This apartment complex is a gem! The units are spacious, well-maintained, and have modern finishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any maintenance requests. The location is perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. Ive truly enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.I personally had conversation with Lana Lively at front desk at Calloway Las Colinas.

SHOUTOUT TO DIEGO( Hopefully I am giving out the right name) but he’s the guy that fixed our dishwasher yesterday with his work partner( I don’t know his name personally) but anyways He’s a very dedicated and hardworking Man. He always comes through and does what is needed to be done. If you ask me he deserves a promotion and a raise. He’s also intelligent and knows exactly what he’s doing. You guys in no circumstances should never let him go. He is one of the best maintenance guys. It’s definitely not easy doing what he does and he makes it look so easy but at the end of the day his hard work is going to pay off. He is also pretty kind!

Really happy from the service. The service for many amenities and they are best among many communities. They also resolve issue very fast. Mr. Dago from maintenance really resolved issue nicely and very quick. Community has good referral also. I have submitted the form. I hope my friend get it soon. I recently moved in here and had wonderful leasing experience. I read lot of reviews about the maintenance service but i got all my service requests resolved on priority since i moved in.

A longtime resident of Calloway, in Oct 2024 our building was destroyed by a fire. The management team arrived on the scene right behind the firefighters, to assist the displaced families, ours included. They reacted swiftly, found another unit for us, and efficiently had us in our new apt home within hours. It was a big team effort, and I cannot imagine the process working more smoothly than it did. When the chips were down, the team took care of us and the other families. Special shout outs to Nataly, Lana, Dago, and of course, Laurie. Thank you all!

Is there a better phrase to say “Quality Customer Service”? The staff at Calloway at Las Colinas are the embodiment of great service, professionalism, and dedication. Initially Ronisha helped make sure all my documents were in, in a timely manner. She stayed in communication giving courtesy reminders to turn in important documents. But going through the process the entire staff was friendly, helpful and always asked if they could help with anything. Big Shout out and Thanks to Ronisha and Natalie alike as they balance professional and being personable with perfection. As for the Manager it was her heart that has left a lasting impression. I thought she would be mean at first but heart of gold is an understatement. She’s the nucleus. I shout her out as well. Thank you staff as I am officially a resident thanks to the entire team.

I had a good tour with this property. Natalie was nice to me. Tameka gave me tour with cold popsicle it was very hot day I felt like a kid riding on golf cart. The staff knows how to turn hot summer day into something fun. The price was bit out of my range.But I will definitely return because of they way the staff treated me. Tameka made me feel right at home introduced me to other staff members I think I met Roy and another maintenance but sorry forget the name.

