    Literally the highest quality apartment commuter you can ask for in terms of management, service, and maintenance. The staff is very professional and the property is well kept. They even host frequent events for us which is the icing on the cake. I am in no rush to move from Cyan Craig Ranch because they check off everything on my list already.

    I was at aww with this property. Everything was so clean and well managed. I was given a tour by Joe and his presence alone made me feel so welcome. He was well knowledgeable about this property and all the offers that come with it. I will definitely be renting soon at Cyan!

    Ive been living in Cyan for 1 year now and I renewed my second year. Its a very nice, quiet and safe place. Lots of parking lots a cinema a party room good gym a huge pool, Ive never had a problem in my apartment, the employees are very friendly, the office has parties every month for residents there are always free drinks 🍹

    This apartment complex is very nice and really impressed me with it’s level of cleanliness . I got a tour of a 2 bedroom by Joe, and he was very kind and helpful with all of my questions, so that I was well informed of everything. His hospitality and welcoming nature definitely earned this place its 5 stars.

    Love my new home here at Cyan! Joe was such a huge help from helping me lease a home all the way up to my move in day. My apartment is great so far! So cozy, the community is quiet & well kept.     Ive been living here for 6 months now. Great experience so far! Office staff was friendly and fixed my key issues in no time, with a smile. Maintenance is super speedy, came same day both times Ive requested. Property and common areas are kept clean. The pool is my favorite spot! Parking is a breeze. The location is great. I hardly have to leave Custer for my weekly needs. The only downside is my apartment smelt like weed since Ive moved in and cant get rid of the smell.

    When on a search for an excellent apartment in the McKinney area, Cyan Craig Ranch is nothing short of exceptional. If you are interested in a great area, phenomenal customer/tenant relations, executive units, and world class hospitality. I would, without a doubt recommend Cyan. Credits to the amazing leasing team as well, they are amazing. As well as a special shout out to McKenna, she is terrific and it is always lovely to see her, as she is the hardest worker I’ve met!!

    I toured this apartment last Friday and I was in awe of how beautifully kept it was. The management team and leasing staff were beyond amazing and exemplified incredible customer service as I was on tour.     Cyan Craig Ranch apartments is by far the best complex I have resided.My concerns and requests are followed up usually within 24 hours.The management is available to hear concerns and open to any requests to consider (I usually will offer a solution) that makes my time here pleasant.Staff recognizes that our home environments should feel safe, clean, and welcoming.

    For starters, my daughter was going to be walking to work as I had her car that day and it wouldn’t have been an issue except that it was raining hard. Joe (best guy ever) told her that he would be more than happy to take her down the road to work! When my daughter told me that, all I could say is, “what doesn’t this guy not do for his residents” because 2 months ago I accidentally threw my necklace in the trash and it was already in the big dumpsters and with his nice work clothes on he went through all the trash to help me find it. Btw we did! I know it’s hard to find good office staff but all of them are great but ask for Joe Mikula! This guy is everything

    Amazing community!! I have been living here for 3 years and by far the best choice I’ve ever made. The community is friendly and very clean and not to mention the staff is incredible!! One in particular is a lady named Jada. I am not sure how long she has been working here but she is always sweet to me and my family whenever we come into the office. She’s very attentive and I notice the atmosphere changed once she started working there. I’ve had some issues with others Inside the office but Jada makes up for it. Highly recommend living here!!

    Moved here awhile ago, one thing that stands out about this complex is their team.I went next door to check it out & they were so rude.When I stopped at cyan, I was politely greeted by Jada.     Im only rating this apartment approval process. It had the lowest apartment that I ran across that I didnt have to pay double rent since approved with conditions. It would only be a 500.00 additional deposit. Everywhere else were charging 1 months rent for a deposit.

    I really enjoy apartment complex! The swimming pool is huge and luxurious. All staff in the office ate professional and respond to phone calls or emails within 1 business day! In addition all maintenance requests are addressed the same day. Highly recommend

    Cyan Craig Ranch is amazing! Such a quiet and clean environment to live in. I have never had any issues living here, its the best apartment Ive stayed in. The staff is amazing! Any time I have any questions Chelcee and Deanna replied within minutes! I totally recommend staying here, I am not living anytime soon! Theyre amazing at what they do !

    I honestly can’t think of any complaints. My husband and I moved here about a couple months ago. The apt is nice and clean. We had one maintenance request and it was answered promptly. Chris from maintenance is super nice and went above and beyond! The leasing office also provides nice coffee and tea beverages. There’s never a problem with parking. I also appreciate the location right by LA Fitness, Target, Walmart, and other shops. 🙂

    I moved into Cyan a couple months ago & it’s the best apartment i found in the area. The leasing agents were super helpful and got me in asap! Maintenance is super fast with work orders which is a must. Overall i love cyan, it’s beautiful, the grounds are alway clean and everyone is so sweet. I definitely recommend Cyan Craig Ranch if you’re moving to McKinney.

    I had previously given negative reviews as there were a number of issues with noise, but the majority of them have been mitigated.The windows and floors/ceiling still allow a fair amount of noise, but enforcement of pool and quiet hours have improved my experience here significantly. I do appreciate the staffs response on those.Garbage collection has also improved, and I think the complex events are a good idea to allow residents to meet.

    Application process went smoothly. Great staff. The staff assisted me patiently whenever I needed the help to complete the application process. Brand new apartments. Falling in love with the community. This community is very near to all shopping needs(groceries, pharmacy, clinics). Roughly 5 mins travel to any store that you wanted to visit.

    Less than 2 months into moving into my apartment at Cyan Craig Ranch I was encountered with a renters worst nightmare, a malfunctioning AC unit that resulted in water leaking into the apartment.Now this situation could have gone sideways fast but thanks to the staff at Cyan Craig Ranch, especially their exceptional handyman Keaton, the problem was assessed and fixed in no time. I should mention Keaton worked off hours and even checked in during the July 4th weekend to make sure there were no follow-up problems after making the fix.You cant avoid every negative situation, but knowing if things go wrong you can count on the staff to take care of you makes this place easily worth a 5 star rating.I should also note everyone Ive met at this complex are kind, willing to lend a helping hand and the property itself is well maintained. If youre looking for a great living space in the McKinney, Texas area then look no further than Cyan Craig Ranch and its amazing staff. Gold star goes out to Keaton for his above and beyond efforts to address our apartments issue in a quick and quality manner with exceptional customer service from start to finish.

    Cici has been very helpful and patient towards me in all ways. She has been very attentive to all my needs, when it has come to apartment living and even with things that are unrelated to it as well.     The amenities are great. However, I have a 🐜 problem, they’re everywhere. Ive emailed Abby who has been amazing but I can’t live in these conditions. I need pest control out ASAP. This is my 3rd day living in this apartment and the ants are everywhere. They must be in the walls. Cyan please send the pest control to my place please ASAP.Update: Cyan sent pest control the following day(today) and advice me to also use ant bait. I appreciate the sense of urgency thank you, Cyan Management.

    Keaton was very helpful! Our thermostat turned off, and it became a more complex problem then expected. Keaton checked in every hour, made trips to Lowes, and was very patient with the problem on hand! It took almost all day to resolve the issue Keaton was so nice throughout it all.

    My experience with Davis Development leasing team was fantastic from the first day I visited this community, moving in to the apartment the very next day on 1st May and until the last day for Davis team as the property is handed over to IRT. It looks like IRT management team is just settling in. So, will wait for another month or two, before writing any feedback about my experience.
