Was having a lot of issues moving into my new place but thankfully Hunter here at Bridge was super lenient and helpful. They allowed me to stay an extra day without any issues and made it easy to leave. If I wasnt moving away for school, Id definitely stay here. Staff was all nice and maintenance team were quick on fixes.

I have lived in many places, with my entire early life up to my late twenties in apartments. The last forty years in single family homes. None of the communities made me feel as welcomed, as I have been since moving here.At a time in our society when helpful customer service is a concept from long ago. All the staff that I have interacted with have displayed genuine care for my well-being and have always greeted me with a smile and an outstretched hand. The leasing agent Dashanay, I first met and who led me through the entire process was engaging, resourceful, accomodating, and patient. The technology that assists both the management and the residents to conduct the business of living in an apartment, was not even thought of the last time I rented. Needless to say I needed a little hand holding while getting familiar with the various Interfaces. Not a problem for Dashanay, she was always ready and willing to take as much time as I needed. The maintenance people are always very nice when meeting on the grounds and courteous the one time they had to come in my place to perform a yearly fire inspection. So, from the property manager to the maintenance crew all deserve more than five stars.But the most incredible part of living here is the Apartment Life team, consisting of Russell, Kristin and their wonderful daughter Vera. I received an unexpected knock on my door one evening and was emotionally floored when upon opening was met by two huge smiles and a welcome to the community from Russell and Vera. That blew my mind and took me again back in time to the days of the welcome wagons. This family and the management team have made this the best moving experience of my life. Thank you all.

The A4N is an excellent floor plan. Although it is the smallest apartment I’ve lived in, at 830 sq ft, it is one of my favorites.It has the best layout of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. The layout makes it seem larger and more open, which is important.Also, there is a desk built into the wall. So, I don’t need a second bedroom for an office where I only put my printer and a few boxes.Plus, I have a large backyard.Finally, Dee has been friendly and helpful.

The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. I love the size of my apartment and the the interior is gorgeous. My boyfriend and I never have any trouble finding parking right out front of our building and my friends have nearby visitor spots.The maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever experienced at an apartment complex 🥰They have a huge dog park that my dog loves and are right next to an off leash dog trail tooI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend IMT Southpark to anyone!

The front desk staff are great! Dayshanay made sure my move in went smoothly and has been helping me settle in and adjust to the Bridge. Jerry has also helped with navigating the printing situation with the office and shown care when i thouht my cats had run away and when i was looking for new jobs. The community here is great so far, Ive been here for a month and havent experienced any rudeness nor malice and the buildings and property are clean. Gym equipment is versatile and well kept. There have also been two or three community events already and Ive only been here for a month.

My girlfriend and I recently moved down here to Texas to find our first apartment. After countless hours of searching online and touring apartments we finally came across Bridge at Southpark Meadows. We immediately fell in love with the area and the apartment. The price for the floor plans, clubhouses, pools and amenities were unbeatable. Huge thanks to our incredible leasing agent Nathan Beasley! He was extremely friendly and welcoming from the beginning. He made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable with this being our first apartment the way he walked us through the process and explained everything to us. He worked overtime and did everything in his power to get us approved and into the apartment we wanted by the date we needed to move in. Once we did get approved he made the process of signing onto our lease quick simple and stress free. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who’s looking for a new home and I’m here to tell you that if you want to go with the best leasing agent Nathan is the man!

I moved here maybe 2-3 weeks ago and Jared Maasl was very Nice and helpful. If you guys decide on moving here make sure to ask for Jared to help you. The apartments overall is a nice and quiet area but when we moved in we did had some problems in the unit. But overall I rate this apartment complex a 8/10.

Living at this apartment complex has been really nice! The office staff has been phenomenal and they are just amazingly kind as well as thoughtful! From the start Pablo has been on top of everything and attentive to my every request. All the staff is amazing! I also appreciate that the maintenance is on top of stuff. Whenever I put in a request, they are very fast and responsive! They have always come and addressed whatever issues by the next day! Mandi is wonderful also very helpful! She goes above and beyond just like Pablo. Xavier is very great and helpful as well. Dee is newer but she has been a complete delight. They always greet me and are just so friendly! :) The way Im treated her makes me want to stay. They also have the best events through their apartment staff. I really feel blessed to live here!!!

