    I want to say that Kathleen has been so wonderful! My mom fell in love with the complex so we applied. Unfortunately, due to things out of her control we have had a rollercoaster situation with paperwork. However, Kathleen has been patient, caring, and has gone above and beyond to make sure my mom moves in as soon as possible. Thank you Kathleen for being such a great representative of the service you will provide for a future tenant!

    I have lived here for a few months now, and I absolutely love my apartment! The entire front desk staff has been absolutely wonderful. Kathleen is the absolute best! Ever, since I first moved, she has checked up on me, and insured my transition into the complex was smooth! Very quiet neighborhood, very cozy apartment! Love!

    Kathleen has been amazing. Shes worked with me thru the entire process. Explaining everything in detail, ensuring everything is clear. Even with this being my first time getting an apartment on my own, I feel confident that even if I had any major issue, she would get it taken care quickly and properly. The complex itself is nice, clean and easy to navigate. The pool is always clean when I come thru. Parking is easy and accessible. My apartment was clearly properly cleaned and made ready.

    This is a wonderful place to live! Kathleen has been such a help with all the little details. When I first moved in my shower head was spraying water to the side and she had the maintenance guy out to fix it the next day!

    Jessica was amazing. One of the best property managers I’ve had the pleasure of renting under. Works with you, and tries to be fair with her tenants. Overall a great time living here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Ive been living here for 8 months now and I love it. The property manager Jessica is so amazing shes always on top of her property and does her best to meet everyone needs. My daughter just loves going to the office when she gets out of daycare just to see Jessica and Ian. The property is very quiet and clean. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to feel at home. If I personally knew Jessica and Ian BOSS I would so recommend them getting a RAISE...very loving people.

    After living here for a number of years with ups and downs, I feel like everything is great. Its a clean, safe environment. Ian and Jessica are a great team. They are both great listeners and are sincere. I usually work with Ian. He is always cheerful and kind. He has resolved a couple of issues for me and followed up. I am grateful for that positive attitude. Thank you both!

    The office staff are great. Any time I have a question they are always kind and courteous! Jessica and Ian really go the extra mile :) And today I met Maggie and shes very sweet! Maintenance is done in a timely manner and they are also very polite and get things done quickly.

    I am now coming upon my second year here at Falcon Ridge. Im moving to be closer to my work. I know how important it is to get a feel for the apartment community you will be moving into, so I thought it would be a good public service to express my opinion. In the beginning I was a little worried because there was a large feral cat population and some crime, but I noticed that both problems have seriously decreased. They currently have a crime-watch network and a resident policewoman. Overall, Ive had a very pleasant experience with management and office staff. They are always courteous and friendly. I lived in one of the nicer, upgraded models, so I had a good experience with amenities. Occasionally, there are problems with the water as it is an old complex. Maintenance repairs go on, but they are during normal work hours, so I have rarely felt frustrated. They do keep good communication when repairs are going to take place, so that you can plan accordingly. Again, as far as an apartment-living experience, I have been pleased. It met my temporary needs and I have been grateful for the professionalism of the staff and management.

    Jessica is an amazing property manager. I met with her to resolve a lease renewal issue, and she was very understanding of our concerns. She explained things clearly, treated us professionally, and helped put together an agreement we both were happy with.

    I highly recommend these apartments! They are nice,clean,and affordable ! Ive lived in apartments that cost much more than these and still were not as well maintained as this property! The schools are amazing (Klein)which are about 6 minutes walking distance away from the apartments. The area is great ,I never felt in danger when leaving for work early in the morning ,or jogging late in the afternoon.There are a lot of long time residents! Lastly,the office staff! I cant say enough good things about them! Very pleasant ! Very helpful!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!.... I never leave reviews for places that Ive lived but this was a must ! My year stay here was such a blessing.

    I recently moved in and have had a great experience. The staff is so helpful and they recognized my veteran status and gave me 100 dollars off my first months rent. The area appears clean and kept and my apartment is spacious. Also I received exceptional service from Anthony Surface who helped me to finally get my apartment.

    Ive been here almost a year. The apts are nice inside and kept up well. The 2 bedrooms are quite roomy and laid out well. Its mostly quiet around here. Safety has gotten much better and I actually think its better than some complexes I lived in that cost way more. The office staff is friendly and professional. They keep you updated on repairs and weather outages. They also take care of your packages in the office which is a super nice plus. The pool is awesome. Its a family friendly complex. Its a good deal. The only issue has been the occasional water outages but all plumbing, air, roofing has been updated. The utility bills are low! If you are looking for safe and affordable this is the place.

    I have lived at this complex for 10 months now, and I have had a wonderful experience. I would like to virtually HIGH FIVE the management team in the leasing office as they have been amazing, and always there to assist when I needed something, and to be one step ahead with informing us about any boiler maintenance, outages, work being done that needs to be advertised or otherwise. I am happy to say that I am going to be staying another year with this group, and look forward to working with them, and enjoying life here at Falcon Ridge. I also want to say that I have had no issues in my apartment, that management or otherwise couldnt take care of and handle in a timely manner. TOP NOTCH FALCON RIDGE TEAM!!!!!!! Keep up the Good Work and making living here worth it!!!!

