I’ve lived at the Curve for almost a year and I honestly love the community and the staff. The maintenance guys are awesome! They have been able to take care of the situation immediately no matter how big or small the job was.I also want to say Tori the manager is wonderful! She has always been available and helpful when needed. I have left bed in several of the complexes in the area and I actually feel at home here!!!!

This was my first apartment, I moved in with a roommate. The apartment itself was not cleaned when we moved in but it wasnt too big a deal because we wanted to clean it ourselves which we did. It was a cute apartment, great size and an amazing price for a 2 bedroom. But the quality of the material they used wasnt the greatest. Cabinets looked and felt gross cause of the paint, the counter tops were chipping in the kitchen and bathrooms, the shower floor was cracking??? There were issues with the dryer on several occasions and the dishwasher a few times as well. The wait for maintenance was never too long but it was pretty irritating that the same problems kept occurring every few months. Tori in the office is super nice and did her best to help me when I was having issues with my (terrible) roommate so honestly I felt lucky to have someone nice working there that seemed to really care about the residents. If it werent for my roommate, I feel like I would have better liked my stay in this community and I would definitely move back if they were to offer affordable 1 bedrooms!

Tori was an amazing manager and made my stay as pleasant as it could be! With Covid and the freeze, our financial situation got really bad and she was very helpful/understanding. The location is very convenient too as it’s next to the river. The buildings are kind of old, so if you are super high maintenance expecting everything brand new then this is probably not the right place. I would say the rent price is pretty fair for the big space, location, and backyard! There’s always going to be problems everywhere you go, but what’s important is how they handle them when they arise. As long as you communicate with her and do your part, you will be fine! There is a reason you see many great reviews specifically about Tori! She is legit. I will say the maintenance team could use some work, but again, Tori will make sure it gets resolved once she is aware. For sure, the best complex manager we have had so far.

You definitely get what you pay for with this apartment complex. Our newly renovated apartment has had some hiccups, just like any new home would.. but Cassie pulled through for us and has been a tremendous help!I have to mention that not many site managers would hand out their personal cellphone number due to the constant bother of tenants, but Cassie has told me and my boyfriend time and time again to always fee free to text or call with any questions, comments, or concerns. Its very reassuring to know we have someone like her to rely on when we need help.I also have to note that with over 20 apartment buildings being filled with tenants, Cassie has never forgotten our names. (Not even our dogs name.. thats amazing) That is VERY important in my book. It shows she actually cares about all the personal relationships she has with the Curve Community.The staff here are wonderful, and its been a good community to be a part of as a new resident to San Marcos.

I Love this place!! All of the units are super nice and updated no matter what one fits your budget. The complex is clean calm & quiet. There is a nice little dog park, clean pool, nice grills for you to use, & work out room. The best part of this place is the office ladies. They are truly the nicest, understanding, and down to earth people. They treat you like family!!

I love living here at the Curve. The on staff maintenance men are always willing to go above and beyond for us whenever we have an issue. Chris (maintenance Tech) is always willing to show up in a timely manner with a smile on his face and amazing work ethic in tow. This is no surprise once you find out that they are lead and trained by someone like John, the maintenance supervisor. No matter what the situation and no matter how stressful that situation is, he comes with a clear level head and no judgments. Also, our management team in the office are the best. Tori always goes above and beyond in ways that truely make you feel comfortable and welcome whenever you visit them. If you are looking for a really attentive staff at the place you call home, the Curve is that place!

For me this apartment complex gets 5 stars for one reason and one reason only, the staff. Everything you brought to their attention was dealt with in a timely manner and they were always so welcome. The person that helped me the most was Cassidy, she made me fell at home everyday I lived there and made me really appreciate my time there.

Stayed here for nearly 4 years. A very nice place to live, in a great location. The staff are all wonderful, attentive and reasonable about things. There is a pretty broad spectrum of people living there, and a real community vibe. Rooms have lots of storage space.I’d definitely recommend.

What a hidden gem! Great Location on River Road. Easy access to the river! The apartments are bright and spacious. The interior finishes are upgraded and modern.The staff is awesome! A special shout out to Tori Stewart. She is a true professional and will take care of you!

Cassidy, the property manager, has been so helpful since we moved in. She is very understanding, patient, and just over all a great help. She walks you through any problems that occuring on the property, as well as the leasing process itself. I love living here at the curve b/c I am a college student and here at the curve they just go above and beyond to make sure that I am not over stressing about rent, andything that needs to be fixed, needing a computer if mine crashes or something.

The Curve at River Road is a great place to live! Walter and Cassidy are an awesome team! Cassidy is one of the best mgrs I have ever encountered. I had a leak after hours yesterday, Cassidy was amazing! Got in contact with the new head maintenance person, Peter, even though he wasnt scheduled to start until today, he was here within about an hour or so. He was very polite and efficient. Unclogged the drain on my a/c unit in no time! All the while with a smile on his face, hes awesome! Welcome to the Curve Peter! Thank you for fixing my a/c problem! Our family is moving down to Texas in June.I contacted and spoke to Walter at this location and he was amazing. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Friendly and didnt mind me constantly calling with updates and questions.Thus far he has made this transition for us very easy.We cant want to live here and get settled!

The best thing about this complex is the property manager Tori. She’s so sweet, &helpful and wants to make sure each resident is satisfied and taken care of. She’s definitely the best property manager I’ve ever had living at different complexes!

I leased at The Curve for fall semester and by far awesome place! Love the new updates, and the service is totally on point!! Cassidy was so helpful and always ready to answer my questions. I can wait to be back in the fall. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

I’ve been living here for years now and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Service is fast whenever I have an issue, everyone is friendly and the apartments are very nice. Tori at the front desk is always helpful to anything I need (even when it’s a ridiculous request) and I haven’t gotten better service elsewhere. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Cassidy and Walter where super super helpful however it seems like the new management has not figure out all there kinks, my girlfriend and I where unable to get an apartment here for reason not concerning curve but Cassidy and Walter were very helpful in getting our return back.

I went to visit with a family, the facilities seemed very good to me, with ample parking, the pool and the GYM were very clean, and the apartment is spacious and with good distribution, especially that there are several department stores and restaurants nearby ...Excellent
