I absolutely love Indigo apartments. The neighbors are exceptionally nice and friendly. The complex is clean. We have an amazing pool and BBQ area. The gym is well stocked. Morgan is an absolute joy to be around and is always taking care of the residents. Jayden, Jaime, and Kris go above and beyond with all of my concerns. I honestly could go on about this place. Out of all of the places Ive lived at in my 35 years I can honestly recommend Bridges at Indigo as the number 1 on my list to suggest to everyone.

Ive really enjoyed my time at Bridge at Indigo! The location is perfect—conveniently close to all the essentials like Target and Sams Club, making errands a breeze. The amenities are well-maintained and add a lot of value to the living experience. I particularly appreciate the fun community events and activities; they create a great atmosphere and offer a chance to meet neighbors. The property management has been responsive and attentive, which has made living here smooth and hassle-free. So far so good. Had an issue with the A/C unit earlier this month and they were able to get it fixed the same day!!! What place does that? AMAZING! And they also replaced our A/C filter, plus 1 service. Shout out to the supervisor who fixed my A/C. The community is great, its quiet here, amazing location as its close to HEB, walmart, H-MART and so much more. No complaints.

Wrapped up a tour at Indigo with Andre and I would definitely recommend this property. I’ve previously lived in this complex years back and it’s still in great condition. The units are pretty spacious and nicely designed. I mostly appreciate how patient, transparent, and friendly Andre was during our visit!

I have lived here for a year, and about to move back. I love this property and the people kind of keep to themselves but its beautiful and the staff is super nice. They have 2 grills with unlimited gas to use, a gas firepit, valet trash pickup, water broiler for entire property, gated entry, awesome maintenance guys, and parking garages and ports. Christy is the assistant community manager and I would like to say the face of indigo. She has helped us out tremendously, and always has time for anyone the walks through her door.

This is the best place to call home in North Austin. I have been here for 3 great years. The employees are very respectful and considerate about you and your time if you have any problems. If you need a repair done it can be fixed on your time. The community is kept clean the grass is cut pretty often. (So, if youre worried about critters sneaking up on you, they dont have many places to hind). Great view from my balcony the neighbors are respectful. Great community events happening often as well. This place really feels like a home Im happy to be here!

My husband and I have recently moved in and absolutely love it here. We have recently moved from another complex where staff treated us terribly. The staff here at Indigo are absolutely amazing they actually listen and take on your concerns. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amenities are great, clean grounds and neighbors are friendly. I feel safe here and feels like home. Maintenance was needed and they were here in a snap! Absolutely amazing. Only cons I have is parking is limited but they offer covered parking and garages at a decent price and I have noisy neighbors but hey I can’t pick my neighbors. Overall a wonderful place!!!

This was my favorite community to live in so far! The management was always professional and kind, and maintenance is top notch! Daniel and his crew always get the work done asap, and make sure the job is done well. The community grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and small greenspaces. The apartment floor plans are spacious for the price! Ill miss Indigo, the only reason I left was moving out of town.

I recently moved to Indigo a little over a month ago and absolutely enjoy the place. The front office staff, both Beth and Lynn, are fantastic. Each is extremely helpful, made moving in an enjoyable experience, and are very pleasant. Moving in I found my unit to be spotless, with attention to all appliances, floors, windows, cabinets, sinks and counters.Of the few times I have registered a maintenance request each received immediate next day attention. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and sophisticated with blooming crape myrtles, roses, grand oak trees and large limestone rocks native to the area. The clubhouse, fitness center, pool, BBQ area are all well appointed, reminiscent more of a luxury resort than an apartment complex. My unit is very quiet as I never hear adjoining neighbors nor outside disturbances. As with every apartment complex, parking late evenings can be difficult, but a spot is always available. Which does not bother me, and if did I could add to the lease a reserved covered space or secured garage.

Yes, the management has changed and everyone including new office staff members has got confused and frustrated in all ways.HOWEVER, its Also the very 1st time for me to see a management(Katrina & Jamie) try their very best resolving and stabilizing awkward things for all.Theyre not the best, but neither we are.Itll be surely a better place If we get closer to them and say hi and smile at them, which, I strongly believe, would encourage and empower them in order for them to help us all out properly as well, vice versa.Life is so unbalanced but everything is reciprocal and mutual.So lets respect what and who we are.My family loves it here because of tons of things apart from little and minor things that can be understood and probably would be fixed, as a matter of time.

The team here is very helpful and understanding. i recently toured the apartments here and everything was very neat and has its place. the residents here are also very friendly. a big bonus was they are pet friendly which helps me out a lot. the pool is very clean and taken care of frequently. can’t wait to live here!!

This is a great place to live. The management team goes above and beyond to assist the residents. Because Im a little more mature than the average resident, this comes in handy. You can pay rent, order repairs, and find out about upcoming events for the residents. They helped me navigate through all of it. They also have landscaping and other common areas looked after and well maintained. The common areas have many amenities, including a gym with equipment that is first rate.

I have lived at Indigo for 4 years. What makes this an award winning place to live (I mean literally award winning) is that the management team is actively involved in maintaining and improving the facility as a top notch living experience for the residents in every way. The team is very good about taking care of any problem that arises. Issues dont get ignored here as is often the case at other communities. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend Indigo to anyone. You will enjoy life at this community.

