Year in review:My first review was 5 stars, and Im removing one not because of the service, but because of the age of the property. Its older, and within the past year, I had 3 major work orders due to roof leaks, my wall leaking streams of water after severe storms, and having to repaint and repair the ceiling and said wall. I think the influx of work orders and limited maintenance staff causes work orders to take several days, maybe weeks at times, but if you really need something done, calling the office to expedite your work order helps. You may need to call more than once, but remember, regardless of where you live, you will be treated the same as you treat the staff that manges the property you live on. Being kind and patient goes a long way, especially for the value you get for Crescent Cove. Theyre doing a few new updates lately which sounds nice and exciting.The area is mostly full of families and some younger couples that all seem to be relatively quiet and respectful. Living right next to the landfill is something worth considering because itll smell like rotten eggs or dead animal 2 or 3 days out of the week usually at night, but it shouldnt affect your apartment smell.Again, older property and if your windows arent sealed recently by maintenence, make a work order right away. My recent winter bill was $300.Im more than likely renewing my lease here for another year. The office staff is pretty nice and the maintenance folks are too. Its not a bad area!

I just moved in, and so far, so good! Lera was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She made sure I knew exactly what to expect and was there to assist me throughout the process. I appreciated the timely updates she provided, which made the move-in experience a breeze. Additionally, the maintenance team was very responsive to any concerns I had right after moving in. Overall, everything has been smooth, and I’m really happy with my new place!

I have been here a little over two years. I could honestly say the staff here have been the best staff I have encountered from all my experience living in apartments. You may read some reviews about their own personal issues and by me reading them and living here, I could understand the frustration but the ladies at this property really do try and be there for you and help you with your concerns. I think some people fail to realize some issues is beyond their control as we all know companies have rules and policies.I personally have never experienced any of the ladies being rude. I also have kids and this property makes me feel safe for my boys to play outside. Also the maintenance men I have encountered are AMAZING!!!!

After over a month of living here, I would like to shout out Brooke and the rest of the admin team. They helped me with my situation with care and lots of communication. There was an issue with my unit before move-in and they immediately went to work resolving the issue before my move-in date. The tour and signing process was very honest and transparent.The property itself is on the older side with relatively modern appliances, but its worth the rate compared to lots of other poorly managed properties around DFW. Yeah, its by a landfill, and with my sensitive sense of smell, I only smell it once a week? Its not that bad.The maintenance team takes a little bit longer to respond to service tickets because its an older property, so I can imagine lots of units have many requests per day. Just be patient and understanding. The maintenance guys are kind, hard working folks.The only con Im worried about is the package center. The door code confuses 60% of the amazon delivery drivers... Its either in a secure locker, sitting out in the open on the bench inside of the locker room, or if youre really unlucky, outside of the package center where anyone and anyone can steal it. I hear packages are stolen frequently. Just be on top of your delivery updates.I think the area is relatively safe considering how many kids play outside during the day. Lots of working families seem to enjoy being outside and walking the trail and enjoying the amenities.I think this is a great and affordable place to live. The 1 star reviews are the same issues you can pretty much get anywhere else. I think the mgmt team are doing the best they can with their bandwidth and budget.

❤️❤️❤️ I Love It Here! Great staff makes this a great place to live. Everyone, from the leasing staff, to the maintenance staff, and landscaping staff, have treated me so kindly and provide excellent care with all services. I particularly want to Thank Ariel, the office manager, for treating me with such compassion. I am disabled and have never been treated so beautiful. The apartments are beautiful and the setting on the lake is serene with beautiful sunsets. I often see people out fishing or boating on the lake and we have tons of geese too. My neighbors are friendly and we often talk when they are walking their dogs on the path that circles the complex. My move here has been an absolute blessing. This is home and I hope to stay here for years. Come see…I hope you love it too! ❤️❤️❤️

Update - We have nothing but good things to say about Crescent Cove at Lakepointe. When we move to a house, we will miss this place. Contrary to some complaints about the landfill, we cant remember the last time we smelled the landfill. The staff continues to be on top of things. Our garage door sensors needed to be replaced recently. They were done before I had a chance to check. You cant ask for better service.We have lived here for a year now, and we only have good things to say. On the few occasions that we have called the office with even the smallest request or question, they have handled it or answered it quickly. Some previous reviews made me a little skeptical a year ago when we were searching. After studying the reviews I realized that some people will leave a bad review no matter what, and we decided to go ahead and move here. We made a good decision. I can also say that the maintenance crew is a good crew. I do not see any lazy workers, which is the first thing I looked out for in a worker in my past life. I would call in for a check and fire anyone that I caught slacking on my job sites. This maintenance crew is always working or going somewhere. I put in a minor request one night, not really caring if it was taken care of in a hurry or not. It was very minor. I got a call at around 8:00 the next morning. I dont want to mention anyone by name, but we are pleased with every staff member, and we like this complex.

This place is amazing and its all due to the amazing girls at the leasing office. They have great communication and are super friendly. The maintenance staff is also super efficient and get to your request ASAP. Overall a great neighborhood, all residences are super nice. Ive lived here for over 3 years and loved every minute of it. Its sad to say goodbye but I highly recommend this place. Note** I am relocating to a new state otherwise I would have stayed.

