Amanda is fabulous!!!! The apartments are great! Weβve had a few problems-BUT every problem that arises Amanda to the rescue. Sad to say but no one seems to know anything over there but Amanda! Thanks again Amanda!!!! Crash Pads 1 is a very nice apartment. -

It has come to my knowledge that the community is under new ownership. The new owners helped me to contact elevate multi family ( previous owner) and resolve and delete a false collection. The other issues are pending, but are the vicarious liability of the previous owner. Iβm glad the new management has taken over! Very helpful and commutative. -

This is just the cutest little place! The walls and floors are cool, the property super is close to campus, the neighbors are nice and the staff is so helpful. -
