I love love Liz and Esmeralda they are very easy to talk to. And since Liz has been the new management on property she has gotten so much done on the property. They are very understanding. Ive been here going on 5 years and I love it here. Looking forward to more years. 🥰❤️

This is a great place to live! The apartments are very nice especially with the new remodels. It is well lit in the walk ways and parking lot and I feel safe walking my dog at any time of the day or night. The neighbors are quiet, you only hear kids playing after school, but otherwise it is very peaceful. Ponderosa elementary school is withing walking distance and it is located close to 1960 and fairly close to 45.

Ive been a resident at 17033 Butte Creek for 14 years. During that time this complex has undergone many changes, climbed hills and experienced valleys. It is nonetheless, my home.I am currently in my 4th apartment home here and am loving the new remodeling we have!! Built in microwave, brand new fridge and oven, all with all the new and exciting modern features! It all looks brand new on the inside and manicured well kept grounds. Living here is actually like living in a little country side village. Its really very pretty and quiet.We have a new manager! Her name is Monica. As well as keeping everything up and running smoothly, she always ads a personal touch to her experience with you! This lady is a true delight and we are so happy to have her.Champions at Ponderosa is a clean, friendly, beautiful place to live!!

Mrs. Monica And Mr. Cynthia are AWESOME! They are very helpful and informative. I called and harassed them the entire time before my move in date making sure things were in place before the big move. They kept me updated far as, When my appliances came in on down to when they finished with the apartment; and it was ready 1 week prior to my move in. I moved in on 4/27/18 And I had a few peaks here and there (Nothing Major) I called the office, In less than 5 mins maintenance was at my door. The property is very quiet so far, Parking is Okay, Dumpsters are a little far, (would recommend valet trash)!!! But other than that, this property is AWESOME!

This place was my first apartment. The price was a bit high but we had a huge room And living room. The only thing I did like was the stores closet infront of the door; it made it very difficult moving in and out furniture. Overall they were fast with maintenance requests. Also did not flood during Harvey. Loved it. Hoping to move back one day

Excellent staff, very responsive to any issues. Quiet, scenic, great neighbors. The remodel included all new appliances! We love it here.

Look if youre looking for an apt home nice, clean inside and out people friendly, and pets office workers are nice and the Best Manager Mrs. Monica, and outside worker care for you and your living area come and ask for Mrs. Monica are apt Manager, she will help you find not just a apt but a home.

I moved from NYC to here and I had to do everything online Martha was super helpful with everything I needed to present and she processed everything online the apartment was ready for move in as soon as I arrived here love it so far

Excellent condominium, renovated, safe and very clean apartments. The attention and help that Cinthya offers when renting an apartment is incredible, always ask for her!!
