It was my pleasure to have met both manager Sherry, and leasing agent, Nichole. They’re welcoming of me. What is the first thing I look for as that will tell you how you will be treated as a resident. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous very well-maintained and definitely a place that you can call home. With my experience in living in apartment communities, this place rates an A+, plus as it is excellent in every manner that I have witnessed so far.

I absolutely love living at the Club at Stone Oak apartments! Nicole made my move in stress free and she is very thoughtful and helpful with the residents! Management was understanding of my ESA pets. The maintenance team is wonderful, I put in a maintenance request and either that day or the next they come, very attentive and respectful. I use to live here with my roommate and when it was time to part ways I got a one bedroom because I feel safe here and the above reasons mentioned. Only two complaints is the amount of dog poop throughout the property and no dog park. The first is to be expected when living in apartment complexes but I do wish the residents would show more responsibility for their pets and respect for the great team that takes care of all our homes! Maybe a dog park would help with this issue. Nonetheless I love this apartment complex and the team, I hope they never leave!

I have only been here for a month but overall this is a lovely place to live❣️Nichole is amazing. She is always willing to help and go above and beyond. Maintenance is fabulous. Anything I have need gets taken care of in a prompt manner. Sunset are absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed the December event. Apparently they done every month. Excited to see what they do next.

Loved our time living here! Maintenance always showed up promptly and fixed any problem immediately. The office ladies are nice. Quiet community, seems like every that lives here are homebodies like we are. Only moving because are family is growing and we need 4+ bedrooms.good memories made here.

I recieved great customer service and clear communication at Club at stone oak. We applied and were contacted right away. Celeste has been very helpful through the process. I was even able to see an apartment that was ready for move in. Which is a big deal because all apartments do not always look like the model. We also were happy to know they have a grounds keeper. Its always good to know that someone other than maintenance is keeping up with the property. These apartments are well worthed for the price. The area is lovely and the square footage in the apartments are great for comfortable living. I look forward to enjoying the time we stay at this location.

We found ourselves looking for a short term lease in between moves and lived here for a couple months. The apartment itself is an older building so the appliances and finishes are a little outdated but we never had a problem with functionality. Maintenance was wonderful and timely when requested- those guys are awesome. I will echo the parking concerns others have mentioned. Unfortunately they have no resident registration or guest parking policy enforced which effects the amount of parking available especially at night or on the weekends but even if we had to parking a bit further away, it was never too big of an inconvenience. The events that they put on are very creative and cute. Overall, we have a good experience living here. I would recommend looking into where in the complex a potential apartment is located - building 2, for example, backs to a daycare which makes for very very very noisy days. The daycare was my one true gripe while we lived here and obviously wasn’t the fault of Club at Stone Oak, just an unfortunate circumstance I wish I would have considered before choosing a unit to lease! The value for what we paid was good and the location is great.

Only been here for a couple months but I love our home. Every work order we’ve put in was fixed by the next day. The quality of the apartments is amazing and there is so much space. Amenities such as trash valet, 24 hour maintenance, and a gorgeous pool make Club at Stone Oak unique. Celeste was amazing during the application process and more than patient with us. Also, Andrea with apartment life was wonderful. She reached out to us and let us know about events in the complex. I’m happy to call this place home.

I’ve only been here about a month but so far it’s been great! Nicole is sooo nice in leasing!! I really appreciate her being so helpful & informative when I’ve bugged her with questions being a newb. Eli with maintenance is exceptionally fast, friendly, and goes above & beyond!! Neighborhood is a beautiful area. And I don’t have to venture far for my shopping needs. Noise levels are okay for the most part. I work from home so that’s extra important for me. The only thing I would suggest is paying for covered parking if it’s available when you move in. It’s nice to have it when there are no spots available. I’m super thankful though to call The Club home. 🩵☀️

This place has been great. We are a military family and ending our lease with them was quite easy. Management and maintenance are very nice and they get your request done asap. Apartment is in a very good area and they are clean and well maintained. I had the one bedroom and it was well maintained, comfy, and cute. They have a playroom in the exercise room which is nice for moms. They keep up on cleaning the pool and landscaping. Overall it’s in a safe area and management is very welcoming and the pricing is what you would pay for a nice apartment. The road does get a bit congested at rush hour but nothing too abnormal for living in San Antonio.

Eli, maintenance, is great at taking care of issues the first time around even going as far as explaining what happened and how it’s being resolved. Had another maintenance guy come for same water heater issue 2 weeks prior, didn’t leave a slip saying any action taken. We had warm water for maybe a week, but when Eli answered the call. He took care of it right away. Eli was very communicative each step of the way.

