I love this complex! I lived here for three years and I only moved for work. The management is so kind and the maintenance team is top notch in my opinion. They even were able to fix my garage door! You’ll find struggles here like any other place (nothing is perfect) but the staff works hard to fix them. If you’re considering Lewisville, check out this place.

In my search for a new place, I toured several places, combed through countless reviews on multiple websites, and did a lot of research. Overall I found certain complaints were consistent in the reviews no matter what community I was looking at. That seems to be just an issue of the way renting works and the way these big property companies use AI verification systems, etc. unfortunately a problem that is not easily avoided no matter where you rent.Outside of that I found that this place had the most positive reviews (among all the places I compared in the area) from long term residents praising the same aspects of the community and maintenance staff / quality of living. It also had no complaints about bugs that I found.I had a tour with or had a reasonable length of interaction with the manager, assistant manager, and leasing agent for this property as well as the leasing agent and assistant manager from their sister property next door. All of them have been wonderful and effective in their own way. I have toured 3 times between my initial interest and placing my application. Not once did anyone act bothered by my continued questions and concerns. They were all addressed authentically and thoroughly by every staff member I interacted with.They were very communicative throughout the application process. We were very quick to respond to any verification requests after turning in our application and had our approval in less than a week. We were signing our lease only a few days after that. I feel that they were very good at telling me what to expect and the application process lined up well with the expectation set.We get our keys tomorrow. They completed all the maintenance requests I had for touch up paint and installing the ceiling fan ahead of move in. We are set to move in tomorrow. I will be updating this review periodically to be helpful to other people looking for a place to live.Edit: When we moved in the place was not properly cleaned. I always clean my new place anyway, so I didn’t say anything to the office. I wish I had though because I discovered more and more that needed to be deep cleaned when I was getting us moved in. There’s no way anyone cleaned properly, there was hair (like a bunch of beard hairs I guess, it was gross) in drawers, the cabinets were dirty on the outside, there was tons of cleaner residue in the oven, there was caked up dust in corners, the toilet had been cleaned inside but there was literally brown stuff caked on the outside of the bowl and on the floor around it, the tub had to be scrubbed down as well as the counters. There were also a couple of maintenance requests that were supposed to be put in whenever we did the walk-through with the office. They never got put in and so I had to put them in myself. One of them was for a broken drawer (one of the drawers with hair in it). When the two maintenance guys came to take care of it, they pounded on the door like crazy, then they barely spoke to me, they mostly were just talking to each other and laughing. It was definitely a somewhat off putting experience after feeling like the conditions of the unit were so neglected in the first place. Sadly the standard has become so low that even with all of this I feel like this place is a better value for what you pay than many others nearby.Update: We have been here about 4 months. The property is good, the office staff are great. The property company is the thing that makes anything here less desirable. So many things at Price Brothers does leave us feeling like they are trying to scam us on a regular basis. The property company is very lucky to have such a wonderful to make the experience here what it is. They definitely give the soulless large corporation vibe and the office staff being so warm and human (and the cozy apartment) is the only thing offsetting that enough to make it feel like home here.

I have lived here 4months now l will say this is a very nice and quiet apartment complex. You can barely hear any noise.l like the kitchen the design of having the stove on the kitchen island is genius. Management takes care of any concerns and complaints promptly.l wish they had more guest parking because the available few spots fills up quickly. The leasing office should also give a good tour of the community because nobody showed me where the mail box,guest parking, gym or swimming pool is neither were the entrance door code for swimming pool or gym provided l had to ask other residents who live here.l hope in future they install wash and dryer and seal the gap behind stair case other than that l would recommend this apartments without second guessing. They are close to most stores and the highway. Office staff is very professional and nice,they act on maintenance requests promptly.

Cypress pls read - I am a current resident and I am extremely upset about the decision to cut down the trees by the pool. That was the only privacy I had from the pool and it was also home to a lot of birds and squirrels. Wish they would’ve spoken to the tenants about this because the trees are one of the only reasons why I moved into this unit specifically. I don’t know why yall did this and maybe there is a good reason but no communication about this really sucks and is so disappointing! Put 4 stars because overall everything else is pretty good and because the people at the office are cool but this decision really, really sucks.

