    Hi,Where do I begin? Well, Carrington Park at Huffmeister in Cypress, Texas, is a wonderful place to live! The amenities are fantastic, with a beautiful pool, a nice gym, and a spinning room that’s perfect for a good workout. The apartment interiors are spacious and comfortable, and the community is so quiet, it really feels like home.I highly recommend this community! I promise you, you’ll love it here. Make sure to ask for Rosa and Noemi, they’re truly amazing. Plus, the community manager, Keyana, is awesome, and the maintenance team is always on point, quick, and professional.     Took a tour today with madame Naomi today and she was definitely pleasant and knowledgeable about the property she took her time in viewing all aspects of the apartment as well as property and amenities. The apartments themselves are a bit older but well maintained and seem peaceful. Not sure if we will lease here however I was impressed by her professionalism and willingness to impress with exceptional customer service.

    I recently toured a Carrington Park at Huffmeister, and I was really impressed! Rosa from the leasing staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with a smile. The property is well- kept, and the amenities are top-notch. The model apartment was clean. Giving me a great feel for what it would be like to live here. The whole experience made me very exited to consider moving in.

The community is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and well- kept pool area.     From the moment I walked into the office I knew I was going to become a resident! The Assistant Manager Miss Vinsetta Simmons was professional and welcoming. She immediately made me feel like I was a valued guest and took the time to warmly greet me and provided an engaging tour of the units!The units were clean and recently renovated, the community was quiet and laid back, the pool was clean and well cared for, and best of all the other residents were welcoming.The proximity to Hamilton Elementary school is also a huge benefit if you have young children, and Carrington Park has a school bus pick-up/drop-off right at the front gate for them.Overall, I am incredibly impressed and am excited to be a resident in this wonderful community!

    First of all I want to thank the community, for all the help provided, for the time of the move, they never left me without saying anything negative, on the contrary they attended me in the best possible way, they gave me all the support, they were kind, from Miguel to the manager, they were attentive, respectful people.I have nothing negative to say about these apartments, every time I have asked that something happens to me inside the apartment the same day they go and give the service, in the best way.     I can give my review based off of first empression. Walking into a office being welcomed by a bright smiling face was great. I do not plan on moving until October but I was given 3 quotes and shown two different units that would be in my price range. Briana did a great job making us feel like we were not just a commission check. She is great at helping out, she went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed.

    We have lived here for ten years - eleven this summer. Management has changed many, many times, and we’ve had some unpleasant experiences, some bad experiences, and some outright infuriating experiences.However, our current management team is wonderful. Truly. Everyone in the office is kind and patient. I’ll be the first to admit that I make •a lot• of calls and requests, and yet I’m always met with kindness and patience (even though I call so regularly that the office staff recognizes my voice). Kiana and Kayla and so sweet and have never once failed to ask me how I’m doing when I call. They are efficient, timely, respectful, helpful, and extremely reliable. They take my concerns seriously and, when possible or necessary, they respond in ways that make me feel comfortable and heard, and that leaves me feeling confident in our management. I love that our management team really listens to residents and that they take action when concerns are raised.There is one more thing that I feel is very important to share, and that is the quality of our community’s maintenance specialists. As a resident of Carrington Park, I am extremely aware of how lucky I am that we have such kind, diligent, hardworking men working to keep our community up and running. John in particular always has a smile on his face, something kind to say, a fantastic attitude, and is an absolute joy to be around in addition to being such an incredibly competent worker. I hope our management knows how lucky they are to have such a first class team of men looking out for our community through what can only be endless work on their part. Not every apartment community has a maintenance specialist who is so kind to residents and is also a reliable person, much less an entire CREW of such team members. Each and every one of them is wonderful and I’m so grateful that I can trust any one of them when they come to my home. I could type all day and still wouldn’t be able to give adequate praise to our maintenance team.If you’re considering moving here, and management and maintenance are concerns of yours, I can say with sincerity that the team currently running this community are truly a gift to Carrington Park residents. You will be in great hands if you decide to join our community.

    We really enjoyed living here, the closets are huge, the resident events are fun, & Maintenance are quick and attentive. Since Amanda has been the manager, the gates are always working properly and things get done in a timely manner. The office staff is fun and always smiling. I am so sad that I had to move out but it was time to upgrade to a house! If you need an apartment, this complex is great!”

    I have lived at this complex for about a year and a half. I have loved it so far. Its quiet and well kept. Staff has been friendly and competent during the various times Ive needed to speak with someone. Maintenance is EXCELLENT!! When I put a work order in problems are usually resolved same day, if not before I even make it back to my apartment after leaving the office. The pool is excellent and clean. Community is friendly with lots of children for my daughter to play with. Apartments are spacious and well kept so there arent pest problems. The 2 bedrooms are kind of pricey for me (about $1,100 - 1,200 last time I checked), but me and my daughter fit just fine in the spacious one bedroom. Parking is AMAZING! Always parking available; never worried about not finding a spot late at night when I come home with my daughter. Everything has seemed safe since Ive been here. I hope I dont have to move anytime soon. Well see how much rent goes up when it comes to resign. :)

    I moved in at the tail end of winter. I must say, that its been awesome living here! The application process was so smooth and easy. I was ready to move in a week! The office staff is so warm and welcoming, every time I come through he door. One evening a couple of months ago, I couldnt get into my apartment. I usually go through the garage, but the clicker wasnt working, and my front door was locked. I called the emergency line and soon after, the manager Amanda came to save the day! It was a huge relief, because I had my kids in the car. True story... I love this place!

