    Applied for my apartment my first day and I got the keys the same day !Been staying here for 8 months and I haven’t had a single issue with the office . Any issues I’ve had usually gets resolved with a phone call to Ms. Jeniffer who was very willing to help me find a place to stay and get everything fixed! 10/10

    I had issues with my central unit and bridge point management took care of it in a timely manner. They also called to check up on us to make sure we were taken care of . Bridge point is finally taking a turn for the better. Thank you. Whats going on with no one keeping up with loud music at the pool. I thought there was a so called security here. I guess hes off the clock

    The new manager, Ashley, and Sabrina (who’s always taken care of me) both showed me the greatest acts of kindness when I needed to move, FAST.They pulled all strings and had me moving in within 8 hours.Anytime I make a request, it’s granted and seen through. No complex is perfect, but these ladies here try their darndest. I am eternally grateful to them and their efforts and will continue to be loyal to them due to that.

    Since I have moved into these Apartments, the staff has been awesome to me and my family. Any help that I needed with my Apartment they are right there. They dont care if I call a 100 times a day. They still listen. Me and my family are very happy to be here.

    Bridge pointe is an older place, but an affordable place, that’s why most rent here let’s just be honest. Office staff and maintenance are helpful and do the best they can. Joe and Sabrina have always been the most pleasant to work with, especially Sabrina always willing to help me when there wasn’t a manager. They are the only people I’ve ever really seen in office all the time and make me feel comfortable living at a place I chose to live at.

    Great price, layout and location for a 4 bedroom! Jennifer and Jo were very helpful and efficient in getting our apartment ready for us.

    I have been working with the lovely staff. Although skeptical of reviews I was told they are under new management. I had to put off moving, but I hope by the time we are ready the review section, future and current residents see a turn around! That way my family and I can make our way in! McKayla you’re great at you job! Hope to see positive things in the future.

    Nice people work here!When my family and I were looking for a place to stay temporary while our house was being rebuilt someone recommended Bridge Pointe Landing. I called and the lady was so nice. I explained that I was under a government program that was rebuilding my home, that I needed a quote of how much it would cost to stay at these apartments for the program to pay and that I was a little overwhelmed because this was all new to me. She kindly explained she was familiar with the program and explained to me of how it works.Even though we did not end up staying at this apartment because the program picked a different place, I am truly grateful that she took the time to talk to me, help me out when I really needed it, explain things to me, and keep in touch with me to make sure I was able to find a place.

    Well we have seen alot of bad reviews about Bridge Pointe and we havent had any issues ever time I needed something fixed Sabrina is on top of it making sure it gets done quickly, its quite and the apartment is beautiful thank you Bridge Pointe we look forward to being a long term resident!

    The management team is awesome! They were helpful and accommodating. My apartment was very clean and newly renovated with all new appliances and new carpet. Its quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

    Walked into the office, and Sabrina was the one that helped me she was super nice and friendly. She was able to answer all my 20 questions I had about the apartments and application.

    Omg I love this apartment complex !! So beautiful!! I stopped by a couple of days ago and I took a tour of the property Casie and she was very helpful ! I plan on returning with the next couple of days !! The 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect for me and my family! Awesome service!

    I actually liked it.. Weird, I know. I was not a fan of the long drive to CC but I appreciated the space. No way would I be able to afford a three bedroom for that kind of money in CC. I never had an issue with roaches but I did have an issue with ants in the summer. My townhome was right next to the field, though. I resolved this easily by purchasing an gallon of that ant spray and spraying it around THE OUTSIDE of my townhome anytime I noticed ants starting to hang out in my sinks. My only issue was my POS dog hoarding neighbor that let her untrained dogs off a leash and they would attack my moms small terrier (who was on a leash). Overall, it was okay. The woman who worked at the front was nice. However, they definetly took a laissez-faire attitude to the entire dog thing which was kind of disappointing. Other than the crazy dog lady next door, I never had any huge issues. You obviously get what you pay for and, as I broke college student, I definetly appreciated what I got.Im not sure about the pool situation since I never used it. I was living in ar area with a BEACH for peeps sakes. And the gym consists of one machine. It was by far the saddest gym Ive ever seen. However, I spend most of my time in CC. If I wanted to go to a pool, I went to a friends house. Obviously, nothing cool is going on in Portland. If you want a bunch of cool amenities, cough up an extra $500 and move into CC. If you cant afford it, stop crying.

    Updated the complex. New paint job. Adding a workout complex. Friendly staff. Do their best to wrk at getting u into a place to live. Have apts. & townhomes. Fitness center, swimming pool, playground in ea section of the complex. Elem. School just dwn the road...High School can be seen from complex. Lol. However theres a field between complex & school. Clean place.

    The apartments are spacious but the service from the office staff is not good.
