    Been living here for 3 years now. I feel safe here. Its always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The lead maintenance Jamie... The best in the business. Being in such an inexpensive place you cant ask for anything better!

    I moved out of Bridge at Southpoint Apartments the 30th of September, 2024. If I were asked if I would stay there again, in my opinion, I definitely would. I had to relocate to another state for a job and Brianna at the front office worked with me and did everything to make my remaining stay with a few more months extended until I had to move, hassle free. Never judge a book by its cover, because I loved my small, quaint apartment. The neighbors didn’t bother you. My surroundings were a typical apartment vibe. I was satisfied with the amenities they provided, and I wasn’t bothered by amenities they didn’t offer. The rent was well within my budget. Especially with high rent prices in ATX. Maintenance staff was very friendly, with all maintenance requests answered/completed in a timely manner. Because I didn’t move there with high expectations, my stay there was a better experience.

    I’ve been really impressed and grateful to Briana and Aisha in the leasing office, and one of the maintenance crew whose name I didn’t catch. They have all been welcoming, helpful, and conscientious. All the neighbors I’ve met have been really nice and considerate too. Overall the facility has been clean and pleasant.

    My staying at bridge at south point has been wonderful. The management staff are nice and professional, they response to maintainance issues in a timely manner.

    Been here 5 years, and the management team now is the best it’s ever been. You can tell Bri genuinely cares about making this community better, which after most of the previous managers, is a breath of gd fresh air. Aisha has been incredibly helpful and kind too.Maintenance has always been one of the strongest perks of living here. While the units don’t have washer/dryer hookups, this alleviates a lot of issues that could tie up the maintenance team, making their response time typically within 24 hours. This was especially nice when my A/C was having issues last summer. The maintenance guys are really nice as well, but I forget their names. Sorry guys!Kudos to the entire team here

    Bri knows every one of in the complex and I have never seen her knott help someone out without a smile on her face the complex feels like home than you every one who works here

    I have lived at Bridge at South Point now for 3 years…I wasn’t going to sign new lease this year but when I saw Bre was back I changed my mind, I’m staying…So excited to hear that she is our new Property Manager, great choice. Bre is awesome, so glad she is back. At least she listens and she takes care of things in a timely manner.The maintenance guy does a great job keeping property clean, he picks up trash as soon as he gets here in the mornings…Work orders are done in a timely manner…We need a strong Manager and I believe we got one now……Very quiet and peaceful here…Love calling Bridge at South Point my home…

    I love this place with all my heart, here’s a complex with down to earth compassionate people in charge, bri and everyone else at the office do an incredible job, the head of maintenance I forget his name my apologies, to this day he and his team are the best maintenance I’ve ever seen, professional genuine people, affordable, right outside the city, go for it

    Bre the Manager here at Bridge at South Point has ALWAYS been very helpful, I’m real needy sometimes and she’s been patient and caring when I’ve needed repairs or complaints. I love my apartment, it’s always quiet and well maintained, highly recommend!!!

    Office staff is so friendly and helpful. Theyre the greatest!! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Theres no w/d connection but laundry room on-site. Swimming pool is nice during the summer. Its close to SouthPark Meadows and many shopping sites. I love it here!!

    Quiet, quick maintenance service and friendly office staff. Clean apartment complex. Shopping center, HEB, Fiesta, Big Lots, Academy Sports and outdoors Golds gym are next door. Walmart is 5 minutes away

    Taryn & Monse have phenomenal costumer service! I called with questions and got all my answers, I went in for a tour and the property was beautiful very well kept and the maintenance even said Hello and were very kind. I hope to have my new home here soon!

    Wonderful place, excellent price and wonderful staff, especially one girl who does not speak Spanish, but her treatment and desire to help you leave you wanting to never leave here, sorry, I dont remember her name.

    It is a beautiful place to live, the staff is very attentive to anything you need, I recommend living in Oslo, dont think about it too much, come and rent your own apartment, everything is beautiful, Alaverca is beautiful, everything is beautiful.
