and maintenance!! The tenants I’ve met make great neighbors and are friendly. People review that there are roaches. I have never seen one in the building, hallway or my apartment. Makes me wonder who came first,,, the tenants or the roaches! Possibly they came with you? I highly recommend living her, it’s all great

I havent dealt so much with the office part, Im here visiting a friend. I will say though the apartments are nice for what you pay. Just follow their rules and pay rent and enjoy your space. Every place is different. No issues here and they stay keeping this place well kept up.

Whether you are single or married with a family, and looking for a secure apartment with modern amenities, Dominion at Mercer Crossing is a great option to consider. I have been living at Dominion Apartments for a year, and my overall experience has been excellent. The pool and environment are very clean, there is a modern clubhouse for relaxation, and the 24-hour gym is well-maintained with timely scheduled cleaning and maintenance.Having a nice apartment is one thing, but having great management is another, the management here is exceptional. When my car was mistakenly towed by the towing company managing the apartments towing services, I logged a complaint with the property manager, Rosa Vazquez. Despite the issue being beyond her control, she found a way to resolve it to our satisfaction. Rosa is attentive and goes above and beyond to address concerns.Another excellent staff member is Jada Hawley, who has a warm personality, is friendly, and is always ready to help resolve issues. The maintenance team is also on-site and on standby to handle any technical service or issues promptly.Overall, the management is outstanding. If you are looking for a modern apartment building with fair rent, modern amenities, a 24-hour gym, a pool, a nice clubhouse, and an excellent management team, I highly recommend checking out Dominion at Mercer Crossing.

The location is excellent, and the modern apartments are well-maintained. The accomplished maintenance team ensures the facilities remain clean, while the friendly assistant manager works diligently to resolve any issues promptly. The only inconveniences I’ve experienced have been due to other residents.

I absolutely love living at Dominion at Mercer Crossing Apartments! The location is fantastic, with the Campion Trail just a short walk away, perfect for my daily runs and weekend bike rides. The amenities here are very nice – the pool is always clean and inviting, and the gym is well-equipped. The management team is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues or questions. Their dedication to making this community a wonderful place to live is truly appreciated.

My best experience overall is the Maintenance TONY is always on time and any requests put in are handled immediately… I have been here over 2 years and have never been more happier. Same management! Also the Manager Rosa is professional and listens! … I can’t forget about about Ms Jada and Albert … the overall team here are simply amazing!!!

Completed almost 4 months in this property and would say that it’s pretty much good. Office is helpful to get any issues sorted and the handy man is awesome. For quick fixes they respond immediately however for big fixes, follow ups are required but we got our issue fixed.Community wise, the facilities are good. Clean and tidy gym facilities, with all required equipments. Got that 24 hours, which is best as we use it off hours. Pool is clean and timings are good.Tenants can be bit loud in the courtyard area as they get their dogs to walk and can often hear loud screams around 2-3 at nights and dogs bark, which should be addressed for sure!!Fire alarms, as mentioned, lot of faulty alarms! But they do address it.Neighbors are loud, at night! This really needs to be addressed. Rest, love the apartment layout, the spacing and the interiors.

Great apartments, lovely staff. Move-in was smooth and all my questions answered. Its brand new so I was expecting some hiccups, but the tap water in my unit stinks (literally, as the water in the pipes has been stagnant since it was built months ago.) Its taking longer than I thought it would to flush out the bacteria so Im a little apprehensive about its safety. Otherwise, I dont see a reason not to recommend this place!

Rosa & All of the management are top notch here at Dominion at Mercer Crossing, super understanding and kind. The maintenance staff all professional and fast as well. Great neighborhood that’s walkable with trails, pond views, convenient store and hotel restaurant nearby. Very safe with police presence often, would recommend to friends and family

Honestly staff is great! Have had an issue with water filling my backyard and unfortunately due to location it will sit and not dry up for very long amounts of time. Leasing staff are having contractors come to fix my concerns.Was very surprised and grateful they are taking this seriously.Special thanks to Lacey for being so helpful and sweet!All properties have issues but the staff make the difference!

I absolutely love my apartment!!! I have lived here since February 2020 and experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness from the staff. Brandon was my leasing agent and did a phenomenal job!!!! My maintenance requests have been handled efficiently and effectively! I have zero complaints! Keep up the great work.
