Places great anytime ever have any problems I just put my work order to get it taken care of for me. Priscilla is a very great manager and Maria is great. Mercedes is great. They treat me like family and I love all the facilities there the gym the pool, the grill Awesome place to live. Love it and schools that are close are the best

Been here for 7 months really no issues except with a drawer in the kitchen who’s facing fell off. But with the help of Mercedes it get fixed. Other than that no issues. Ms. Priscilla was very nice and helpful in making signing a lease easy. I’m very happy with my apartment. It’s very close to work and lots of places to shop and explore. I would say it’s quite with exception of the upstairs neighbors they make a lot noise but it’s tolerable for now. The weigh room is nice especially if I don’t feel like driving to the gym. The pool area is nice and someone is always keeping it clean. The area is monitored well. Emails are sent to residents on what happening in the apartment complex. Kudos to the two ladies mentioned above. Office staff is very pleasant when interacting with them on the phone or in person. I only gave 4 stars because of the drawer issue because they kept closing the work order without fixing it. Over all a pretty good place to stay.

I just want to thank the leasing office staff ( Virginia, Priscilla and Maria) for an amazing job with the process. They had a great deal going so make sure you ask about it if youre considering which you should. They helped me with every question I had along with everything I needed to get approved which was in lightning speed in my case. This Apt complex is in a great location and I feel safe. I saw a review mention roaches but Ive been at my apt for over a month and I have not seen a roach in site. Its our own responsibility to keep our places clean aside from pest control. Commons is a great option for this side of town dont hesitate.

Getting is an apartment shouldn’t cost you time and headaches luckily Maria made the process very smooth and convenient. Most apartments I’ve moved into have been very hectic and outright stressful. The tenets most always lack in communication and transparency. Maria however is the complete opposite. She went out her way to ensure my transition into my new home as smooth a possible. Commons at Vintage Park Apartments is the next step forward in ensuring and excelling customer satisfaction. I have already told my family and friends about my experience. They cannot wait to book an appointment.

Our family has lived in this community for several years. Priscilla is by far the best property manager we have had. Virginia is by far the best assistant manager we’ve had. We were planning on moving before Priscilla was hired and after doing a walk through had all of our maintenance requests that had been ignored /fell through the cracks for years taken care of within a week. The maintenance staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient when they are called to come fix anything. Before getting fined we have been given the courtesy of a warning first-No, the management isn’t out to needlessly fine people-They are doing their jobs of keeping the community up to standards for us all.We have had two bikes stolen separate times, some plants we had outside, having to have a phone to open the gate is troublesome and preferred having an individual clicker/gate code. Our electric bill is really high, over 300$ a month in summer (two bedroom) and the AC coils have needed cleaned/replaced for awhile now we’ve been told but I’m not sure what that entails or who approves that. The rent has increased significantly and although we have enjoyed living here under the new management there are other places close by that are less expensive for the same space and newer buildings(better ac bill) we are considering other places but purely for financial reasons only. The staff team in place now is the best of the best-and we’ve seen a lot come and go over the years.

I had to get an Emergency apt asap since my last lease was up. I saw this place along with the price and location and was automatically sold. Virginia at the front leasing office was so helpful. It made everything so much easier having an attentive team at the front office. They even called me to make sure If I needed any help with the onboarding process.

We’ve seen a couple negative reviews but can only speak on our personal experiences. We’ve lived here about 2 1/2 years and there’s been different people in the leasing office, however we’ve always had pleasant experiences with staff. They’ve addressed any of our concerns immediately and got it solved quickly. Only thing I can say is recently there have been a couple car break ins in the back and tires stolen, but that’s not the leasing office’s fault and there’s only so much they can do realistically. The gates are normally closed 98% of the times so I mean a thief is going to be a thief no matter what. Other than that, nice, clean apartments and quiet community. Good prices. We love the pool and feel safe with our kids here. We’ll miss this place

Having lived her for 10 years, I can say that the team of Priscilla and Mercedes are the best we have had during that time.They are responsive to any problems and are pleasant and easy to work with.The property is well maintained.If there is a drawback, its the parking situation. I do wish they had not removed the permit parking.for residents.And yes, there are times that I have had to leave a voicemail because they are either on the phone or are out on the property. My calls are returned and they respond to my emails.

I recently moved here and some of the previous reviews/comments/photos made me a little nervous but I have zero regrets. I love my new home! The area is great, easy access to 249, lots of restaurants, stores & more.Janet (Leasing Associate) assisted me once I applied for my apartment she answered all of my questions kept me updated with my application process and explained everything about my apartment, pricing, fees etc I’m so thankful for her quick responses due to working during the office hours I had to constantly reach out to her through email and she gave me the same customer service as if I were in person thank you for your help and understanding!Christina (Leasing Manager) I moved in after the winter storm i noticed that the water was not getting hot and Christina quickly reached out to maintenance and they were there within minutes and fixed it right away. I figured with no one living there before I moved in and the winter storm that might’ve been the reason. Other than that my apartment looks great and I have had no issues my neighbors even introduced themselves which was nice.Ashley (Community Manager) was really great and helped me answer any questions I had with my lease before signing, she made sure everything was in order and ready to go.Overall I had a great experience from the beginning through my move in date/currently. Thank you all so much for all that you did to make this moving process super easy and smooth!

Great place to live. The property manager is wonderful. I had a great experience in completing the application with the leasing agent, Janet. She is amazing, and I give her a 5… 10 if I could. I’m giving 4 stars because of a bad experience with a different agent, Cheyanne, just before moving in, but the manager, Liz, saved the day FLAWLESSLY. 5 stars to you as well Liz. Thank you. I have not had any other bad experiences since. I recommend this place to others, just work with the right agent.