This is one of the best communities to live in. The whole environment is neat, quiet, and neighbors are very warm and pleasant. No single criminal activity since I moved into the apartment. The staff at the leasing office are very pleasant and I commend them for this. Theyre all always ready to attend to you at anytime and the warm greeting when you open the door is very welcoming and you feel comfortable. The property is well taken care of . I’ve been lived here for 9 months and I almost haven’t got any issue at all. I just completed my transfer process to move into bigger apartment in the same complex. Maintenances staff respond to requests on time and they are really hardworking people. John is one of them.Management staff is always polite, kind and helpful. I really appreciated Tyler, he is real professional, good at solving my needs on time.I recommend IMT Southpark, it’s a quite and nice apartment complex. It has brand new and beautiful amenities. I really love it.

Weve been here for about 5 months and love it so far. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Victoria is awesome and was very thorough and professional when we were applying for the apartment. It is a very quiet complex from my experience which I like. The gym has the basics, the pool is legit, and they have free tea and coffee in the office/lounge area. Overall, this place has been perfect for me and my girlfriend. We love it and will most likely renew our lease.

The location is far enough from I35 to be quiet but close enough for easy access. Lived at this location for 1-1/2 half years. Management can get overwhelmed at times with resident request and issues but they certainly try their best to resolve them. Parking isnt the best as there arent enough spots but thats apartment life. The only issue I had with this place was security. homeless people wandering thru the complex and hanging out at the pool late at night. didnt help that the front gate was constantly broken and left opened. if you live on the bottom floor I would suggest not leaving anything of value on the patio.

I have lived here for close to two years and have loved this apartment complex. We have had some hot water heater issues recently but the office team has been so extremely helpful during the whole process. Dustin has gone to great extents to make sure we have had hot water while trying to get the hot water heater working again. While waiting for parts to be shipped, he would come up to 3 times a day and make sure the pilot light was still lit and that we were able to still have access to hot water. Thankful for the office and maintenance staff and so happy to be living at IMT Southpark!

I seriously cant express just how much Hector Tijerine and all the other maintenance staff do to go above and beyond for residents. My wife and I had a maintenance emergency on July 3rd coming home to a broken AC, and we were concerned given the fact that the next day was the 4th... We called and within 20 minutes Hector was at our door. He was beyond professional, courteous, and expressed his concerns as much as we did. He spend the next hour or so making sure to fill us in with every detail about what was happening to our AC unit and what he was doing to fix it.If things couldnt get any better, he fixed it but said it would take some time for our compressor to cool down and then proceeded to go get a portable AC unit and used a dolly to bring it all the way up to the 3rd floor just to make sure we had added cooling because he knew we had a 4 year old. That night it was clearly getting cooler, but he made sure to come back on July 4th in the morning to recheck and insure that the AC was fully working. I still cant believe how professional and quick he was to help us when we were kind of panicking about possible not having a working AC for 2+ days. I plan on also reaching out to corporate to make sure they know just how well he and all the other maintenance workers are at making sure we are comfortable and just how quick they answer/fix tickets.

At first we were skeptical about living at IMT SouthPark because of all the bad reviews it has received. We decided to try our luck, because we really liked the price and cute interior and exterior and we couldnt be more ecstatic! The management and staff have incredible and super helpful. Maintenance is very friendly and have fixed anything we needed to be done in a timely manner. Gwen was our leasing agent she was amazing and went above and beyond to help us find an apartment that met all of our needs. All of the staff have been great, went in to activate key so we could gain access to the second gym and was helped quickly. They are always super friendly and answer any questions we have, we still get treated the same as when we first met them when we hadnt signed anything. The new management is clearly trying to fix any concerns that current residents have with parking issues and making sure only residents and residents guest are allowed at the pool by providing new parking stickers and pool wristbands. We have not had a single problem finding a parking spot even late at night. The apartment complex is very clean and well taken care of, we see the pool getting cleaned and the grass being cut regularly. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone.

