    I could not have had a better experience with the people at Cantera Apartments at Towne Lake! Toni and the rest are impeccably professional and helpful. I needed a little extra care in this season of my life and they saw it and cared so much! I absolutely love my apartment and how beautiful the complex is + my refurbished apartment!! I am speechless at how great this experience has been in this world of deteriorating customer service. It’s over the top opposite at Cantera!!     I have lived at this complex for 10 years and that expresses my satisfaction and comfort with the facilities, maintenance, exceptional management support and safe environment. Our complex is maintained daily, so you won’t be seeing trash anywhere on our grounds. When I have a maintenance issue in my residence, it is addressed quickly. We have the best team you could want or need. Thanks to Andrea, Tony, Anna, and Carrie for always being there for us.I am proud to live in such a great place. My friends are envious!Carol

    I have lived at Cantera at Towne Lake for several years. I find it a very convenient location with a Kroger Marketplace store, a Bank of America location and even a McDonalds within easy walking distance. I get prompt service for maintenance issues. The complex is just the right size for me. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

    My family has lived here since 2019, when it was Arium. We have had no major issues living here. Maintenance tickets are handled appropriately, the office is professional and nice. The complex has had SEVERAL updates. After the freeze in Feb 2021, I think new management took over. The pools were redone because everything froze. By the way, the pools are always cleanThe complex was repainted, the gym had a makeover. We lived on the 3rd floor and our pipes busted. Luckily, we were able to move to a new building with no issues. We keep to ourselves, pay rent on time and we never have issuesOne issue is the dumpsters were over flowing. It may have gotten better because I havent noticed a sea of trash around the area. The property manager has done a good job cleaning up cars that were abandoned in the parking lots.The hallways are sometimes dirty with whatever (including dog poop), the gates still mess up sometimes.I do think the complex should look into updating the units and making sure residents have gate fobs. Its amazing how many cars crowd the entrance because they probably need a fob, or need a new one. They still need to do some cleaning up.All in all, I dont think its horrible living here because of the location of the complex and a great property manager.Good job Cantera! You are turning this place around. Hopefully security will be addressed soon. Andrea is the best. So is Kelly. 🖤

    Just moved in . I love the property and amenities. Toni showed me several units available and I chose the one I wanted. He helped me with this process as he promised when I initially called for a quote. Toni was very efficient , helpful and responsive. He answered all my questions and helped me immediately. Thanks Toni u are awesome 10 stars for you . Your energy alone made me want to reside here

    The staff is always so helpful and diligent in finding solutions. I appreciate Anna , Toni , Carrie and Andrea for always listening to my concerns and ensuring my stay here is pleasant! I have really enjoyed the pool and the 24 hour fitness center also this is a great location near the Towne Lake Boardwalk.

    I stopped in for a property/apartment tour recently & the grounds & apartments are beautiful! The staff was so awesome & friendly & Bailey was very knowledgeable about the apartment details & the impressive list of amenities. I just had to post a review because they were all so nice. I’m trying to plan ahead & stopped in to tour ahead of my needed date. Cantera is definitely one of my top choices for my future need.

    I just recently moved in but so far love it. The staff have all been super friendly but I mainly worked with bailey and she was so sweet and answered all of my emails very quickly. I’ve only been here 3 days and they already have had a breakfast event and are doing another event next week, such a nice community. So far so good!

    These renovated apartments are amazing! The new office managment team is super friendly and helpful to us since the first day. The common areas are well kept and always clean. Great location and great neighborhood. Iif you are looking for a good place to live where your kids attend to great schools this is it!

    I’ve loved living here for the past few years. This property is clean compared to places I’ve lived at before. The amenities are amazing. The pool is ALWAYS CLEAN. I really enjoy the gym. Management really knows what they are doing. I love my apartment and the price is the best in the area!

    I love my new Cantera at TL apartment! I’m enjoying this area of town lake too much already! It’s wonderful being able to have dining , shopping, walking trails at such proximity! Sunsets are beautiful in this area of town! My kids enjoy the pool and amenities within the property. Administration area are friendly and attentive. I see my self and my family living at Cantera Town Lake for many years to come.

    I just moved to Cantera a week ago and so far I have 0 complaints! Bailey the leasing agent was very hopefully in the process from jump and move in was seamless! There were a minor issues with the apartment but nothing to make a fuss about. The area is very convenient and the amenities the complex offers are great as well!

    Being a current resident of two years I decided to see what other reviews are saying about CANTERA. To my disappointment I found review after review about Arium... a previous ownership. I have been here under both managers.I want to encourage anyone looking for an apartment to consider Cantera. I find the location superb, the office staff friendly, and the maintenance crew knowledgeable.Nothing is ever perfect. The office staff knows me because I am not shy about voicing any concerns. However, I attempt to do that in an appropriate manner and not with anger or venom in my voice. They have always responded accordingly.

    I been here for 3 years all the inside and outside staff are great. They take care of the work orders on a timely manner they clean all the amenities the pool is always clean and nice . Anna is always great and very helpful.

    I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. The apartments are roomy and classy and comfortable. We love the ladies in the office, they are always super helpful. Alysa the leasing agent is friendly and helpful with anything I ask of her. The new manager has made major changes for the better. The outside grounds are always clean. I love the area and the complex. I would suggest for any of my friends or family to lease here.