I’ve lived on property for2 lease terms. The staff is very attentive and the manager is amazing. Ashley listens to any and all concerns and handlesThem like you are the only tenant. The apartments are very spacious and have granite through out along with the ceramic flooring. This apartment by far has been my most favorite and best experience renting. If your looking for a apartment home check out The Commoms of Vintage Park also did I mention they are in a perfect location as well

Just moved into The Commons at Vintage Park in June 2022 (posting this after living here for a month). My fiancé and I love the complex. Appears to be a quiet and well-maintained community. Valet trash is incredible. We live on the first floor and havent had any loud disturbances from side neighbors or upstairs. No delivery issues (Amazon packages, food or grocery).My fiancé works a crazy work schedule, and I was previously living out of state. Liz, the property manager, was exceptional with helping us get everything together for our move-in. Upon arrival she asked how my cross-country travel was and if there was anything I needed. Anytime we have had a question she has been incredible with her quick responses.Looking forward to continuing to build our life together in this lovely apartment

After living in a hotel for three months and getting burned by the Houston housing market, this apartment complex was the ONLY one out of a long list I called who actually answered their phone!Being so ready to get out of the hotel, their leasing agent, Janet, helped us every step of the way and calmed my anxieties by answering my millions of emails. She got us into our apartment extremely fast and we are just in love with it. (huge shout out to her for helping us!)The whole complex is beautiful and quiet and our apartment layout is so spacious. I definitely don’t feel like I’m lacking in any way living here. We can’t wait to begin a new chapter of our life in this apartment!

Moved to this beautiful property about a year ago and my experience here has been great. It’s very peaceful and the neighbors I got to meet are great and friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable as well, I highly recommend Janet one of the leasing agents if you ever decide to check it out ask for her! Whenever I need anything they are quick to send out the technicians to get the job done right and I’ve never had any issues with the property. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

I do not live there but have a friend that has been there for more than two years and is very happy living there. I come to visit her often and actually love the area/complex myself. My husband and I are in the process of selling our home. We have been looking at apartments to consider moving into once our home sells. As of now, our first choice is The Commons At Vintage Park. Perfect location for both of us as far as our jobs go. May be seeing you soon.

They are not as bad as everyone is making it lol Ive lived here a year now and I could honestly say If I didnt want anything nicer, I would renew my lease. I lived on the first floor with everything upgraded. Only bad thing is, I only have a stand up shower, no bathtub....Also, they still have not fixed the hot tub at the pool...Ashley the manager is very sweet and help with everything. I would suggest anyone to move here. Actually I have refereed a few people here and received my referral fee.

I lived there for close to 3 years. The only issue I have is that there is little to no parking by my old building. Then you have all the trucks that cannot park for anything that take up about two spaces. Plus the new tenants would let their guests park in the reserved parking. Laura has been EXTREMELY helpful to me for the amount of time I lived there so much more than a previous staff member. You havent seen rude and unhelpful until youve met that lady. My mom went in to ask if she could temporarily park in the spaces so that she could help me carry stuff up because I had a broken ankle. I lived on the third floor. That lady was extremely rude, and disrespectful to her for only asking a simple question. The only offer they made was for me to have free covered parking for 30 days. I couldnt drive for 30 days... Other than that I enjoyed my first little home away from home. Thanks Cypress Commons!

I have live here for quite awhile now. They are under new management who are like family. Amy and Melissa know how to treat their residents. They are very on top of everything. Yes it did get flooded out due to a levey breaking, BUT they took care of EVERYONE. I think these reviews on bugs and roaches are extremely bogus. They have inspections EVERY month. The remodels are amazing, and they do make you feel like home.

I have been a resident here for almost 4 years. I must say the New manager is wonderful. The most recent issue I came across was a damange kitchen sink. I called and voiced my concern and shorthly after there was a guy at my door ready to fix the problem, not only did he fix the issue, this man cleaned the sink out completely. I was shocked and happy to see them go over and beyond for my family and myself.

When I moved here 2 years ago I was very satisfied with this complex..But now it has turned into living in hell..They charge for everything..25 for vallet trash but the the place is filthy..The breezeway and stairs are so dirty with not from wear and tear but needs cleaning...the new manager and new office are horrible..They want to put all these rules in place for the tenants to keep the area clean and fines for putting your trash out before a certain time. BUT THEY WILL NOT CLEAN ..RENT PRICES CONTINUE TO GO UP and this place is not the place to live if you want something nice for the rental prices....the management company Adara listens and does nothing...stay away. And to add limited parking spaces. So if you want to go out and come back after like 10pm no place to park..nodesignated spots for tenant unless you pay 35.00 If I would have known Ashley the previous manager was leaving I would have left too Because this manager has no compassion .Ashley was the best..and her staff

Jasmine took care of me like no one’s ever taken care of me. Professional, courteous and efficient. Jasmine is an absolute dynamo of a person. Also got an excellent deal for a luxury apartment in the vintage park neighborhood. Overall a no brainer to rent here.

Ive lived here over a year and cant really find anything thats bad with the place. Maintenance is good and prompt, the ladies at the front are nice and will help you with anything, and most of all the apartments are located in a pretty nice area of Houston. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because sometimes hearing all the traffic on Cypresswood Dr is annoying.

I have been living at The Commons Apts over a year now and the new management (Priscilla Ventura) has been doing a good job improving the community: The maintenance team has gotten faster at taking care of problems, resident complaints or concerns are handled from a position of fairness.
