    I want to give a big shout-out to the leasing agents here, Faith Trout and Laugdon. They were exceptional from the start. We were immediately greeted by Laugdon, who offered us water and snacks. This was reassuring, especially since the last two properties we toured left us standing around while the leasing agents played Candy Crush, and we had to ask for assistance after a few minutes.Faith had a welcoming smile and a great attitude. She made our family feel at home and showed us two floor plans. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out.

    I’m living here because I’m a huge fan of Larry Peel’s apartments. He’s built a bunch of them the same way, and they’re all built to last. These apartments are made out of huge stones and concrete, with solid wood floors and ceilings. They even have double insulation, which is great for keeping the heat in during the winter. And guess what? When it was freezing outside for a whole week, I kept taking the temperature of my cold water, and it never got below 65 degrees! But I still keep the water running as requested. That’s proof that double insulation works, and it also helps prevent pipes from freezing and bursting. Oh, and I love having a natural gas stove to cook on. If you look at the back of Larry Peel’s floorplan books in the office, you’ll see everything that’s included in the apartment, like double insulation and more. I also came here because I wanted to enjoy the spa, which will be fixed by February. The move-in was super easy and smooth. My unit was all clean and in great shape. The office staff was really helpful and informative. Larry Peel apartments are the best apartments in Austin, and I’m so glad Amp Texas owns at least one of them.

    Andre Buttelo is the man. I am a little surprised he is not in a higher management position. That man addresses me as though he owns the place and takes pride in his work. The location of these apartments are also very ideal. And I appreciate that they are fairly priced. The apartments themselves have been well designed, and well kept. I was fortunate enough to get new flooring before moving in. Its been such a pleasure living here. One thing I would like to say is the security gates have been left open for it seems now a few weeks. Not the first Ive had this happen living in apartment complexes in Austin. But the complex itself does have nightly security.Another negative is the mailboxes are outside the complex. Also the leak in the gym that could potentially cause mold if not fixed soon.

    I’ve been living here for a while now, and I can’t say enough great things about this apartment community! First off, their communication is great, they always answer the phone and are incredibly responsive. The staff is super friendly, making it a welcoming place to live. The amenities are amazing: we have a sauna, a steam room, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful community pool. It’s also incredibly safe, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. It truly feels like home here. Highly recommend!

    The apartments are beautiful. I go between the Round Rock and Central Austin area, so the location is pretty convenient for me. On top of all that, the front office holds regular events like waffle lunches and pizza parties or arranges for food trucks to come by (which are all things that I appreciate).I want to give a shout out to Barbra who helped me through the leasing process. She went above and beyond to answer my questions thoroughly and promptly throughout the leasing process and after. She always makes me feel welcome whenever I see her.I looked at several apartments before choosing this one and Im glad that this was the one I chose.Edit: Ive lived here for over half a year now and I havent had any problems. Ive put in two maintenance requests which were both resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks, Hussein, for the quick fixes!

    My Leasing Agent, Andre, has now helped me find my perfect home at Bridge at Heritage Woods TWICE now. After my dog needed surgery on his knee, I needed to find a first floor unit that would meet all our needs. Andre is extremely patient and great about checking in to see if you need anything and is willing to help with the transition process from top-to-bottom. I’ve never had a better experience at an apartment complex, as I have at this one. Not only has the service and tenant support been outstanding during my time here, the facilities are amazing and have improved the quality of life for both me and my pup. Love my neighbors as well! As a single young woman, feeling safe in a home in Austin is very important. I can honestly say I’ve never once felt unsafe at Heritage Woods. 10/10 recommend. I even convinced a friend to move here a few months ago, and she’s loving it! If you’re on the fence, call them up and ask for Andre! You’ll be in good hands.

