    The office staff here is great! They are always welcoming and willing to help. You can tell the staff shares a great bond with each other which pours over to the residents. I had the pleasure of working with Makalah recently on a specific matter and she was always patient and kind whenever I came in with my questions and concerns.Maintenance is very responsive here. They always respond to my request within 24 to 48 hours. They are always friendly as well!

    I cant say enough positive things about my experience living in this apartment community. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and cared for.The amenities are top-notch, from the well-maintained fitness center to the beautiful pool area. Its evident that the staff takes pride in keeping everything clean and in excellent condition.One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community here. There are regular events and activities organized for residents, which has allowed me to meet new friends and neighbors.The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, making it a pleasure to come home to every day.Overall, I couldnt be happier with my decision to live here.     When I applied online I was able to get an appointment to view the property. With one of the nicest staff. She greeted me with a warm smile. I loved the atmosphere and apartment.     The experience of finding my first apartment was pretty frustrating until I came to Bridge at Tech Ridge. Ashley was the one to help me and I dont think Ive ever had such a welcoming experience like i did with her. She was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. The whole process was smooth and quick. She was very kind, compassionate and caring. I cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am of her. The complex is calm and clean. They even have events for us like game night and food several times a month. Im very satisfied with my decision of living here and definitely recommend this place to call home.

    Moved in a few days ago, and so far the process has been very smooth! The apartment is quiet, nice, and spacious. Will update in a few months after spending more time here.The leasing office staff is very helpful and kind, and Makalah helped me a ton in finding my apartment on very short notice. Its also nice that internet + cable is included in the rent.I have had no issues with parking, and no concerns of safety.Maintenance is very fast and helpful. A day after putting in my work order, Homero came and made the changes. He is really nice and worked quickly!

    Well I say these apartments not bad. I lo them .The staff is great and maintenance are excellent The property is very clean and my unit I love it .And everything is convenient to me . My lease up soon . So I’m. Undecided right now So tell me this morning when I went outside I seen a sticker on most of the people car I seen the maintenance man riding around putting stickers on car I seen the sticker for myself I even called the number and they practically said it I ask Taylor when they seen her She said she didn’t have nothing to do with that So if you move here you better make sure Your tag is updated Know notice of nothing So tell me do they really care I look at these apartment another way nowSo if your car not update by the 13 of this month they going to tow it. I seen the maintenance man with the paper in his truck So my daughter just giving me her car because I lost my car in a wrecked And I was fixing it up But make sure everything ok they have gotten to be knowing carrying and think they slick I don’t want them fixing nothing in my house because I can’t trust themWell just got finish signing my new lease I. Love it her Don’t know when I move, the staff is amazing Even the new staff respectable everything is convinced love my building 10 I look out for my neighbors And the property is clean And everything get fixed on time Want to think Taylor she solve the problem Been here going on 6 years I love it. The maintenance is the best one here Some of them think you stupid But the one that does fixed things in my apartment he does an excellent job in getting the job done Natasha she thinks you stupid I guess on how she tries to.think she can talk with you with no kind of respect the manager don’t say anything to her but laugh Deago is a excellent very professional He did what he had to do he get a 10

    I have to echo the reviews of others about the maintenance team, Homero is on top of it. In our third year, have never had a problem that wasn’t resolved quickly. Never had an issue with crime or a dirty property. In fact, the management is great at making landscaping improvements and keeping things maintained. They host community events, have meal giveaways, the pools are well kept and we have good parking. We plan to renew our lease when the time comes.My only resident issues are with the amount of dog waste on the ground (bad dog owners, not the apartments’ fault) and that residents (not the apartment staff) throw trash into our beautiful pond, and folks ignore the signs on the recycling cans about what is not recyclable.

    This apartment community has been everything my wife and I could have asked for. It is peaceful, maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, and the leasing office is very friendly and available. On top of that, the grounds are immaculate and very well tended. We would have been happy to stay longer but my wife and I had another opportunity we couldn’t pass up and had to move.

    Home no did an awesome job fixing our microwave as well as all other problems we’ve had. He’s usually here right away and gets the job done and is so nice! Honestly, my family of 4 has loved living here with the family friendly environment, super fun pool and great management. Everyone has always been so kind, even our neighbors. Definitely recommend it.

    I have been living in this complex for almost 2 years and I would say my experience has been pleasant so far. I recently transferred to a different apartment. The management made the process super smooth and fast. Natalia and Ashley were working with me, and they were Amazing!! 😇

    I have been staying in the bridge at tech ridge apartments for the past 2 years. I have visited many apartment communities in this area. But I liked the bridge apartments more as it is a good and safe community. Its proximate to AMC, HEB, Manpasand, Ross, Dollar tree, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, CTS,etc. The response to any service is quiiand timely. I would like to give a special thanks to Makalah for making our leasing process a smooth experience altogether. I would recommend it for my friends.

    I absolutely love living here! its been a few years now and I dont have any complaints. office Staff is always nice and great at communication and always creating plans for the community. The grounds are always clean. The upkeep inside and out of both properties are amazing. This is a kid and pet friendly community and I feel really safe and at peaceful here. Ive never had much issues with my apartment/s here and if I did maintenance is awesome at getting the job done in a timely manner. My kids love the pools!, I love the grounds and the scenery from my balcony. I love the easy access to many places around us. I love how quiet the community is. The highway noise isnt as disruptive as you think. Parking can sometimes be an issue but thats because I have a big car lol other than that! I love it here and I would def recommend.

    This apartment complex is wonderful. Ive lived here going on 3 years, and Ive had 2 other family members move into the complex, and we all love it here. The grounds are cleaned and maintained, the staff Is excellent, the maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. The pools are always clean and open and theres plenty of room to enjoy yourself. If you are a dog owner, this is a great place. If you have kids, this is a safe complex. The complex is located in a perfect spot, close to HEB, Ross, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, A movie theater and a bowling alley. all walking distance.

