    If you are looking for a new apartment ask / see Kristi Nguyen !!!Discovery at the Realm is affordable, clean and very quiet. The other tenants are peaceful. If you need any maintenance they come out quickly and are friendly. The office associates always greets you with a smile and they are eager to assist. I personally feel Kristi goes above and beyond. She always remembers my name and asks how I am doing. I do not feel like a business transaction tenant at this apartment complex and renewed my lease for another year.

    I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment and I absolutely fell in love with it! The space is beautifully designed, with modern finishes and an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The layout is perfect, offering plenty of natural light, and I could really envision myself living there. The amenities were top-notch, and the location is ideal, close to everything I need.Unfortunately, I wasnā€™t able to move in due to some personal circumstances, but I wanted to take the time to leave a glowing review. The management team was friendly, professional, and genuinely made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If youā€™re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking it out ā€” I truly wish I could have been part of this amazing community!

    Overall liked living here. Kristi always answered any questions I had in a timely manner and recognized me around the complex. The staff was always friendly and made sure that their residents felt comfortable. This included David and Allison who made the move out process simple. We only moved out because we bought a house. Loved the pool, bar, and gym. Maintenance always answered quickly for us. Some downsides include the elevator and front gate always breaking like most apartment complexes, thin walls, and people often not cleaning up after their pets around the complex. I overall would and have recommended the complex to my friends.

    Iā€™ve been living here for the past 7 years and I am truly grateful for the staff at Discovery. Everyone is so kind, attentive and just pleasant to be around. I love that they promptly address my issues and how they love my dog as their own, always feeding her treats! From David (heā€™s the bomb!) to Allison (a beautiful sweetheart) to Veton (funny and very helpful), and Kristi (so down to earth!) Every place has its pros and cons but the pros far outweigh any cons here. They are very transparent and let me happily come in to get snacks+drinks+coffee that are available for free in the leasing office.

    I personally never had an issue living here. The leasing staff/maintenance crew have always taken care of me without any hesitation. My unit has never had any major issues either. I see reviews regarding parking which is understandable but being a locator and visiting most complexes in the DFW, youā€™d be surprised how many properties have the same issue. Idk why itā€™s a thing but it is when it comes to public parking; itā€™s a first come first serve basis. But yeah I can attest on living here based on my experience & if you want a designated spot theyā€™re only like $30-$40/m which in perspective is what you would spend on going out 2 times in this economy lmao.

    Great experience moving here recently. Over all the staff has been really welcoming and helpful. But David has been super awesome. From start to finish (application to picking up my keys to my new apt) he walked me through the whole process and even went the extra mile to push time lines to make sure I got my keys asap coming up to the holiday weekend. Always super friendly, attentive and helpful. Plus the man knows everybody and their pets too! šŸ˜ I dont think hes ever met a stranger, he makes. You feel like youve been old friends since forever and I say that as someone who generally needs to warm up to people.Thanks for making sure my moving process went smoothly. ā˜ŗļø

    I moved to this property almost a month ago and so far my experience here has been great. My leasing agent Veton has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Moving is already a stressful process so having an attentive leasing agent helps a lot. He responded to all of my emails in a timely fashion and if I called and he didnā€™t answer he made sure to call me back the same day. Upon move-in there were a few repairs that needed to be done to my townhome. I spoke with Veton about them and within a day he had a crew out assessing my concerns. The maintenance crew at this property is amazing also. They are so polite and they handle repairs swiftly. Iā€™m glad I made the decision to move to Discovery at the Realm and thank you Veton for all of your help!

    I moved in about 8 months ago. Its been smooth sailing so far. The property is clean, maintenance is proactive, and the office staff is friendly. There is a beautiful man made lake, a pretty nice onsite Club and 2 workout rooms. This is not my first luxury apartment experience, but it ranks pretty good considering the amenities and the price. Its worth a shot for sure!

    I am giving this complex a 4 star specifically because of David in the leasing office and how he has treated us!My bf and I moved into our unit in December 2023, nothing we noted on move in was fixed but nonetheless everything was super minor.We lived in building 5 and all the residents are super nice! (At least the ones I met)I will say the dog park can get quite over crowded with rowdy dogs and makes for a nerve racking time if you arenā€™t close with the other tenets that go with their dogs. Any issues we ever had with maintenance were usually handled in a timely manner. David in the leasing office was always informative on our billing, or any questions we had regarding deliveries, maintenance, and leasing questions! We ended up breaking our lease to save money to get a house and David was super kind and understanding! If you live at Discovery or plan to, def go to David for all your needs! Heā€™s the best! Veton is pretty great too!