UPDATE 8/23: JUST WANTED TO POST AN UPDATE BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE THE MAINTENANCE. Ive been here since October of last year. Yet again, Ive had a maintenance request that was handled almost immediately. I really appreciate the way that things are fixed here. No major issues in the apartment, just random maintenance requests that are handled really quickly and I love that! I work in the apartment industry (different management company) and I know that maintenance is very important. Wanted to make sure I gave you all a shout out! Thanks again!ORIGINAL POST: I am absolutely loving my experience here so far. The office staff is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance responds fairly quickly, although Ive had virtually nothing broken in my apartment. My move in experience was positive, I love all of the amenities and use of technology in the community.

Move in was easy, apartment was in good shape, enjoying so far. After living here for 5 months the office staff is very helpful and responsive, and the maintenance staff is great as well. Eli has done the majority of our requests on the same day we request, and will go the extra mile as well with a great attitude and smile. Definitely would recommend living here!

Loved living here!UPDATE: Since I realized I barely wrote a review. My mom, sister, and I lived in these apartments from 2011-2017. While we had some issues at first (due to the previous ineffective/problematic management companies), the last two-three years were amazing. The (still current) management team (started in 2014 or 2015 I believe) were incredibly responsive, communicative, and just overall great. We appreciate everything they helped us out with through the years and are grateful that we never had a complaint go unsolved. We only moved because we figured it was time for a change of scenery. But honestly, I would greatly recommend these apartments. And when its time to out of my moms, Club at Stone Oak will be my first (and only) stop.SECOND UPDATE: Mom moved back in May 2020 and absolutely loves it! Just renewed her lease last month :)

Nice place to live! It is peaceful and quiet; well maintained, and management is responsive without being intrusive. Only complaint is that the AC units seem to be at the end of their lifecycle and fail frequently. For the price and the Stone Oak schools, these apartments are a good value!

I loved these apartments, it’s such a great location and the staff are very helpful. The staff is professional, accessible and friendly. All maintenance issues get resolved either that day or the next. They offer great rates and the apartments are kept up very well and super spacious. One of the property managers (Roger) is especially great! 5/5 stars for sure! These apartments are great for first time apt renters or new to the SA area!

We have been living at The Club at Stone Oak for two years now and it has been a great experience due to several things. The first is the Management and staff. We have lived in several apartments throughout the years and this is hands down the most amazing and helpful staff I have ever seen. Raquel who has recently become the new property manager has become a amazing asset to the property. She is very kind and her door is always open and welcomes her residents no matter what they may request and she always makes time to hear you voice your concerns. She along with the help of her staff organizes and puts together great club house parties that help bring the community closer together! Roger is a great apartment staff as well. He is extremely diligent and has gone out of his way several times to help us here with our needs. Hes great at making sure the complex is clean and well kept and any issues you bring to him he does his absolute best to address and support his residents. Kirby has been a absolute example to what a apartment staff should be. Shes always in a great mood with her residents and she is always there to hear your concerns and handles any apartment issues quickly. Several times she has gone above and beyond to help us when weve needed things done around the apartment or just little things that make all the difference like helping me carry a package to my car while I was holding my baby. Put all three of these people together and they make a amazing team and they are the reason we will continue to live here. Maintenance is the best weve ever had in a complex as well. The guys work very hard and resolved issues very quickly especially when it comes to anything ac related. The grounds are clean due to them picking up trash every morning and we have rarely had any maintenance issue since weve moved in. Our apartments are very spacious and clean and the valet trash is a great addition to the complex. Overall this place has been wonderful thanks to the amazing staff and we will be here for years to come. Thanks Raquel, Kirby and Roger for making the club at stone oak a great place to live!

Had to request service 3 times when it was evident that the AC unit in the apartment was not working. After that last time when I went to the office, I told the office that i would be gone for the week and need to have a cooled apartment when i returned! I was told that the part for the AC was on backorder and that a portable AC window unit would be placed in my apartment window. I designated which window (near a plug) and had my neighbors removed storage boxes and other items to leave the workers a clear area to install the temporary AC window unit. This was done the day I returned from a weeklong out of town trip. The temporary AC install was done on the morning of my return. I feel like i was the one who was staying on top of my needs with little to no feedback from the office about what was going to be done. until I approached the office in person the last time. The part has not been replaces , so the repair has not been completed. I realize that with extreme heat, the units have been stressed, It is the lack of communication that needs to be improved without the renter asking for updates . . .

My favorite residence in the eleven years I’ve lived in San Antonio! The staff is super friendly and attentive and anytime I had an issue, there were no problems getting anything handled. I would definitely recommend this complex and I’m most certainly going to miss Roger and Kirby! They will always have your best interests in mind and take care of you to their best ability!