I just want to say how much I appreciate living at this community. It has been an amazing experience. Once that I hope anyone looking for an apartment would consider. The reason for this specific review is because I had a minor maintenance issue, and within 24 hours I had a friendly staff member knocking at my door to make sure we came to a resolution for the problem. He literally fixed it in 5 minutes and allowed me to go on about my day. He even came at a time that was convenient for me instead of me having to miss work.I think that some people dont have anything better to do than to complain about small issues that dont need to be escalated. In my opinion this community does such a good job taking care of its residents despite how many things they have to take care of all at once. I think anyone considering living here at IMT Southpark should definitely do there due diligence properly and ask the right people about how it is to live here. They are even doing deals on free rent right now.I would sign a 10 year lease with this place.Thank you IMT

Rickey helped us get a self guided tour and allowed us to see our future home. After touring we decided that IMT Southpark would be our new home. We moved in last weekend and love everything about our place. The amenities and home fixtures are amazing and our balcony is huge. We also love that we have a valet trash service! The only thing I can see being a issue is that the parking can get filled quickly but so far there’s been one or two spots available with a little added walk. However, this can be resolved if we choose to pay for covered parking or a garage for one of our vehicles! Overall, this has been an amazing move so thank you IMT for being welcoming and accommodating!!

Ok here is my updated review after living here the past 2 1/2 yearsFirst, I would like to say that I am so incredibly thankful I found this place a few years ago. I was skeptical about moving into apartments because I think we have all heard horror stories about complex’s/having a lot of neighbors ext.Our first few months here were at the beginning of 2020 and their entire team did amazing at not only trying to follow all protocols to keep the community safe but to also stay on top of any and all concerns. Any noise complaints/ were addressed immediately. The team follows up quickly and makes sure whatever concerns there were are fixed. Gerald and Tyler took care of us getting settled in here and gave us an awesome idea as to what to expect. Ricky helped out our friends and family when it was time for them to move into their own unit here.I really don’t have enough good things to say about this little community. I have told every family or friend that this is the place to be if they need to move into an apartment. Super convenient side of town, and feels safe! I have grown up here in Austin and feeling safe with all the changes is definitely a must. Especially for me .Everyone is super friendly even your neighbors. And for the most part everyone also is good at picking up after their dogs, and if the office gets a notice that someone might be slacking at picking up after there dog, the staff immediately addresses it. Which is awesome .They have food truck nights, and awesome parcels pending system for packages in places and a pretty decent gym area too.I’ve seen negative reviews as far as towing goes and honestly I and none of my family and friends have been towed because we definitely listened to the clear instructions as to where to park when you have people over. Have a parking sticker if you’re living there of course but it’s clear as day where you need to have your friends and family park when they are over. You will get towed otherwise. So just be mindful of signs and where it says to and to NOT park and you won’t have any issues.It’s bittersweet to leave this place but whoever decides to come here can know this is a great community to join.Thanks for a great 2 1/2 years y’all!Dellanie &Eric

Moved into the complex about 3 months ago and I really love it. Amenities are great, large living spaces available, and lots of parking available.The property is very well taken care of. Maintenance and land scalpers are always around to keep the complex in tip top shape. I did have an issue with my hot water heater, and it required a replacement. John Cruz would come by nearly everyday to relight it until the new one arrived. I really appreciate him and all the hardworking employees!

