    **Great Apartments and Outstanding Management!**I’ve been really impressed with my experience at The Cottages At Abbey Glen. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. The gated community provides an extra layer of security, and while it’s conveniently located with easy access off a busy road, the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet. The clubhouse is a nice touch, with yummy treats available, and the rent payment system is super easy to use!A huge shout-out to Dawn, the property manager, and her team—they’ve been amazing. They helped us secure a beautiful apartment on a very tight timeline and made sure everything was in perfect move-in condition. They even accommodated a few minor adjustments we requested. The maintenance team is also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always approachable.The only downside for me is having to climb the stairs, but that’s just a personal preference. We were so eager to move in that we didn’t want to wait for a ground-floor unit to open up. Overall, I’m very happy here and highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!Dr G

    I just moved into my new apartment going on a week and I must say the property is very nice and clean. The management team have been super awesome as well as the maintenance team , I’ve really enjoyed the quietness and the community, I’m surrounded by the so many places to shop whether it be for groceries or simply going to shop the places I need to go are just so close to the property, it really makes my day so much easier and so convenient so if you’re looking into moving to a new apartment this would be the perfect place so if you’re interested come take a tour like I did and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

    The people in the rental office are terrific. Addyson is always available to listen and submits maintenance work orders quickly. Michael, the lead maintenance person, is kind, very knowledgeable, and fixes anything quickly. He also follows up to make sure the job was done right. My husband and I love our apartment. We’ve lived here a year and couldn’t be happier.

    I’ve only lived here for a little over month or so but I love it! Beautiful apartments at a great price. The leasing agent Molly is so nice and attentive to all issues. I’ve had some minor issues but they’ve all been fixed so far. Everyone else in the office is very kind as well. Best apartment experience I’ve had in over 3 years. I feel right at home here!

    I am a brand new resident and I am already extremely satisfied with my new home. The day I got my keys, I was happy to walk into a clean, well-kept unit. Its beautiful and in great condition. The complex is overall quiet and easy to get into and out of each day. The parking is great; there is always a spot close to my apartment. I am already anticipating that I will live here a long time.

    The staff overall have been so nice and helpful. Everyone is so respectful and welcoming here! I submitted a work order for maintenance in the morning, and by the afternoon they were already working on the issues in our apartment. The guys were so friendly and quick to get the problem resolved. We are definitely loving living here!

    To the management I would like to vouch my opinions about Cottages at Abbey Glen. The staff and management is wonderful. I have been here almost 4 years they are so helpful I really enjoy coming to the office it is so pretty. This is my home and the people who work here are my dear friends.     I’m not a tenant at the moment, however my boyfriend and i had just went in to tour the facility and i just wanted to share my experience with the complex as a potential resident. We sat down with Addyson and i can’t speak for my boyfriend but throughout the tour and consultation she was so kind. We’re not really picky when it comes to views or anything but she did her best to find us the best apartment she could, and even gave us some personal opinions on the different amenities the complex offered. She was super warm, welcoming, funny and helpful and i couldn’t have asked for a better tour experience!

    I can’t stress enough how welcoming these amazing staff members were to us today. We came to tour and ended up applying that moment because the tour and the customer satisfaction is by far the best I’ve ever seen. I cannot thank you guys enough for the hospitality you gave my girlfriend and I, we hopefully get to call this place home soon! If anyone goes the Abbey Glen to look or anything of the sort, you have got to at least have a conversation with these staff members because my gosh that made our day! Thank you!

    I have lived here for about 5 months and have had nothing but an amazing experience. This is a perfect place to live and is also very dog friendly which is important to me. The leasing staff is always so helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew is on top of getting things fixed and maintaining a beautiful property. Definitely recommend these apartments 💕

    Erin the apartment manager is very understanding and caring. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. My family and I love living here. The maintenance crew do a great job responding to calls and any problems that may arise. They do an amazing job at the dog park and keeping everything up to date. Thank you Abbey Glenn.

    The staff is extremely nice and helpful. From the moment you walk in its a beautiful experience. Then they walk you passed the beautiful pool and cabana with a 70 inch tv to show you the gorgeous apartment(s). We found our perfect new home here, not only for us, but for our fur babies too, which is a big deal for us! The dog park has room for them to run and play and obstacles to run in and out and jump over. We knew this is where we wanted to live the moment we stepped in.

    This property is absolutely phenomenal! I moved in a little over a month ago and am so happy I chose the Cottages at Abbey Glen. Before touring this property I drove all across Lubbock looking for the perfect place to call my new home. I toured several properties during my search (Catalina West, Portofino, The Renaissance, etc.) and let me just say it was a total waste of my time. I couldnt find a single place in Lubbock that met my requirements of a luxurious community that was staffed with individuals who actually care. When I arrived at Abbey Glen and saw it for the first time I truly had fallen in love. The staff is extremely polite and eager to help their residents in a moments notice. Let me just saw Dawn and Bethany are truly phenomenal and are a delight to work with! Every time I walk into the front office with a request or question they greet me with a smile and are eager to help :). Upon moving in I had discovered a few minor things that needed to be fixed (burned out light bulb and balcony slats that needed to be replaced) and the maintenance staff showed up and addressed my concerns within the blink of an eye. They were very professional and the property manager Dawn went above and beyond by calling me later that evening to ensure that everything had been fixed to my satisfaction. She and the rest of her team members truly care about the residents and their happiness which reassured me I had made the right decision when it came to finding my first apartment/home post graduation. The unit I signed for is very spacious and it gives my dog and I plenty of room to entertain guests. Also, I must say my closet is HUGE and there is tons of storage throughout the entire apartment. The property grounds are maintained impeccably and the community is very pleasant and quiet. If you are looking for a luxurious, friendly, and safe place to call home save yourself some time and look no further! Abbey Glenn has everything I could ask for and more. I would HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone hunting for a new apartment and am so proud to call it my home! Do yourself a favor and go check the place out in person; I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

