The Cortland Luxe apartment complex is Fantastic! After touring other properties in the area, this one stood out the most and I eagerly signed a lease! The modern design, well-maintained grounds, and friendly community atmosphere make it a fantastic place to call home. I hope to lease here in the future as it is my top choice for renting in Pearland!

Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek is an outstanding place to live. I have been a former resident at different Cortland locations but this apartment complex has been the best!!! 💯 Great customer service! Very easy to reach and communicate with, and they are very responsive to any questions you may have and they attend to any maintenance issues in a very timely manner. Tristan was very personable in initially helping me find the apartment that was right for my liking, and Shun has been very helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. The cost matches the quality I’ve had no issues of any kind so far. pool stays clean, gym is always cool, lounge needs new pool sticks but still great space. I am a former resident and by far, this was my favorite apartment complex that I’ve ever lived in. I had positive experiences from the moment I toured to the moment I moved out. I am a solo female and felt 100% safe in this complex. I loved the trail to walk my dogs as it was so convenient. The units are clean and updated. I moved because I had to move to Cypress/Katy and until now, I have to say this Cortland location was the best apartment that I’ve rented.

He hunted down the UPS driver on property, and with my permission, signed for it and put it securely with a code in the locker for me. He literally saved my day. We were waiting for the Boogey man to show up and confirm our paranoia after having so many negative experiences at other places weve lived. However, here at Cortland Luxe, weve been proven wrong. From Staff to maintenance to neighbors. Everyone is happy to be here. Staff is always welcoming when we come to the office and make the max effort to complete any request or need that we may have. Weve live a lot of places over the past decade, this might be a place where we stay as long as we can, simply because staff make it a place worth living at.

Shun was the best leasing agent. I give her 10 stars all around the board. Tristan was the icing on the cake. Shun was able to turn, what would’ve been a bad situation, into a good one. I had incorrect information reporting from a credit bureau and she sat on the phone with me and the bureau for over 2 hours so we could get it sorted out and an approval for me. Their Regional Manager was amazing as well for her understanding (experian would not send anything over they only wanted to verbally confirm) and finalizing my approval. The entire situation was stressful but Tristan came through occasionally with his good energy and sprinkled some everywhere. I highly recommend this property. From the units all the way down to the customer service experience, they keep you as a top priority. Other complexes just shoo you out of the door without an ounce of compassion.

(He also let me have a bunch of mints from his desk!!) 😊

I really would have loved to leave the place I formerly called home 5 stars. I signed my lease 4 yrs ago without ever seeing the property and was instantly in love upon my arrival to Texas. I’d never done that and was pleasantly surprised at the ease and priority of customer service. Nicole (who left shortly after my move-in) and Stephanie were awesome. In recent years, Gerardo has been sure to upkeep the friendly and helpful persona I was initially greeted with at Cortland. The apts were beautiful and well cared for, worth the rent (in my opinion) (at least for the 1 bedroom). My only complaint was mostly neighbors, who’d complain about noise even outside of the quiet hours. I was a night shifter who did not operate on “normal times.” Even the times they complained enough to have security come to my door, security was even in agreement with me. When one chooses to live in a community such as this one, you have to accommodate different lifestyles (nightshifters, families with multiple children, etc.) of those who also pay rent to live comfortably in their homes. So while yes, this may inconvenience you, there are plenty of things I had to learn to live with as a renter. I mentioned this once in the community chat, but it was censored and never posted I guess because it would ruffle too many feathers. One person’s comfort is another person’s discomfort always. However, despite my neighbor problems, I’ve always felt safe and secure and happy with the apt. My real reason for not giving the 5 stars is due to the fact that upon my recent move-out, I was charged almost $400 in additional fees. Most of these were for very basic cleaning/wear and tear within the unit after having lived there for over a year. Of course, they claimed that it was not considered normal wear and tear, but these were all things that would have to be addressed before another tenant could move in anyway (carpet cleaning, painting, general cleaning). I’ve gotten nothing but excuses so far as to why they charge for these things when a home is meant to be lived in, but they’ve all repeated that the home is meant to be given back the same as it was leased. It has definitely rubbed me the wrong way, but I’m only thankful that Gerardo has continued to be an amazing help through this process, unlike some of his colleagues at the regional office. It is because of him that I will likely not continue to go back and forth about this, just pay the remaining balance, and keep this in mind for future reference. Had I known they would be this way, I definitely would’ve made more effort to thoroughly clean before vacating the apt. I wish them and the neighbors well, but I see now that it was time for me to move on.

I was downsizing from a six bedroom house to a three bedroom apartment and he made me feel so comfortable and helped me with my anxiety to where now I can call Cortland luxs my new place of residence. I am a realtor and even though they do not pay realtor fees I will still send my clients to him specifically because of how he operates.

Great and excellent customer service! I am quite impressed with this apartment community. They are clean, well kept and up to date. The management team offers great customer service and answered all my questions in detail. I was hesitant to stop by because I didn’t think they’d be willing to walk me through in the rain, but the property manager insisted and was willing to show me around. Although it was rainy, she was sweet enough to loan me an umbrella. I really like this place and it feels like home already.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gerardo both times and he’s awesome! the amenities are also great, especially the pool! it’s really big and never too crowded. they keep it pretty clean as well.The location is wonderful. Not only are we walking distance to Shadow Creek Ranch Sports Complex, but we’re right off of 288, which gets me downtown in about 15 minutes!If you’re looking for a luxury apartment that’s in a central location, this is the place to be!