I’ve lived in this community for 4 years and it’s been great and I would recommend it to anyone. The highlights for me are the quiet neighbors and safety I feel as a single woman. I love the walking sidewalk around the community and across the street, plus many nearby parks. Maintenance was always quick and professional. Neighbors have always been polite and friendly. Pool area is wonderful! There are always things that can’t be fixed, like the insane amount of birds, smoking neighbors, lack of visitor parking and very quick towing if you don’t follow procedure, but the pros we’ll outweigh the negatives.

And they are always cheerful when I visit the office.They have food trucks and events for the community!The apartment is freaking spacious!!! And clean. I honestly love these apartments. I lived here for 3 years, moved away and then came back. The apartments are nice and up to date. The grounds are clean. The pool is awesome. The complex is quiet. The only complaint is there are unusual items you are responsible for such as lightbulbs& water filter for the fridge water. The office manager is firm, but she has been there for a long time and these apartments have great up keep so she is doing something right. The views are amazing at sunset with all the flowers and trees around the complex. I love this place, always have. To top it off, price brothers is involved in the roof over head project and for every new lease, price brothers makes a donation to end the cycle of homelessness. Theres that light bulb money! And Im fine with it!

Update-have now lived here almost 6 years and still love living here for many reasons :)Have lived here for 3 1/2 years and love it.This Sunday my a/c went out. Armando called within a few minutes of me leaving an emergency maint message. He was very kind and informative. When trying to fix the a/c, he let me know the compressor was bad. He brought 2 window units to get me by till a new compressor could be installed after the 4th holiday weekend. He was awesome.

I love these apartments! Theyre gorgeous inside and out! The units are up to date, everything works, internet service available is fast and affordable. Garages are spacious and up to date. The aparment complex curb appeal is awesome, its very clean and neat. I wish it had a park for kids, but theres plenty of parks really close that we can go to. The leasing office was prompt and upfront with all the costs, when it was time for me to move in, everything was ready and set up correctly. Jenn is great and answered all my questions. Id love to stay here as long as possible! 10/10 would recommend.

Great value, very clean and updated. The unit itself was great. Spacious, great appliances and granite countertops. I lived there for 1 year. Jennifer was great, Lindsey was great and Foster is the freakin man! Maint. Requests fast and simple and respectful of your time. Would recommend this Place to anyone. Very quiet and clean property. The only negative thing There is to point out... I do WISH there was more guest Parking, just because it does fill up on weekends. This will leave you wondering where your guests will park. But overall still 5-5 stars. I would have stayed if I didn’t switch jobs! Thanks for the great experience of my “first apartment”

I have been living here for 5 years, I moved in when it was newly built so I was the first tenant in my apartment. Just for that reason, my wife refuses to move unless I buy her a brand new home, :). I love the apartments as they are modern with stainless steel appliances, havent had any issue with neighbors or management. I used to have problems finding parking late at night but that problem is now resolved I think because of their recent towing policy. They have nice little gym and they offer free yoga classes for residents which is cool. Overall, I am a happy resident.

My experience with this complex has been amazing for the past 2 years I have lived here! Anytime, I have had any maintenance issue, the response time was less than 24 hours. The property is well-lit which makes me feel safe. Parking can be a little tight from time to time. Finally, they are providing more resident activities.Last but certainly not least, the leasing agent, Jennifer is phenomenal!! She is professional and pleasant. There has been multiple times, I have seen her show potential tenants property during inclement weather. Despite of it, she remained courteous and positive. Her smile makes her approachable and she makes you feel as though youre talking to a friend!!

I have lived in this complex since 2015 and I love my 1 bedroom apartment with attached garage. It is an excellent quality apartment and whenever I have had issues maintenance has been consistently prompt in handling them. I did have some rather annoying AC issues a few years but I was just the unlucky individual that had entire internal AC unit be the first one to fail in the complex; again, the actual maintenance response time was consistently within 24 hours. All in all this is a wonderful place to live. Quiet, well maintained, and consistently high quality.