    I must say, my experience at this apartment complex has been absolutely wonderful for both me and my partner so far. The staff members here are not only incredibly friendly but also highly professional. They go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Moreover, the variety of events and activities organized for residents is truly impressive. We recently signed up for a free yoga class by the pool and are considering attending a movie night event as well. These events provide excellent opportunities to mingle with neighbors and forge new friendships. I genuinely look forward to stopping by the front desk to greet the staff and sign up for any upcoming events that catch our interest.The maintenance team here is outstanding. They are prompt, efficient, and extremely effective in resolving any issues we encounter. Whether its a minor problem like figuring out how to operate the dishwasher or dealing with a small leak in the wall, we simply submit an overnight request, and the team springs into action. Hussein, one of the maintenance workers, deserves special mention for his exceptional service. He promptly addressed our housing concern the very next day, leaving us impressed and immensely satisfied with the support and care we receive while living here at Bridge.Overall, I cannot stress enough how delighted we are with our decision to live in this apartment complex.     Great place to live. Two nice pools, indoor spa with fitness enter, whirl pool, steam room and sauna, large club house, parcel locker. Plenty of parking with no annoying visitor parking policies. Apartments are newer and well maintained. Staff is very responsive. Hussein from maintenance did a great job getting all maintenance requests taking care of above and beyond expectations.

    Ive been living at the Bridge for over a year and the been a standout experience in apt.living for me. The place obviously cares about how it looks and fulfills peoples needs for beauty, health/wellness, safety, and quality of life. But by far the standout experience here is the customer service/staff in the business center. Brianna, Andre and Faith never fail to offer a smile, warm greeting, and helpful demeanor.This month I ran into a problem when auto-pay didnt collect my rent due to a new replacement credit card that wasnt registering. Despite multiple attempts to correct it, no payment was made and I got hit with a hefty late fee. I went into the business center and a new agent (Faith) stepped up to help me sort it out. We were unable to get it done and I left quite frustrated. I walked out amazed at how poised and professional she was in the face of a frustrated, unhappy tenant.Finally today I went in and met with Brianna Orozco, the Community Director. She is the epitome of poise, grace and professionalism. She patiently listened as I took her through the entire ordeal, then went online to look at my account. She pinpointed where the trouble was blocking the payment, and then patiently walked me through the considerable process to resolve it. However even that was stalled due to a misread on my cards status, and even the bank didnt help. Finally, Brianna said, Im just going to delete this whole profile and create a new one for you. It was almost an hour of trudging through all of this just to get me set up, and the entire time, never once was there any sign of frustration, loss of patience, or lack of respect. She was kind, professional, and pleasant through a fairly unpleasant situation, which made the whole thing infinitely easier for me to keep my cool. She single-handedly made the difference in my day today.I marvel as this staffs professionalism but when meeting Brianna, one comes to understand how the tone is set at the top. Shes created a remarkable climate in the Business Center that permeates throughout the living community. Thank you Brianna and Team for making this the best place to live in Austin!

    Such a great experience! Stopped by on a Saturday Morning a bit too early for the office to be open! But just as I turned to leave, because i was going come back when it opened.     My AC unit was not working properly. Called the office and in no time Hassein was here to save the day! Hassein fixed the problem in no time along with giving me helpful tips to make sure the AC continues to run smoothly with no problems.I must say I am very impressed with the property and the staff here. Office staff always welcoming and inviting and the property grounds are well kept at all times. Not to mention how quiet it is and my neighbors are very nice. This is the type of property that makes you feel truly at home. Keep up the good work.

    A little late to this but I do want to say how much I love this complex! I want to shout out maintenance for always being awesome and being attentive! Hussein and Kaelbis came separately for different maintenance issues awhile back and got it done in a super timely manner!     I’ve had my fair share of apartments over the past ten years and I’ve never felt the same feeling of being at home as I have here. Andre was the most helpful with helping us get past any hurdles we had to move in. Once we moved in, best decision ever. Hussein and Mario take ownership in their jobs, any problem is promptly taken care of. In the last 8 years, I’ve lived in a place that had a pool I didn’t find too appealing and I have been to the one here more in the past two months than I have in any of the last places combined. Highly recommend, attitude of staff combined with quality of amenities should make it a no brainer.

    Andre was extremely helpful in coordinating a tour and facilitating pre-move-in requirements. Since moving here recently, Ive really enjoyed living in the unit! Upon moving in, I did submit a few maintenance requests. Those issues were fixed within 24 hours by Hussein. There is plenty of parking, I like the secluded feeling yet still being close to many things, and the unit itself is beautiful with a lot of natural light.

I love the spacious balcony with views into the thoughtfully landscaped exterior. The tree-filled natural setting is quiet and peaceful. I’m so excited to use the sauna and steam room for at-home spa days! There’s also a large park right across the street with trails to run and bike. The architecture is stunning and timeless. Community events take place every 2 weeks at the pool. This place is perfect!