    It has been a joy living at this complex. Staff members David, Veton & Allison have been nothing but helpful from the time I expressed interest in the complex, all throughout my lease, and when it came to the move out requirements at the end of my lease.Living in the enclosed, sanctioned off part of Windhaven felt like its own little villa. Chats by the firepits, dolphin dives into the pools and general secluded safety are major highlights, but the splendid job from maintenance crew, office staff and cleaners is nothing short of spectacular.Nothing will ever be perfect 100% of the time, but any issues you run into are met with friendly service and a sense of compassionate urgency. I cannot recommend this complex enough, and have genuinely enjoyed my stay here to the max!

    My daughter and I lived at Discovery at the Realm for a little over 3 years and Im so thankful for the time we had. It was an incredible place to call home in so many ways. We made many memories and friends within the community, and enjoyed how walkable and scenic the complex was. Ive lived in a lot of apartments but I have to say that Ive never experienced a better office staff and overall property. Not only is it a beautiful and clean apartment complex, the office staff and maintenance techs are great too. Thank you for the great experience!

    Discovery at the Realm is by far our favorite place my husband and I have lived at. We have lived in our 1 bed 1 bath apt for 1 year now and decided to renew our lease because of how comfortable and safe we feel here. Maintenance is always on point, anytime I see the cleaning staff, they are always very sweet and they keep the place super clean. A plus side is having an amazing leasing staff. Huge shoutout to David and the other leasing agents that work here, they are always so friendly and help us with whatever we need which is very important to us! I would 100% recommend anyone I know to live here, itā€™s in the perfect location, the atmosphere is phenomenal, very relaxing and resort style vibes. We are super happy to be apart of this community!

    I cannot share enough about Discovery at The Realm. The first impression we had started over the phone all because of David! He was so friendly and answered ALL our questions about units and went above and beyond on our tour. He made sure to assist us each step of the way with the entire process and still anytime we cross paths goes out of his way to touch base and ensure we are satisfied. We love our town home! The maintenance team is outstanding and so quick to assist with any needs and respect when to enter. I love all the dog parks and there are so many trash cans and pet stations around the neighborhood which make it so convenient to walk around and enjoy the beautiful views the community has to offer. We have so many residents and buildings but it is still such a quiet and very safe community.

    I just left Discovery at the Realm and I must talk about my experience with Veton and David . These two are the BEST!! Iā€™m looking for my next home, & although a top floor with a pool/lake view isnā€™t available, the experience here made it even harder that Iā€™m unable to call this my home. The guys were so knowledgeable about what was available & just fun & down to earth. I wanted to leave a review because Iā€™m just not getting this at my current rental, and it actually exist.     Really love these apartments! The property is very clean and there are many amenities that make living here worthwhile. Grills and fire pits in every building courtyard, as well as the pool. Speaking of the pool, theres 3 decent sized ones including an infinity pool! Theres a bar on site (beer and wine only) you can order from the bar and head out to the pool to enjoy your day. There are also 2 gyms, one on each side of the property. Absolutely love the man made lake and waterfall, there are docks so you can go fishing on site too. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any issues, work orders are completed either same day or at latest a few days later (theres a nice system to let them know how urgent your request is). Most importantly, the property is very safe at all times of the day. My fiance and I moved in November 2021 and her mother and brothers moved in a couple months after us. We all absolutely love this property and highly recommend it!

    So i live here currently and here is my honest an open review of the place from my experiences only.The community as a whole is wonderful, never had any issues with anyone who works their, any questions that I had, they were open to answering them. Ive never had to leave a message, they always got back to me day of.The gates sometimes break but after building friendships with the security guards, someone runs into the gate because they are impatient and they always get it fixed within 3 days.When it comes to parking, its best to pay the $40 regardless is you like walking or not, walking in the rain isnt fun.There is 2 electricity bills, the HVAC bill is to save money on electricity and then you pay for your normal bills on top of that.I would suggest buying a waggon when moving in, cause it is a walking community for sure and trying to carry groceries is a tough one.Only thing I can say that saddens me is I receive comments on my dog (doberman pinscher) from the community, how I shouldnt bring my dog to the dog parks, or they freak out when we come and pick up there dog in a hurry. Just beware, some people arent polite all the time towards your animal.When it comes to the apartment itself, I believe they could lower the cost based on the amount of square footage, you could definitely find an apartment bigger for Discoverys pricing. The apartment complex I heard is fairly new, all new finishes, new appliances, and hardware. If your building has fake grass, sometimes it reeks of dog pee smell if they havent cleaned yet.The apartment complex also has great perks, you can receive discounts on the small business in the surrounding areas, they also host a brunch the very first saturday of the month (which is free btw), and they have a bar onsite that has amazing prices, you dont even have to go far. If there is one warning I could give a new tenant, dont move to building 1, theres a lot of construction and everyone in building 1 complains about their building.

