I would just like to post a few pics of this very well maintained, and very luscious greenery here at the Concord @ Allendale.I must say, my stay here has been a great experience, and I love the quiet environment that is the norm.We have plenty of visitor parking, outdoor workout area, a childrens play area and great maintenance crew that keeps it all running smoothly, not to mention the nice BBQ spots throughout the complex.Come and see the serene that is Concord @ Allendale for yourself. Perhaps you could make it your next stop to call home...If you do decide to come pay us a visit please be sure to talk to Diane, or Jennifer to discuss your possible stay here with us.Oh, and give a warm welcome to the new office addition Zalie.

So far my experience has been great. The management team (Diana, Sandra and Jonathan) is very friendly and ready to help me with any request. My unit was recently renovated and is spacious. The complex so far is very peaceful, which I really appreciate. Thanks!

Concord Allendale is a great place to live. The people in the office are helpful, patient, and very pleasant.Maintenance is also awesome. Whenever I’ve had an issue, not many, they fixed it right away.The property is also keep. They clean it up every morning. I have had a good year with them.I plan to stay here until I’m ready to buy a home.The only set back for me is parking for your guest. It can be challenging.

I lived at these apartments for 5 years. The prices have consistently rose over the years but that is every where. The apartments are very spacious. The surrounding area is not very nice but I always felt safe inside the complex. Their was one instance of gunshots that I can recall in 5 years. Never had a roach infestation. Any apartments you are going to see some but it was not bad at all. Pest control is added to your rent and you can request anytime. The staff was pretty good with me, I never really had any problems with them. Diane was always great! They will hound you for required stuff like insurance proof. I thought the 20 dollar a month pet rent was absurd...I paid a pet deposit! The package locker was sometimes a nuisance. Over all they are good apartments I would recommend all though getting pricey.

We have lived in a number of apartment complexes. We moved to Concord at Allendale after living in our home for 15 years; so it had been a while since we lived in an apartment. These apartments are the most spacious weve ever lived in. The kitchens and bathrooms ae larger than in many houses on the market today. Equally important for us is the feeling of being in a home environment while living in an apartment. The office and maintenance staff are highly professional, yet approachable and super nice. They respond to administrative and work request in record time and see to tenants needs without hesitation. Upkeep of the units and overall property is a priority here. Its just like home!

Me and my wife went to see the apartment and the experience was really good. Azalie was real nice and professionalism was great. We were glad to tour with her . She was really friendly and helpful. I already applied my application , waiting for the approval and can’t wait to be part of such a wonderful , clean and peaceful community. I recommend everyone to be part of this community as this is the by far best apartment around this area and reasonable price.

I was happy living here. VERY SPACIOUS! Gorgeous luxury homes. I think I got a special where the 2 beds/2baths on the 3rd floor were only $890 a month plus the water bill. All the appliances were clean and upgraded. Built-in microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer included. I thought that was a great deal.I like that the front door has a top lock that can only be unlocked from the inside so I dont have to worry about maintenance or anyone unlocking the door coming in without my consent. The office staff is pretty good with maintenance requests. Once you make a request its usually taken care of within the same day or next day depending on how big the problem is.If you have a package mailed to your apartment and youre not home they usually drop it at the office and theyll hold it for you.My only 3 complaints would be lack of parking spaces, the gate breaking down OFTEN and the garbage truck coming at 4AM making so much noise.But all in all the time I stayed at Concord was awesome!

We are very pleased with Concord at Allendale Apartments and its employees. Diane & Jennifer have always been very polite and helpful and have always resolved any issues or problems within a quick and professional time and manner. This is our second time leasing with them and thankfully we have never had any problems. We really enjoy our apartment. Very spacious and affordable compared to any other apartments in the area.

I’m a long term resident here at Concord and I have enjoyed my stay here. Maintenance Jorge and Michel are very responsive and professional. The parking can be.a little packed at times. The office staff Jennifer and Diane have been here for quite some time and are awesome and helpful they are the main reason I countinue to stay here until I decide to buy me my first home. The new girl Azalie is new but is a very kind. I love the cleanliness and the up keeping of the property.

I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and I absolutely LOVE IT! The office staff are great! My neighbors are quiet and hospitable. There arent any pest problems either. These are the best apartments that Ive lived in since being in Houston. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely stunning apartments!!! Magnificent staff!!! Terrific pricing!!! Practically the most spectacular experience my husband and I have had in a long time while searching for our future home!!! A special shout-out and huge “thank you,” to Diane for being sooo patient and helpful during this entire process!!! We can’t wait to officially move in and become part of Concord at Allendale’s community!!!

I have lived here almost a full year. The drainage is good. The parking lot and surrounding area is high and dry. The grounds are kept clean. To me a big seller is the large windows and they open! We do need more garbage bins as they are always overflowing. I just wait to throw my garbage until they are emptied. Management is very friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to my requests. A few of the neighbors like to stay up late drinking and being loud but management continues to stay on top of those residents. My biggest gripe are the modified cars. They are so loud but that is a Texas issue, not the complexes fault. Would like them to send out a notice to tune down your cars if you live in this complex. I just renewed for another year.

Second time living here. I love the staff here! Jennifer, Diane, Azalie, and Mitchell are always super cheerful and helpful. Whenever theres a concern raised, they immediately handle it. Thats superb customer service. The complex is always clean and maintained. I especially enjoyed their Stock the Shelves event. This is definitely a positive in such a hard year. Hope they do this more often!

