Management always answers all questions when asked and if they don’t have the answer they get back to you promptly. They always take care of maintenance concerns quickly and follow up to make sure your happy with the results. Lived here for 5 years and never had any issues with management or fellow tenants. It’s peaceful and well kept.They truly care about the tenants and are very friendly.

Living at Creekside has been mostly positive over the past year. The main issue has been noise from an upstairs neighbor, which the office has addressed, though the problem recurs occasionally. To avoid further tension, I decided to move to a different building. The gym is a good feature, though it could use more equipment, and gym users could be more considerate. Overall, living here has been okay.

Amazing staff - Especially Ashlyn!!!She has made this complex a safe home environment for us. The property has shown so much improvment in the last several months- from cleanup, noise control and follow up.maintenance. This is the best complex in this city with an amazing long standing reputation, and that’s coming from a super picky person. I have been a resident at Creekside at Kenneys Fort for over 2 years. I love most about this community that lease policies and rules are actually enforced here. YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT ANYWHERE ELSE.So many people on here are sweating the small stuff. 100% of the things they’re complaining about you find at EVERY complex in this city. If you’re determined to find every little thing wrong, you will. The lease agents treat all residents exactly the same- with kindness and RESPECT. If you violate lease terms by breaking rules, of course it won’t feel pleasant when they’re having to issue warnings because- it’s their job to keep this place nice.Before I moved here, my resident sisters told me about their living experience from the start. Prior to Ashlyn taking over management, there were many issues.All of this has started to drastically change for the better ever since ONE person took over management- ASHLYN. She goes above and beyond to take care of not only the complex, but the residents. She is extremely fair, and affords many chances for residents to correct deficiencies with plenty of warning. People complaining likely are not thinking about the good of all residents and the complex, the way a good manager has to. To anyone that disagrees, where accountability feels like a personal attack, when ironically we all signed the same lease agreement outlining very clearly laid out policies. Ashlyn is the ONLY reason I decided to move in on my own lease here, while my other siblings have stuck around and renewed their own separate leases as well. Maintenance Leader, Ariel, was also another factor too. Maintenance works so hard here to help out residents often the same day an issue is reported. With a referral that centered around Ashlyn being an amazing manager, Creekside has gained the benefit of 3 “pay on time” residents that are easy to manage, considerate, quiet, happy to be here, & respect the property rules and policies. We share Ashlyn’s pride in the community and do our part to keep it looking nice and welcoming to future residents. So many other managers would “take the easy route” and not address resident concerns or hold non compliant residents accountable. But she continues to do amazing work from the first day she started managing Creekside, as the managers all before her were…not great.I want to reiterate- I started a lease here BECAUSE of Ashlyn. She deserves more praise than any manager I’ve ever leased with. She is so warm and friendly and she is so professional! The sweetest woman and she actually upholds policies!!! THANK YOU!!!! She’s absolutely turning this community around. 2020-2021 is when I saw a sharp decline of the state of this complex and the residents were allowed to remain living here that repeatedly violated lease policies that directly impacted neighbors. Those who do not think Ashlyn is nice or kind are clearly not residents that follow the rules and have problems with accountability and the enforcement of property guidelines they already agreed to per their lease. Ashlyn is literally the best human, inside and out, and we can’t ask for a better manager to lead our community. Thanks Creekside! To be clear, if Ashlyn is ever not managing this property- for any reason- consider this my move out notice in advance when the lease is up. I’ll go to whatever property she manages, HAPPILY.

This is the best leasing office I’ve ever had. They fix every problem promptly and are so nice! Everyone is super friendly in the community and I have made many friends just in passing! Ashlyn runs a tight ship and is incredible if you cross her I will destroy you.