    Have lived here for a year, and it’s been great. Maintenance is always super responsive and the front desk is always helpful in answering questions. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only reason we’re leaving is because we are moving states. Would renew our lease otherwise.

    Just moved in to The Bridge a couple days ago and we are absolutely LOVING it here. Barbra, Hussein, and Andre have been extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and needs. From helping us find the best unit that suited our family, making repairs within 24 hours of move-in, and adding our ESA to the lease. The architecture of the buildings, pool surrounded by trees, and the steam room/sauna combo next to the loaded gym makes the complex feel like a Tucson resort. So excited to be here for a year and maybe more!

    Overall super enjoyable living. Excellent quality construction, solid amenities, friendly staff and nice greenery in the complex.Im taking off one star because toward the end of my tenure, there was an attempted theft of my car, by some people who hopped the fence. Management cant easily prevent that, but they had no footage of anything. Theyve had other issues with crime this year as well, so security seems to have been lacking. To my knowledge they have taken several steps to improve it.

    This is our second year living here and we only stayed because the management changed. (It’s good now, keep reading!) The old management was BEYOND horrendous, and was headed by one Leeleen Sundebeck. I sincerely hope no one reading this has the incredible misfortune of meeting this woman. Leeleen lives to terrorize the communities she manages. If you are thinking of hiring her, DONT. You’d be better off with a monkey, at least it would actually be kind and nice to look at.With the NEW and improved management, the property is improving. The management team itself is kind and seems like they actually work to make sure our living environment is nice. They also know what they are doing - CRAZY! The maintenance is fantastic. Not only has the property done a 180, but you can tell the staff is working hard to fix the issues and create an awesome community.Special recognition for our favorite staff member, Hussein. Hussein works with maintenance and is 20/5 stars. Amazing. Quick and extremely friendly. Is so full of positive energy. This will mark the first time we’ve actually enjoyed a maintenance visit - odd to say (considering it’s maintenance requests) but we can’t wait to place another one just to see Hussein!

    Part 1 of 2Disclaimer: This is a comprehensive review from an out-of-state clinician who moved here just 2 weeks ago. I picked this complex out of 8 other contenders exclusively in the North Austin area, including some in The Domain. There are no current edits to the review (unless something egregious occurs warranting modification of the rating).TL, DR: Friendly staff, clean grounds, safe environment, management has good reviews, in-house spa, pet friendly, spacious apartments with modern-ish finishes/details/accents.Location: The apartment complex is well-situated near the highway but is far away enough that you do not get any smog or pollution. Major supercenters (Costco, Lowes, Target, Walmart, HEB) are within a 5-10 minute drive. Walnut Creek Park (7 mile trails) is literally across the boulevard. NAMC (Hospital) is a quick 12 minute drive away. 10-12 minutes from The Domain.Amenities: Sauna, Steam room, gym, and jacuzzi are operating 24 hours a day. Facilities are cleaned daily, they are well kept, and have not had any issues. Lounge area is elegantly decorated and management offers complimentary snacks and drinks available for all tenants. Pool area houses two outdoor grills, plenty of seating, and 2 pools - one small, one large. Not many apartment complexes have spa facilities and those that do (i.e. Langdon) reportedly struggle with maintenance repairs and frequent closures. That is not the case here at Bridge at Heritage Woods - they have been working and impeccably clean since I moved in. These amenities do wonders for mental health (and obv physical health as well). Gym is decently-sized, has a squat rack, separate yoga/stretching room.Cost: Cost is fair for the location and the amenities. Application fee waived for healthcare providers/workers.Maintenance: Always observed hustling - much respect. Whether its cleaning the pool, driving to fulfill maintenance requests, picking up small litter, fixing the gate when idiots try to drive-in as its closing, the guys are always observed working hard.Management: Leasing and management have been professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly from day one. Apartment walk-through videos on their website are professional, well-made, and not done with that terribly annoying 3D feature, thankfully. Appointments for apartment viewing were all timely and coordinated through the website. Really wish I wouldve been reimbursed the $13 (thirteen) I spent for the apartment toilet out of simple just principle, and more so out of courtesy since I helped out with the license plate of the guy who drove through the gate but at least they were nice about it and explained the maintenance request process after denying my reimbursement request. Alas, everyone has been genuinely warm and sincerely friendly.