    We recently relocated to Lubbock and needed a place to live for a short time till we found a house. We are so glad we decided to live at the Cottages of Abbey Glen. From the moment we stepped into the office Lauren knocked our socks. She gave us great information and was not pushy at all. We looked at several apartments and none compared to the quality of staff and upkeep at these apartments. We have been here two months now and its very quiet. No noise coming thru the walls. Also, we love the nice gym. Everything is well maintained. Great place to live.

    Our ice maker was repaired quickly and professionally once the maintenance person was on site. The only bad thing was we had first made this request for a repair at the front office a week ago. I am sure the maintenance people are very busy so we don’t mind waiting a while but this seemed excessive. Yesterday, I mentioned to the maintenance person who was replacing our a/c filter that the ice maker was broken and he had someone in today to fix it. It took all of 10 minutes.Thanks!

    My wife and I love living here at The Cottages. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Maintenance always shows up fairly quickly and gets everything fixed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and you cant hear your upstairs neighbors!!

    I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and love it. I have lived in the 1 and 2 bedroom apts. I prefer the 3 rd. Floor because of the vaulted ceilings. They are very spacious and have very nice appliances. They are managed very well and the green areas are very well kept. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants a nice quite place to live.

    It has been a great experience here. If we had any problem we were able to contact the office and they were immediately taking action and doing whatever they could to help us or correct anything. The staff itself is friendly, and the rooms are great. One of the better apartments Ive ever been in or seen!

    I absolutely loved living here... the ONLY reason I left was due to a job transfer. The staff have always been so kind and helpful. Will definitely back in if I ever come back to Lubbock! Will recommend to anyone.

    Love any Case and Associates property I have ever seen or lived at! Definitely a great community and love visiting with the office staff. The rentcafe site to do work order and pay rent is convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend to anyone in the area to check it out and consider this your new home!

    I have lived at the Cottages at Abbey Glen for 2 years. My kiddos and I have enjoyed our time meeting new people. The pool to the work out room to the get togethers they do for kiddos and families is so great. Everyone is so friendly and the STAFF IS SUPER AMAZING!If your looking for an apartment complex that is welcoming & helpful Cottages at Abbey Glen is the place to LIVE!

    The facilities are new, the location wonderful, but a huge con with the place is that the office staff prioritizes signing new residents over keeping the current ones happy. There will be 5+ people at a time waiting in the office just to pick up a package, but typically there will only be one person working, and their priority is always potential new commission (understandably), aka meeting with individuals looking to lease an apartment. Abbey Glenn needs to staff the office better, this has been happening all spring...not to mention that the dog park is always riddled in dog #2, and instead of addressing the problem with us, the residents, they just have a worker come through and pick up the mounds of poo every morning during leasing season. Not the case in the winter, it was truly foul—think mini mountains of giant dog excrement lining the fences. The pool has yet to open, will update once it does. The staff has not been helpful in terms of opening dates for the aforementioned either, always citing “corporate.” I’m also concerned that the key entry to the parking lots have yet to be fixed—COVID was cited as the reason before, but it’s been over 6 months, TX has lifted its mask mandate, and these gates still remain broken.7/20/21 update:The pool was opened days after my initial review, the lines to pick up packages have all but dissipated thanks to the addition of new office staff, and the dog park is cleaned regularly now. The front and rear entry gates remain broken, but overall I definitely enjoy this apartment community.

    Ms. Dawn was excellent. She answered all my questions I had during my tour. She went above and beyond. Im new to the area and she took time to even explain surroundings to me.     Great overall place to live. If you are looking for a responsive staff, clean apartments and surroundings that are quiet and make you feel safe look no further. The only thing I wish they had was covered parking outside of gagrages at a little bit more of a reasonable rate.

    Abbey glenn is awsome!!! Ignore the bad reviews. The people in the office are always delightful and full of joy.Never had an issue with the maintenanceAnd place is pretty well kept as well(If people would stop driving through the gates like a bunch of brainless idiots) lol.So seriously. If you or your friends/family are looking for a quiet, pet friendly community, or something with a modern vibe. (Unlike all the ugly browns and tan apartments in lubbock) That is super laid back, with a friendly staff, awsome management and decent prices, Then This is the place to be!!!I Literally looked all over Lubbock for a place to live and this is hands down the best!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!So don’t waste your time looking anywhere else!! Because I promise that you won’t be dissapointed.(And yes, this is comming from a person with very high quality taste)