    Nice place to stay peacefully with good amenities especially lake view and club house. When we came to this place initially we went to the leasing office David he is one of the guy in leasing office he took us to the community tour almost an hour. He is really helpful and we asked a lot of questions he explained to us clearly. Even after moving to this apartments if we have any issues or questions he respond at his earliest. Maintenance is pretty fast. You know what best thing about David is every day while he is leaving he will walk to building 5 and greet everyone šŸ„°šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Ž

    Moved into our apartment at the end of July and really do love what the complex has to offer. The only issue we have is with parking/towing during after hours. Iā€™ve had many instances where someone would park in our assigned (paid) spot for more than a couple hours, and was told that security could not call for a towing truck. Only management can call for towing and they are not working during after hours. All security can do is put a notice on the car. We had to wait a whole day and by then, the people who were in our paid spot had already left. The complex did make new parking spots for visitors but when youā€™re paying for an assigned parking spot and canā€™t even park there can become an issue. Besides that, we enjoy living here! Def would recommend.

    Just moved in and the place is beautiful! And everything you need is just a short drive away. My only thing with the place is a small thing, I tried fishing in the little catch and release pond and it doesnā€™t look like thereā€™s anything in there. Pretty please stock the pond ā¤ļø

    David Tsehai is my dawg fr . He really convinced us to get the apartment , not that it needed convincing, the place speak for its self , you should come see . Been here for about 4 months now and anything I ever needed David came to my help quick fast and in a hurry .     I lived at this community for about a year and a half and never had any major issues. Before I moved here I hated apartments. For some reason I always got screwed at the end of my lease and they charge me for every little thing. That was not the case this time here, FINALLY. The staff and security team are friendly. The amenities are nice, very dog friendly. Honestly if you dont have a dog your in the minority. The apartments are the nicest Ive personally lived in and ease of access to highway 121 is a bonus. Would move here again!

    I lived here for 2 1/2 years and absolutely loved everything about it! Due to health problems, I had to move out and in with family, but when Iā€™m feeling better Iā€™m coming back! The complex is so beautifully taken care of and peaceful. I loved the convenience of the elevators and personal garage parking spaces. Any maintenance requests were handled same day or next day. The leasing staff was such a pleasure-Misty, Emily and Brooke were amazing from the time I moved in until my last day there. Canā€™t wait to come back!!

    I cannot rave about this community enough! Since moving in, My dog and I have been so warmly welcomed into the community! I always feel safe and welcomed and the grounds are beautifully kept and clean!My only negative comment would be that the elevators are always broken/malfunctioning, which makes for lots of frustration! Maintenance has fixed it over and over and it still is cAught up and not working several times a week!Otherwise, I am very very happy with the community, with a phenomenal location, and a very friendly community!

    Just moved in about 3 weeks ago and could not have asked for a better experience. The office staff and our leasing agent Jasmine were very helpful in the application process and everything that came after. My roommate and I are first time renters and the process was much easier than expected. There were a few minor hiccups upon move in that required maintenance, but they were quick to handle the issues at hand within a few hours. The complex itself is very well kept and beautifully designed. With amenities like 2 dog parks, 2 fitness centers, a nice pool and small lake that are located in the center of the property, a bar, as well as quite a few other things. The unit itself is great with hardwood floors , granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Not to mention the location is very central to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and just a 5 minute drive from the new Grandscape development in The Colony. I honestly have no complaints upon moving in and I donā€™t expect to have any in the future from my experience thus far. 100% would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new apartment.

    I have lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years since they opened. I have lived in the same studio since I moved in. Iā€™ve had like 1-2 ā€œmaintenanceā€ issues, just my lightbulbs just now going out. The maintenance is very fast, the staff is fast and very friendly with work orders and etc. very friendly neighbors. The place is usually never dirty, I always see people working on the lawn and cleaning and maintaining a great atmosphere. Iā€™m excited they are building cool shops near the apartment. The noises really arenā€™t bad and not disruptive. I never have problems, I definitely suggest this place to live. And itā€™s a great location, right next to 121 and just down the street from the tollway, very easy access to travel anywhere. (:

    Ive lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! The apartments are very new and have super nice amenities (HUGE closets, pantries, wood floors, new appliances, etc.). The dog park is also phenomenal and its where Ive made some amazing friends! Truly is a community here. I feel so safe walking around even when its dark. I love this place!

