The office has never answered phone calls and only occasionally responds via text, often neglecting to follow up as promised.In contrast, Javier Rafael, the head of maintenance, has been incredibly helpful. He promptly resolves my issues, keeps me updated on repairs, and is always friendly and responsive. -

Love the area, love my space! The shared courtyard is amazing! Walkable to Santa Fe Trail which connects to White Rock Lake. The neighborhood is simply stunning, very lush.
