I have been staying at this property for 6-7 months. I try in part to give this rating as fair as I can based on my experience thus far half way through my lease. The leasing office is very helpful with Jeff and Aaron. Jesús in Maintenance is also very helpful. Where this rating goes awry is the noise the building make and more importantly my down stairs neighbor response to not being use to living in apartment housing. He seems young and not use to the conditions. I stay on the second floor and I hear my upstairs neighbors moving and making normal foot traffic often. This is fine to me because it is not negligent or intentional on their part. My downstairs neighbors moving does not seem to understand this as he chose to lease on a first floor when there was a possibility of foot traffic in a unit above you in a mid-rise complex. He bangs like a maniac anytime I make normal foot traffic. I have elevated this to the district manager multiple times and her response has been insufficient to say at best. This rating is subject to change. If you plan to rent here the amenities are nice but the building does make noise so please be aware.

My honest review is 4.5 stars but that’s not possible on here lol. I’ve been living here for about to be four months and I love the community, It’s so pretty. The people who live here are friendly and even better, Jeffrey the office manager is the best leasing manager I’ve ever had. He’s so genuine and accommodating and you can tell he genuinely loves helping people and it’s very reassuring to know that somebody actually cares about their tenants. The only thing stopping me from giving a five star review is the parking for guest.

I have been having a great experience so far living at define. What I’m loving the most are Marlene classes. I am a big fan of studio classes and fitness classes in general, and I can say with confidence that Marlene’s classes don’t have anything to envy to other studio ones. Her classes challenge me and make me sweat, I’ve also brought a friend to some of them and now she wants to move from her house to this complex. I’m excited to continue with her and see some results in the future 🫶🏻 plus the define studio outside the complex is equally amazing and challenging, love to have a good sweat

From applying to moving in, the office and property manager have been extremely friendly accommodating and responsive. Had a fridge issue on move in and maintenance got here 5-10 minutes after I called and followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. Super inviting community and leasing agents. Work with you to get you in, just gotta make sure you enter accurate and true information. Can’t thank Jeffery and everyone else enough for a fresh start !

I visited to get leasing info and was really impressed. The place is gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience great. The apartments are spacious and nicely designed, with all the modern amenities you could want. I also loved their focus on wellness and fitness, with awesome facilities for both. I’m definitely going to start an application. Highly recommend checking it out!

My girlfriend and I have been on the hunt for a new place to live, and were thrilled to have discovered Define Living and met George! George served as our fantastic leasing agent during our property tour. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, thoroughness, and was simply incredible! After narrowing down our options to two units, George patiently addressed all our inquiries and didnt mind showing us the same unit twice. The property is freshly built with top-notch amenities and boasts a convenient location near i10 and the galleria, which was essential for us. We appreciated the communitys emphasis on mind and body wellness, reflected in its amenities. Its evident that this property was meticulously planned and well-maintained. We’re eagerly anticipating making define living our new home!

I am moving from Chicago. I couldn’t tour the complex and signed a lease for a layout I saw online. When I got here, I wasn’t happy with it. Fortunately, the management graciously accommodated for a transfer to an alternative apartment that I was happy with.It’s brand new, spacious. George Salgado made the process easy. He addressed all my inquiries.The move in process was very easy because the management team was amazing!Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend these apartments! Absolutely love living here!! New construction, very clean and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The amenities, lap pool and court yard are awesome as well. Apartments also offer cooking classes, fitness classes and many other fun activities to meet your fellow neighbors and enjoy the property. Dog friendly and dog park for dogs to enjoy and run around. Also has an elevator which is super convenient considering I have an English bulldog that hates going up and down stairs lol. Lots of new restaurants and places to enjoy in the area including Memorial city mall close by.

Such a warm welcome. The lease office really wants you to be able to move in. They helped me out so much through the process and went above and beyond. The whole complex is shiny and new! Nice big hallways for moving in. The floor plan is so spacious. The biggest kitchen I’ve ever had in an apartment. From the lighting to the knobs, it’s all new and stylish. So affordable for what all you get. Already feels like home.
