Courtyard Apartments in Granbury is a fantastic place to call home.Although the apartments may be older, they are impeccably well-maintained by the amazing staff. Their dedication and hard work truly make a difference. It almost feels like living in a cozy tree house with all the lush and tall trees surrounding the complex.Not only do they prioritize the exterior beauty, but the interior of the apartments is also kept up-to-date and modern. Its refreshing to come home to a space that feels warm, welcoming, and in line with contemporary trends.One aspect of living there is the 24-hour emergency maintenance service. No matter the time of day or night, the team at Courtyard Apartments is there to ensure that any issue is promptly resolved. Its reassuring to know that they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of.If you ever find yourself in need of a place, I highly recommend considering this wonderful community.

My husband and I love it here! Taylor has been a blessing from the beginning. She helped us with any issue we have had so far (which aren’t many). Anytime there is something amiss, Taylor makes sure it is taken care of. She makes sure we are happy and that there are no pests about the apartments. We have absolutely no issue with them and hope to stay happy living here!

I cant say enough good things about the Courtyard Apartments. Theyre beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The complex is quiet and safe, and all my neighbors are friendly. Michelle is a delight to talk to and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Jeff is quick to fix any issues when they arise (which is rare). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Granbury.

Love all the trees and landscaping here. Apartments are a nice size, well maintained, and recently updated. There are also some nice little storage units on site that can be rented.

Living here has been great. I love the atmosphere, the scenery, and the pool! They keep it very well maintained, and also fix any problems you have to the slightest detail. I love Michelle, the manager she is absolutely incredible, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

We came looking for an apartment in august. We needed one that was elderly accessible for my mother. Michelle went above and beyond on remodeling the apartment. All new appliances carpet and paint. We’ve been here a month and love the atmosphere, scenery and Jeff the maintenance worker is amazing as well- fixes everything and makes sure the walkways are clear. Always working and tending to things. Thanks for helping us make Granbury our soon forever home while we build out lakehouse~ sincerely~ L and R

My husband and I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, we won’t move out except that we need to be closer to my mom that has cancer. The staff are wonderful, they are always here to listen to your problems or concerns and get on them that day. They also keep the grounds clean, beautifully groomed and noiseless! It is always quite, and we want to keep it that way! Haha.... The neighbors are always smiling and waving. Everyone is respectful if you have an animal, giving you space to walk and feel comfortable. No kids running up to you or your animal! We also keep our patios welcoming and looking sharp, no junky future or toys! The parking has always been good for my husband and I, I usually always get the spot right in front of our door or one or two down. Over all it has been a fabulous place to live! Everyone is respectful and kind! I was first drawn to it because of the patios and the fact that I didn’t see kids running around bugging people! We like the quiet. Thank you Courtyard Apt staff for being so awesome all the time! We appreciate y’all! I would rate it 5 STARS!!!

We have lived here for a year and have loved it. They are always eager to get any of our needs taken care of and met in a timely matter. The residents that live here are very friendly. The pool is always kept clean, the property always looks nice, and the location is great. They are pet friendly and most of the pets here are extremely friendly as well. We have loved living here so far.
