    I currently live here, and I’ve been here for a few months now. Everything has been super pleasant, the residents are nice and the complex despite being a bit older is actually very nice and the staff take very good care of it. I had issues with maintenance in my previous apartments however, my one and only issue with my AC I called the office (I spoke to Jordan) after submitting a maintenance request to see if they could service it sooner. To my surprise they were very speedy and Guillermo came and fixed my AC within minutes of my phone call. Everyone was very pleasant in the whole process and I’m very happy to live here. Would recommend for anyone wanting a dog friendly complex that has great staff.

    Jordan at the leasing office, he is amazing and wonderful person. Recently I had a maintenance request, the response time has been impressively quick. The team is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole process seamless. Whether it was minor issue a leaky faucet or a more significant concern, they handled everything with efficiency and care.I recently moved into the Dane Park apartment complex and I couldnt be more pleased with my decision! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredible welcoming and attentive. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication at every step. I highly recommend Dane Park for anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

    I have had an amazing experience here at this apartment complex. They have been amazing with understanding that sometimes things just happen. A lot more frequently to me it seems, but theyve been so kind and accommodating. I have had issues with my home itself, and maintenance has shown up in a timely manner, despite having other work orders to complete. Thank you to everyone at Dane Park, especially Melissa. Great work, keep it up. I love the cleanliness and the way you hold us all accountable in the community.

    I have been at the Dane Park Apartments since August 2024. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the Management team that strive to make sure that you’re staying is fantastic. Guillermo Is one of their maintenance people and he is fantastic too. He strives to make sure that everything is taken care of on his end.

    I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking. Shakeiya made my experience so much more pleasant than I thought it would be.     Ive been living here for the past year and recently transferred apartments. Melissa and Shakeita were AMAZING throughout the entire process! They were sooo understanding and helped me with a last minute apartment change when the other apartment I signed the lease for wouldnt meet my needs. They are helpful and beyond sweet young ladies! I plan on renewing my lease for years to come! Thank you both for your patience and help navigating this tricky situation 😄

    Absolutely loved living here, Shakeiya and Mellissa were amazing in the leasing office everytime we came in there. Amazing place to live if you have pets of any kind. Any issue we had, which was very few in the year we lived there, was always solved very quickly.

    Lived at dane park for a year and only moved because i bought a house ! From the beginning melissa and audra were so sweet and accepted me with open arms. I also got the chance to meet with shakeiya the last couple of months before I left, she’s so fun to talk to. The entire staff was so sweet and great listeners. I had maintenance come out for a couple of minor maintenance issues in the apartment and everything was done in a timely manner. The apartment was clean, newly updated and included washer and drier for such a reasonable price in gisd schools. Thank you staff for making this apt my home and being so welcoming. :) till our paths cross again!

    I love this complex. I went in with my fiance and we were touring with Shakeiya. She was so down to earth and gave us all the info we needed plus more. She was so good by the time we were coming back to the office we were filling out the application. Then when looking at all available units She made sure it was in the price range and space we needed for us and our two malshipoos. I believe we are going to love this complex. I already fell in love with it. Especially since it is quiet and very clean to be a pet focused/motivated complex.

    If I were in the market for a dog-friendly apartment complex, I would consider giving this place a look and try. I like that there are dog doors and places to bathe the dogs. It’s also good they have a no aggressive dog policy. It can be difficult to find a place that allows bigger dogs, too. The also appreciate the other amenities of having a grill available and valet trash. The location seems ideal as well.

    This place seems pretty chill. The apartments are a good size, especially with dogs. I like that it has a gym and a pool on site so that I dont need to get an extra gym membership. Theres also a lot of green space to walk the dogs, though I wonder how the dogs all get along when you walk around.

    I really enjoy the whole atmosphere and vibe of the community. The fact that it allows all dog breeds is a huge win along with the layout, size and price of each apartment. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs somewhere to live, and they are struggling to find a place that allows dogs. -Peter T.

