I have lived here for 4 months now. I love my apartment! My leasing process was great and the staff made it easy to lease and arrange key pickup with me moving from TN back to DFW. I’ve only had 2-3 maintenance issues and they were handled quickly. Nothing experienced here is anything out of the ordinary for mid-rise high-rise community living. Yes, there are occasional issues with the elevator, and elevator repair companies are notorious for dragging their feet on sending technicians and resolving issues quickly.Parking is simple and easy as long as you’re a registered resident and don’t park in a reserved space in the parking garage you won’t be Towed. Visitors parking is on the exterior and doesn’t require registration and none of my visitors have ever been towed.Staff keeps us well informed when things happen, or expected maintenance and I’m happy.I love the resident events when I’m able to make them. I am glad to call Cortland at castle hills home.

I love my apartment complex so much!! The Amazing views, the pool is crystal clear, and the gym is 5 star. The entire complex is immaculate. Beautiful custom rooms and kitchens. I’m a hop, skip and jump frisco shopping and Plano. This will be my home 🏠 for maybe a lifetime!!! So satisfied!!!! Tia

My best friend, stay here. I love the setup. In side gym. Pool outside the area is always nice and clean. If you work from home and just want to get out of your apartment, the downstairs area is really cute and quiet. The walls are very thin, so no loud music or TV on volume is high. You will get a call from the office, but overall, I most definitely recommend this place.

I recently moved into the Cortland at Castle Hills and couldnt be happier with my decision. The complex is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and clean common areas. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a sparkling pool, and a cozy clubhouse. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any concerns. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, The Cortland at Castle Hills provides a wonderful living experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home

This apartment complex feels like a luxury hotel. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, it exuded high-end living. During my tour with Natalie Ramirez, I was introduced to some impressive amenities that I’ve never seen in an apartment before—a full-size gym with a Peloton bike, a pool area, a stylish common space, and even attached garages that allow you to drive up to your floor. The community is also impeccably maintained; I’ve visited twice now, and it’s always been spotless. Thank you, Natalie, for an exceptional tour—I’m truly impressed by both you and the community.

I have been touring communities all week and having someone like Natalie show me around was refreshing to say the least. The property is beautiful and the hallways and amenities are super clean.

A fantastic experience living here. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, featuring attractive flooring and a stylish combination of white and tan cabinets that create a great contrast. Its a perfect, modern aesthetic that Ive come to love.Living here has been simple and easy. The amenities are top-notch, starting with the gym which is well-equipped and always clean. The clubhouse is a wonderful space for gatherings and relaxation. The coffee machine in the clubhouse is a delightful perk, providing a perfect cup every time. The pool is another highlight, always maintained well and perfect for a refreshing dip.What really sets this place apart, though, are the employees. I took a tour of the community and had a great experience. All of the amenities looked amazing. The manager that was guiding the tour was very friendly and went over and beyond. Got to see one of the model units which was nice. I would recommend a tour if you’re looking for a new place!

I’m giving this review a 5 star, not so much for the building itself but for the amazing management staff that is working here. Of course getting you in, it’s expected for everyone to be nice, kind and helpful. But this group led by Misty have maintained that outstanding customer service that you should expect from a Luxury line of apartments. She and her team have gone above and beyond in addressing issues in a timely manner and doing everything within their power to make things right. I would honestly live anywhere that Misty and her team manages, as they have made my living experience here for most part enjoyable.

Nice apartments and amenities. As any apartment living the ceiling is a bit thin. Experienced some issues prior to moving in and trying to get my contract etc. I escalated to Misty one of the leasing Managers and she was extremely professional and tentative. Since moving in, she has made herself available if there are issues (which have been few) and very pleasing.

Ive been living at the Aura Crown Centre for ninety days now. First I must give thanks to the leasing ream Layla, Misty, Thuy and Stephanie. They jumped through hoops to get me in because of my rush situation. The apartment, environment and service has exceeded my expectations. There is a level of refinement, peace and especially security. I thought the stringent vetting process was appropriate. The incentive package was problem free. I see them working on and correcting problem issues because the complex is new construction and that gives me 100 percent confidence that Aura Crown Centre will remain a top notch place to live.

The Aura Crown Center Management Team is an absolute powerhouse.The Assistant Property Manger, Misty, was our apartment leasing representative. At property search #13 (within a 1-week span) we found ourselves greeted by Misty, who’s presence and customer service came second to none. She listened to our wants and non-negotiables when it came to what we were looking for in our next apartment, delivering marvelously. I understand that leasing agents are barred to minimal layout options, limited inventory, etc. etc. But, having someone like Misty, whom went the extra mile, made all the difference. I’m certain that Misty has a very bright future, wherever that may be. With that said, our Property Manager, Stephanie, has also continued that same amazing customer service and genuine care. We have been here over a month, and she has handled all of my after-move-in requests, wonderfully. Layla and Lissette have been a joy as well. They too, have always made sure that my lovely lady and I are taken care of.Bravo ladies, bravo.
