I moved into these apartments a year ago today, and it has been an absolute dream! Management is so kind and approachable, maintenance is quick to respond, and I haven’t had a single issue living here!THANK YOU management for all you do for your tenants! The office parties, the food trucks, the giveaways, the raffles — So generous and fun! I love living here! ❤️

My sister and I lived at The Cumberland on Grandbury for six amazing years, and moving was really hard for us because it felt like home. We miss it every day.The communication from the management was fantastic, making our time there so enjoyable.If we ever move again, The Cumberland will be at the top of our list.

Lived here for 2 years before moving into my dream home. Great apartment, super affordable in today’s market, awesome front office staff, and spectacular maintenance team. Aside from a few roaches here and there, my stay was pretty great. Highly recommend!

I moved here a couple of years ago in quite a rush after accepting a job offer. From the get go they have always been fast and easy to work with which is comforting as I was moving from a much smaller city. I actually signed a contract before even stepping foot on the property and I was not disappointed. The office staff and management are fast at replying to emails and responding to phone calls; not to mention great communicators and understanding. The maintenance staff is wonderful and even fixed a non-urgent request on a weekend right before a big freeze. I have enjoyed getting to know various residents that have become friends. The gates always work which make me feel safe. The community is quiet and just 10 minutes away from anything and everything. The quick access to the toll road makes weekday mornings and afternoons nice. I have truly enjoyed my time here and am sad to be leaving. I am glad to have called this place home the last couple of years. Thank you Mateo and Elsa for your kindness!!

I’ve lived here at the Cumberland on Granbury for several years and I love it here. They’re so professional and very accommodating in every way needed. The property is nice and clean 99% of the time. I always felt safe on the property and neighbors were always quiet and respectful. Rent rates are reasonable. I only had about 2 maintenance request and the maintenance guys were always quick and friendly.My only complaint is that the office staff never smiled and barely opened their mouths to acknowledge you when you walk in. They always looked as if the office is the last place they wanted to be. When you walk in they simply stare at you and wait for you to say something. Also, many times when you talk to them in person, they are checking their phones. There were a few other interactions with the staff that didn’t sit well with me, but in the end, the issue was resolved by management, so I’ll just leave it at that.Overall, the office staff is the only reason I can’t give this location 5 stars, but other than that my 7 months living there was nice and they served the needs of the temporary housing that I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice place in Fort Worth to check them, but just know that your interactions with the office staff may not be very welcoming. Prior to living there, I hadn’t lived in an apartment in quite some time, but I just always remembered the office staff in my past experience were much more welcoming.

Havent been here too long but love it thus far! Super cool staff (Shannon and Emily are awesome) that will work with you and are very accommodating. Everyone Ive interacted with from maintenance to in the office have been so cool. Love the dog park area and met some neat people. (Ive never had an issue with parking as some of the others have mentioned)

Been nothing but helpful and have done their best to get us situated even during a fire.I don’t understand these towing complaints they explain it very clearly when you move in.Update:Elsa and Matteo and her team are awesome.Kept their word on helping and they did!

We have been here for two years, my husband for 3 and we have loved it here!! These apartments are really the only one in the Fort Worth area that ARENT income based and reasonably priced!! The property is always beautiful: flowers and trees bloom in the spring and summer and really make the apartments pop! Never EVER had a problem with the office, just overall great experience here! Definitely recommend ❤️

My stay here was nothing short of wonderful! The grounds were always clean, the staff very knowledgeable and professional and my neighbors were even top notch. It was a blessing living here!!! Tia, the office mgr, and the rest of the office team make life in Ft. Worth the bomb. Thanks y’all. I can’t say enough good things about this complex.

My husband and I love our apartment here. We live in a 1br/1ba and were totally impressed with how clean it was at move in. Weve been here a while now and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and timely with everything so far. There are lot of codes to access gates/the pool/fitness which can be hard to keep up with but makes me feel safe. There are no noise issues (and we live on the bottom!) There is plenty of parking for residents and assigned guest parking which saves a ton of time and energy not having to acquire a pass of some sort like other complexes.We were recommended here by my brother-in-law who used to be a courtesy officer here and he spoke highly of the place and its safety. Id absolutely recommend it.

The apartments are big, not too expensive, and well maintained. What more they are pretty safe with a gate that actually closes, and good neighbours. They respond to maintenance requests the day of or after, and they even have community events to help people get to know each other. If you go into the office they are helpful and kind, and can usually get your problem taken care of pretty quick.

Ive lived here for almost a year and i love it. Property is well maintained, i never had a problem out of the office staff. My AC unit works fine never had a problem with it. Over all the BEST apartment Ive EVER lived in.

Have lived here with my wife for 2 years and counting. Never had any problems. Staff are great and courteous I love working with Emily or Shannon if any issues arise. Very attentive and do what they can to help you immediately. Great place!

Love the area, so quiet and peaceful! The leasing office staff goes above and beyond to assist us in anything we need. Coming from Dallas, this was the place we needed. Great and centralized from stores, Hulen mall, everything! Go check them out!Tremendos apartamentos, bien tranquilos y los de la oficina bien serviciales.
