I’ve lived here for a year and it’s a pretty quiet community…. They have done a lot of upgrades to the grounds. I LOVE that we have an Amazon locker is amazing! I haven’t had a lot of maintenance requests but the few times I have… they always call me back saying they don’t have a key to my apt when I have given them 2 copies myself and the answer is always “I am new here” or “the previous owners must have lost it” when I clearly gave them a copy a few days before my maintenance request. Other than that… this place is great!

New company took over in August. So far they have painted the apartment building. Redid our parking lot. Replaced our front doors and patios. Maintenance request are done quick. Front girls actually listen to your concerns and resolve the issues quick. Love this new property management company!!

I have lived here for almost a year with my family and just renewed our contract. For the most part it’s quiet and peaceful. The reason why I am giving a five star review is because the office is staff is great. Any time we have had any concerns or maintenance requests they make sure it is fixed right away.. although I will say the maintenance guys won’t answer through the app right away but either way the office staff is very helpful. The apartment itself is not luxurious but everything works perfectly fine. They are very spacious too. They were nice and clean when we moved in.

Im really happy with this complex.The application process was easy and its in a good location.The amenities are also great, the apartments come with a washer and dryer! The best part about this community is Lou, the office person.She is attentive, diligent, and very warm and polite.You can tell she cares about her residents and the quality of her work.

For starters; finding an apartment complex that will accept aggressive breeds, is quite a challenge. Having said that, I have a German Shepherd and thank goodness for Lou and Saddle Creek apartments. Lou was such an incredible help with this process. The apartment of choice is just what Im looking for and if Lou is onsite the majority of the time, then I suspect I would have made the right choice in selecting this facility. If youre looking for a terrific place, a professional manager who actually cares, plus a smooth transition, I suggest you call and speak to Lou.

I’ve been here since June 2022. So far I’ve had a pleasant experience here. When I put in maintenance requests, they are handled within a timely manner. I kept having issues with the fans in my rooms. Tristan came out and took care of it immediately. He made sure to clean up the mess he made and made sure I was pleased with the results of the fix. All in all, the place is nice and my kids also enjoy their new home for now.6-13-2024Still live here and I’ve never had individuals that were so helpful and kind. Sabrina has helped me in many situations where I was at a loss of what to do. Especially today I am absolutely thankful for her help. Lou has given a hand in situations as well. They go out of their way and find a way to make it possible. I thank you all so very much! The cute Mother’s Day events and all the other office events they do are so thoughtful as well. Thank you guys so much !

Glad to have signed another year lease at this amazing property. Overtime I learned to appreciate the office ladies Sabrina and Lou. They work so hard to make Saddle Creek what it is. The maintenance team Triston Anndy and Luis keep it looking clean and orderly. Anytime I have a work order request they handle it quickly and thoroughly. I plan on signing many more renewals when the time comes! 10/10 Definitely recommend 👌

Loved the process with this apartment very easy and quick! Lou was amazing from start to finish very nice and easy to talk to broke down the whole process which I loved! We loved how spacious the place was and everything it offered but also the area it’s in. There are plenty of places around to explore and shop plus it’s a quiet area as well.

Both Lou & Sabrina has help tremendously in the process of me getting set up with a lease at the property. I reached out to a handful of rental properties as I am relocating from out of state and she has been the only one that got back to me in a timely manner with all my questions/concerns addressed. It took no longer than a few days to go thru the whole application process and get locked in to a unit. I will update as I am further along and all settled in regards to the actual property but I can tell with how quickly and dillegent they are so far Im sure that is going to reflect onto the upkeep/maintenance and overall quality of living at the property itself.

I lived at the place at Saddle creek for over 15 years and loved it. I only moved cause my job moved. The staff was always friendly and work orders were completed in a timely fashion. I was sad to move since they have all of the amenities I needed. If life changes again Im moving BACK! The office manager Celinas is the best I will miss her.

Week 1 of moving in unfortunately had plumbing issues. Luckily there has been no delay in maintenance coming to address and fix the issues. They even helped me move a dresser!! The office staff has been communicating with us since day 1. Shout out Sabrina specifically, she has such a great attitude and is very kind. We appreciate all that they have done.

Also the maintenance team is prompt and efficient in fixing things when needed. While there is abundant parking available, residing in the heart of the apartments might require a short walk. The neighborhood transforms into a serene and tranquil haven after 8:30 pm, ensuring peaceful evenings. Moreover, its wonderfully convenient as its in close proximity to all essentials, including the grocery store. The apartment complex boasts two large pools, which are fantastic amenities. However, I must note that the gym has been unavailable for some time. Despite this, I would still rate the overall experience with this apartment complex as an 8 out of 10.

I moved here two years ago and i love it, the biggest thing that made me pick this apartment was they dont have breed retrictions and i love the space for my kid and pitbull. Also my apartment was newly renovated when i moved in. Everyone in the front office are very respectful i havent had any issues since living here. maintenance problems are fixed in a timely manner. I have no complaints, i just signed my third lease.

Also, I never have trouble with parking/towing which always seems to be a problem at any apartment. They may not be the newest apartments but having an awesome front staff, maintenance team, and fair towing policies are more important to me.

