I have been living here since August of 2022; the outside of the apartments are beautiful. One of the cons are some pigeons, but beautiful apartments nevertheless. The club house and office is good too, my experience with maintenance and office had been mostly positive,with some issues being cleared up with clear communication.The gates used to be a problem, but thats because some people kept hitting it with their vehicle or the gate hits their vehicle, etc. (There was an issue where someone irresponsible hit the rock apartment sign with their vehicle and that rock trail was seen all over the road but thats another story). The gates now appear good and remotely controlled so to speak now.I like how the staff does community events, food parties, scavenger hunts, contests, it adds more to the experience I guess? The payment-community portal app is coo too. Apartment experiences in different units, varies with the neighbors you have, which could be a good or it could be a bad experience; further more on the units, decent interior overall, if you need storage theres some, if you need reserve parking theres also some as well.I think now, atleast where I am at, pest control has been good, maintenence has been responsive and helpful. Its not loud at night, some noises sometimes yes, its quite quiet, usually; Not a fan of the Pellicano road though, then again Im not a fan of long construction projects.If youre still reading this, District at Pellicano Apartments are good. If youre reading this and perhaps want a little more: theres Retreat at Horizon Hills, The Retreat at East Lake or somevother place for those wanting much more. (I forgot to mention : theres a pool, 24 hrs fitness,pet friendly if you have pets, pool table, place to grill, etc.)

Have been living here for almost a year. Super dog friendly, have not had any issues with the office. Any maintenance requests are done either on the same day or the very next day.The maintenance is overall really great! And they do very well in communicating any information that needs immediate attention.The layout of the apartments is very well spaced out. We have 2 medium size dogs, we live in a 2 Bed. Apt, and they roam around very comfortably in the living room. All appliances are included. And you get pest control every month, and upon request. Also a really nice perk is that they have trash valet pick-up on weekdays.And as far as the bills, since the water is allocated, I believe the most we have paid has been like $12 a month. We dont have a gas bill. So all you really worry about is the electricity.But in all honesty... I do strongly believe the you get your moneys worth here. It is a little pricey, but if you really compare with other places. You really save more here. Especially since you dont have to pay for a washer and dryer or pay to take your clothes to a Laundromat.

LOVED the ladies that assisted me! Super helpful. Anngelynn was such a great person to tour with. Nat had all the answers, made my son & I feel super welcomed. If you want a clean & safe environment this is definitely the place.

Nice, new, modern style apartments. Overall quiet and very well kept. Staff are friendly and the amenities are good! Work order requests are done very quickly. Complimentary coffee in the clubhouse is a plus as well as access to a pool table, computers, and gym.

I’m very happy I found this gated community! The apartments are brand new and very modern. Emily and Alicia were wonderful and very friendly!This side of town is growing and there is a lot of construction in the area, but the community is very quiet at night. As a newly divorced man I couldn’t think of a better place to start this next chapter in my life.

This apartments are very quite and comfortable I highly recommended them. I love the amenities and how fast maintenance is when there is an issue. Overall 10/10 Im renewing my lease and staying here Im happy and it has a home feel to it.

I just wanted to take the time and share a review regarding this apartments. Ive been living here for a couple of months now and I just wanted to say that I LOVE living here!! Im so comfortable and cozy. Its very clean and pet friendly. The amenities are new and very Modern. I also appreciate maintenance they get work orders taken care of in a timely manner. Also the girls are very helpful and accommodating. Love the gym and how they involve the apartment community with friendly events & reminders. Its shows that they care and appreciate us. I want to thank briana especially she is the one who I spoke to when I was interested in these apartments. She was very helpful, sweet, & patient.I highly recommend this apartments you will not regret it.

Going on two years living here, absolutely love my apartment. My unit was new when I first moved in. Great natural light throughout. The entire community is well kept. Absolutely love the pool and gym. Anything that needs fixing is taken care of, and staff is very helpful.

Been living here for a while and since the moment I walked in the leasing staff treated me so good. Love that they’re very attentive and they’re always available when you call them about any issue going on or sometimes they even have events for us, contests and when I first got my apartment I received a small welcome bag with goodies! Whenever I go use the computers I love how they have freshly baked cookies and candy! Sometimes very different from the apartments I used to live in before . Moving to the district has been the best decision I’ve made this year!

