Brooke was so helpful in assisting us with our move from an apartment to a home. She continues to go above and beyond for us when we need any assistance or have any questions. The houses have been well maintained and are pet friendly. I highly recommend this amazing community and homes. Great location in the middle of anything you would ever need!

Brooke Ballard goes above and beyond to assist her tenants. I’ve had the pleasure of being a tenant under her management for over 2 years. Thank you for all you do! Looking forward to many more!Follow up review - Just noticed the bad reviews and was shocked!- Fees - Yes the fees are more BUT the goal is to not be late- Cons - 10% of your rent is a high late fee and can be a bit hard to catch back up if you are paycheck to paycheck (life happens but this is doable)- Pros - You have all month to pay it as long as you make large weekly payments which may help you catch back up to try not to be late again- Tenant support- Responds within 24 hrs which is acceptable- I have had issues with emails not getting to the right person but its my responsibility to ensure I talk to a human and escalate as needed which is rare- Gate issues- Yes the gates are down at times but they appear to be fixed within the week... not sure of the cause but the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is respectful and we dont get that much traffic- Bug Issue- This was an odd one. I was surprised to see this. I travel for work and am always paranoid of hotel bugs... my point is most of the homes here have zero carpet downstairs and if they happen to move into a house with carpet that appears to have bugs then maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned or removed or even spray the home defense spray (wear socks and protect yourself until the issue is resolved and understand everything is a process) ... I cannot relate to this but can say I have carpet all upstairs and have not experienced this issue.At the end of the day if you contact me or if management send out notifications... its to better help the overall community to keep it safe and clean. People need to learn to be accountable and understand if they properly communicate the office will follow the process they were directed to take.Maybe me being a senior manager in operations helps me be a bit more understanding, but this is just my 2 cents. You guys are doing great, dont let a couple of bad reviews get you down. Ive been here for 2 years with no complaints :).

I have lived here for almost 3 years! I absolutely love where I live. Most importantly I love the property Manager Brooke Ballard. There is no better manager around. I know this for a fact, as I am a Realtor of more than 21 years. You dont come across many managers/boss/friends like Brooke. She is kind, understanding and gets the job done and done well. Brooke takes the time to know her residents and our needs. Never ever have I had to wait to get anything repaired more than the day. Her staff is kind courteous and respectful. I loved here for over 4 years. In the beginning it was a little testing but once Brooke, assistant manager was on property things got much better. Her door was always open when I came in the office and she would take care of or answer whatever I needed.I love the location and area. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to live,stop by.

David was phenomenal in assisting us with our move from a town home to family home. He knew our specific requirements and went above and beyond to meet our needs and find us the perfect family home for our growing family. The houses are well maintained including landscape and offer such a safe environment for kids to play, and walks with the dog or family. I highly recommend that if a house is available dont wait... Take advantage of this beautiful community and homes. The location cant be beat and we are so thrilled to be here another year!

Moved here a month ago & we love it! Friendly staff that addresses any concerns or requests promptly. Amazing multiple pools, gyms & amenities as well as landscaping!
