These are some really nice apartments and seems like a good environment. Priscilla made our experience for applying great. She is amazing at her job and we appreciate how helpful, fast, and efficient she is. She helped us fill out the application and everything because we wanted to make sure everything is right and she was very helpful with us having a lot of questions.

I can say Priscilla was amazing. I moved in on 12/07 and the place may not be what I want, it’s small and have few minors like the toilet wasn’t flushing but when I told Priscilla about this issue she got someone to come out and fix it the same day. I was pleased about that. This place I can assure u is safe so far. I have yet to have my packages stolen. Let me knock on wood. Anyways they have a pool and everything, so I can’t wait to use that. Anyways I’ll keep yall updated in the future but go to Priscilla, she definitely got you.

I’ve been here for 3 yrs now and currently looking to purchase a home soon. My years here have been wonderful. Although I miss the original management, the new ones are still adjusting. My maintenance crew, Alfonso and Victor are phenomenal. I never have to wait to have anything fix. Which is so important in an any complex apartment. They are always kind and knowledgeable. They keep the property clean and the Dumpster area, free of any trash. The complex is quiet and the gym is always clean and available. Although I’ve had some issues here with management I can say it’s a safe place to call home!!! Never have to worry about my packages being taken, mail being tampered with, or even Noisy neighbors. Again, thank you Alfonso and Victor for all you do for keeping the complex clean and beautiful. Thank you Miss Jamie for always being helpful and keeping a smiling face!

I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Alfonso in maintenance for all the hard work and dedication. He a true definition of a person who loves what he does.I never have any worries when I put my work order for my apartment he come the same day and fix the problems. He also goes above and beyond and Im very grateful for an amazing maintenance crew. One of the best I done seen since I been renting apartments.

Compass has great management currently. I got in with no problem recently,& I love it. I’m in an updated model on the property. When you go in just ask to speak with Jamie I promise your experience will be well worth it in the end if you’re trying to move in the near future. Love that she cares about the property,& on it.

Moved in not to long ago, and Priscilla was absolutely fantastic! She made the move in process 1000x better. Beautiful complex, quiet space, and lovely environment. Peaceful neighborhood and kid friendly. Apartment is renovated and gorgeous! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The app process and move in was seamless for me. Jamie was very helpful, professional and timely with response to the app process. I was able to view the actual unit prior to move in to be sure I was getting exactly what I applied for. If I took away a star, it would only be due to the valet trash service. I know everything isn’t perfect and the office staff (Caesar was amazing) assured they’d get this rectified. Maintenance requests have been timely and I love my units features.

Love it here! Maintenance is quick to fix minor issues. Never have to wait for long periods of time for anything. Property is well kept and trash gets picked up on schedule every time. Jamie is always helpful so a big thank you for everything! 🙏🏽

These are good apartments. Maintenance is amazing. Maintenance request are done within 24 hours. I have never seen a roach or any kind of pest. The grounds are well maintained. Never any trash. Sometimes the gate doesnt work but its usually fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I never really have a reason to go to the front office but they seem cool. Quiet place to live. Mostly working class people. Parking is never an issue. Plenty of parking for you and your guest. I do think that they are a bit pricier than the surrounding apartments but its worth it for peace of mind. Hopefully the gym will be open soon. Its being remodeled at the moment. Grills and Cabanas are in the pool area. Thats an upgrade. Wasnt there when I first moved in. Also, I enjoy the office area because I work from home. Ive lived here for almost a year now.

I’ve been living here since 2020 and my experience it’s being great. People from the office is always attentive to help you out in what you need and the maintenance team is the best !!!!! Also I like the pool, the bbq area and that I can have access to the gym at any time

The management team is the absolute best as well as maintenance. Sandra really knows how to look out and take care of her residents whether they just moved in or are in the process of moving out. Look story short, I’ve become very ill right before my lease was set to renew. I had signed a conditional renewal back in September that she did not hold hard and fast over my head. People will say, well it was just conditional. Trust me, most complexes would’ve made me keep that renewal or have me break my lease. She worked with her bosses to ensure I had ample time to move based on my new situation. I am forever grateful for her hard work and dedication. I did not have any issues while living in this complex. Like I said the maintenance crew was definitely top notch and did all they could to help me, especially when my health took a turn for the worst. If I have the opportunity and finances to come back, I most certainly will. Thank you Sandra and Cindy!!!

