She is amazing and always so helpful I have lived here for over a year and I am currently transferring from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom so it’s been quite stressful for me however she has made all the difference and she’s made this move very smooth for me ! She’s the best ❤️

Me and my family was welcomed with opened arms . Everyone in the office was so professional and very hands on with me on the application process . I appreciate them both Ms Kim and Ms Cassie for taking time to help me with everything . Thank you to the whole crew for everything .

Ive been a resident here for a couple years now and recently switched units. I was fortunate enough to have Geneva help me with the transition and even dealing with minor complications with my previous unit. I have seen a change in management a couple times now, and I must say that Geneva has been the absolute most helpful person that I have worked with. Cypress Creek in Royse City has by far exceeded my expectations as a community and a place to call home!

I have lived here for 4 years now. I really enjoy the area. Royse City is a nice quiet area. Geneva and Eric are very professional and welcoming. Every time I have a concern or a question, they get right to it. I really want to shout out a special thanks to the assistant manager, Geneva, for taking care of all my needs when Eric is not available. I am so grateful for their hard work.

After reading all the bad reviews I must say that are wrong…I’ve been living over here for almost a year and Geneva was AMAZING from the jump…very helpful, attentive, and informational. The apartment is very spacious and was very well cleaned with brand new carpet put in. She makes sure the property is very well taken care of and I appreciate her for her hard work and customer service being in such a tedious position. Thank You Geneva

We just moved in a couple weeks ago and absolutely love our apartment. Geneva took the time to make us feel welcome and at home from the moment we walked in to the day we signed our lease. She walked us through the whole process from beginning to end and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We came to look at the property and we’re so happy that we decided to make this place our home.

Been here nearly a year. Management, especially Eric, has been amazing. Hes always quick to address any concerns and correct them as best as possible. The property has shown improvement since I first moved in and Eric took over. The team works very hard to keep the grounds clean & maintained along with providing the best for their residents. Parking for residents & guests is accomodating with large spaces. The amenties are well taken care of and its pretty quiet all around. I would definitely recommend looking into this complex if youre in the market for a new place to call home.

I went to go see these apts since a friend referred them. They are really nice looking and I love the layout of the pool, basketball courts, and picnic area. I was helped by Geneva at the office. She was professional and very welcoming. She answered all my questions and made it feel like I found my new home. Royse city is a nice area and the apts are in a great spot off 30. Can’t wait to move in!

I went in for a consultation while apartment shopping. Geneva really helped me out, walked me through things and price quotes. I couldnt apply at that time but was given a good price for budgeting situations. Will be sure to come and apply when I am ready to move!

U know when I first moved in i was kinda worried because they were going thru mangers but then they got Eric who was amazing then came along Geneva who is also amazing I’m going on my 3rd year so sad to hear that Eric has moved on but on the up and up we still have Geneva I love that she makes sure that things get down around here.

I have been living here for almost 2 years with my husband and my 2 daughters, it is mostly quiet, with some people who do not respect the rules of coexistence, but that is everywhere... during this time we have had various administrative teams and all of them current has been the best! Including those who do the maintenance work, very nice and respectful people, especially we are very grateful to the assistant manager, Geneva! It has been a great help in getting my 3-bedroom apartment! Very professional, attentive and diligent! 5 ⭐️ for her!