This has been my first home for almost 2 years already! Apartment are super spacey, modern, neighbors are super friendly. Whenever you need any type of assistance the office members are always happy to help, if maintenance is required they help you out the same day or the next day at a max. Office members are always very interactive with the community they really do make the community feel like a neighborhood. I am in love with my apartment that I made my first home, bills are practical even if you use your AC a lot bills are very low. All appliances are stainless steel and energy efficient! High ceilings that will make you fall in love with the apartments even more - gated community that keep you safe! I’m happy that i’ve had such a great experience since I started to look for places plus easy access to the new Eastlake center attractions - District is the place to be. 💖

Have been living here for over 6 months and i have no complaints about my time here so far. The apartment is very modern and has everything you can ask for, with in unit washer/dryer! Pest control comes in regularly and maintenance responds very quickly. Office staff has been great this far and always responds in a timely manner.

I have been living here almost a year and I enjoyed it.(I will be renewing). The staff are very professional, welcoming and nice. My dog loves it here as well as he loves going for walks and going to the dog park. A very calm. quiet and lighted up complex. The best part of it all is the gatherings/events for the residents. Thank you to the staff.❤️

I submitted my application and put my deposit down around June of 2021 went through the same roller coaster of not having a set move in date. Thankfully I didn’t have a timeline for when I needed to move into the apartments and was able to wait it out. The communication was a bit confusing since at the time it was just Kathy and a few employees from the sisters properties. Although I can’t and won’t complain because I knew it was a new property and it takes time to find the perfect staff. Which they found! Finally I got a set move in date for March of this year. It was quick and easy! Beyond worth the wait! It’s spacious, the staff is amazing! Always helpful, very kind and just overall a pleasure to visit from time to time. The neighborhood itself is good. I got to see this community grow and slowly open up more buildings. It’s been nice seeing the place transform.

Ever since we moved into the district at pellicano, we have loved every moment being here! this is our first apartment & it has been a great experience for us so far. not only did the aesthetics of the apartment catch our attention but one thing that sold me on these apartments is the fact that they do not have a breed restriction on dogs! almost every apartment we looked at prior did not allow our doberman or she was over the weight limit. i am so so glad i found these apartments & that they allowed us to have our doberman with us!second, i greatly appreciate that they complete the service requests on the day & time i request. & each time the service men have been great & fix the problem in a timely manner!third, i appreciate how courteous & helpful the front office staff are. i’ve dealt with emily & brittney the most & have never had an issue with them. this might just be the fact that i call so much but i appreciate how they remember their residents. each time i call, they already know it is me!lastly, i appreciate all the amenities they have from the pool to the 24 hour gym to the clubhouse!

Im super pleased with the office staff. They have gone above and beyond to meet my needs as a resident. Im happy to be part of the District of Pellicano community. I cant think of a better place to live as far as apartments go. I would definitely recommend it.

When I first walked in I was greeted by Emily, and she was amazing! She greeted me openly and kindly. She went through the process with me and answered all my questions thoroughly, considering it was my first time getting my own apartment. She was patient with me and took the time to show me around and show me the different floor options. The apartments themselves are also very beautiful!

The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. When I was looking for an apartment I stopped in and talked to Emily. She is simply amazing!!! Always greats you with a warm smile gives you her undivided attention. She was so helpful through the entire process and worked hard to make sure I was happy. Always answered the phone returned my emails and is super professional. If looking for a new home I highly recommend the District of Pellicano and ask for EMILY and you will not be disappointed

Beautiful apartments! I had an issue with the previous manager not filing paperwork resulting in me racking up 3K worth of bills after moving out. The property manager Cathy resolved the issues seamlessly and saved me the stress and money from the previous managers ineptitude.

Apartments are nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Gates work sometimes and if you live near the office youll hear a constant beeping from the Fire riser room. Kinda annoying when you want to open the windows during nice weather. Also at no fault of the apartments, (not docking stars for it) traffic is pretty bad on Pellicano, so going to run quick errands can be kind of a pain since you have traffic to deal with.

My experience living in the apartments is very good because my family and I have been satisfied with everything. Very nice apartments, gym, pool, especially the staff who work in the offices. Emily is very nice, she always answers all my questions and is keeping an eye on the people who live in the apartments.