    This place was recently bought out and the new owners and management are wonderful. Any problem Ive had has been swiftly taken care of. For example when I moved in I noticed a few problems such as some of the windows not working well and the dryer making a weird noise- all fixed the next day! And I havent been here long but already theyve given out Easter gifts for the kids, gave out treats and toys for national pet day, I got a birthday card on my door on the first day of my birthday month, and even this morning got an email saying they have something special in the office to give out to any teachers living here. Very sweet! Theyre also very motivated to fix this place up, and communicate very well to everyone the changes that theyre working on- which is very exciting! This place is a bit more expensive than others in the area, but you can actually see that theyre using your money to actively improve the community. All the staff in the office are wonderful, and the maintenance guys as well. Everyone is very courteous and polite, and you can tell they actually care about the residents. The people in the community are also pretty great, everyone is very polite with their dogs and we all make an effort to walk around each other and keep our dogs quiet and respectful. Lovely community and great location close to lots of shops and has a gate on the side of the property to get to this park with a great hidden trail by the creek, or you can go under the street and walk to the pond which is beautiful. I also got a unit with an attached garage and yard, and it really feels like a little house. Very quiet community, feels very safe, great parking, nice pools, love the dog park- lots of great amenities! Reading the old reviews I can tell this place had a handful of problems, but this place has surely changed for the better!

    I am a new resident here at the Equinox Apartments, and so far they have treated me wonderfully! It has been a easy and Swift move in especially with the leasing agents that attend to us are wonderful and that makes all the difference in making your choices were to live. Maria who is the senior leasing agent, took excellent care of me and followed up with me as well and that is how you know they go above and beyond and what makes them different from other apartment complexes. I also found out that they have a strong community -having Community functions, at least once a month, that makes it fun for us residents! I am very happy I made this choice of living here and I would suggest for you to at least give it a try and come by and ask for Maria and or whoever else may be working the front desk they are all the same.... wonderful!

    My husband and I are seniors we have very much enjoyed living here 2 years and renewing our lease this month for a third year. It is a nice quite apartment, we have a pretty ,small, back yard with attached garage. It’s perfect for seniors. Maintenance always responds to maintenance request the next day or sooner. Ladies in the office are quick to respond. We are also within walking distance to a grocery store. You will enjoy making this your new home.

    I am a college student and have owned a dog in the past. As someone who is looking at places post college for me and my own dog, I have to say that the website alone piqued my curiosity. A place like Dane Park I can easily see myself not having to worry about the hassle of having a dog like a Husky there. Hoping that this is a space I could move to.

    I’ve been a resident here for over six months and I love it. The leasing manager and maintenance crew are so friendly and helpful! Any time I need a maintenance request fulfilled they are very quick to take care of it. Maria is amazing and she is very great at what she does! She is always keeping me and the other residents informed. I love the giveaways and prizes that they offer as well as the monthly community events and parties that they host. I love living here!

    Beautiful place to live! Surrounded by nature but at the same time Kroger it’s 2 min away and target 5! All of our favorite restaurants are nearby too, including cityline. Walking trails within, always clean and we never see dog waste like in other communities, it’s hard to find a place where everyone pick up after their dog ! We appreciate the cleanliness. New managenent fixed the gates and just upgraded the pools, we are so excited!!! They also send us emails once a week for resident events, that are really nice btw! The staff is friendly and always welcoming. We have a pedestrian gate inside the community with connection to the spring creek trails and it also takes you to the lake upfront!! Whenever it rains you can hear river sounds of you’re by the creek. It’s perfect 😍 did I mention they keep the pool area open the whole year ? Yep… except for the cleaning day once a week but we appreciate that. Behind the main pool they have this cool fire pit with a conversation area around, can’t wait for it to be colder!! We also enjoyed the built in bar top with the high chairs in the summer. The smaller pool it’s a nice hangout spot, but the waterfall in the main one it’s what makes it perfect. Anyways, Favorite place so far, thanks to the new management for all the changes, very much appreciated !! (The yard picture it’s not ours, but we love to walk around and we enjoy having lots of nicely decorated yards walk by and doggies to say hi to)

    New ownership is really trying to make living here better. They are doing what they can. Friendly office staff, matienence crew is helpful and prompt as they can be when u have issues. The real estate industry is insane, and they do what they can for residents and hopefully offering good deals on resigning, because I intend to stay on. Check them out, they are good people (changing my previous post because I feel that the security problem has gotten better)

    I moved in 1/13/2018. I am loving my new apartment. The staff is friendly, The unit is updated and very clean. As well as spacious. Maintenance is very quick in responding as well as the staff. This is a very quiet complex. I do not like that my only options in electric are garland power and light. Also, they need more visitor parking near the actual buildings.