Im upping the score from 2 to 4 here. In the past 1.5 months, Calloway has been diligently helping to solve issues my husband and I had since we moved in. The list of issues and how they are resolved are as follows:1. Severe infestation (German roaches and ants) --pest control came 3-4 times (they can only come on Wednesdays) and finally we see no more bugs since last Wednesday.2. Info in Calloways system doesnt match the reality: we had flooring throught in writing by the front desk lady in the brochure when we asked for leasing there and the two bedrooms were carpeted when we got the keys -- we couldnt check before since there were residents there. Luckily, upon layers of approval, Calloway managed to change the carpet to flooring for us, since thats the main reason we chose to live there, even though we had to disassemble our bed and reassemble it and move office desks around to accommodate the replacement procedure, which was roughly 9a-1p.3. Severe smell thats unpleasant -- we bought oils and air purifier to deal with that and turned on fans whenever possible as Calloway suggested, now the smell is bearable and much more pleasant.4. Stove not working: all 4 stovetop were wobbly, two on the left had no heat, and the oven was rusted. After trying to search a replacement stove for two weeks, Calloway decided to get us a new stove instead and we finally had a usable stove by the end of the third week.5. Dirtiness: there were dust and powder remains in the kitchen drawers. One bedroom window blind had a conspicuous line of Coke stains. Calloway sent three Spanish speaking housekeepers to redo the cleaning. Unfortunately, they dont speak English so communication was a bit hard for us but redoing the cleaning was helpful.6. Other issues:- Broken light in the kitchen (we fixed it by ourselves buying light bulbs at Walmart)- A window doesnt stay when moved up -- Calloway had it fixed.- Switchers in the bedrooms were not working. It was surprising for us in the beginning to see no ceiling lights in the bedrooms, and we learned that for houses built in the 1980s, it was how things used to be. The lamps once plugged into the electric outlets, can be controlled on and off using the switchers. We bought lamps in this case and found that the living room switcher worked but the bedroom ones didnt. Calloway fixed it in the second month we moved in.- An outlet in a bedroom wasnt working. Calloway fixed it the first week.- AT&T Fiber Internet connector was broken. I had to use my own data to work from home and had to purchase extra data for the month I moved in. AT&T tech guy came and fixed it.After layers of approval, finally, Calloway was willing to give us an appropriate amount of concession fee to cover the additional food and pest control costs we had to pay for just to live there and apologized for the trouble caused. Im finally seeing this new place a happy home after 1.5 months of moving in. Im taking away one star to memorize the pain and sufferings.Below please find my initial comment with a 2-star review. If youre considering moving here, the advice is to make sure you do a physical visit before moving in. If you didnt, be prepared to wait on average 15-30min each time at the leasing office and it generally takes days to weeks to solve non-urgent issues.-----First day moving in, I have to say its much worse than I expected. The leasing officer promised its all floor, well, the bedrooms and lockers are still carpeted. If I knew it, I would definitely not rent this place. The smell was crazy upon entering, and the dining area had one light not working. Whats worse, there are bug bodies and live bugs running in the kitchen cupboards. One just climbed up to the kitchen surface and I had to water it off. Everything was so old. To my surprise, the living room and bedrooms have switchers but no lights! Can you believe it?! Until I get pest control and all light issues solved, I will not improve the stars I am giving. Give a second thought before you rent!!!

Ive only had one serious need to call for maintenance (A/C went out) and Humberto had it fixed the same day. Ive been thoroughly impressed with the property thus far.

I have been living in this community for more than 2 years now. The buildings and appliances are old and we have to complain a lot as live but with the amazing help of staff like Natalie Garcia and Humberto my living experience was great. They were very helpful and always tried their best to resolve my issues asap. These two guys are amazing. They have good amenities like two swimming pool and tennis court , play area for kids , lots of food options around it.

Ive been in this apartment for 3 years between 2019 to 2022. Staffs are very good and negotiable, kids park, tennis ground, free wifi at GYM are good. Maintenance takes some time for fixing the issue and roaches is a main issue here. I spoke to Ms. Parker on the phone after visiting a few other properties and I could immediately tell that I wanted to visit this property before making my final decision. She was enthusiastic, kind, and for each of my questions not only did she have the answer....but she explained it in a manner that I could totally understand. She and the leasing team were very professional and they responded in a much more timely manner than the other properties that I visited. Thank you so much to Leroy, the new supervisor at Calloway for unclogging the toilet and HUmberto and Marquell For all the help with my leaky water pipe. I had a pipe leak in my apartment. They were very good at fixing the leak and painting the spot and everything! Humberto has been so helpful. When you are someone who wants to spend less and have a decent place to stay, Calloway is one of the apartments to consider. I have faced some minor issues and have to raise service tickets to get them fixed when I initially moved in. I had to follow up few times to remind, the moment I spoke to Marquel, my requests were taken care by him. I can even follow-up simply using emails at ease. Laurie the property manager was understanding the concerns raised by me and helped to expedite the approval for work orders.

Definitely a good place for first time renters and someone who has a lot of questions. I felt very comfortable, welcomed, and safe the entire time. the staff are so accommodating and good people overall. I would suggest not living by the pool, people are out there until 5/6 am, most of the time blaring music and theres no one to enforce the pool closure time. would still suggest living here to anyone!

Friendly staff, very nice & respectable. The apartment managers Kristin and Samantha are great to work with. They are very friendly and will go out of their way to help residents. I had very nice experience with Chris who is one of the managers, he helped make my transition very smooth and got me the best apartment. Good apartments overall, clean and the nature is a plus. Great wood type floors, some fire places, good pools.

