    I recently visited a relative at Cyan Cinco Ranch Apartments and was very impressed. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.What stood out the most was the excellent service from the maintenance staff, especially Marlon. He was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to keeping everything in top shape.Even though I was just a visitor, I could see why this condominium is a great place to live. With its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community.

    I visited the property last week during a business trip and I definitely be looking forward to apply to move here in a couple months when I have to move from FL to TX. The installations looked great and very welcoming, everything in the apartments looked clean and worked well. We met Mr. Marlon during our visit and he talked to us about his job and what he does and I could notice how great maintenance is in these apartments. Every one that we talked gave us a very good treatment.

    I just moved back to Houston from Ohio and I have spent several weeks looking at many apartments. My friend lives at Cyan Cinco Ranch and referred me to check it out. I came in and met with Sonora and she made the process so seamless. She was so welcoming and pleasant from the minute I walked in the door. From the tour, to giving me all the required information about the property, she covered all the bases and made me feel less anxious about choosing a place to live. She was very friendly and personable and still very professional. I also asked my cousin to tour on my behalf to get a second opinion and he was impressed by both Sonora and the apartment complex so I know my experience was not an isolated one. She has made herself available to answer all my questions and has been extremely helpful and made the process quite effortless and I am truly grateful for that.I really like the property, it is beautiful and serene, the amenities are mind blowing and certainly fit my needs. I love the fact that they have elevators as I have a disability and this would really make life easier for me. It was a no-brainer for me to choose this property as my place to live.

    I have lived in the property for 4 years and I have never seen a maintenance team as efficient as the one that is currently in place. Mr. Enrique takes care of the orders in record time, efficiently and solving the problem in a short time, Mrs. Maria is always looking after the cleanliness of the bathrooms, the gym and the club house, everything organized and shiny. The groundskeeper is always looking after the cleaning of the elevators, the dog park and the garbage. It is truly a team that works in a synchronized, organized and efficient manner. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

    Itā€™s my residence and I have enjoyed living here. Their Apartment units look nice with their sleek interior design and decor.The Apartment management and Maintenance Department have been great with responding to my concerns and requests in a timely manner.They also have a beautiful pool and well maintained gym which is convenient.Only complaint I have is some of the tenants are not respectful of the apartment property.( littering, not picking up dog poop and tenants leaving rude and inappropriate written messages on my door; instead of contacting Administration with their concerns)

    From the first day I moved in, I have been thoroughly impressed with the maintenance teams efficiency in addressing any issues. Whenever Ive requested maintenance, the response has been very quick, and the problems have been resolved with utmost professionalism. Enrique, in particular, has been awesome and his work is truly commendable.I must mention how welcoming and friendly the neighbors are. Its been a pleasure getting to know the community, and the supportive atmosphere adds to the overall positive living experience.I have had great interactions with the workers in the front office. They have always been helpful and accommodating. I want to give a special shout-out to Sonora whom Ive found to be extremely efficient and always willing to assist.Overall, my time here has been wonderful, and I truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the staff in making this a great place to live.

    The amenities were awesome, apartments are spacious and Rooms are awesome with great sizes. Love their master bathrooms, they are close to single family home master bath. The only concern is security, in spite of tight security still burglary happening.

    Wonderful facility, and amazing staff! Annette the property manager has been very professional, and their superb customer service clearly shows with the residence. My company Benefitnessnow has had the pleasure of offering group fitness classes twice a week for the residents in the community for about 3 months now. It has been an absolute pleasure working with everyone, and seeing the smile on their faces at every class. If you were looking for a new place to live in the area, look no further šŸ’Æ

    I have seen an excellent change after the new management took action with the cleaning of the complex. All workers do their best to keep the areas clean, and the gym area has improved greatly. The bathrooms are very clean and have a rich aroma. Thanks to the cleaning lady Maria, who is always attentive to the common areas.

    Just moved in maybe like a week before hurricane Beryl, pretty nice place. I wish the office answered the calls better and when leaving the option to get a call back I never got a call back when trying to apply and go through the process. But the apartments made up for it, the maintenance guy seemed to really care for his job and the residents, and I do have a question, how does the car wash center work? I have my own supplies, like towels soap etc, Does it cost money to get water from it ? The vaccum? Is it open 24/7? Cuz maybe Iā€™m feeling like cleaning my car at 3am you know,

    The place as a whole pretty much exceeded my expectations.Senora helped me throughout the whole process and made sure there were no hiccups.     I started to live here since they started. I never had a security issue but I know other neighbors did. I saw cars without tires one morning and administration installed more cameras. I love the floor plans but certainly, they need to have more control on certain issues like the way people use balcony as storage instead of renting one.

    Update: We have been here a total of 3 1/2 months. We love the complex and environment. The appliances are great. Parking is a breeze. Elevators are always working in my building. Everyone stays to themselves and minds their own business. Everyone is relevantly friendly and the schools nearby are great. The only gripe I have is the smoking. Itā€™s suppose to be a smoke free environment and while I donā€™t have an issue with any kind of smoking, I DO NOT like when people are smoking and that seeps through my apartment. Now that the weather is cooler I will sometimes open the patio door, but not for long because whoever lives near me smokeā€™s weed and cigarettes and it trails into my apartment from the patio door. I wouldnā€™t be a gripe but this is pretty much almost every afternoon that this happens. Iā€™ve even tried to open the door to air out the apartment at maybe a different time of the day so I donā€™t interfere with whatever my neighbors around me are doing and if itā€™s not weed itā€™s cigarettes. It just sucks cause we also like to sit out on the patio with our dog and have to come in because of the smoke.Let me just say this whole touring and move in experience has been awesome. Sonora was great throughout this whole time and I am looking forward to living here! Even though our move in date was scheduled on a Sunday, they gave us thorough instructions on how to access everything and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a successfully set up.