Had the opportunity to visit a neighboring property to mine today. The office was clean and very welcoming. I had the chance to speak with the entire staff and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable of not only the property but the area as well. Selena the manager took her time to help me and assisted me with a tour of their two bedroom. The floor plan has a ton of space and comes equipped with a washer and dryer. I lived here for about 5 years. I give them 4 stars because I never had a problem living there. Only complaint is the constant increase of rent at an older apartment complex. I understand market value but nothing changed at my apartment or the apartment community so the rent high increases every year was a nuisance. There isn’t anything for the apartment community, like activities, etc, so where are these increases going to. Higher rent should not affect tenants already living there, in my opinion.On a lighter note, the team is very responsive, maintenance come as soon as you call. I loved that about this place.

Been living here about a month so far and no issues yet. A/c was not working but maintenance fixed it immediately. Only issue maybe is a lot of pet owners do not pick up their dogs poop and may pet owners have their dogs off of a leash or cannot control their pet. Other than that place is mostly quiet and neighbors are friendly. All in all so far a great experience.

I love my apartment and the community is extremely quite. I had a few issues since I’ve moved in which was in April 2020. However the office had responded to my maintenance request fairly quickly despite the whole Corona situation. I also appreciate this complex because I fell on some hard times and they worked with me. Love this place, family area and safe for a family great place to walk kids and pets, inexpensive, alot of the people have dogs small , medium, large. Clean area around and in the apartments people pick up after their pets which is a plus and they keep the apts looking nice. Safe to walk by yourself if your a jogger like me. Not noisy very quiet even when the kids are out of school. Two big, clean pools with enough room to throw birthday parties. Large back area to walk pets. Leasing office always helpful, same day maintenance depending the issues but 95% gets fix the next day. No bugs, no loud neighbors, food places , stores, gas stations are walking distance.. Huge basketball court, large gym and the apartments inside have big windows that let in light, large living rooms , bed rooms and kitchen Oh comes with washer and dryer.. I been living here since March 2019

Been in this apartment for about 7 months. Wife and I love it. Every place has down sides, but have not had as many here.First, there are a lot of LARGE dogs, many Pit Bulls, German Shepards, and others. Ive got a G. Shepherd and a Chow mix. Many of the dogs are friendly, but not are socialized. If you dont want to be around large dogs, this is not the place for you. I like it. There is a small dog area at the back that you can unleash and let them walk/run/play.There are two pools and a playground for the kids. Traffic, is much better than my last place, easy to get onto the street and from there you have a signal light to get onto Marsh one way and a stop sign the other. You have the choice of now Frontier or Time Warner Cable for TV/Phone/Internet. There is no covered parking, but there is almost always a parking space available.Ive talked to more of my neighbors at this complex than my previous.When Ive had to call maintenance they setup a time with me to be there same time as their people.Plenty of sidewalks and grassy areas. Recently, when they added a new person on maintenance, they sent out an email with a color photo to all the residence introducing him, to me that means they do care.

Ive lived here since 2015. The longest I have EVER lived in an apt complex. I stay because its convenient to my jobs and the area has shopping, Restaurants, Theatres all fairly close. The biggest reason is the ladies in the office. EVERYTIME Ive had an issue they have taken care of it. My AC goes out.. Theres someone here. Water leaked from the ceiling.. Someone is here.. Breanna.. Corinna and Salinas are all GREAT assets to this property.. Forgive me if I spelled the names incorrectly. The maintenance team.. Cordial and here with a quickness. I down sized after a rough break up from a large apt to a smaller apt.. and the ladies made the transition as easy as possible and worked with me on a few things. I wont be here forever but will stay until the next journey of my life.. ImmaFan!

I love this place !!! We moved here from Mississippi last November and couldnt be happier. The office ladies are fabulous. Hope I spell the names right. The big boss Ms. Celina has the patience of a saint and obviously cares about all of us, shes always there doing something bless her heart. The manager Wendy is always helpful and really sweet about everything she does and believe me its a lot. Then Breanna is just a very sweet soul who no matter how many things I call about she handles professionally and in a timely manner. I promise I have not been the easiest tenant and at times they should have probably just punched me but nope not these 3 ladies, they have given me unwavering patience and customer service even when I wasnt worthy of it. THANKS LADIES YALL REALLY ARE FABULOUS AND I REALLY DO LOVE OUR APARTMENT!!

Me and my girlfriend jyst moved out this past weekend. the girls in the front office have very good customer services and took care of everything we asked and got back to us immediately every time. We recently qualified for the place at Saddle Creek which from the first moment we saw it I loved it to live comfortably, plus the facilities are very cozy and provide a pleasant and clean environment.! It should be noted that the attention they gave me was spectacular. They have highly trained staff to help us during the process. My family and I have a lot to thank Miss Sabrina for the good attention she gave us from the first moment, making us feel trustworthy. I recommend them. to all who go and acquire their ability to live in confidence.

It is a very cozy place, very clean, everything very organized, the apartments are spectacular but above all Lus attention It was great, I really recommend it 100%, it is the ideal place to live as a family.

My sister lives there, the manager is a super manager, she cares about everything and is very attentive, she has a special character, the apartments are very expensive, but they are worth it, they are enormously large and comfortable, really all the rents have gone up a lot , so thats nothing new anymore. In this complex there are many residents with pets, but they walk them with their corresponding leashes and when this is not the case, the office staff will immediately take action with the offenders.
