I’ve been living here for five years, and throughout my time, the entire office staff has always been welcoming and customer-service oriented. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, the maintenance team addresses it promptly and efficiently. Their consistent attention to detail and responsiveness has made living here a pleasure.

I love it here. It’s peaceful, my unit itself is spacious and comfortable. I love how big my kitchen is but I also wanted to suggest renovating the kitchens ( that is not a complaint) just a suggestion… I love living here and I love Ms Quad in the front office she is so helpful and always so welcoming

I visited this community a couple of times in the past 2 months. The first visit I toured myself as there was only an assistant there. I didnt feel I was provided enough information on the property at the time. I went again hoping that the visit would be better and it was! I met the new manager Linda and she is amazing! She stated that she had only been there for 2 weeks and she as extremely busy, however she took the time to greet me and walked me over to the leasing desk. I toured the community and I must say it was a much better tour with someone who works for the apartments than by myself. After we returned to the office she came back out and asked me how everything went and if there was any questions I had that maybe she could answer, which I found great. She answered all my questions and made me feel like this is where I want to live! I am not looking to move until November but I am excited to know that the manager is very active with the complex. Thank for making my decision easy this time around I really do love the complex. It is very clean and in a great location!

I had a great experience from Carrington at Champions Forest, thanks to Quadonya Wells, the process of selecting and leasing my apartment was easier than what I expected. Her attention to detail and promptness responding to my emails made the difference. Mrs. Wells took the time to help me through the process and make me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the property. the other leasing agents Karen and the manager Mrs. Lynda was just as welcoming and kind too! of course, I would highly recommend to anyone. I lived here over 6 years and recently moved due to renovations so Ive seen the good and the bad. The good things about the property is that it is very well maintained, great parking, maintenance is awesome and great pricing. The only complaint would be since switching over to hardwood style flooring the noise level from neighbors can be quite loud. Other than that my time there was great.

I really like living here; management is professional and makes me feel welcome. Any problems I have are usually quickly resolved. My only two complaints are that occasionally the staff can forget to get back to you, so even if they say they will contact you should follow up later; and sometimes the community gates are left open which rather defeats the purpose of having them. Otherwise a wonderful place to live!

In my experience, the office manager seems to never be available, but the leasing agent, Chrissy, makes up for it all. Shes very knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to resolve any issues or questions that I have. She makes it pleasant to live in the community and although the word manager isnt in her title, she definitely plays the role as one.

Had a wonderful experience so far while signing a new lease at Carrington. Everyone was very kind when I first walked in and asked me multiple times if there was anything I needed. Chrissy was awesome while helping me with the process and was quick to answer any question I had. Even when I asked to change my unit before finalizing the lease she switched it all over and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I am really looking forward to starting my new journey at Carrington!

Great place to live. They have social activities throughout the year at the pool. Moved away for a year but came back after my kids noted that they missed living here. Office staff are friendly & maintenance request have been completed within 24 hrs. Cant give it 5 stars due to sometimes hearing my neighbors kid upstairs jumping around.

I just moved back home from college and was looking for an apartment near my family and came to this one as one of them. I was lead on a self guided tour by Kayla, one of their sweet employees! They were able to answer all of my questions and didn’t hesitate to help me understand their floor plans. Such a great environment and definitely better than most tours i’ve been on recently.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property. But with my most recent experience, Pablo Ramirez, one of the maintenance technicians, was at my apartment to fix what I thought was an AC issue. He came in, quickly fixed the problem, and most importantly, explained step by step what he was doing so that I was fully aware of what was going on. I felt that he went above and beyond since 1- its 8:00pm and 2- he took the extra time out of his night to stay and explain things to me in detail as well as give me tips for the future if I run into any similar issues. He showed me where certain things were and he was very informative. He also told me that I am able to call 24/7 and one of them will be here as quickly as they can. Its so good to hear that from someone! Not only did he fix the issue and make me feel comfortable with the quality of his work, but he was very personable. I will definitely be requesting him in the future if possible. Hes doing an awesome job! He deserves a big pat on the back. Thank you so much Pablo! The other staff is awesome as well. I have been here for 2 years now and love it! Definitely recommend!

I am only giving this Community 5 stars because of the young lady.I spoke to on the phone today she was phenomenal. I have never been out to the property so my stars are not for the the community it’s for Chrissy. I could not apply for the community due to my past renter history ,but she helped me and walked me through other communities that may work with my past. Not once when she found out that I could not rent there she did not try to rush me off the phone but she embraced my questions and concerns. God bless her! I will refer anyone to this young lady we need more people like her. Ask for Chrissy when you visit the community she cares and will help you find the perfect home. Thanks Chrissy.

Office staff is very friendly, but can be very hard to get a hold of if you cant go to the office in person. Their maintenance staff is also good, but like many large complexes, theyre spread way too thin and you can wait a long time for repairs that arent emergent.

I live in the three bed room apartment and I love the space! I’m so happy that I moved in. Brittany made sure that I had a smooth move in. I’m looking forward to being here for a while.

I cant believe still how amazing the office staff is there from day one crisyana was beyond awesome overly and extremely reassuring her as well as Olga the both of them made sure all of my questions was answered and made sure I was comfortable with all that they had to offer if crisy was unavailable the I had Olga and the both of them made super sure that my 11 year old son felt just as comfortable which was the icing on the cake for me with out a doubt the best ever I cant wait to move in

Well there’s a few problems at this place the gate when you go out of it.It comes in inwards instead of going out wards and there was spray painting all over one of the buildings and the door gate next to the office is locked inside and out everything is broken in the gym but other then that this place is really nice
