    I have been living here since September and the leasing staff is amazing! This was my first apartment and they were kind enough to walk me through the process and be very patient with me. They are also quick to communicate if there are any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the supermarkets and public transportation.

    It took us a while to find a good environment of living, luckily we found this place, clean safe, quiet. I read a few bad reviews and was skeptical at first, I’m glad I came to check it out before leaning into to bad reviews. Senaida helped us through all the paperwork and showed it around in the gulf-cart and the unit looks great thank you guys

    Amberly located my lost package and was helpful in explaining some of the delivery processes at the apartment complex. She was pleasant to talk to and very timely in getting answers to any questions I had. She provided excellent customer service.

    Senaida helped me through the whole process and of course her coworkers. Senaida listen to me very well and made sure that everything I asked for and didnt ask for was all taken into consideration and she made everything work our process was full full of ups and downs but overall it worked out perfectly and I am thankful for the whole team over all because this was a last minute quick move and we got her done very professional and real because you know at some apartments they become robots but theyre actually real people who listen so so far I do believe that this will be a good place to consider if youre looking for somewhere to stay especially if your kids go to school around here very quiet so far very clean as well and the people so far are kind not standoffish

    The maintenance (Aurelio) takes care of your service ticket the day of or the following day! He arrived and was very polite, cleaned up after his work.     I stop by this weekend for some pricing info, a young lady by the name of Jerrica helped me she was so informative and showed me a few units. The tour went well she walked me through the property and showed me all the amenities. The brick wall in some units stole my heart! I highly recommend this place even if you’re just snooping around weighing your options this is a good pick, pricing is great for the area and it’s only 10-15 minutes away from the universities! Also very close to grocery stores and a lot of food choices in the area

The first thing you notice coming into Country Club Place is the genuine happiness/smiles from the entirety of the staff, but most notably the occupants. Emeri made me feel right at home by starting the process with some general information and highlighting some amenities unique to Country Club Place. Her warm smile and inviting personality highlighted the fact that Country Club Place cares about the wellbeing of their occupants. Emeri was also truly special oozing with passion throughout the entirety of our tour. Easily, one of the friendliest people I have ever met, she has a knack for spatial layouts, recognizing key features, efficiency and decorating. This interaction solidified Country Club Place as my location for housing.

    I do not regret one bit moving to country club place apartments. Literally everyrthing ran so smooth from beggining to end. Ive read all bad reviews , but despite that I decided to give these apartments a try and I will tell you they have been WRONG! The office staff are the most sweetest girls. I had my tour with the manager of the property Kayla and she showed me everything I wanted to see answered all my questions as well as Jillian and Sandra helping me with my move in process and as well answering any new questions I had. I could not have made a better choice . living here was the best thing I could have done and I am close to almost EVERYTHING as in stores, shopping centers, grocery stores , etc.

    I lived here for over 2 years and I loved it! Miriam and Linda always helped me with whatever they could and were so nice. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Car did get broken into outside of the gates but they can’t control what goes on that much. Hopefully they’ve upped the security and cameras. Other than that, it was affordable and welcoming! I miss it there.

    So I do not live here. But I’m looking to. And I have to say. The bad reviews appear to be people who either didn’t leave their unit clean or wanted things fixed that did get fixed, but tenant wanted it the moment they called. The positive out weighs the negative. It appears you have to dig through and read all the reviews. Because the property does respond and address the claims made by tenants. My concern is mice. But they seem to be addressing this I’m just concerned if y’all have found a solution ? Because it seems an extreme problem and I’m really interested in your property

    I can honestly say I have no complaints when it comes to this complex. Since I moved here in July 2015 I have had no issues. The property is kept cleaned and they have a zero tolerance for loitering. I have not once have had to deal with load music or people just letting their kids run around and be loud at late hours as i have with previous apartments . The staff is very kind, helpful, and punctual. They always welcome you with open arms no matter how many times they see you and you start to feel like family. They also have officers that patrol at night which is a huge plus for me given i have children. I always see them around making sure the property is safe. Also, parking here is plentiful and they do enforce towing here but as long as you have a sticker or a guess pass for your friends you are good. I like that they enforce this because i feel it keeps the property looking nice without seeing non working cars all over the place which to me makes any place look horrible. This place is still in the works of expanding and they keep us updated on all the new features that they are adding to assure us our choice of making this our home was the best choice.

    Overall the manager is very nice and handles all my request fast ...the leasing agent is helpful and very detailed about the property . Since moving here they make sure to send us notes telling us to keep property clean which is a good thing because it is always clean. The area is mostly families and really quiet. It is gated all around which is a plus to keep out unwanted people. I feel safe knowing that they are always a security guard patrolling through out the day . The staff is professional !!! All my work orders get done right away . I feel safe and cozy in these apartments glad I made the decision to move here ...despite some of the bad reviews I can say I have not yet experienced any of those problems personally some ppl are problems just miserable with their own lives and they way they live these apartments are great and so are the staff and neighbors !!!

    I am very happy I came across this apartment. The new management company has great plans to make this a highly attractive place to live.     UPDATE:New, new manager, office staff and maintenance are nice people doing what they can. They have been working hard on making living here nice. Thanks____________________________________I have lived here a long time and loved the previous management. Sadly, I am unhappy with the new one since they took over. I do see improvements based upon the owners wishes and money (newly painted buildings, package storage box etc) but the execution and customer service is extremely poor. I have had all sorts of issues:Trying to pay my rent on the first of the month and not being able to in the payment system they want us to use, following the exact directions.On a separate occasion I was given a notice to vacate my apartment due to nonpayment of rent, which was paid indeed.I was given a notice to renew my lease for while I have had already renewed previously.Repeatedly, I was given a notice less than 24hrs that the maintenance will be accessing my apartment. Giving a notice at 6pm the previous day that they will need to come in next morning is not 24hrs. Also calling someone to tell them they will need to enter your apartment in 30minutes and then assuming implicit consent is not okay.Not receiving my packages for over a week due to them installing a package locker that broke and no one fixed it or cared to let the residenfs know. I had to report them all missing through Fedex, UPS and USPS, and all the vendors as well, calling all of them. I call the leasing office and Jocelyn tells me that I shouldve received a notitication about the packages being in the locker and if not, just use the old code or reset my email. I insisted none of that works and get put, by her, on an indefinite hold (waited 40 minutes), upon which I walk over to the office (mid-day Friday) and its closed. I had to call the package storage box company and have them email and call the leasing office to tell them there is an issue. I call in with additional questions the following Thursday and Jocelyn hangs up on me after she is done talking, in the midst of me asking something else.Also all the gates now require access card, which makes no sense whatsoever. How does Amazon delivery get on the weekends when all entrances here are closed? What about food deliveries? I was told, by the leasing office, that all the carriers will get their access card. Okay, but food delivery drivers and amazon delivery are just normal people using their own cars...Suffice to say, living here now is not a pleasant experience.
