I absolutely love living here. I never thought Id need an apartment but having to move out of my husbands house...this was the perfect place to come. Jessica and the front office staff have really helped me feel at home during this healing process. My favorite part is the apartment being dog friendly! I also enjoy the beautiful pool. Its the perfect place to escape reality and read a good book!

Wow I moved in here a couple of days ago and I love my new apartment!! It is absolutely perfect and I love the staff!! They are all so sweet especially Jessica and Jasmine and the other staff in office really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your new home. I couldnt ask for a better apartment community to move!

We moved in here back in July and have had nothing but a great experience. Jessica has been amazing to us and a great help since the beginning. The best management/staff I’ve experienced in apartment living and I’ve lived in 3. When we moved in, our apartment was in great condition, beautiful layout, and good amount of space. This goes for the amenities as well! Worth every penny. We have a dog, so I have to say the pet policy with the dog poop is a nice touch since we don’t have to worry about stepping in poop, the sight of it, or the smell of it! By the way, the pet policy doesn’t cost any money it just requires a swab of your fur baby’s mouth so it’s not a big deal. So much better compared to our last place. Some people may get mad about the rules, but these are put in place to keep our community safe and clean. The vehicle situation is pretty self-explanatory and it’s pretty easy to not get towed.

We moved here back in February and have been so happy living here!! It’s quiet, peaceful, and safe. Any issues that have arisen while living here have been addressed and corrected within 24 business hours. The front office staff is amazing and it’s clear they really care about their residents living here. I love that we don’t have to worry about stepping in pet waste because everyone picks up after their animals. The 24/7 coffee bar is a bonus for my coffee loving family!! The hammocks are nice to lay in on a warm sunny day and just relax in. I’d recommend living here to anyone!!

I went to view these apartments and loved them! They’re so nice inside and out and the amenities are amazing! Big thanks to Jessie Perez he showed us around and let us see multiple units to see what would fit our lifestyle the best! And if you’re a coffee drinker like me, they have an awesome coffee bar open 24/7!!

Jessica helped me apply for an apartment and made everything smooth. Quick to respond. Then when I went to tour the apartment William Johnson showed us around and even went beyond and offered to show us the furnished version. Took us all around explaining everything to us. They are so nice. The best office personnel Ive seen compared to other apartments. I cant wait to move in. Great customer service!

I love my apartment at Dakota at Deer Park, it is a very comfortable and safe place to live. All staff excellent service and attention. We loved the amenities. The Manager Miriam is always very friendly. They are a complex full of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend it