Frank the maintenance man was excellent!! He saved me from being locked on the patio. The safety bar on the patio door fell and locked me out. Frank responded timely and was there in 30 minutes or less.thanks to him I had just got off at 6am.

I have recently moved into Calloway at Las Colinas and I am so happy here! All of the office staff have been extremely courteous and helpful in all of our interactions. I moved here from another city so I called and emailed quite frequently with questions, and I was always given helpful and prompt responses. I have also interacted with the maintenance workers and they are just as courteous and prompt, working hard to make sure I was happy in my new apartment. The quality of repairs/maintenance, workmanship, and the appliances are fantastic. The apartment complex is clean, has many families, and a number of safety measures in place, so I feel very comfortable here. In addition, being new to town, it is nice to have everything I need within a mile radius: Target, Kroger, Starbucks, the gym, Home Depot, etc. I am very happy in my new apartment. :)

Maintenance technician Fransisco aka Frank was really helpful and was a good listener while I was explaining about the multiple maintenance issues in the apt. He did a really good job in fixing and did fix the problem in no time. One call was enough for him to come and fix the problem.

My family had a wonderful experience here at Calloway! The management is extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful, I particularly enjoyed the assistance of Kimberly and Samantha at the main office. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to help, and they cared for us as people not just as clients. Anytime I had a question or request, the management was always willing to take out time and listen to me, always bearing a smile.Additionally, I feel like maintenance requests were taken care of very swiftly. After I filled in an online request, the maintenance staff was at my apartment within 24 hours.Its a pleasant place, A safe feeling environment, and management goes above and beyond. I would recommend this place to others. (I do just wish they got a security gate that closes!).Thank you for the great experience!

I am very pleased with our choice. The staff was very polite and very informative when we were first shopping around. I’m pleased to say that that we still continue to have the same level of service from them. I appreciate the maintenance staff and their professionalism, they are quick to respond. Overall we love the apartment and the atmosphere.Dont forget to ask for Sarah Harris once you step in the leasing office. She is extremely professional and super helpful(both before and after signing the lease, unlike other professionals who change their attitude once the deal is done). Probably the reason why we choose this community.

I’ve been looking for apartments for the past few months left and right and I recently came to Calloway to see how the area was and let me just say , it’s a wonderful place! Not only is the area beautiful but their staff is amazing!! Nataly one of the woman in the office helped me so much! She was so sweet and kind and she gave me a wonderful tour , I loved her energy and she was so easy to talk to. She helped me with all the questions I asked and gave me more information adding on to that. What a wonderful delight! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

This is the best apartment I have ever lived. Excellent amenities for a low rent. Surrounding area is very calm and safe. number one choice if you want to live with family. They cared the apartment families during the huge snow fall this year. They arranged emergency water stations using empty apartment for community use when water pipes were frozen, provided food and water to help the community members. This is the best apartment in Irving, TX.The apartment manager Samantha the good, better, best etc..etc..I have seen. She is very professional at the same time very friendly who listens our maintenance complaints and takes prompt actions. As an apartment manager, Samantha did a great help during my urgent problem and I will never forget her in my life and will be thankful for ever. She is the best apartment manager and kind hearted person.

Frequently management organizes gatherings in the club house. The GYM is great with latest equipment’s. And the equipment and material used in the units are of high quality. Well maintained greenery across the areas and looking exceptionally well, and plenty of open parking.Staff is really cool and helpful for everything immediately, I always feel my family is safe and secure hand even though I am working from far from these apartments. Especially I need to talk about Community Manager Christine Freeman-she is really helpful and responds immediately. She stays in the same community so that helps us immediate support.For all my initial requests I used to go with manager –Samantha Canty- she is really awesome with great kind heart. She is the first person I met in this community and all these years of stay –she helped and supported whenever we need any support related to community activities like we organized community Tennis tournaments .Ken is the person –I must talk about him, he is the best to respond immediately on any issue related to plumbing or kitchen issues or anything. He helped us immediate and guided us very well .Everything is very walk-able- Kroger ,TARGET ,ROSS and all other restaurants.I highly recommend these family living apartmentsRegards,AK

