I recently moved to Cedar Branch Apartments and Im really enjoying it. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed, and the community is very peaceful. The staff is also very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to call home!

We love this place! My sister and I use to live at Cedar Branch apartments a few years back and remembered how quick they were with maintenance and concerns. If we had any issues they would send someone out that day, and if not, the next by the latest. The apartments we’re currently staying at are not nearly as sharp as the wonderful staff at Cedar Branch. So, when we walked into the leasing office of Cedar Branch and we saw Nuria’s smiling face we new that returning was the right choice.

Cedar Branch Apartments is an amazing community to live in. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The location is also great - its close to everything I need. Highly recommend!

I have lived here almost 5 years, the staff is exceptional from the maintenance to Mgmt. The assistant Mgr as well, both will help with any issues. Ive worked from home almost 2.5 years and can see them walking the property, not daily but there presence is noticeable. Residents watch out for each other, if something suspicious we contact office, Ive not heard of any break-in to vehicles as Ive read from other places, most Residents respect reserved parking and let our guests know where to park. Ive never had bug issues here, AT ALL if someone has that problem its the resident not the complex, they have monthly pest control available, Ive never needed it. Children are not an issue as parents watch them. I would recommend property to anyone, we have Memorial City Mall less than 5 minutes by car, different grocery stores same distance If not closer.Just a great place to live. I couldnt be more happy with my choice to move here.