I have been a resident at Creekside at Kenney’s Fort since the complex opened and I have never seen a better manager in the over 5 years I’ve lived here. I have seen it all and dealt with it all. From me issuing noise complaints after midnight with loud music parties, to backyard barbecues with over 10 people with grills on patios, our building caught on fire June 2021, I have had people park in my paid parking & then dogs off leashes and owners not picking up their poop, to keeping trash on the ground leaking on concrete for raccoons to eat and sitting after trash hours and on non trash pick up days. As a longtime resident of this complex since 2018, the CLIENTELE has gone DOWN and the MANAGEMENT has gone UP. Ashlyn is the ONLY reason I stuck around and renewed. Maintenance Leader Ariel was another factor too… I also recently got both my sisters to get their own units at this complex so Creekside is benefiting from 3 “pay on time” residents that are quiet, happy to be here, & respect the property rules and policies. We help make the community look nice and elegant and it’s not a place that gets trashed and ran down. I have documentation, photos and videos since 2018 to today of how far Ashlyn has brought this property.MANAGERS I have dealt with Doreen prior to Ashlyn during 2020-2021 (Covid) and had over 5 kids and 2 adults living above us in a 2 bedroom and that never got addressed— I had to move, and then Denise Rogers prior to that and Angela West at the apartment opening.I recently renewed my lease again BECAUSE of Ashlyn. She deserves more praise than anyone and she addresses my concerns timely. She is so warm and friendly and she is so professional!!!! The sweetest woman and she actually upholds policies!!! THANK YOU!!!! I don’t ask other residents something I wouldn’t hold myself accountable doing too and Ashlyn expects the same. She’s turning this community around. 2020-2021 is when I saw a decline of the decorum of residents. Dramatically declined and Ashlyn is bringing it back!!! If you don’t think Ashlyn is nice or kind, then you must not be a resident that follows the rules and has problems with enforcing property guidelines. She actually holds residents accountable. Respectfully… and acts QUICKLY. She is literally the best human, inside and out and can’t ask for a better manager to lead our community. Thanks Creekside! Its a good place to live its quite and peaceful I have great neighbors There is a great off leash dog park. The swimming pool is outstanding. The staff is really really really nice and they try to help you the best they can. If I was staying in the state of Texas. I would stay here for a couple more years.Graham

Cameron and Angela in the leasing office are so friendly and helpful! I brought my clients in for a tour, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure they felt welcome! He gave them a great tour and made their choice in a new home an easy one.I have also had the pleasure of working with Angela and she really puts the residents and future residents needs first!This is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities, and I always enjoy working with them.

Overall this a great place to live with a good community. Issues are resolved rather quickly compared to other places ive lived. The only issue i have is the pool hours. The pool closes @ 830pm, often times as of lately i havent been able to enjoy the pool because of my work hours. The pool is also away from apartments which means that noise shouldnt be an issue. If yall could change those hours id give 5 stars. 10pm is a good time for the pool to close

I have lived in apts complexes for around 30 years, best place by far has the best staff, Doreen and her staff are just the greatest. In my opinion, they go above and beyond to take care of their residents!! If you are looking for a modern clean well maintained apartment, I recommend creekside at Kenny fort!! I have lived there for 4 years and never had any issues with maintenance or staff, maintenance is very proactive. Everybody at creekside are just the friendliest people to deal with!!

By far the best community my daughter and I have ever lived at. The staff is incredible!The maintenance guys fix any problems quickly and efficiently. The office staff is absolutely amazing, always very welcoming and friendly. Our neighbors are friendly and I love all the community gatherings the office puts together for us all the time. If I could leave more stars I would. Thank you Creekside for making our move to a new city as fantastic and easy as possible!

These apartments are amazing!! Not only is our apartment itself spacious and perfect for us but the neighbors and staff have been so friendly and inviting! We moved here recently from Houston and it has been such an easy transition. Denise has been an absolute delight to work with. She really makes sure that you feel right at home and stays on top of anything you need. I can’t say enough great things!! We love this place!

I love living here! It is, for the most part, quiet, safe, and relaxing. I love my apartments privacy and never had an issue with getting something fixed or an issue addressed. My neighbors are generally very respectful and I don’t really finding myself losing sleep or peace from loud noises.My only note is there are quite a few people who ignore the leash laws both in round rock and on our lease and walk their dog off leash, which has put my dog in danger multiple times. My older dog, who passed 2 months ago, was even attacked by one of these dogs about a year ago. My other, current, dog has been provoked but no attack has taken place yet as I can easily pick her up to eliminate the threat.This is not a reflection of the complex as they cannot do anything without proof or actually witnessing the account, but it is also an issue that I have run into everywhere I have lived so it’s something that needs to be noted.