Some of the Service Maintenance persons in the community go above and beyond to solve the problems. One such person is Ombortu(not sure If I spelt his name correctly) who always has a smile on his face and never hesitates to come immediately no matter how big or small the problem is. I love my home here at Calloway I moved in 1 year and a half ago and will be renewing. Today I was asked to leave a review while picking up my package and I am more than happy to brag on my home and the awesome people in the office and convenient location. I am close to literally any and everything. 24 hour gym with plenty of equipment (big improvement from my last place) salt water pools and a community website where I can pay my rent online instead of money orders every month. Samantha helped me getting moved in she is a treasure and I met the community manager Christine who was super welcoming. 5 stars for Calloway!!!!

My favorite apartment Ive ever had in this area! The staff are ALL very helpful and friendly and work orders get completed usually the same day. Had a pest problem a few weeks ago and they handled this gross issue quickly and completely. All finishes in apartment are updated and grounds are usually clean. Only issue I have is that I can hear EVERY footstep whoever is living above me takes and that the washer and dryer are outside on the patio. Office JUST got new management and they seem to be nice and getting several things done. New roofs are going on now and having a new AC unit installed today. I wouldnt trust every negative review on here. If you have a maintenance issue and they dont respond within 2 days MAX, I see it as your responsibility to go into the office or call and ask whats going on. I also do my own pest prevention no matter what complex I live in and have only had one issue that was taken care of immediately. Funny how all the negative reviews are by the same...demographic

I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and so far, no issues that were not addressed. My first impression of Calloway was cemented by the lovely and welcoming office staff. In particular Sarah Harris who was my leasing agent. She has been patient with my million questions and changes that happened at the last minute - all were handled with a no problem attitude that is very refreshing considering the lack of customer service we see nowadays. The complex is older but upgrades recently made. The apartments are comfortable and the complex quiet. Which, being that I work weird hours, has been great.

Have been staying here close to 2 years and it has been a wonderful time. Well maintained and peaceful apartments with prompt maintenance services by experts when needed. This is very near to marketplace having access to a variety of stores and restaurants.The leasing authorities have some of the nicest people I have seen who do really take care of our needs. They organize variety of events for everybody to participate and enjoy. Special mention for Chris Martin, Samantha Canty, Christine Freeman and all other leasing consultants and maintenance stuff being always helpful going above and beyond their responsibilities. I would definitely recommend this community as a fine place to stay!

I stayed here for 18 months. we enjoyed the stay over here. my kid loves the kids play area. From my leasing to the end everything went smooth all were taken by Samantha and other staff there. no hassles. Maintenance requests were attended promptly by the maintenance team. I was in Parkridge Place for 21 months and my stay here was very good. I gave 4 stars because the apt is old and since I was living in first floor, people above my floor created noise and the Milestone management could not do anything about it.But, as far as service requests are concerned, the management was very prompt and provided a neat service as less than 24 hours. The front office person Krista is very courteous and she helped me right from signing of my lease till the move out. She is one reason I recommended 2 of my friends to that apartment. Also, after I moved out, I received a final settlement cheque in my name for $600.Even though I left the apartment very neat before I surrendered the keys, I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the cheque. It was the return of my $250 towards deposit plus return of my trash and pest charges for a few months since I stayed with them for more than a year. Please look out for such surprising offers. They wont declare but you will get them. They dont fine people much on the move out too. They are awesome in that regard!I would strongly recommend people to this community.

It has been a good stay so far. I moved to Calloway in February and people here have been pretty helpful with my move in. It would be nice if they reserved two parking spots for the U-Haul right in front of the apartment for easy move-in. The apartment has a good layout and right next to the tennis court. It would however make more sense to have gates on both sides of the tennis court instead of having two gates in one corner. There are two swimming pools which are open all day & all night. There is a fully functional gym as well. It will be nice to have the ping-pong table available after the office closes. The management is very responsive and they take care of any maintenance request in a timely fashion.