Never once did he sound frustrated ā€” only excited to show me another option. This type of personality in his industry is like finding a unicorn.     My roommate and I moved in at the end of March, and ever since then we have loved the space that we have. Having our own bedroom and bathroom for privacy is incredible. So all thanks to Jazmine for helping us with the leasing and everything. On top of that, we had a noisy upstair neighbor and she even took care of that as well. The only problem was not having enough parking. Overall, it is a friendly community and a safe community to live!

    With every apartment complex, they have their ups and downs, but the amenities and courtesy that the Discovery has shown has been the best since Ive lived in the Metroplex area.My girlfriend and I have lived here since October and we love almost every aspect of the apartment complex and its community.Starting with our leasing agent (Devin), he has been awesome with helping us setup our apartment and continues to go above and beyond in terms of services, requests, and anything that we ask of them.A couple of months ago, we had concerns about security around the apartments and they hired a security company that patrols the complex 24/7, so it feels safer.Overall, every inch of the property is beautiful and most of the neighbors that we have met are really nice.

    So has many are aware, Discovery and I have had a rocky relationship. With saying that, over the last year new management has came in and started to clean up the place. For me it was little to late but I strongly believe under the new Property Manager (M) things will start to turn around. I want to thank the current staff for all the hard work they are doing to make Discovery a wonderful place to live.

    Jasmine was extremely helpful with me and my roommate leasing a 2 bedroom. We love the amount of space we have and enjoy all the amenities offered. The biggest problem that needs to be fixed is the parking. There is not enough spaces for visitors and ourselves to park. Also, the gym is great but does need to be replenished with gym items as some are missing or broken.

    For me, the adventure began approximately two months ago, since I moved from my country, Mexico, and obviously like all changes, it generates fear and uncertainty. But when I arrived at Discovery, and in the little time, I have finally been able to feel at home, being part of the community and the acceptance that they have given me is a wonderful experience. Needless to say about the location and easy access, in addition to the spaces it has, they allow you to easily adapt your lifestyle, it makes me feel safe, sometimes it makes me feel like Im on vacation forever.And what makes it even better is how friendly it is to pets, because they too are important part of families.

    I have been here since 9/1/16. I chose to renew my lease. The complex has had several major issues due to its new construction and I personally have experienced weather (water) coming into my apt due to the construction design of the complex.I have to say in all honesty that all of my concerns were addressed. Yes, it took numerous trial and error to fix it.... but it was fixed. I have never spoken with any one in the office that didnt take my concerns seriously. Devin, Michelle, and the current staff have addressed my concerns.**Devin was there at every step to help resolve the water coming into my apt***THANK YOU DEVIN!Yes, dogs do bark alot... thats because nearly 60% of the residents are dogs! Yes, the elevators DO breakdown a little more frequently than normal... its normal usage and when movers hold the elevators open for extended periods of time.Yes, I did have mold in my apt.... and IT WAS PROPERLY addressed!The maintenance staff are great! Elton, Jose and Kenny I cant say enough GOOD things about them!I didnt give the complex 5 stars bc of the wasps that plagued my apt entrance and patio. Maintenance responded quickly and I even purchased some spray to help eliminate the wasps. This issue I feel and believe took away from my quality life of being able to enjoy my patio.I dont discount the negative reviews of the others...I can only speak to my experience. Well see what the next 12mos have in store.I have recommended the complex to others.

    My experience with Discovery has been excellent so far.ive been living here for about a month now. My tour guide and contact through the whole experience was David. Hes been very professional and down to earth. He wont pressure you into anything you dont want. Thats what I appreciated about him, not to mention he remembers names! He makes you feel at home before youve even received the keys....big shout out to David for guiding me through this whole process!The amenities are great, especially the on campus bar. Even the bar tender remembers your name and is very charismatic.i love the dog park, I take my frenchies to have a little bit of fun. The place is very pet friendly and is very. Lean. I have nothing but positive things to say.

    One of the best appartment complexes I have ever lived in. They have worked with me through several life changing situations I have had. The new dog park is awesome. Its very spacious and luxurious. They are always making improvements to the facilities and landscape. The complex has a very natural nature feel to it.

    Over the past week I have had the pleasure of working with both Devin and Pamela to sign our lease and move into our apartment. I can honestly say both of them are the two best leasing agents I have ever dealt with. Both were extremely patient and made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of. Both made us feel as if we were more of a friend joining their community versus just another person to come in and sign a lease.This complex is extremely clean and well taken care of and one of the only properties that when you call the leasing office they actually pick up the phone, what a concept! Other apartment complex communities should take some notes from the staff here.See the other reviews, there is a reason this place is rated so highly!Thank you Devin and Pamela for everything you have done for us thus far we truly appreciate it.