Ive lived here 7 months now and its been been very pleasurable so far. The complex is beautiful and the scenery (the lakes) is gorgeous. I hardly ever realize Im next to the dump unless it rains!The complex is pretty active, but not annoyingly so. There always seems to be people out and about doing something or another around the complex. Ive had no problems with maintenance and the office staff is kind and always greets you with a smile. I have no noise complaints that stray from your typical apartment living experience. Truthfully, this complex is very peaceful most of the time.Keep in mind that living here comes with your standard living in an apartment annoyances. Sometimes theres a lot of trash around the dumpster (but lets be real, you live around A LOT of other people who may not be as trash-conscious as yourself), parking can be frustrating if you come home late, and sometimes you hear your neighbors yelling for whatever reason as apartment walls can only be so thick.Pricing always fluctuates with the season, but as for moving in during the winter, I believe the pricing is incredible for what youre getting.To be honest, my only complaint about this complex is the speed bumps! Theyre like giant legos!! But if thats my only legitimate complaint about Crescent Cove, Ill definitely renew my lease.

We have lived here for a month and a half now and it has been great so far! Very dog friendly community which is great.. All of our neighbors are friendly, and we don’t have issues hearing any of them through the walls (the occasional footsteps from upstairs, but that’s to be expected).. we have a GREAT view! The staff is very communicative and responsive so far as well.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Eric and Rafael (maintenance) I had an issue in my apartment and Eric came right up to help me.I know that they are low staffed and busy with this huge complex.Eric gave me above and beyond service! I definitely feel amazing that the problem was taking care of! Thank you to the leasing office for doing what they can for me and maintenance for making me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my apartment is safe to live in!!! 🙏🏾

I lived at Crescent Cove for almost 8 years. I just moved out in September. I am happy to say that the entire time there was a pleasurable peaceful and safe one. Management changed only once. They have done several improvements from putting in handicapped accessible ramps and doors to painting every single building from top to bottom. Even when it required hand scraping the trim on the third floor and all the garages. Every maintenance issue I had, which were very few, were taken care of quickly and correctly by staff that were polite, respectful and careful. The complex stayed as clean and well cared for from the day I moved in to the day we moved out. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Crescent Cove for my home for the last 8 years.

I highly recommend this community. I was moving from out of state and Taylor was very helpful answering my questions and having the apartment accessible once I drove into town. He was always quick to help or respond. The manager Ashley was also very helpful and polite. It had been awhile since I rented an apartment as I mostly would rent houses, but needed a temporary lease, and they were able to accommodate just fine.This community does keep up with the tenant rules, which is nice because it keeps the property clean, and neighbors stay respectful and dont get bothersome. It was nice to have a place that did feel like a home even though it was temporary. At the time of move out I verified the requirements, had no issue with a final walk through, and was returned the deposit.Im glad this was such a nice experience and place to live.

I just want to say, I have lived in many apartment complexes and they normally make it so difficult to get ahold of the office but during this application process I have called several times, to the extend of driving the office staff probably insane but never once they gave me attitude or were rude. They were always responsive right away both through email and calls. They kept me updated on everything. Ashley Tade did an amazing job, I would recommend her as a leasing agent to anyone. Im truly excited to continue working with them. I fully trust that they have the renters best interest and she did an amazing job making sure all my stuff was taken care of. Bree or Bri from the office, she also did a great job at keeping me on the loop the days Ashley was out of the office. Great experience so far!

I have lived at The Crescent Cove at Lakepointe apartments for almost 2 years. The apartments are exactly what I was shown when I applied. No disappointing surprises.The management was very helpful in helping me rent my apartment. It is a safe complex and convenient to shopping, restaurants and major highways. Maintenance is good. They respond fairly quickly, typical of any apartment complex. The grounds are always maintained and clean. Even though it is close to the Lewisville landfill, the majority of the time, you dont even notice. I love the location. And honestly, the management at the complex have gone above and beyond to work with me and help in many issues. I highly recommend the Crescent Cove at Lakepointe apartments in Lewisville, TX.

Taylor is beyond amazing! shes goes above and beyond. Me and my wife toured here a few years ago, but the wonderful customer service that we was provided by taylor had us sold on these apartments. we got approved and taylor is helping us settle in. not only does she has good work ethics, but just an amazing person period! Taylor needs a raise above any raise!

Just moved in with my roommate last week and we were on a very tight time crunch. It was hectic to say the least, but luckily the leasing office helped us out! Miqueas worked with us day in and day out. He made sure we got into our place as quick and efficient as possible given the paperwork that was needed. Took a huge stress off of our shoulders!

Very nice (and clean) place to live, very quiet and near lots of amenities. No issues whatsoever, hated to leave. The ladies in the leasing office were always super friendly, and quick to respond with any questions or requests I had. They were very professional and truly seem to care about making your residence a pleasant place to be. Highly recommend this complex, you won’t be disappointed!!

After I brought the issue to their attention, Lillian Saucier did everything she could to amend the issue to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the way I was treated by their management staff. I have nothing but good things to say about my apartment and the staff here at Crescent Cove after living here for the past 1.5 years. No drama, no crazy anything. My apartment has never had any major issues besides a dishwasher that was clogged that got taken care of quickly after we put the report in. Victoria Castillo and Ashley Tade have also been phenomenal since day one.That being said just a fair warning there are a lot of birds that like to hangout around here with the two lakes surrounding us. So its not uncommon in the summer to have your car sometimes covered in more bird poop than youd like. Especially if you park underneath a tree. Then it can smell sometimes since there is the landfill right close by. Not a deal breaker by any means but its something I wish I knew of before I had moved in.