After searching for an apartment and visiting 10+ apartment complexes in the area we were very discouraged. Running out of time we begrudgingly made a decision and were literally on our way to sign a lease somewhere else when we passed by the Cortland Luxe and realized we had overlooked it in our search. We turned around and are so thankful we did because we found our place—happily ever after.Not only is the property beautiful, but we were immediately impressed with management and staff; everyone was/is professional, warm, welcoming and attentive. Moreover, our leasing agent Tristian was exceptional! First impressions matter and he was/is an excellent point person for the complex and face of the company and here is why…As a former educator, I cant help but appreciate when someone excels in their role and Tristian Brown at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek certainly does.His excellent communication skills made it easy for us to understand all the leasing terms and his resourceful nature provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek is awesome! We just moved in last week. The process was very smooth. We love our new apartment with a stunning pool. Everyone who work for this property from the leasing office to the maintenance crew is very kind and professional at the same time. Shout out to both Nicoles in the office who went out of their ways to make sure we have what is the best for us. I would definitely recommend this complex if youre looking in the area. With the rent you get a pool (with grill if no COVID), a gym, a club house (if no COVID), a car care center (water hose and coin-operated vacuum), a free parcel locker service etc.

I have been living here since March 2023, my initial experience was a bit rocky due to the misuse of complaints from my neighbors and I’m still not a fan of my neighbors! However, the front office staff Tristian , Gerardo and Kelesia (may have not spelled their names correctly) have always been amazing. I may be their problem child from time to time but the respond in a timely manner and address my concerns . Maintenance is also always responsive and addresses the issues in the home.

When I ask a question or have a concern he says “yes” and you can bet the answer or situation is addressed immediately. Additionally I have a disability which restricts me from a few things and I was able to move into a unit that had lower counters and having the trash pick up Monday through Friday allows me to not worry about having to carry a trash bag. The property is super clean and if you have any issues they are more than willing to go above and beyond to help you resolve any issues at a very quick manner. I love the apartment complex! It’s mixed with a variety of people, young, old, married, single, animals everywhere! It’s a really nice community! I’ve had issues with birds on my porch and they cleaned it as much as they could and took care of the issue. They have been in open communication with me since my interest in no one here out of state with a one hour time difference! So I basically put my life in their hands and I haven’t regretted it yet! I think like any apartment complex there will be it’s ups and downs but it’s how you handle it! And I believe so far the situations have been handled with mutual respect on both ends!

I love living at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek! Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, and any questions I have are answered promptly. The maintenance and office staff go above and beyond to make sure my service requests are met- they even disposed of my cardboard boxes for me after I moved in! The trash valet is convenient and awesome, as are the pool and gym. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Pearland to check out these apartments.

Great property, been living here almost a year and loving every bit of it. Out of all the places Ive toured before moving to Houston, this one stood out and has continued to deliver over the past few months. The private gym and car wash station are outstanding. The two bedroom is very spacious and the appliances are high quality. Every inquiry with the property management has been taken care of promptly. One issue I experienced on the property was with my car getting keyed while parked within the gated parking area. I still have no clue who did it or if it was an accident or not but I was responsible for the $1200 damage. I guess thats out of their control but it happened nonetheless.

I have been living at LUXE at shadow creek ranch for a few months now and from the very beginning this place has been nothing short of phenomenal! When I found Luxe I was leaving my previous apartment quick because of an ongoing issue I had there. I was so impressed by how hard Nichole A. worked to get me moved in and how fast and easy she made the process, I appreciated her determination and thats something Ill never forget. The entire place is always extremely clean, the neighbors follow the rules. The amenities are amazing! The pool is the largest in the area and gym is two stories are & they offer yoga & boot camp classes!! Its really family oriented, I have yet to meet a neighbor that hasnt been kind and respectful. I have a bad habit of leaving my keys in the door when bringing in groceries and every time it has happened a neighbor has knocked on the door to let me know I left them out there out of concern (which is super sweet of them.) Big props to the maintenance, theyre quick to fix everything. Everyone that works here is friendly and attentive. They continue to exceed my expectations as time goes on. I can see myself living here for a long time. Ive lived at Gables West Ave and 2121 Mid Lane in Houston and LUXE absolutely blows them out of the water. There is NO comparison! If youre thinking of leasing I highly advise that you do (Ask for Nichole), itll be the best decision youll make! Moved into our brand new unit in September, and my mother and I are VERY satisfied with the leasing staff and with our 2 bedroom unit! Our neighbors are friendly, and the complex is typically quiet throughout the week and even through the weekend. Property maintenance is SUPERB! Geraldo has exemplary public relation skills and made sure that the whole leasing and move-in process was smooth and problem free. Nicole, Geraldo, and the manager are very proactive with asking us if we have any issues that need to be addressed, but so far weve had ZERO problems since weve moved in. I can tell that the staff (including maintenance staff) cares about the quality of this apartment community and the quality of our stay. Highly satisfied, and grateful that we moved in at the LUXE!