Me and my girlfriend moved into these apartments a couple months ago and we absolutely love it here. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Specifically Ms. Ashley and Ms. Jewelya. They’re the best. We have had such a good time living here and there have been no issues at all.Update: May 4thAt this my girlfriend and I have been living here for a year and a half and we are loving our time here. I’ve stayed in multiple apartments and this one has been by far my favorite to stay in. The staff are friendly, as I said in my original review. Specially Ms. Ashley has always gone above and beyond in making sure we’re welcomed and taken care of. And Ms. Michelle has also been nothing but excellent to us. The maintenance staff are always quick to respond and resolve issues. The complex is always kept very clean and presentable. The amenities are of course a nice added bonus. The apartments themselves are perfect for my growing family as I’ve just had a son. I really can’t begin to state how much I’ve enjoyed living here. Thank you to everyone at indigo apts!

I’ve been living here just over a year now, and am so happy with the office crew for how quickly and efficiently they respond to any maintenance request! They are excellent communicators, and are always there to help! Our AC unit stopped working earlier this year and they fully replaced our AC unit!! They were very clear and we knew not to expect a super quick fix as the contractors or people who replace tire units had gotten covid and it was hard to get parts!!Also during the winter storm this February they helped out so much! They sent out resources for getting clean water and let us use the pool water for flushing toilets!!Dan is our favorite maintenance guy and is always so kind and patient with us!!!Ashley, Michelle, and all the office staff are excellent communicators and always ready to help!! They’ve also been working on a lot of improvements to the complex lately like a new gate pin pad, and improvements to the drainage system (the roads drain really well, but some of the sidewalks would pool a bit). Thank you!!I love that the trash pickup is daily, so I’m not stressing about when it’s okay to put it out.I love how beautiful and clean the complex is! The landscaping crew comes in once a week to keep everything tidy!!Neighbors are super kind!! So glad the place is insulated well! Only time I hear them is through the breezeways or from our upstairs neighbors (only when their doggo gets zoomies tho haha!)Thank you all for making this such a wonderful place to live!! 🤗

My wife and I moved in here at the beginning of April and we couldnt be happier. The apartments, appliances, amenities, parking (never an issue), the layout of the complex - everything is top notch.What makes this place far and away the best complex Ive ever lived in is the staff. Christy, Lynn, Beth, and everyone in the office routinely go above and beyond. Of course, no matter where you are, there will be issues here and there - when something comes up the entire staff is quick to take care of it and handles it perfectly. They truly make you feel at home.Can not recommend this place enough.

So far so good! Jewelya was a huge help and very friendly. She fit us in last minute and found us such a nice floor plan and for the price, you just cant beat it. And when I say last minute I mean we needed a place to move into within a week and the day we called them they fit us in for a tour and we completed the application that day! They even waived the application fee and gave us a gift card.Its right down the street from my other apartment but so much more economical, you would think the inside of the place would be archaic. Nope! Just as beautiful! The complex feels like its in a rural area because its so quiet and filled with greenery, but its right next to the mall, target, chick fil a, etc.Highly recommend this place and once you meet the staff, youll already feel like a current resident and member of the community. The entire staff is amazing! They communicate very fast, provide all the info upfront, and are efficient. I went in on a Wednesday to view the property and submit my application. Within 24hrs I was approved and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I didn’t have to reach out for any assistance and, in fact, every question I thought I had, was answered before I could even ask.The property itself is gorgeous. The amenities are top notch. Very quiet area, but still surrounded by everything you need (H-E-B, Target, Walmart, tons of food, H Mart).If you’re on the verge, just pull the trigger and go for it. You won’t be disappointed with Indigo Apts!

I am so blessed to have Christy (Asst Manager)! Shes amazing and very personable. Indigo is like family. It always has been since the day I stepped foot in Austin. Although the rent is a little steep for my small income, I cant deny how patient and understanding she is. The only con about the complex is the noisy neighbors above me. I think they tap dance in the mornings and wrestle at night. Lol!

After a grueling time of searching and being let down by other apartment complexes I have arrived at my Shang Ri La!I was commuting back and forth from College Station to Austin for work with very limited time to actually plan my move. The price was a little high but comparatively to all of the other places Ive researched this was doable for the size and amenities needed. I was almost about to settle for an efficiency and attempt to sell what wouldnt fit. Instead Ive got to buy more furniture since there is one or two spaces unoccupied by anything. I would personally like to thank Beth and India. They made the process simple and easy to make this place a quick decision. There might be a lot to regret from past experiences but this one will never become one. Come on! Bring your family/animals to Indigo Apartments and see Beth or India.

Hello... I have lived here for 4 years now and everything is very quiet... there is a lot of peace and security in terms of rental prices. It can be said that it is relatively the same as others in this area, however I have noticed with concern that lately I see some things in deterioration. For example, the most visible are: the entrance gate fails very continuously, the exit gate was crashed and broken more than two months ago and is still like this, the roofs of the parking lots since the last frost, many trees fell on them and were partially destroyed and are still like this, the street and parking light polesMany are broken for the same reason due to the past frost, the pool area, the chairs are quite deteriorated due to time, the hallways of the buildings were previously pressure washed periodically, now I have not seen it anymore. As for the green areas, it can be said that nothing more is maintained, that is, some changes are not seen, the cleanliness of the common areas of the clubhouse where the barbecue grills are located, the floor and the grills themselves are quite dirty, as well as the gym... It is only a constructive criticism to improve and continue with the good quality of life of this residential complex. It should be noted that the maintenance staff so far have been helpful, punctual and efficient, very easy-going and friendly people.
