Theres pros and cons to this place of course but I actually loved my stay here. Great for military families! The only thing I didnt like is that people come here and use the dumpster and leave their trash. Also, people dont pick up after their pets as much as they should. Other than that, the few work orders I put in got fixed almost immediately and Amanda was nothing but helpful every step of the way! -

LOVE THIS COMPLEX!!! They made moving and signing the lease so effortlessly. We were approved the very next day. They were so kind when showing us the apartment and answering all my questions! Both ladies at the front are very kind! The laundry facilities are great and updated, the two pools are conveniently located along with the basketball courts, and they just put in a new grill. All of our neighbors are so nice and friendly!!! They really try to make the complex feel like a small community!!5 Stars all around!! -

Ashley and Brittany in the office are great! The Maintenance guys are always professional and willing to help. The cleaning lady leaves the property looking great. We love the basketball court and ready for the pool to open for summer! -

I had my power go out in a portion of my apartment so I had to make an emergency call to maintenance. Joseph with maintenance on the line was very helpful as well as Corey the on-site help. They got my power back on and situation fixed in 1 hour. Very quick response time and very helpful. -

Been here 6 months now and couldn’t be happier, perfect spot close to everything raised a concern and it was fixed same day. They just re did the parking lots and it looks amazing. Wish there was more lighting in the living room area but I’m not in there often enough to care. They are beyond pet and resident friendly!! Likely the nicest people I’ve met in texas!! The only issue I have is the dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes or dry them. -

Been here about 5 years, office staff amazing maintenance staff responds quickly. Very friendly and safe area. Perfect location for people with pets. Ive enjoyed my stay here and look forward to many more years. -

When we moved in our fridge was broken and they got us a new one right away which was awesome! Friendly staff, great location, and well maintained apartments compared to others weve looked in to. A little pricey but definitely a great place to live. -

This is my first time ever living the apartment life and couldnt be more happy than choosing College Hills West. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful! Perfect location for shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Family and pet friendly. Glad to be apart of this little community. -

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and I never want to move! This isn’t just any old apartment complex. The office ladies and maintenance really go above and beyond and make you feel like family. There’s multiple community events going on, issues are fixed same day, and they really look out for you as if you’re family! -

I have been here for 3 years now and I love it here! My apt is updated and super nice. Any problems I have had, they have resolved them immediately. Plus the ladies in the office are super nice and helpful. -

We love collegehills west apartments. I have recommended CHW to a few friends. Some highlights thst makes CHW Great..the atmosphere the Staff-Kayla, Tori, Ana, Phillip, Tyler, Dexter, Isabel, Doug. They are more like our second family. They make living here great,from the events they put on for CHW and the kids, lets not forget for all our furry animals also. When ever we need them they are always there. If we have a maintenance emergency the come quickly even after hours. My Neighbors are Great. I have lived in this community for a long time. Kayla, Phillip, and Isabel have seen my daughter grow, if it wasnt for them and the whole crew I might of moved already. I cant imagine this place without them. They have made CHW what it is today and we ❤it here for that reason -

Apartments are good size if anything needs work they come fix it , ladies in office are nice , we are kept up to date on any entertainment here in the apartments community only thing they need more Cracker Jacks in the office last time I was in there werent any -