    Love this place. I dont understand the poor reviews people are leaving here. The complex is really nice. I dont believe you can find any better for the price. Yes rent has gone up here but it has gone up everywhere. I personally dont want to pay the increase so I am leaving but I am leaving Austin because rent is crazy everywhere here.Having said all that, the apartment is beautiful. it doesnt really feel like Im living in an apartment. The staff are all incredibly nice! The amenities are amazing. Parking is kind of rough would be my only downside to living here so I recommend paying a little extra for a garage or covered spot. Sad to be leaving here and would have stayed had Austin not become so expensive overall! Walking on the walnut creek trail every day has also been a massive bonus!!!

    Part 2 of 2 - review continuedLeasing: Andre has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. From the first encounter when we toured the apartment to now, he’s been warm, honest, and proactive about any concerns.Parking: Outdoor, unassigned spots abound. One car per leaseholder allowed. Carports and individual garages are available at extra cost but proximity is not guaranteed. I lucked out with a carport and locked garage near my building. The complex is not so large that youd be walking far anyway but something to consider. For those new to Texas: consider the hail season. Yes, it really damages your car - I learned the hard way my second night here.Pets: Pets allowed with deposit and monthly pet rent ($20). Management hosts pet-friendly events (costume contest in October!). Shaded walkways along all buildings, plenty of green/shaded areas, small dog park. Most tenants are responsible and observed cleaning up after their dogs but you will always find an uneducated as*hole or 2 anywhere you go that doesnt clean up after their dog - same here.Traffic: N Lamar Blvd sometimes gets little bit busy at peak hours but it seems to be a general Austin problem due to rapid expansion and poor public transportation infrastructure. If youre from a major metropolitan city (NYC or LA), youre fine - traffic is quite light in comparison, no matter what the locals say...Except in the Domain at peak times - envision a multitude of younger, inexperienced, soft but entitled drivers with Teslas trying to navigate around each other around a maze of narrow streets with stop signs all over the place ... thats what you get in The Domain. I digress...Tenants: My interactions have been pleasant thus far with those encountered walking inside the complex and using the facilities. People are respectful of the grounds, respectful of personal space. There has been some observed dog poop not picked up and I did observe one person littering but Im not sure if some units are used as short-term rentals. If you walk around you will notice a lot of people make an effort to make their balconies look really aesthetic and curated, which speaks to the caliber of tenants. There is a program in places that allows for income-restricted residents and one or two tenants have been observed stuffing their backpacks with snacks but everyone has been respectful and no ghettoness has been observed. The complex is very well-maintained.Diversity: As a young, educated professional from NYC, diversity in the neighboring community was an important factor in selecting this apartment complex. Diverse food trucks abound in the area!!! Ethnic supermarkets - Eurasian, Desi Brothers, Hana World Market, MT, Los Hermanos Supermarket, are about a 5-10 minute drive away. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are only 10 minutes away in The Domain.Cons: Sellers always tell you why you should buy something, I always like to ask them to give me three reasons why I would not buy their product. It really changes the dynamic. Same here, but I was only able to find one concern. Walnut Creek Park is huge with 7 mile trails and crosses into The Domain area. As with any large wooded area, you will find your troll/tweaker encampments. There was some concern of tweakers from the park coming into the complex before moving in but thankfully a couple of Texas State Troopers live in the complex and strategically park their vehicles by the front gate as a deterrent. It really, really helps.

    Pros:- Excellent access to / from I-35 in either direction.- Close to several HEBs, whole foods, and many restaurants- Some great breweries only a few minutes away- The park across the street is nice and has EV chargers- The apartment is nicely wooded and doesnt have the feed of a giant apartment sitting in a parking lot.Cons:- The administration of the apartment complex wants you to put a towing companys sticker on your car so you dont get towed. This is in addition to the RFID sticker to open the gates. Very tacky.- The want you to use silly arm bands to use the pool.- There seem to be tweakers that wonder the area, my car got broken into.- They give you RFID keys to open a few gates, but then others are combination locks. Seems strange and would be much more convenient to have everything be RFID- A few strange things inside the apartment; ceiling fan that was very off center in the master bedroom, smaller than usual refrigerator with no ice maker, missing paint behind the toilet.Overall this is a nice apartment and I would recommend them and rent from them in the future.