We have been here for only a couple weeks, and we love it! It is extremely quiet, we feel safe because its gated, and maintenance is speedy quick. The staff is very friendly. Im not sure why some of the reviews complain about parking cause we havent had any issues at any time of day. We are planning on using one of the grills provided soon, and most of the people weve met/seen are friendly as well. The only thing that is frustrating is the lack of people who pick up after their pets. We take our dog out daily several times, and clean up his messes, but there are lots of piles from those who dont. Its frustrating because there are bags and trash cans provided throughout the grounds, and those of us that DO clean up after our pets would appreciated not stepping in other dogs messes. But overall we are having a great experience. We really want to buy a home, but if we werent wed definitely stay here for a long time!

The 2 bdrm apartments are extremely spacious, for the price and style of the unit it’s probably the best 2 bdrm I’ve had while living in Houston. However, the gate has been open for at least 2-3 months, not sure why. The parking is absolutely ridiculous. The floors are so thin that I am awaken every morning by my DOWNSTAIRS neighbors being excessively loud. It’s like I’m living ABOVE a pack of elephants. They also need to have someone clean the cigarette butts by the stairwell but other than those few issues it’s been fine. Jennifer in the office has been very accommodating considering we had a little miscommunication when I signed my lease. But everything turned out alright.

Love the environment and its a peaceful area, no issues, no flooding, big apt space, Diane, Jennifer have wonderful since new management took over. New maintenance is ok just been behind since Julio has been gone. Other than that my living here is a great place to stay.

Overall I like living here, the price is not bad compared to places with even smaller apartments. Maintenance has been helpful when needed. The biggest issue is the internet is really bad and slow, with no way to change it or upgrade because they only offer att intern and one plan with them. Reached out to corporate with no response several times to try and get better internet. With that said it could be worse if my major complaint is internet.

Me and my wife stayed at Concord at Allendale for about a year. The only reason why we left was because we purchased a home. While we were at Allendale we really enjoyed it. Amazing value. Easy commute to work (downtown). Really big floor plans and it comes with a washer and dryer!I really recommend you consider this apartment complex. Also, be sure to see Betty in the leasing office. All of the girls in the office are good but Betty is the best one. Shes very respectful and will never ignore you. She really deserves to be the manager in my opinion.- Richard

We love our apartment! The only hassle is the parking, its bad but I can count on my hands the number of times I have had to park in a space that wasnt near my apartment. I have lived here a year and maintenance has always taken care of my concerns. I will be renewing my lease, oh and I forgot to mention the space... It is huge! The only time I plan on moving is when I get ready to sign my mortgage!

I’ve lived here almost 3 yrs office management Diane, Jennifer & Azalie are awesome and very helpful when needed. Maintenance Michell takes care of issues when as soon as possible. Property is kept up with the new management company. Great apt complex to live!!!

I love the apartments for the most part... extremely spacious and also these apartments are quiet. Parking isnt horrible, but if you and your significant other are are in a one bedroom or you have more than one vehicle... you will only be issued one parking sticker and you can NOT purchase an additional one. Becareful with the fees... they claim to tell you about the fees during lease signing however i was unaware those fees would be adding anywhere from $100-$200 on top of the rent...We were told there was a trash service that would pick up our trash once a week like every Monday... but that never happened. I wouldnt recommend this place for a family especially if small children, but its great for singles or couples with no children being that there isnt a pool, but there is a slide out in the courtyard are where the bbq pits, etc are. Overall its a great place to call home despite my few cons, but depending on your preferences it can be great for you!!!

This complex is quite, drama free, insect free and they are always willing to work with you. When my husband passed away they worked with me. I loved living here! The apartments are huge and well worth the rent.

I currently live here. A couple months ago they would’ve gotten five stars but they’ve made changes in the wrong direction. (1) they changed all facets, so now the water pressure is extremely low, very hard to wash thick hair. (2) the huge trash bins outside pile up and out of control, I guess trashmen come less frequently now. (3) this has been a problem but it’s getting worse, there’s about 2 dozen stray cats wondering the complex and they’re doing nothing about it.Overall it’s a clean place, nice and spacious, management is friendly and maintenance responds quickly!

However Jennifer, Diane, & Azalie made every step feel like a walk in the park even during this COVID-19 pandemic. I’m very appreciative of the support and assistance I received while residing at this complex and recommend it to anyone considering moving here!

Half a star off for the bbq pit area between bldg 9 and bldg 10, for the dog feces station with a sign indicating it and those green baggies to pick it up with but there’s no drop waste container there for the feces to be dropped off. So the dog owners take it over to the main waste container on the opposite side, to drop it in the trash waste basket. Which causes the bbq pit area to smell like an open sewer because the waste can is full of rain water and it’s waste liner is too heavy when full of trash and dog waste mixed in rain water, for one person to remove and change it out. So it sits and boils in the Texas heat!

The many Diane and Jennifer are very professional, excellent and make me feel like family. I have lived here for more than 10 years and when I change companies everything improves. The new girl Azalie is very cute. Maintenance Michel is new, he is very friendly and the times I come to the department he does good service. I love the property, I like it because it is clean and it is getting better every year.
