I was a resident at DeLayne for a little more than four years, choosing this location primarily for its convenience to my workplace. Throughout my stay, the management team was always hospitable and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns I had. When it came time to move out, I made sure to follow the lease terms and leave the apartment in excellent condition, and the communication with management remained seamless.I want to sincerely thank the DeLayne team for making me feel at home during my time there. For anyone considering this property, it remains one of the most affordable options in the area for the square footage offered. While newer buildings with modern amenities come at a higher price, DeLayne was a perfect fit for my budget.I have no complaints and truly appreciate my time at DeLayne. So I would like start off by saying this is one of the best apartments we have lived at. The staff is so understanding and go above and beyond to handle your needs. They make special holidays a feast to enjoy like today. We are about to hit our year and I pray we can still remain here. We definitely dont need a shock like we had before this apartment. Thank you for being who you are. Everyone can come see for yourself. Its too good to be true. Oh let me just add its a salt water pool for your bleached hair.Thankful and blessed Margie

I have enjoyed living at delayne for the last two years the managers are Nicole and Megan and have been helpful in every way they could. Ive never been disappointed when I have to contact them for anything. The apartments are always clean the grounds are always clean. I would recommend anyone living here. The maintenance department is very helpful as well and they are quick to resolve your issues when you put in a request, call in or online they react with the same expedient results.# very happy here.

The management is fantastic. Megan specifically is very kind and hardworking. They are so helpful and always get back to you quickly. Maintenance has always been quickly available to fix whatever is necessary. The environment is very family-friendly and calm. There are also many beautiful trees. My husband and I are staying another year, specifically because we love the environment and management.

Nice little community! Spacious apartments. Office staff very nice, especially Megan the Property Manager.The units are older, so have just a little bit of interior cosmetic flaws. Maintenance was prompt and quick to work orders.Awesome walking trails around, great proximity to shopping!

Lived here for 2 years. The apartment complex is located in a very nice area. Plenty of retail stores and restaurants nearby. Management and maintenance are fairly responsive to inquiries. The units have both washing machine and dryer.The property is very clean and quiet.I would recommend to anyone looking.

Our first home after getting married couldnt be better! Excellent quaint amenities all over. The staff is super helpful and very professional and kind. Any request we have asked for has been completed quickly and timely with plenty of notification and letters regarding work. The community is quiet at night! (which we love) and our apartment is beautiful! I will definitely recommend my friends and family to move here!

Great place property is very clean and office staff is awesome. My apartment is very big and nice. Property is very quiet. Mantience fixes things fast and makes sure it works before they leave. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Miranda, Megan and Chelsea made the move in experience hassle free. Chelsea accompanied me during the move-inn inspection and pointed to many things that I should add to the inspection. Thank you ladies for help. Looking forward to a pleasant stay.