    Living in this apartment complex has been an incredible experience! Sonora is incredibly helpful and friendly, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained.I know they just changed management and I read some complaints, but to be fair theyre trying hard to understand and adjust and I believe its a matter of time till we see the fruits of their hard work.

    My boyfriend and I are planning to relocate to Houston from Connecticut within the next few months to a 2 bed/2 bath apt. Out of all of the apartments we toured, Cyan Cinco Ranch really stood out to us in the best way possible! The apartment layouts, the amenities, the atmosphereā€¦everything we saw was 10/10. The amenities that really caught our eyes were the huge pool, movie theater, and 2-level gym. We also loved that there were 4 different layouts to choose from for the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments, all with huge walk-in closets, updated appliances, spacious rooms. What made the tour an even better experience was our guide/leasing consultant, Guill Garza. Guill was very professional, informative, and absolutely hilarious. If the apartment complex didnā€™t already sell this place to us, meeting with Guill truly knocked it out the park and confirmed our decision. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, we canā€™t wait to sign a lease in the near future.

    Ive been living here for almost a year now and I have no complaints so far. The apartment is spacious and modern with modern appliances, the elevator is very convenient when you have lots of groceries or heavy items and the resort like amenities are the best Ive seen in this area. Sonora and Nicole are very courteous and go above and beyond to get a matter resolved. Cyan is conveniently located just a short drive away from grocery stores, shops, restaurants, churches etc, and is linked to Katy ISD, which is one of the best ( if not thee best) school district in Houston. Overall Im happy with this community.

    This is such a beautiful apartment with beautiful amenities! I can tell they care more about their residents than other apartments I have lived in. Merrily was amazing with our move in and the whole process was super easy. The community is quiet. There are a few bad reviews suggesting poor maintenance, but I have to disagree. I highly suggest looking here to move. Itā€™s a very chill spot, the neighbors keep to themselves.The pool is a beautiful resort style saltwater pool. You will always have your own space even if itā€™s really packed.itā€™s always very clean and I see the maintenance guy there almost every day.Great for families, young couples & singles.

    I went to visit and did a tour with Sonora. She was wonderful, professional, kind, and enthusiastic about the property. The property is gorgeous. I love the amenities which were not like I have seen before. The pool is huge and the workout room has two floors with also a movie room in which they provide snacks.     We recent went to visit. Desarae our leasing agent. I believe shes the assistant/ manager was amazing she could relate and she was hilarious! Shes was Very knowledgeable and friendly.     I have lived at a multitude of apartments and this has by far been my favorite! I was the very first resident so I got to enjoy the amenities by myself for awhile which was awesome.     Desirae and Annette are the most wonderful and professional leasing team that Cyan has ever had. Any issues Iā€™ve had in the past even if itā€™s from the previous management company they resolve it without any issues.     Iā€™ve been at Cyan Cinco Ranch for almost a year Iā€™m approaching my lease renewal and I will be staying! I love the new management company that took over (this is the second management company). The manager Desiree and Yessenia are awesome anytime I need anything I go in the office or send an email and it is taken care of. Maintenance does take a while bit itā€™s nothing extreme they do prioritize orders by the severity of the service. I love the inclusive community event at the community.The area is way from traffic and off the tollway. Starbucks, Walgreen and Walmart are 5-10 minutes away. There are many kids that stay at the community and the community is animal friendly.

Unfortunately people crime as no address there was some situations that took place as youā€™ve seen in the comments below however that have been resolved.     This condo looks amazing, outside and inside de units. The lady who help me touring around the property is very gentle and fun. I decided not to rent here due to the reviews on this page that raised me some concerns and the unit available was facing the highway and I was worried that sound would bother me every day. Maybe another unit facing a different direction could make me go over the bad reviews

    Me and my fiancƩ took a tour here. This community is absolutely gorgeous. I just LOVE the pool, very unique design. It feels very safe and secure. Super quiet and relaxing surroundings.     Moved into this apartment complex in January. I would say itā€™s the best my husband Hassan and I were looking for brand new apartment with new appliances and different look, this apartment definitely haves it. I love how big this complex itā€™s spaced out more, compare to other apartment complex that is more narrow, and close to each other. We feel in love with the modern look inside and out it is beautiful! Michael is so helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with us he answered all our questions knew what we wanted !

    Really nice apartment complex has a lot of good amenities and great people working on the front now. I had visited the place last year and didnt have a great experience which is why i didnt apply. But I came back this yr cuz i heard it was under new management. The community manager Jackie took the time to inform us in detail of the process and requirements to apply. Looking forward to seeing what the rest of our experience will be living here

    Stopped by to inquire about an apartment and Ms. Yessenia was very helpful and sweet! Shes professional and compassionate about something that lets face it can be a stressful process, her human touch is whats needed in this industry. The only reason I didnt lease was because of the schools, I wanted to keep my kids at their school with the 77494 zip code. Other than that I would recommend this property hands down no apartment will ever be perfect you will have bad neighbors, dog barking, pet owners not picking up after the roofs roofs, loud music and maybe even some loitering as another viewer stated crime has no zip code whether you live in Katy, River Oaks or any other parts of Houston.

    The leasing staff has helped me a lot with the problems that have arisen during my stay, there are many things to improve (car theft) but in general Mrs. Yessenia Serrano is a very good person and helps with the inconveniences, the apartments are expensive and they should put cameras to prevent theft of car tires.