I moved here with my kids and wife. I love living here. I met all the staff, I am so impressed with them. They are very pleasant to be around. They ask me how my days are and they actually care. Lindsey and Christina are the ones I see the most... They call me for packages, and always make sure my request get done. I give them both 10 STARS!! Nate is the one who usually comes in to help with my request..I have nothing but good words for him and his team! I am so happy I moved my family here, living here is like living with a bunch of family in different buildings. Its easy to make friends here. Its easy to feel welcomed here. I love it here.

I cannot express how great of an an experience this has been for me. I have been at Creekside for about six months now. As a first time renter, I knew I would have a lot of annoying questions, and I was nervous about the process. Creekside made the process so simple to understand, helped me every step of the way, and still to this day answer every question I have in an informative and positive manner. Just tonight I had an experience that proves they go above and beyond for their tenants. I had an issue with one of my alarms after a power glitch earlier, which resulted in one my my alarms beeping periodically. They sent someone out after hours and after they had already went home for the day, just to help me out. Every time I have put in any type of maintenance request, it has been handled properly and promptly. Not to mention the amenities included and the great views I get being on the third story. I would recommend Creekside to anyone I know, and I mean that! Thank you all for all that you do.

I recently was in Texas staying here at Creekside.I loved it so much, I might just have to pack my family up and move!The staff was so sweet every time I needed something or even went in the office to use the computers, they treated me like a friend. I know they help my sister out all the time (shes new to living on her own) the staff is always in the office to give her advice and answer any of her questions. I love the area, the apartment my sister lives in is beautiful. Im so happy my sister found somewhere she can call home now (even if she moved away from me). I dont worry anymore about her being here with no friends/family, they have events all the time! My sister has met some cool people living here. Thank you creekside for making my feel good about my baby sister leaving home and growing up!!!This place rocks, I cant wait to come back and visit.

I love my apartment! They had an awesome deal going on when I signed, and the staff was always answering my calls to help me with my endless questions. The pool, gym, and common areas are wonderfully clean, and my favorite part is the proximity to the Bolin Creek Trail. My only problem was the dogs that lived below me and would occasionally howl, but other than that I loved my time at Creekside :)

I have lived at Creekside for two years now and Im so glad we decided to live here. Its the perfect distance to everything and the office staff is so wonderful. They always help out if we have an issue or a package in the office. Everyone knows us by name and are very friendly. They have been able to keep the grounds very clean and tidy. I dont have any issues with this complex and would reccomend to anybody!

I love living here! My boyfriend and I moved in during the middle of November and havnt had many issues other than our dishwasher not working but was resolved in a timely manner. I am glad we bought a covered parking spot because it is limited. The views and peacefulness here are amazing considering we moved from Austin where the roads are always busy and its never calm. The gym and pool area are stunning and very convienent. I would recommend this complex to anyone who enjoys a small laid back family like community!

Creekside Apartments is an awsome place to live. The floorplans are beautiful. The one I live in has a view of the creek. At a distance it looks like I have a view of a lake! I have lived here at Creekside for three lease terms. The service I receive is impeccable. Doreen and her staff are amazing! You can tell that they all love what they do and they are on their game. Doreen truly understands the needs of her residents and has the experience to manage a class A property. Cameron is one of my favorites. He always greets me with a smile and is ready to help in anyway he can. He has a very sweet disposition. If you want to live at a well ran community, I highly recommend Creekside Apartments.

Ive lived there since January, and have been happy with the experience so far. I wish the covered parking was a little cheaper, but other than that, no real complaints. A trash compactor on my side of the complex would be more convenient, but the walk isnt too bad.

Wow, I have lived at this apartment complex for over 3 years and it has been the absolute best. I came to round rock not knowing a soul, I have an offer at Dell which is a few minutes from this community, starting 7/1 the staff at this property is superior to any other, (trust me I visited over 6 of them) I instantly felt welcome, the manager Kara came out of her office to welcome me, she is the only manager that did that in Round Rock. The price, value and Beauty of the property is superior.Thank youAngela for helping in my decision to leave here! I cant say enough about this property