I absolutely love this place. Ive lived here for about 8 months now and theyve been great. The units are amazing! Theyre equipped with new appliances, nice fixtures, granite counters, and in-unit washer and dryer (When I heard the washer and dryer bit I was sold). The property is really clean and quiet and they have gas grills near most of the buildings, which I use all the time. The pool and exercise facilities are fantastic too. I prefer the gym on the south side because it has more new equipment and is a little bigger. But Ive been told theyre renovating the north side and putting in some new equipment. Best part is you get access to both and neither are ever too crowded.When I first moved in I had a spacious 2 bedroom and Roomate that turned out to be a flake. The staff were so patient with me and understanding and they went over all the options multiple times. Not only were they helpful, but I got to know them along the way and theyre actually all really good people. Big shout out to Megan, Victoria, Raven, and Corey! Yall rock. In the end, they helped me transfer to a smaller one bedroom to make it easier on my finances. I like my one bedroom even better than my 2 bed unit (although the 2 beds are super spacious and have a huge balcony/yard). Ill definitely be sticking around and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We liked our experience living here (IMT Southpark). It was less than two years ( Nov 2019- July 2021) and we moved out just after the change in management when our lease ended since we bought a house. The apartments are very nice, as are the amenities. I also really loved the parcel locker setup to make packages secure. Having the valet trash service SUN-TR was amazing. Our can got taken once and we put in a service request and they dropped another one off a few days later. We left our bags outside until our new can arrived with a note letting them know what happened and they still picked up our trash, no problem.You’re not living in a fortress, so yeah, noise is a thing. It travels through the walls and vents. If you are lucky like we were, you will get a top floor unit (third floor) on a corner so you only have one person below you and one person next to you. We lucked into a unit like this. I only ever heard the neighbors below. So it was actually not noisy for us and it felt more private on the balcony. If you can get a top unit on a corner of a building you’ve found the holy grail. We also happened to have a nice view of the trees. Do keep in mind the direction your balcony will be facing. This can limit the time you enjoy out there if it’s always too sunny and hot.The stairwells and hallways were always a bit dirty. And the doors to the stairwells were busted the entire time we lived there. Not really a big deal, they were just propped open all the time.The entrance off 1st is a bit of a hazard if people are coming in the driveway and someone else is trying to go out of the gate at the same time to exit the driveway. No one knows who gets the right of way. I was surprised to have never witnessed an accident but I’ve had to pump the breaks many times entering so someone on my right could cut across the front of me to exit the lot. I think a simple “yield to entering cars” sign will help.Yes, the “security” gates are sort of a joke. They always have issues, so there are many times when the gates are just open as they wait to have it fixed. Who knows, maybe they have fixed this by the time of this post. The key fobs you get run out of juice a lot. My husband had to replace his key fob many times. It turns out it was an issue with the winter storm wiping out their system so some codes got erased. I think that was the explanation we were given.We very rarely had an issue finding parking. Coming from a big city where parking is always scarce, this was one of my main concerns. I never had to worry about it. In fact, I parked in the same few spots the entire time I lived here. With the parking sticker you get, you can park anywhere that isn’t a covered spot. The covered spots and garages are extra $. If you have the $ and always want a spot, then get a covered reserved spot or garage.The staff was always friendly in person and responsive via email. The maintenance crew was top notch and always responded within a timely manner.I really liked the location of this apartment. You have Southpark Meadows and SoCo right there. I really love living in South Austin and this apartment just felt right for us and our needs at the time.This is only my opinion and experience and will differ from everyone else’s. Only you can really decide if this community meets your needs. I wish you good luck in your search!

I am new to Texas from South Florida. I was referred to IMT Southpark by a colleague. I visited the property and loved it! The hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen (and bathrooms) is what sold me. In addition, I love having two pools, two gyms, and friendly hard-working neighbors.Noah was my leasing agent who made the move-in process very fast, pleasant and smooth! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Even after having moved in, Noah continued to be helpful anytime I had a question as he would return my calls and e-mails promptly and efficiently. If I decide to stay in Texas, I will renew my lease with IMT Southpark as well as recommend it to everyone.

I would give to the residence a 7.5/10. I live in the north part of the residence but I have found more helpful people at the south office. Nathalie is a very nice woman, always smiling, helpful and very professional. I had been less lucky with the north office. I have been in this residence for more than a year and since IMT took over the management many things had changed. Although you will be treat respectfully, they prioritize the futur residents. If you really need to have a fast answer from the north office dont show your keys when you arrived. Better to act like a new resident each time youre going to the office. After my apartment is very nice, I havent had many problems with my unit. The residence is very calm. My only problem is that IMT increased my rent although the north office is less efficient than before. I cannot justify in any way this augmentation. Business is business!