    I was a previous resident at this apartment community about five years ago. I had to move out due to a job transfer. Once I completed my job assignment I had the choice to come back to Carrington Park @Huffmeister. I literally have nothing bad to say about this community. I would like to say that the office staff is amazing they go out of their way to take care of their residence and I appreciate that 100%. I am a single mother of two boys and I can say I’ve always felt very safe in this community even though crime has no ZIP Code. The maintenance staff is also great they’re always on top of their work orders making sure that their customer service is always 100%. I’ve always said you get what you paid for and I have gotten everything that I pay for here at Carrington Park at Huffmeister. The amenities and the surrounding areas are always clean and well kept up. So if you’re looking for a nice calm place to call home I suggest you to call Carrington Park and Huffmeister. I’ve been here two years and I’m about to sign another one. Thank you Kelly, Ashley and Ryan for being so great.

    This place is great. People are friendly. Apartment is clean. Maintenance people are very cool & professional. Most of all the apartment managers are the best! They are extremely helpful & super nice! You talk to them & they make you feel well at home! They’re awesome! For the price of these apartments it’s a steal!

    After years of living in a nice single family residence I decided to try apartment living and so far I have not been disappointed. The staff, especially Vinsetta Simmons have been very accommodating and friendly. I’ve had a few small maintenance requests which were taken care of within 24 hours of request and performed properly. The grounds are quiet, I can’t hear through the walls, no bugs, excellent communicaton from the staff and community events. My kids and I feel very safe here. Highly recommend!

    Very nice apartments great office staff! I have to say the assistant manager In the office is a amazing! If we ever had something go wrong she would always insure it was fixed! She is the go to person in the office! Her and the maintenance team are awesome! She is the one we always go to if we every need anything because we know she have it done right! Thank you Ensetta!

    I love the staff, enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the scenery. When you walk in speak with Jessica, she is the leasing agent and shes amazing! The apartments are amazing and included everything I needed!! Just stop by, you wont be disappointed, hopefully they have an apartment available!

    Very clean and maintenance responds immediately! Wife and I have had a bad experience with apartment management, but were pleased that this is the opposite! The apartment was spotless, and all appliances work and are in good condition.

    I came to Carrington Park at Huffmeister after relocating from Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania and ending up being homeless with my kids. Upon arriving here I was greeted by Ms.D with a “welcome home.” From that moment on she has been kind and thoughtful. She made my move in a breeze and continued to make sure my family’s accommodations were taken care of immediately. If it wasn’t for her warm,caring spirit I don’t know how things would turn out. Ms.D is awesome as are the apartments and the community. It is peaceful and a great place for families.So glad we made Carrington at Huffmeister our home!

    Nice quiet neighborhood to live in; relatively low crime rate. Maintenance is usually very quick to respond to maintenance items (usually the next day). Breana was helpful in getting my cell phone to work with the ButterflyMX access gate system (you have to have cell phone Mobile Data turned on in case the WiFi is not available at the kiosk). On the less than positive side: There is an extra $50 Amenity Fee at every lease renewal, which should have been part of the rent. Maintenance on the Fitness Center equipment (which is done by an outside contractor) could be a little better. Also, in addition to the usual trash pickup by Waste Management ($8 to $12 per month), we have to pay $30 per month for Valet Trash Service. They simply pick up the trash outside your door Sunday thru Thursday and carry it to the dumpster! They dont pick it up on holidays or during bad weather or whenever else they miss or dont feel like it. This is simply another $30 expense every month that we dont need!

    I remember when we were apartment searching and came across this place! This was the very last apartment that we looked at. Miss Vinsetta was more than helpful! She was so polite, friendly and helpful! She was the nicest person that we dealt with the whole month we were searching. She answered all our questions (silly or not!) and never once was rude. She always greets me when I have to pick up a package from the mail room and always tell me to have a great day! I know it may be silly, but kindsness goes a long way these days! Thank you Vinsetta! The whole apartment complex is also truly a great place to live! The grounds are always clean, maintenance is always helpful and also friendly! They are always trying to find ways to have fun and make this a great place to call home! We’ve never had an issue!

    Good apartments. My dad lives here. Never too loud, nice design. The appliances arent the prettiest and the sink likes to leak (from the joint where the sink goes into the counter). Also the shower and toilet are moldy as hell. Mirror is a littlw rough aeound the edges as well. Good parking usually available right in from of the apartment you need. The gate code for guests never works, everyone either has to have the garage opener or else sneak in behind someone else.

    Miss Vinsetta Simmons has been a delight to work with since moving here back in February. I had a few issues upon moving in but shes clear them up right away contacted me, followed up to make sure that everything was done correctly and right. All of the office staff especially Vinsetta( her desk is right when you come in and shes the first one to great you! ), are friendly and helpful with anything that you may need. The complex does a bunch of events for residents and is really family oriented which I love! Bonus- A huge pool thats always kept clean! HUGE SPACIOUS APARTMENTS, plenty of places to park your car without having to worry about if you come in late if youre going to get a spot.. LOL. Hands down the best apartment Ive ever lived in! Also if Your worried about Pest.. Dont. Ive never seen a bug my kids didnt find outside on the patio inside my home!

    This is my first time leasing an apartment and it’s close to my job so it’s a good commute close to highways. The staff are responsive as well. The properties are also very nice and well maintained. Highly Recommended.

    My wife and I signed a lease here with the help of our leasing agent Dwande. Dwande was very friendly and helpful from day one. We could tell she enjoyed her job and loved helping others in their apartment search. Dwande played a big role in why we chose to live here!