    I’ve lived here at the Bridge at Center for 3 years, and I’ve had the same maintenance gentleman who always goes above and beyond! Homere at the bridge at center ridge gets the job done! He is fabulous and does everything with a smile on his face, it’s a pleasure to have such a wonderful maintenance worker. Homere makes this review a 4 stars!The front office has changed over the years, the I definitely missed all the workers for sure, I feel like the new ladies need to be a little more welcoming, when I call I get the run around and that I need to contact the other location, then send a email, I live at the Bridge at center ridge pay a lot of money in rent, I do not deserve to get shuffled around when I need a direct answer.

    The maintenance has been one of the best, consistent things about living here. Homero has helped fix things in my apartment a few times and he’s just amazing. Very polite, explains what he’s going to do, and does it right the first time, which I greatly appreciate. He’s friendly every time.

    I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! The grounds are kept clean, the property is pretty quiet, the residents are friendly, the maintenance is quick, the office is great, and the prices are affordable. I have not encountered issues while living here. Plus, there are 5 different pools on the property! Lillian in the leasing office is especially helpful whenever you have questions. I recommend this property!

    Homero from Maintenance always does an excellent job every time he fulfills repair tickets for my apt. He recently fixed my stove burners. Today repaired rust, and painted the hvac cover in bathroom and replaced an ac vent. Always been friendly, helpful, been happy with his work 😊

    Unfortunately I was unable to sign for a lease at this location but I communicated with Makayla throughout the entire process of trying to see if I qualified here and she was so personable, insightful and willing to help me out.     Im on my third lease now, and love love love living here. Very quiet community, maintenance always does a great job. But, since the new management their has been times the customer service in the office that hasnt been the best, but Taylor and Jamie make up for that and have always been amazing!! They get the job done quickly and correctly. The apartments are great for the price and location, I have shopped a lot of nearby apartments and to me they just dont compare. Im hoping Ill be able to re-lease again next year!!! :)

    The Bridge at Tech Ridge apartments are absolutely amazing! The office staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Taylor is awesome; she always make me feel so welcome when I come into the office and goes above and beyond! The maintenance staff is on top of it. The management company truly takes care of the community. They updated the pools and its gorgeous. They have great on-call security and cameras throughout the property. I genuinely feel safe and at home here. I will be renewing my lease.

    These apartments are so well maintained. Their pool just got resurfaced and they have monitoring through cameras AND on call security. Its nice to feel safe when you live in such a nice place.     Moved into the apartment Aug 10 ,had multiple issues in move inhad to move in at 4:30 pm instead of 8:30 am as the ac was not working in unit and maintenance was working on it.At move in carpets were completely wet and after complaining multiple tomes we were provided the blowers to help make them dry.Also water was coming in apartment and was fixed at day 2 after move in .At days 3 now AC is completely not working and I had my friends over and after multiple call maintenance did not provide any eta on the fix .All issues were fixed , just had a bad move in experience ,for first couple of weeks had multiple issues .Community and maintenance staff are pretty good .

    I am very impressed with this property!! I tour many properties in the Austin area and nothing compares. My leasing agent, Liberty, was super eager to help and really helped make a normal experience, exceptional! Nothing can compare to this property from the area, amenities, and staff! Its no wonder they are fully leased! If you plan on touring, I highly recommended you use Liberty as your leasing agent!

    Have truly loved living here the last year and the leasing staff is so helpful, which is hard to find at an apartment. Their grounds are kept pretty nice and have zero complaints. Exercise room has all the basic equipment and the clubhouse is always kept clean and welcoming!

    Ive spent the last 6 months looking for an apartment. I fell in love with these apartments in about 30 seconds of being there. The grounds are well kept, the office staff is beyond amazing. I dont think there is an actual word to describe how wonderful they are. Taylor is one of the sweetest people on the planet, so if you get a chance to stop by she will sell you on living there before you even look at a place. Lastly the apartment itself is gorgeous. I could not ask for more!

    A great place to live. The staff is beyond amazing and the apartments are nice. I lived in the back facing the forest, so I had a lot of little creatures on my patio but I never had any problems with pest or anything inside the apartment. Only thing I didnt like is the compact parking. Theres not enough regular spaces so most parking was compact and if one car was over the line or too big it messed everything up. But I would definitely live there again.

    I have lived here since 2013 my rent has only went up $50 total in four years! It is well maintained nice pools and great emintitys. The maintainence team is quick if any issues come up. Taylor Culver the manager in the office has been wonderful very nice and helpful! Great place to live !!

    I have stayed at this apartment complex for 6 Months. When I moved in the apartment i stayed in was not clean the walls were dirty i guess from the previous people. Inside the shower on the walls they are stained with color it looks like.. I was in a rush to move and signed without viewing the apt. That was a mistake the apt was dirty when I moved in. I am clean but always by my window seal there are ants and now i am seeing ants on my bed and seeing them on the floor uughh also when it rains water leak through the window. 1st floor bldg 9. Other than that the apartment complex it self is very quite, great location right across from HEB and near many great stores. The people are nice. Make sure you understand everything and there fees make sure you ask as many questions possible and remember who you spoke with because it seems like the nice ladies are not on same page.I got into it with a few workers just because we had a mis understanding as well for giving insufficient info. If you get off late i am sorry but parking is horrible. Outside of the Property is clean. The only reason I am moving is because i want upgraded amenities and no more ants. I am paying for pest control but nvr see him . I was rude to Casey & Taylor but she them both are nice and willing to assist. Again just make sure you ask as many questions as possible about fees if u can just record every convo u have with any of them that would be smart if not u will be arguing with them