    Lived at Discovery for 2 years and never had any issues here. When we first moved in, we originally had terrible neighbors on all sides of us. Between playing music at all hours, and partying until 4 am on weeknights, we were ready to move.I talked with Misty in the office after weeks of trying to get the issues resolved and she was very accommodating. We were able to pick a new unit and moved immediately with no hassle.As with most apartments, thin walls can be an issue. Your bedroom here will usually line with someones living room and some are inconsiderate with their subwoofers watching tv. In my new unit, I had no issues with our neighbors directly on either side. The main noise that we got was from people talking on phones on their balconies, or talking in the courtyard late at night. Personally, I recommend living on the top floor simply because the apartments do have wood floors and I dont like the sounds of heavy footed tenants stomping around their kitchen and living room.The property by itself is beautiful and I loved the little pond in the middle. It was nice to sit out there and relax throughout the year. I hardly used the bar, but it was nice to have the option to. The hallways and elevators are regularly cleaned and I never had an issue with them feeling dirty. On the subject of the elevators though, they break.... a lot. This is a common thing with most apartments, but it seemed like they broke much more often here than others. There are 2 for every building, so there was always one to use except for one instance when the power went out and they were both out for a few hours.Only one parking spot is allowed in the garage per unit which was a bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker for me. I never had issues finding parking for my building.One thing I especially enjoyed here was the air conditioning. It was stupidly efficient and even in the middle of august, Id find myself turning it off at times because the apartments were well insulated and held the temperature. I never had issues with the AC breaking either except for again, during a severe thunderstorm where everyone lost power for a bit.I honestly did not want to leave the property with how centralized it is to everything in the Frisco area. The only reason I left was for a job that I took that was making me drive an hour and a half to work every morning and I wanted to be closer. Had I not taken the job, I wouldve probably upgraded my unit to something larger. The Kroger up the street is one of the very few Kroger Marketplace stores in the state and its nicer than any grocery store youll find yourself in. Youre within 10 minutes from Legacy Food Hall, Ikea, Willow Bend Mall, multiple movie theaters, and more. Ive lived in the west plano/Lewisville area for near 5 years now and I truly do miss living in this area.Most of the negative reviews seem to be from issues that happen in every apartment Ive ever lived in. Crime has no address and everything listed here seemed to be isolated incidents. I never felt unsafe here.Overall, I really do miss Discovery and if given the chance, I would definitely move back to this area.

    Thank you Discovery Castle Hills for going above and beyond during the 9 months we lived there. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. Office staff always friendly and helpful. Willingness to help us with extra handicap accessibility was greatly appreciated! We loved fishing in the lake and attending events at The Club. Best apartment experience we have had in the DFW area. We are enjoying our new house but miss the events and neighbors at Discovery.

    I moved from Connecticut to Texas a few months ago, and the transition was extremely easy, thanks to Jasmine and Discovery at the Realm. I was uncertain of where I was relocating and boy am I glad I chose Discovery. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the community is clean and beautiful, the apartments are modern and nice, they have multiple fun community engagements, neighbors are awesome and polite.     Discovery at the Realm is, hands down, the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Brand new and modern floor plans with balcony access, pet friendly (with a large dog park), extremely nice pool area, fishing pond, grills everywhere, and a community bar?! Not much more you can ask for out of an apartment complex. I highly recommend this place! If youre looking for an apartment, Discovery is the place youve been looking for. Drop in and talk to Brooke!     Living at this complex has been wonderful! Itā€™s such a beautiful complex and has easy access to 121 and 35. Itā€™s near so many up and coming places, including Grandscape, but the complex itself has so many awesome events and entertainment that youā€™ll want to hang out there instead of go out. The pool is awesome and they have a bar 15 feet away! They host so many wonderful resident events. I highly recommend living here!

    This is an awesome place to live! Friendly staff, great events, and a beautiful complex. These apartments are in a perfect location-easy access to 121. These are near the up-and-coming Grandscape by Nebraska and Shops of Legacy. The pool is fantastic and itā€™s rarely crowded. They also have a bar in the complex!

Upscale luxury apartment units, all new, extensive environmental controls for A/C and heating that keep costs low, sound deadening, cant hear neighbors at all, beautiful landscaping with a lake and dock that includes seating and fire pits, underground parking with elevators, enclosed dog park, gorgeous salt water pool and BBQ area, fitness gym that rivals any club you would pay for, and a GREAT staff!