Love the Apt Complex, such a nice maintenance staff & office staff. Love it here everything always remains clean & if anything goes wrong with my apt they are there asap to fix anything wrong with it! Love Jamie she is soo awesome!

I am active duty military and all I can say is that the team here is amazing. Sandra is a great manager that makes sure everything gets taken care of. Cindy is always friendly and helps with whatever issue arises. Maintenance is usually there to fix whatever on the same day. Alfonso definitely knows how to fix anything. They are very military friendly and I have not had any issues what so ever the 3 1/2 years that I have lived here.

I have lived here for 5 months but I already know I will renew. Its a small complex of only 5 buildings so the staff knows you and always remembers my dogs name too. I have always had problems with apartments but here everything is prompt and professional. I moved in 2 days after viewing and it all went smoothly. Maintenance is always either the day of or the day after my request. Quality of all fixtures is very good, plenty of parking, gate always works, and the landscaping is kept up. Awesome.

This is a great community! I lived here for two years. The property manager and consultant were great! If your conflicted or feel any doubt I can assure you itll be a great investment. They have great schools around the area. They have an excellent gym and they are located away from the major street. The property was recently bought by another company and they dont seem any different from the last. They have been respectful and helpful these last few weeks. Yeah, Im moving back (2017). I made the decision to leave two years ago because my family grew. Turns out that was the worst decision and I (and the family) ended up missing Windwater. I dont do a lot of these comments... However, if its going help your decision then Im delighted to share my honest thoughts.

I been here going on three years managements are very good. They are very good on communication. Work orders are done as they input.. Always following up on Residents and believing to make sure they are very good in good standards..Currently management is under going great landscaping and community improvement as well as security.. I have had no problems living in this community..Leasing an Apartment at The Windwater At Wimdmill Lakes can be very good which finding you a perfect place to stay..

I have lived here for 2 years, and have no real complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful. Theyve made a clear effort to remember my name, just from the few quick interactions weve had.Maintenance requests have been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time (by my metric at least.) Also havent really had many reasons to call maintenance in the first place.The complex can get a bit dirty at times and people break the gates a lot, but not due to a lack of effort from management to hold residents accountable. Usually the gates are fixed quickly and any messes cleaned up.The pool can be a bit noisy during the summer when kids are out of school, but the one time it was truly too much (karaoke), the people bright it down a bit after I asked them nicely. Even offered me a beer.Weve occasionally gotten emails about crime in the area with a frustrating lack of details, but Im not sure what the laws/policies are about reporting the specifics. Im sure there are resources to find out if youre that concerned.Overall good experience. No real complaints for me. If you consider yourself high maintenance, maybe youll have a different experience, but so far so good.

This community has been great to me for the past two years. I enjoyed living here and would stay much longer if I was not purchasing my own home now. Thank you for always being kind and knowing who I am when I walked through the door to pick up packages! I never had any issues living here except for a few work orders and maintenance was always on top it. If you want an attentive staff and maintenance then Windwater is the place to live!

I have lived here since September of 2017. The apartments are nice. Only things I dislike are the parking is kind of a mess. People without parking stickers will parking in tenant spots and not in visitor parking which will lead to you coming home with no where to park and the tow company will not come out unless cars are parked in your assigned parking spot(hasnt been so bad lately though). Also there is only one gate to this complex, which gets broken almost every week. Some reviews say maintenance is slow but I have never had a problem with them coming in a timely manner. Just like any apartment complex your experience will depend on how your neighbors are. I never have to deal with any loud music or parties. Great place to live for me so far.

She didn’t leave a question unanswered and provided me with more then enough information for any issues that may arise during my tenure on property. Did I mention she is patient and efficient!!!!!
