We just moved in 2 days ago and I have to say this has exceeded our expectations! The ceilings are at least 1 foot higher than our previous apartment and it makes us feel like we just moved into a resort. I’m not exaggerating! The staff is amazing and friendly the neighbors are not loud or obnoxious. And we got this apartment at such a good rate, way better than the surrounding communities.A big shout out to Kat for being so patient and kind during the months that I spoke with her doing my due diligence to move in. And thank you Maggie for being so sweet to my wife showing us the complex and giving us a deal with the storage unit. The first impression with both of you has been amazing and I’m telling all my friends.My wife and I are extremely blessed to have moved here. To anyone reading this, you owe it to yourself to at least stop by and speak to either Kat or Maggie. They will both take good of you! I got 4 weeks free, but it’s up to 6 weeks free now.If you are looking for a super chill environment where everyone is kind and the amenities truly feel the way they look in the photos; you owe to yourself to stop by for a tour.PS: The gym is actually decent, and I am a gym guy.

I absolutely loved living here! I moved into these apartments in 2021 and stayed for 3 years. It was a nice and quiet community. The apartments are well kept and the staff there is friendly & accommodating. The only complaint I had was the dirty hallways from neighbors leaving their trash out and not in the bin, and the next day the leasing staff had the halls power washed. The dog parks were free of poop and clean. The grounds were really well kept too. The staff takes care of any issue you have right away. The view of my unit was amazing and I will definitely miss it.

Having staff who readily answer the phone is a significant asset, and I believe it plays a crucial role in the overall experience for potential tenants. The complex is beautiful, clean, and located in a lovely part of Kyle. Our apartment actually overlooks the golf course! There are nice sidewalks to walk to all of the near-by shopping and restaurants. The complex has lots of great amenities, a VERY friendly and helpful staff, and regular events that make living at Cromwell fun. Though we have stayed for only a short time, it already feels like home!

Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! My wife and I were the first people to move in when it was brand new in 2020. Very clean and safe! Admin and maintenance was always quick to respond. We only left because we purchased a house in NB! Amenities are great and we used them as much as we could, especially the gym and pool! Kim was a great help when to terminating our lease early. Thank you!

I had such an incredible move in!!! Kim the leasing manager was SO sweet and SO accommodating with me. Just moved in today and the apartments are GORGEOUS; it looks absolutely brand new. 10/10 recommend and i’ve been with 3 different apartments throughout central Texas. None have made the application and move in process this great!

Love living here! Love the staff and the quiet community. Lindsay and the staff really take the best care of you and are truly providing the best customer service to the residents. I left a horrible situation at a different property to come to this one and it was so worth it. The experience with Cromwell is like night and day with my previous place. I wish I would have moved here a long time ago. Would highly recommend this property.

I was living in upstate New York and I was looking for places to move to in Kyle and I found Cromwell At Plum Creek and applied. Super easy application process. I’ve been living here now for about 3 weeks and my wife and I love it! Super clean and quiet. Neighborhood is super cute and the apartments are the same clean and cute as my wife says! Definitely worth every penny. Both Lyndsey’s asst. manager and manager are super nice and helpful with everything! My family and I can definitely see ourselves living here for the future to come!

Pros:1. Excellent Amenities, I love the gym and the pool2. Polite Staff, the managers and leasing agents are great and always helpful3. Great Location, very close to all the shopping centers and I-35Cons:1. Need better security, the entry doors to the community are constantly blocked with rocks by both residents and non residents. Weve had serval break in of vehicles and garages, and a car stolen.2. Too much dog poop EVERYWHERE, Cromwell should de a better job of holding residents accountable for not following the rules.3. LOTS and LOTS of marijuana! It seems as if half the residents are smoking marijuana, every building smells of it.

This apartment complex is beautiful! luxury and so close to town! We left Austin and I love that we made that decision! The staff is so friendly, helpful and patient when we were doing our lease. We were one of the first to move in, and love it already! Don’t miss out and go tour!!

Love our apartment, great gym, managed very well and super helpful. Would be 5 but the parking lot is not big enough in the building 2 section to accommodate everyone. Other than that, a wonderful place to live.