June 2019-Lived here for a little over a year now both on the North and now on the South side of the complex. I think the pool (South Side) is really nice and if you can get out there early enough there are lots of occasions you can enjoy at least an hour or so by yourself! I think the gym is about 4/5- I have gone two or three times where the treadmills have not worked but I understand with only three treadmills they must get used a lot. The apartments themselves are nice with updated fixtures and appliances. Walls are super thin so I try to be realistic with my expectations on noise. 9 times out of 10 our maintenance requests get answered and taken care of same day. I have run into circumstances where I had to check back in on things and stay on top of my requests but thats to be expected with a large complex. Management seems helpful and has always steered me to the correct person to answer my questions or concerns. I will update my review if anything changes but so far this place is worth it for the price and I feel safe and happy to live here.

After reading all of the bad reviews I almost felt obligated to post a review of my own. I have been at IMT Southpark for about 2 years, and it has been fantastic! This complex is a beautiful place to live for a great price and is close to shops and restaurants. The apartment staff are awesome about responding to complaints and notifying residents of updates/news happening in the complex, so you never feel out of the loop. While I can not comment on the gym since I have not used it, the pool is kept very clean and is a great place to go spend the day. The business center is also kept clean and organized and a good place to get work done. Finally, the staff here are really helpful and nice, and always start the conversation with a smile. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it is a great complex to move in to.

The staff at IMT SOUTHPARK are awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure that my cross country move was as smooth as possible. I worked with Corey at the onset and then Amanda (Mgr) and Raven (Supervisor).We had to do a little switch to another unit based on some of my personal preferences and they totally accommodated it with a smile. So pleasant, so professional. 5 stars baby!My movers were a week late and Amanda left a bag of essential toiletries for me and she also gave me pointers for the best local grocery stores. So kind.Pretty much all maintenance is covered in the lease and the area is quiet and well maintained.Happy to have selected this location as a first place to live as I get to know Austin.

Would recommend to the older and younger crowds.Even longer version:I worked with Tyler N. from my 1st viewing all the way thru move out and he was my main contact the whole time. The rest of the office staff is great too, shout out Ricky.They added “social nights”, like food trucks and such, and it does add hella extra value as someone who works alot; so check your emails for that.Pool is always clean and maintained, no issues with the mail or yards.Again it’s a solid pick on a place to stay if you don’t want the crazy austin life but want to be close.Edit: I have a special needs cat and the staff was always accommodating to her.

Two months in living here, we noticed that the temperature of the freezer was too cold where the entire freezer is completely frozen. In addition, the refrigerator itself is not getting cold enough to be able to store and perishable items. Notified the office and in just four hours, John Cruz from IMT maintenance arrived. He was informative and quick with switching out the refrigerator. Great service!

Figured Id wait 2 months to write a review. This is a great quiet apartment complex if youre looking for a place in South Austin. Management is friendly and very informational. Residents are friendly and smiling. The public areas are all clean all the time. We use the pool weekly. We have not had any issues as far as maintenance so its tough to comment on that. We did have one issue with the sink not draining properly when we first moved in. It was fixed immediately and we have not had issues since. I noticed some complaints about sound. We live on the third floor so I cannot speak for sound insulation between floors. But between walls the sound insulation is definitely very good. We have yet to hear anything that would be disrupting having neighbors on both ends. Valet trash is nice - although I do wish the trashcans were a bit larger. There is a dumpster available onsite for additional trash which is great. Mail & packages are a breeze. Most of the time UPS/Fedex bring it right to your door. I believe the thing that makes this place is great is the Complexs staff. They are prompt in answering emails and seem to be on top of their game in keeping the apartment well maintained. Kudos to the IMT team. A bonus is the location, everything youd ever need is within a 5 minute drive. Cant beat it.My only gripe with IMT Southpark is parking. Parking around Building 1 can get pretty tight. Although its only ever been a problem 3-4 times in the past 2 months. So it is not a deal breaker.

