From the very first moment of assisting my daughter in exploring the options her at Bridge at Volente with Aishah, to completing documents and picking up keys, there was a peacefulness about this community. After she lived here for one month, she recommended I consider moving here because it felt like a home away from home for her. I decided to take her up on the offer. I came in and spoke with Shelby and she was like my sister from another mother. Then, I completed the process with Aishah, it was the same feeling with her as well. I knew that she helped lead the team of maintenance and groundsmen in making this community thrive and welcoming and this is my new home. Thank you all so very much for this amazing journey. I appreciate each and everyone of you.

I never leave reviews but in this occasion I want to say how grateful I’m with this complex especially with their incredible assistant Aishah she help my dad going through the whole application process explaining step by step and making sure everything was done correctly, she answered the phone every time so kind and helpful 🙏🏻 we are more than sure that our experience in this place will be very nice. Thank you very much.

Its a fairly quiet community. Parking is good. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, as is the office staff. It has a decent gym although there is a machine that has been out of service for a really long time. Its in a great location, near everything you need and we feel safe. Schools are superb! Really enjoy living here. No issues with rent, payments, bugs, etc... which is pretty incredible.We have practically unusable tiny balconies but theyd have to do extreme structural renovations to change this. The buildings are older but well-maintained.Been here for a year and Im happy.Update: Still enjoy living here two years later. The office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance is always on top of things and they are very nice people.

Tammy is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the community and application process! During our tour she walked us through the community, its amenities and close proximity to basically everything! She was careful to explain the application steps, fees and what they were for, and managements rental criteria. She even stayed after hours just chatting with us :) I appreciate you Tammy! Sometimes leasing can be overwhelming but Im glad you picked up my initial call with a smile and followed up with a great tour! Keep up the excellent service!

Tammy is very professional and accommodated us so well! Our original move in date was a week after we actually moved in since she got us in a week early to help us avoid staying at an extended stay! The apartment is gorgeous. The price is incredible for all the amenities. The internet is fast, perfect for gaming 0 lag issues. The neighbors all seem friendly enough. My only issue would be we can hear the upstairs neighbors when they wake up but our schedules are relatively the same so no big deal. All families here. Perfect for anyone with kids :)

This is a really homey community. The staff are so friendly, and there is a Resident Care Team that organizes lots of community events, like Breakfast with Santa and a Back to School Bash, and even donuts on the way out some mornings. They really want the residents to feel like were part of a neighborhood. Ive got a two bedroom/two bath on the first floor that does not face the parking lot. It has connections for a full-size washer/dryer. This is a great floor plan for roommates! Bedrooms arent huge, but large enough. My experience with the maintenance staff has been 100% positive. They are friendly and efficient. Of the three requests Ive made, they have all been handled within a matter of hours.This is a great community for kids too. The pool is lovely (salt water!), and there is a playscape and sport court. Buses for the LISD pick up at the leasing office. Plenty of grassy areas, and a great dog park too.

Prompt maintenance service, reliable utilities, and spacious apartments. Despite the occasional admin error, Im pretty happy I chose here to be my first apartment.Edit: Some severe administrative and technical blindspots have made me less-enthused. But its still a solid experience overall. If you need an apartment in this general location, Id still recommend it.

Clean nice apartment, I lived here two years. nice neighbors. Staff is friendly and very responsive to any maintenance concerns. No bug probs, and I hate bugs! no charges when I moved out, I cleaned everything and did not get charged at all, very fair. everything works great! Vanessa and everyone there is way cool! also they have events like free taco night, superbowl night, pizza night. Staff hosting these events is super nice and knows people by first name. I felt safe. not any through traffic really. parking is simple and easy. close to everything! I give this place 5 stars.

My stay here at the Bridge so far has been lovely. Its a peaceful and clean community with very kind neighbors, and apartment staff. I moved in here in early June 2021, and the process was made easy for me to get in. AJ was very helpful and patient with any questions I had as well. Overall, this is a great complex and Im looking forward to staying here.

Great location for the money. Apartment layout is very open. My unit is on third floor and has cathedral ceilings. Nice amenities as well for tenants: pool, green area, playscape, basketball and tennis court. Excellent Leander ISD, Cypress Elementary. School bus even stops by the apartment complex to pick up and drop off kids. Maintenance staff is on top of requests, usually same day. Vanessa is a great property manager and will listen to your concerns. The CARES Team is active in promoting and holding apartment community events for everyone. Would recommend you check it out.