    I have been living here for over year and recently renewed by lease for another 15 months. I recently lost my keys on a weekend and someone was there to open my door right as I got home. They maintenance is always fixed in a timely manner.The office staff is always polite and knows what is going on. I appreciate them so much because i have such a hectic schedule its hard for me to get to the office when they are open.They really do a great job at making my life easy.

    This place is absolutely amazing, from the quality of the materials in construction of these units, to the amenities, to their customer service. Alysa A. is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond for the residents, and if everyone in the world had such exemplary customer service, the world would be heaven! I cannot say enough great things about the sales representative, Alysa. She deserves 10 stars. If you are looking to lease, please ask specifically for her, you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend these apartment homes. Clean, great people, and great quality and service. Look no further for your new home!

    This property has had a frequent rotation of staff. However they finally got it right with Jesus. He is the new maintenance supervisor and was absolutely amazing. Answered all my questions about our microwave and electricical issues since we’ve had since move in 7 months ago. Very kind and personable which is a nice change from the prior one. Unsure of his name. The pools have never looked better. Cant remember the last time they were green. They must have hired a knowledgeable person this time. With all the staff changes though not too sure why they kept the tall skinny guy that’s been there the longest. I think his name starts with a B. Came to my apt to replace bulbs and an AC filter shortly after move in and smelled of pot and his eyes were glazed. Made me uncomfortable to say the least. I haven’t had much interaction with new office staff.

    I have lived here since December 2015. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!The complex is like no other in the area and super nice.The amenities are upgraded and add extra something.They are right next to Towne Lake, which keep the outlying area upscale.Alysa in the front office is the BEST and she has been so helpful since day 1! I dont renew my lease until March 2017 but I already plan on it.I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to Cypress!

    Happy resident here! It kinda sucks to see all of the negative reviews on here, as I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. I have put in a few work orders and all have been fulfilled quickly and the work done went above expectations. They have had a new team here for a few months now, and things seem to only be getting better. I cannot speak for everyone else, but judging by the parking lot almost at full capacity for the first time in over a year...this new crew is obviously doing something right. The recent crawfish boil was an awesome event, and I hope we have many more like it! I was able to get to know George, Jay, Dollie, and Kierstyn on a more personal level, and they are about as awesome as a management crew can get. Is there some dog poop on the ground? Yes. Do I have the expectation that they will pick up ever last dropping? No. That is unrealistic and residents need to also be held accountable in my personal opinion. That would honestly be my only complaint...if I had one...but I dont. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to live with AWESOME local amenities like the Boardwalk and all of the awesome local schools and parks.

    This is an amazing place to live, I have been living here for 3 years. The administration office and all the staff are very friendly, they respond quickly to any emergency.     I just rented a 3 bedroom apartment here. It is exquisite! Very nice, clean. The swimming pools are lovely. Also,, The women in the front office are helpful. Keeping fingers crossed my experience stays as pleasant throughout the one year lease.

    The complex is always clean, quiet and well maintained. Michelle is always super quick at resolving maintenance request and a joy to talk to. Ive been here for 9 months and dont have one single complaint about the staff. (parking still sucks if you get here after 9pm)

    Overall I have been very pleased with the community standards. Most of the staff is new but very friendly and eager to assist. I have seen a lot of property improvements being completed over the last 3 months. My only complaint is the gates always seem to have something wrong with them! Otherwise, great place to live.

    Hi everyone! I’m a college student living at Arium Townlake. In my moving process, the staff at Arium have been so sweet, supportive, and helpful. I worked closely with Kendall, and she was very patient with me in making my decision to choose to stay at Arium. My process to move-in was very smooth, and the apartment is so beautiful, clean, and it’s in a good community. Can’t emphasize enough on how AMAZING the staff is here! Great Customer Service!

    Ive been living at this complex for approximately 4 months and its been a great! The staff does a great job of making sure any issues, which I rarely have, are handled in a timely and positive manner. The location is great with several grocery stores in the area and they just opened a Chik-fil-a less than a mile away! If youre looking to move to Cypress I would highly suggest considering Arium 👌🏽.

    Im not an employee of Arium!!!! The Property Manager, Tiffany, and her staff has taken GREAT care of us. We did have some issues upon moving in but, Tiffany & her staff handled everything to make it right! Coming from a 3br, 2bth house, coming into a 366 unit property, with all of the differences of peoples living standards, it was quite smoothe! Tiffany, Jessica, Michelle, and Hector(in the office), made everything great! (yes, I am very critical of where I live).

    I have been living in Cantera for a short time and I moved from a previous Residence a few minutes away, which has a higher payment cost and does not provide the optimal conditions for which it is paid, I preferred to pay a high fine, and live in a better place. Unlike, in Cantera at Towne Lake, the quality of the apartments and areas in general, show attention and I recently witnessed the surveillance or way in which they maintain an environment of tranquility in several aspects, for example, enforcing the rules regarding the hours in the pool areas. On the other hand, the usual cordiality in the office and speed of response from the maintenance staff, reaffirms the seriousness and good corporate image, highlighting the geographical location of the area, giving a great advantage to living in it.
