I have been in this community now for 2 weeks and the residents are so friendly especially the pet owners as I myself am a pet owner. A shoutout to the office staff ( Whitney, Lisa, Paris and the property manager) as they are always busy but they make time to answer all your questions. The resident coordinated holly is so nice and she gave me a large pumpkin.Maintenance also needs some loving. Thank you for working on the work orders fast and efficiently.

It’s been 8 months since I moved to this complex.. it’s been a great experience so far, VERY CLEAN place to live and the management service is simply excellent. Lisa, Whitney, Paris and Jean are Rock stars … they all take care of business as they are…... PROFESSIONALS!!!🙌🏽😎

As a future new tenant , I have to give a shout out to Lisa. I hope to continue to see her in the leasing office for all my needs ! She was so amazing, very accommodating and welcoming . We expressed everything we were looking for and she made sure we had everything we needed. Gave a very detailed tour and any questions she could not answer right then and there she came back to us with answers . Perfect way to welcome us into our new home

After looking for Apt. options in Cedar Park for a few weeks at the beginning of this year, I stumbled upon Bright Leaf Apts. by accident and what a blessing it has been for me and my little girl. I moved-in on March 6, 2024 and the management ( Jean, Whitney and Paris) has been terrific, awesome, amazing- I think you get my point. Why? Always attentive, responsive and quick with any of my questions/concerns; and most importantly, kind and with a big smile( thank you Whitney for all that you do for all residents and always being so kind to my little one). Thanks Brightleaf, and don’t change, but build upon the great staff that you currently have.

Ive had a lovely experience here. Moved in Feb 2024. Staff is super wonderful, apartment is nicely appointed in pristine condition. The buildings and grounds are upkept nicely. I havent had any issues with mail/package theft as others have mentioned as they set up a secure package receiving system a week into my living here. Not a single complaint. Really like how the management is getting strict with the tenants who are cleaning up after their dogs and leaving trash out. Had two service requests right when I moved in and they handled them immediately without delay. Im happy for sure.

I would like to update my review to 4 Stars and to share this with potential tenants.Currently there are strict rules being implemented for the pool and this is definitely something I look at when I choose a place. Unfortunately the strict rules were implemented after me moving in.For those who have 4+ children or if you want to have some friends come for the birthday, this is not the place for you. If you are ok with 2 guests and yourself, this place is for you. Not sure if they count kids or teens as the 2+ guests. Just advising what I know.Its unfortunate that a lot of us have to suffer because of other residents and I understand that management is doing their due diligence in making sure all is well and we are safe. If anything, to resolve this would be to have a contract or agreement for parties or 5 or more advising of rules and expectations, and having security for bigger groups. Just a suggestion. I think there should a week or more period for this to avoid last minute groups so residents can also enjoy the amenities since that was a part of the rules being implemented.Other than this, everything else has been great so far regarding location, the unit, and the Property, including the office staff.

NEW REVIEW ----- Update 1/23/24 -I wanted to come back and update my review as the property manager personally reached out and addressed each of my concerns.Packages - The property has built a new package room with the lockers and the package concierge system so that packages can be kept secure. It just went live, so hopefully that will help with package deliveries. Before that, the office was accepting packages.Dog Mess - The crew has been cleaning up the dog mess a lot more now and its not as noticeable.Upstairs Neighbor - The noise was addressed and so far that issue is completely resolved.Spider Webs - Pest control finally came and that seemed to cut down on the spiders for a good month. I will have to keep up the treatments and have them come back again for maintenance. The visible webs around the property were removed.Parking - It doesnt seem as bad now that the holidays have passed. The spots are still pretty small/tight.Leasing Office - Although there are still random times when I stop by and no one is there, they might be out on property. The entire staff has been very nice about answering questions and addressing my concerns when I call/email/or stop by.Overall, I appreciate their efforts and upgraded my rating._____________________________________________________________OLD REVIEW --------I decided to wait a while to write a review to give this complex a fair assessment. After three months here, I am confident I will not be renewing my lease here unless things drastically change. It was nice at first, but I dont feel at peace here now.Here are the pros and cons.Pros -- The office staff is friendly in my experience.- The apartment units are new. The pricing was good and I got a great move-in special.- The parking is open so you dont have to worry about getting towed.- The gym is 24 hours, but its fairly small and one treadmill out of three has been broken for weeks.- They started having resident events.- Its a fairly convenient location in North Austin, close to Cedar Park with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.Cons- There is rampant package theft. They are trying to fix the package room and add lockers so that may improve.- Many neighbors here are EXTREMELY inconsiderate. They do not pick up after dogs, so dog waste is everywhere.- My upstairs neighbor let their dogs run wild for HOURS, barking and wrestling at all hours of the night. The person upstairs stomp through the apartment and at this point I believe they are PURPOSELY being rude and noisy. Its insane.- My unit had lots of spider webs when I moved in and the shower needed to be resurfaced. The paint used for the finishes is that cheap paint that rubs off when you simply touch it.- The leasing office randomly closes on business days.- The parking spaces are tiny and now that the complex is filling up, the spots fill up fast. I usually have to park far from my unit.- My light bill is sky high but maybe thats an Austin thing.Overall, the package theft issue makes me feel a bit unsafe and my noisy neighbors make it impossible to get a decent amount of rest. So for those reasons, I will be moving when my lease ends. If the noise issue doesnt improve, Ill have to leave sooner.

I’ve been living here at Brightleaf on Lakeline for over a week now, and the apartments are beautiful! They do a good job at keeping the property clean and well managed. I haven’t had any noise problems since being here and everyone I’ve spoken to from the property staff are super nice and helpful! I have to give a special shout-out to Paris who gave me the apartment tour and helped me throughout the leasing process. I needed to move into the apartment in a very short time period and she went out of her way to help me to make that possible. She has always been super quick and willing to help me with anything!

Great location in good accessibility, very clean both around the apartments and in the premises themselves. beautiful pool, impressive view. The most important thing is that the office staff made a very friendly and good impression. I would especially like to thank an employee named Izti Hirsch, whose best manager I have seen 🥇🥇🥇👍

I have never posted a review before and that’s simply because I’ve never lived somewhere that I could leave something nice to say. Something I value so highly when looking at where to rent is, management. I have absolutely appreciated and enjoyed the front staff but most importantly PARIS the assistant manager. She is the absolute tenants dream. She communicates, she’s so incredibly nice, understanding, positive, polite, I mean I can keep going. I whole heartedly renewed just because anytime I have a problem, she’s on it. The whole front staff is. I have a question, I always get a response. I have appreciated them and the complex. The complex was already beautiful but after having the best customer service, it’s been so amazing. Thanks so much to Paris for making living here a big 5 STARS!

I didn’t end up going with this apartment but still wanted to write a review about how great it was to work with Paris. The apartment complex is great and pricing is great. I wish they would put the hardwood floors into the bedrooms. This place ended up being a bit out of my budget but Paris was amazing to work with and so helpful.