    We lived here for two years we loved it and hated we had to move. I was always very appreciative of how quiet the community was. We were lucky enough to have a great view of the pool courtyard and could here the water running over the falls. Thanks Maria and all the management staff for being professional and courteous. If I ever move back to Garland this will be my first choice for residency.

    Miriam has been great. Any issues with my apartment has been promptly fixed. I let her know that my water heater was dripping and the next day someone came out and replaced it. Pretty satisfied with everything so far.

    My family and I moved here in Feb of 2017. Unlike many of the other reviewers my experience with the management staff has been great overall. They have been quick to resolve any maintenance issues we reported after moving in and any questions sent via email or left via voicemail were responded to in a timely fashion. My ONLY complaint about the management are the office hours. If you work a typical 8-5 it can be difficult to speak to them in person.The apartment grounds are well taken care and the maintenance staff kind and accommodating. The two pools are very nice, but not perfect. The complex is aging, but staff are making repairs and updates as needed. We are happy overall and have no complaints about the grounds.I dont consider these as Luxury apartments, so my review is tempered by that. The kitchen is decently equipped, but no top of the line appliances. My main complaint about the apartments are the typical apartment complaints - thin walls with little sound proofing + wood frame construction means you WILL hear your neighbors. If you live on the second floor and have garages beneath you (like we do) you get to hear the garage doors opening and closing. Youll also hear your neighbors above you. Our 3rd floor neighbors nice, but just basic walking reverberates through the wood framing. Neither of these are big complaints as I knew what to expect from previous apartments.Overall - staff has been great to us, grounds are nice and the location is perfect (for me). One start deduction for price (a bit expensive, but this is becoming the norm with the housing boom), wood frame construction and poor sound proofing, and office hours. I would recommend this complex to friends, but would tell them to find a third floor apartment! :)

    My experience from day one with Maria has been excellent. She took the time to inform me about all the options available that fit my requirements. Throughout the application process she provided me with access to helpful information to facilitate a less stressful moving process.Upon moving into my unit, as with most there were little things that needed attention. I placed an online request and it was responded to immediately, and the next day the issue was fixed.I have been greeted by several of my (Motorcycle Owner) (I ride as well) neighbors, who took the time to chat and welcome me to the community. All in all thus far, I am very happy with my experience living at Equinox on The Park.

    I have lived here from 2017-2018 and I can honestly say that I had a great experience here. My apartment was very spacious, a lot of storage space, bathrooms were very spacious and the patio was nice and enjoyable. I had a view of the pool which was beautiful.     Nice, clean, dog park and garages. Right by a park. For dogs on 1st floor, the little fenced yard. Nice pool and waterfall, just wish it was open. Under new ownership and management. 1k to 2.1k a month. Average i guess.

    Love the staff- the new manager Lorena is great! Maria is awesome always there to help.Maintenance he’s things done right away and the location and space of the apartments is the best you will not find the zise of closets anywhere else in the area.

    Very nice and quiet community; exceptional office and maintenance staff, will always take care of your needs. Spacious units with plenty of storage and a drive in attached garage, that you cant find anywhere else.

    We like to live in Equinox Park. The apartments are large and well designed. In addition to 2 swimming pools, fitness center and business center, the condominium is located next to a playground and hiking trail. It has supermarkets and convenience stores very close ... you can walk! Very nice!

    Dont think the people complaining about the staff even live here! I moved in six months ago. Had a problem with the plumbing. The workman knocked on the door and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Very courteous the whole time That was just my experience

Proving once again how Equinox on the Park is a great apartment community that continously goes out of the way to ensure safety, and comfort to residents. Planned FREE activities encourage residents to gather and get to know eachother in a relaxed setting. We will enjoy the Super Bowl party being given to residents today!!!