I recently moved out after living here for 2 years. I had a very positive experience at IMT Southpark. The only complaints I have are that some of the front desk staff have at times been rude and dismissive and off-leash dogs on the property. Management and maintenance staff have been awesome and the few issues I did have were resolved swiftly, even on weekends. Rent was reasonable and I loved the location, being next to Mary Moore and Southpark Meadows.

After reading some of these horrible reviews, I felt as though I should post one to give a balanced view. Ive lived here for 2.5 years in the South section and it has been an absolute pleasure. The only reason we are moving is to be closer to a new job 2 hours away. We live on the 3rd floor and have been the only residents in our apartment. Once in a while, we will hear music from the apartments next to us, but it has never been an issue where they are disturbing us. Weve never had to deal with any pests and I am grateful for that. There is a wasps nest that is there every summer, but WHEN we do tell maintenance about it ( because who doesnt like mosquito control) they are very diligent. Its true that that gym can be without AC at times and there always seems to be one or two treadmills down (but if we really want to work out, well go over to the North side and their equipment is usually working the 2 times weve done that). Were from NY and have people visit from there quite a bit and theyre always impressed with our place. Were really happy to have called it home and will miss it dearly.

Ive resided here since 2014, and have seen it pass through three management companies in that time, which is really rather odd. That said, Im pleased enough with the complex that Ill probably stay on for a while longer.The good: Lovely interiors, big balconies, a calm, quiet atmosphere. I rarely hear my neighbors unless theyre in the hallway, or the couple immediately above me is having another stompy dispute (just break up already, people). Im not someone who frequents the pool or clubhouse much, but theyre nice when I do go there. Gyms okay, but could use more free weights. There is an off-leash dog park within walking distance, Southpark Meadows just down the road, and Mary Moore Searight Park a short drive away. The rent is on the higher end for the area, but its fallen every year. Since the new management arrived, Im definitely seeing less dog poop and unleashed dogs around.The bad: Since IMT has taken over, non-poop related maintenance has taken a hit. A bad windstorm snapped a tree and left it partially obstructing a sidewalk, and it was unaddressed for days. It still needs to be staked back as its leaning badly. Lights around the property are going out and no one is replacing them, which was never an issue before. Its pretty clear no one is doing routine checks anymore, though I see golf carts whizzing by constantly. It seems like the maintenance team might be overwhelmed and understaffed, or the new management is being cheap.The whole arbitrary parking sticker change was a joke. I got back from a weeklong vacation in May to find a notice on my door advising me that if I didnt have a new sticker as of three days prior, I would get towed. The letter was backdated to weeks before, and as it was wedged in my door, it was not as if I could have missed it all that time. (I did see the managers comments in response to another review, and I have to ask: why on earth would you trust a towing company to distribute notices instructing people on how not to get towed? Thats absurd.) The upside is that they seem to have actual employees putting notices up lately, so hooray for progress. Hopefully the sticker fiasco was just a product of transitional chaos.Some other gripes: I pay for covered parking, but the new sticker, unlike the old ones, does not indicate that I actually have the right to park there. (Has this decision making also been outsourced to the towers? I may be in the wrong line of work if so.) There is valet trash pickup, but I work during the hours youre allowed to place trash outside your door, so I essentially get to pay $20 a month for nothing, since its not an opt-in thing. I knew this before I signed the lease, but if you work evenings and dont like the idea of paying $240 a year for the privilege of hauling your own trash to the dumpster, this is probably not the right place for you.All that said, this is pretty nice place in a good location for someone who wants a quiet place to live in south Austin, and Im pretty content on the whole. Hopefully IMT gets itself straightened out soon.

Ive been a resident for several months and have been quite pleased. The apartments are pretty typical, but well appointed. The location is great, and the staff is lovely, helpful and prompt.

My year at IMT Southpark South has been excellent--made better by the friendly and helpful front office staff like Noah! He always says hi and gives pets to our dogs, and that is so touching! Thanks, Noah!