I lived at Cypress for about 2.25 years and after nearly two decades of renting I must say this apartment was my favorite.The interior of the apartment was modern and stylish; which is not always commonplace in renting. The grounds are well kept and the pool is fantastic. A parking stall was always available to me as a tenant and my guests always found a stall as well. The parking lot is also well lit which made it safe and easy to go for a nightly walk with my pup. Lastly, and very important to me, the maintenance team was quick to respond and willing to help me... even when I tried to fix something myself and had completed the task incorrectly :-)Life is taking me down a new path but should I need to rent in the area again Cypress will be my first stop.

We loved living here. Community is quiet. Our view was priceless with an open field. During the day we could hear cows at times and then at night frogs and crickets. Amazing view of Flower Mound fireworks from our patio. Amenities are really nice and gorgeous. Chelsea in the office was always super helpful. Maintenance was quick and prompt.This was one of the best apartment experiences.

Lived here for 2 years. Yes, the parking is limited. Why? A lot of people apparently like living there, visiting, or stay over. Hmmmmm. Wonder, why? The apartments are clean, quite, and updated for a great price. Pool is nice. Location was great. Grocery store and gas station right across the street. Before getting a house i lived in a lot of apartments, these were by FAR the best. It looks like a lot of the 1 stars people got towed. Cant blame them though. I hate getting towed.

What makes this property very good are the following:- spacious modern floor plans- the pool,- the location between Lewisville, Flower Mound and Grapevine includingeasy access to 121- close proximity to a shopping center, (you can walk to get groceries ifyou want),- prompt response to maintenance requests and well kept grounds.- just added a massage chair in the club house and frequently haveevents for the residents.- the price is very good as well.(Just need a little more visitor parking and it would be 5 stars, although garages are available for rent)But what makes it really enjoyable to live here is the customer service I have received from the office staff, especially Jennifer, who has been exceptional in every instance. Rachel, Courtney and Melissa are also very friendly and very helpful. Theyve all made my overall experience really positive.

Honestly the best apartments I have lived so far, if your friends are having issues getting your car towed, tell them to get the parking permit online, I have lots of family members coming over and as long they get their parking permit online (easy to do) we never had any issues. The staff are great, always willing to help, every time that I need maintenance, it takes them a couple of hours sometimes less ,depending if they are busy or not, apartments are super nice, granite everywhere, stainless steel appliances, wood floor, attached garage, also the finishes of the apartments are great. Also the apt complex its super quite, neighbors are nice and the most important thing, the community is super safe, so do not make your final decision based on the bad reviews other people had, just because they did not follow the rules. There are a lot of amazing floor plans and I love the finishes. We had to lease elsewhere due to work and the commute, however we are definitely considering Cypress in the future!

We just signed our 7th lease. Among the many things we like are RULES that are easily followed. And the grounds are kept well. People complain about visitors parking..but it only takes about 30 seconds to sign up. Since this rule has been in effect there is more than adequate parking. The management leasing and maintenance and management staff are the best!!!!

Moving in the near future to Cypress so I have read all of the reviews just to be sure. My opinion at this point is the complex is well kept and the rules clearly defined. What Ive read here so far all seem to have a similar narrative, I didnt follow the rules. I met with Victoria who took the time to walk me around the complex and show me several units with different features, on two separate occasions per my request, without any issues. The only difficulty I have experienced is contacting the office via phone. But considering there are more than 300ish units Im not too concerned.

I want to make it real quick how obnoxious reviews are.It is always angry people compaining about the absolute most.Ive been here since December and have had to have maintenance come for literally nothing so far. My apartment is on a corner which is a plus of the B1 floorplan. Up front Chelsie was honest about parking, permits and everything. No issues have ever arisen here. I absolutely love it. They even have a really cool plan for those who might be breaking their lease for a house. (Cheaper than actually breaking JSYK). I honestly couldve moved anywhere but Chelsie has really made it worth staying.