My two boys and I lived here from 2018 - 2021 and we absolutely loved this apartment complex. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is amazing dining/shopping within a 5 minute drive. You can even walk to HEB if you want to. This is a great place to live.

My family and I have lived here since 2011 and have had a great experience. The apartments are close to shopping and restaurants and it is sort of tucked away. It falls within the Leander ISD (Cypress elementary, Cedar Park high school, Cedar Park middle school) and is close to ACC and not too far of a drive from UT. My husband attended UT the first couple of years here and I went to ACC and we never had trouble getting to school on time. If you ever have a service request for maintenance, it is usually completed within 24 hours, which is awesome. The office staff is always very nice and helpful and there is a Cares Team that coordinates events for the community such as movie nights, pool parties, etc. We happen to live in one of the buildings in the front of the community and never have any issues with finding parking and definitely never have noise issues. Overall, we have loved living here and would have lived here longer but decided it was time to buy a house in the neighborhood. If you decide to rent here, you will not regret it. It is a great apartment complex in an awesome community that is incredibly safe and quiet to live in.

I moved into this unit on 4/12 so your mileage may vary BUT I’m leaving this review because of the outstanding customer service i received at Bridge. I will update the review if my opinions change.They were very helpful in the process of signing the lease and getting moved but really shined shortly after i moved in. My cat got stuck in a tall tree on the grounds and after calling animal control and the fire department and being told they couldn’t do anything, the maintenance team came and helped me get my cat. Not only did they help get my cat down, but Jorge (one of the team here) climbed way into the tree, breaking small branches to create a path for the cat, and got him out of the tree as gently as I imagine possible. They did so entirely out of kindness in a situation which they had no obligation to assist with and in my book they deserve all commendations possible. No apartment complex is perfect, but i can fairly confidently say already that this one cares about its people and community.

Just want to say a big Thank You to Tammy for your kind, courteous, professional help when I came to apply for an Apt in February. You made everything so easy and you explained everything so effortlessly. When I got moved in in, I discovered the apt had not been painted or cleaned. Mgr refused to clean. She was fired and the apt got cleaned as best could be. Unfortunately when my lease was up (at the beginning of COVID) I couldnt go look at apts or move and suffered retaliation by the mgr for 6 months till I could move.

I have lived here for almost eight years and just love everything about this place. Yes, office personnel does change occasionally, but I have yet to meet anyone in the office who wasn’t polite, professional, friendly, and most of all, helpful. Same with the maintenance crew. Anything I have ever needed has been addressed right away. It feels tucked away and hidden here, because you don’t see any of the property from the street, but it is close enough to walk to Wendy’s! The convenience of having the plaza right across the street is so awesome - HEB, Starbucks, Torchy’s, Panda Express....7-11, Sonic, and many more businesses so close that a quick trip to any of these to pick up something really is quick. I would recommend Bridge at Volente Apartments to anyone. There is a basketball court, a playscape for the younger kids, and the C.A.R.E. team puts on a huge breakfast in the office once a month, along with other treats or activities throughout the month. What’s not to like?

The below review from Conney Bisson is fake. She does not live at this community. She has made it her mission to slander myself and my family. The management is great, the property is beautiful. Do not believe everything you read as far as reviews go, because this lady simply has a personal vendetta. Check it out for yourself, its a super place to live and the new manager (who has been there since January 2nd) is an amazing and smart lady. Seems very suspect that this review comes on the heels of her slandering me and my family after the death of my husband in January. Conney Bisson, I kindly ask that you remove the below review for this community and management.

My wife and I were in search of a place to stay while having our home built recently and really like this area we decided to check it out. Although this particular property didnt work out for us it was beautiful, staff and environment was great and Tammy was especially helpful to us. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to calll home !!

My name is Ismael Vila, I had recently given an opinion about a misunderstanding with the condominium assistant, once the complaint was established, the administration management immediately became interested in the matter and I was really satisfied with the good treatment and kindness with which they treated me and resolved my complaint, with immediacy and the respect that I should have received from the beginning, everyone who treated me was wonderful in their treatment and attention and especially Dhuli, this young woman is well prepared, she is knowledgeable about the activity, kind, intelligent and courteous with clients, in addition to being fluent in English and Spanish, in my opinion she is the perfect person to manage this condominium, since you have the skills and abilities for the position. I very seriously suggest to the management of Bridge at Volante that they consider this young woman to guide and direct the management of the condominium. Finally, I feel satisfied with the subsequent attention to my case by everyone who treated me. Thank you.