    I have been living here for a year and I am about to renew my lease.I love my apartment. Its quiet, bug free and the management office is full of some pretty friendly ladies. I havent ever had a problem that wasnt promptly handled and Ive never had my car or home burglarized. Pretty great.

    My boyfriend and I have lived here for 6 months and are singing another lease on Friday. We absolutely love it here. Management is so nice and understanding. I love how they take the time to get to know their residents. They take care of any maintence issues as fast as they can. The complex is quiet and everyone that you meet in it is very friendly. Were very excited to stay with this complex longer!(:

    It hasnt been too long since Ive lived here but everything is great so far. Response from the office staff as well as maintenance work orders get done quickly. No noisy neighbors. Gas station right next to the complex which is very convenient. Kroger not even 5 minutes down the road. 10/10 - would recommend these apartments to my friends, my family, my familys friends, and my familys friends family.

    I lived at Falcon Ridge for about 3 years and just recently moved. I loved my time here! The staff is friendly, helpful, and maintains the property very well. Of course the property is a bit older but management is continuely making improvements. For example, they replaced all washer and dryers, installed AT&T lines through the property for more internet options, and they continue to update the look of the inside of the apartments. Also, they have added security to the entrance and exit. I never had a time when I did not feel safe. I will definietly always look back at this chapter in my life and know I picked the right place. Highly recommend checking it out if your in the market for an apartment. Thanks again Falcon Ridge. Ps Christy is amazing :)

    I moved to this property about one year ago because is close to my past office. The layout and finishing at the interior are modern and the facilities are clean. Unfortunately, I need to move soon to another city because of my new job but, I definitely recommend this place to live. The manager Jackie is very professional and friendly.

    I recently left Falcon Ridge to move on to our own home. I live at falcon ridge for 18Mo. I put in 4 work requests during my stay, and maintenance had my problem resolved with in 24hrs to include; my A/C, a cracked window, repairing an electrical socket, and garbage disposal. There were times when I was low on paychecks, and could barely make rent, the front office staff was flexible and worked with me. The community seemed to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

    I have lived here for going on 1 1/2 years. In my tenure I have seen remarkable growth. When I first got here, November 2013, I had a few issues, but each one was resolved with in the week. The staff is very kind, and will work with you no matter what your situation is. The staff are always friendly and always greet me with a smile, honestly sometimes I consider them my family, which is I think what they are going for.Most anywhere you go you will find something wrong with the business, and here if anything was/ is wrong I cannot find it.A great place to live!

    I have lived here for 3yrs and i must say its been a real pleasure. The staff has been amazing ( kayla is my favorite) in regards to always seeing my familys best interest and responding on a timely fashion to a service request or simply answering any questions. I have known kayla the longest and must say she is amazing and always has a smile she blessed me and my son with an apartment when i was in need and im forever grateful to her for doing that. Ive never had an issue with maintenance and they have always fixed any issues and are amazing as well. The location is great because of the schools that are located just a few blocks away. Overall the whole staff has been great and i feel safe and secure living here.

    I loved living here for the year. I had no issues. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The units are big at least the one I had. There was fullsize washer and dryer hook ups a plus with me. The community was nice and quiet.

    In all fairness to Falcon Ridge, Im changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Ive heard from my friend that owners took action to make her stay more pleasant. They moved here away from her troublesome neighbors to a better unit. It also turned out that my friends noisy neighbors terminated their lease shortly after her unit was changed. Kudos to Falcon Ridge for taking appropriate actions.Im just leaving my previous post below as history to my friends experience as a resident of Falcon Ridge.Im posting this to help a friend who almost got me into this complex. I see her at work like she never gets a good nights rest. I ask her about her new apartment, and heres what she tells me. She ended up with disrespectful neighbors playing loud music. She gets disturb with boom boom boom. I assume from the loud bass.I told her to complain to management. She told me she did, but all they told her was to report to their courtesy officer or confront her neighbors herself. WOW! confront your unruly neighbors yourself in an apartment comflex?!? REALLY? Wheres management/owner sense of responsibilty here?

    So I have been meaning to change my review for a while I just havent gotten around to it Im giving them five stars for the fact is when I first got here there was a different management team here before I sign my lease and when I sign my lease they had switch management teams and I already liked the first management team I didnt know how I was going to like this next management team and that first started off slow response and everything but I had to realize that they were trying to get organized in the front office now that Ive been here for almost two years its a great apartment complex to be in its a little bit older but the front office people do all that they can to help you out long as you dont go in there acting crazy.......when youre acting crazy and then they dont want to help you but thats anybody love the front office staff theyre awesome they do all that they can to help out the residence and make sure that we are comfortable if theres something that needs to be fixed they work around your schedule. I just want to say thank you to falcon Ridge front office team yall do all you can and yall work really really hard
