I’ve lived here for 3 years now and my experience has mostly been wonderful, and I want to highlight the gentlemen that maintain this building and property - BEST maintenance crew I’ve ever come across. My fridge just went out on Christmas Day and Aslan came to fix it. Mind you he lives off premise, 45 min away. This is the second time he’s responded to one of my emergency maintenance requests and has gotten here as quickly as he can. An absolute gem. The current management has been great as well. They’ve taken immense initiative to keep this property safe and are very responsive, caring, and communicative. I appreciate the work being done here!

I lived here from June 2021 until July of 2023. Overall my experience here was mostly great. I had a great view of the pool on the 4th floor and maintenance was very helpful when I needed them. This place did transition to different management while I was here and the one negative aspect about that was security regarding packages I ordered. One got stolen while I was gone and one almost got stolen but got returned to the front desk when the person probably didnt end up wanting my item and just probably said they grabbed it by mistake. I hope thats not currently an issue here going forward from my departure in mid 2023. Overall, not a bad place. Maybe a little more care with packages ordered by residents but other than that my experience was solid.

Aslan did an excellent job! I had an issue where the outlet on my table caught fire when I plugged in my laptop charger, and the lights went out. He came promptly, explained what had happened, and fixed everything perfectly. Now everything works flawlessly! He even showed me how to turn the lights back on if it happens again. Aslan is a friendly, professional, and pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into the apartments here and have had a great experience! The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help with my concerns. Julie and Brendan were particularly helpful with my move-in process. The apartment is beautiful and clean and I have had no issues with bugs or anything in the apartment. Their maintenance team came the same day I needed help and left a note to confirm what was done which I really enjoyed compared to other apartments that say they helped with no confirmation/ fix. All in all, Im very happy with the process and would recommend it to others!

If you’re thinking of living here, here’s what I can tell you as a resident since 2021:- The property has been through 2-3 ownership changes since we moved in, but the current (AMP) is the best! They get points for timely communication, staying on top of repairs- Scott (who has been with the property since we moved in) is an invaluable member of the team! He (and his team) know the property inside & out, and will repair or replace *ANYTHING* in a timely manner! This has been the highlight of living here. Knowing that no matter what happens, the maintenance team will correct the issue ASAP and I don’t have to worry about my apartment degrading over time.- Brennan (Leasing office, front desk) is helpful, professional & kind. It’s nice to see him around!- Over the years, there have been issues with FOBs + entries, elevators, package lockers, broken entry/exit gates — however, I believe these incidences to be inevitable & expected for most properties. What’s important is what is done to correct the issue when it shows up.- Our unit is right near the road, so there can be road noise & sirens at all hours. This is one reason we’ve decided to relocate.- We’ve struggled with package theft/failed deliveries. I don’t believe there are enough package lockers to accommodate a building with this many units. As a result, FedEx/Amazon/UPS drivers are forced to deliver to your door, and with a building this big being difficult to navigate, that doesn’t always happen.Overall, it’s been a nice place to live & the location cannot be beat. 🙂

I decided to tour the Bridge at Henley the second week of July. I was finally able to afford to live in a complex like this. A mix of nerves combined with excitement came over me. This was my number one choice for prospective apartments to move into. Upon arrival, I was greeted with friendly smiles and positive vibes. Julie Auyeung, the Assistant Community Director, showed me around and answered my questions. After submitting my application, it only took a couple of days to find out I was approved. Julie held my hand every step of the way. She answered my emails promptly, and now I am privileged to say I move into my new apartment in less than a week. Im super pumped and grateful for this opportunity. I plan on living here for the next 2-3 years. For the first time in a long time, I will have a home that I will feel proud of every time I return. Thank you, Julie, for your assistance and consideration with everything.

5 stars for SCOTT from maintenance (and the leasing staff)!!! 3 stars for the building itself. Things I wish Id known before moving in: 1.) E Riverside Drive is the noisiest street Ive ever lived on in my life. Austin Fire Station is less than a mile up the street so you will hear every single fire truck if you get a unit facing this street. Cop cars almost every 2 hours. Ive seen 4 car accidents at the intersection in a month and a half of being here. Cars blasting music will shake your apartment, and some of the loudest cars for no reason. (I understand the building cant control this, but I wish there were 1 bedrooms on the opposite sides of the building) 2.) The GORGEOUS pool (which is why I chose this complex) is actually only 3ft deep all the way around. Standing pool, not swimming pool. 3.) Tons of dead cricket bodies all over the hallways especially closer to the doors for the parking garage. 4.) 3rd floor parking garage fan hasnt worked so its incredibly hot/humid when it rains/and stuffy. 5.) Walls are a little thin, I can hear my neighbors tv and my other neighbor was working on his next album... 6.) Trash valet is cool when the neighbors use it properly, which one of mine does not. So warm trash festering for 2 days (on the off days that they still put it out) in the hallway can get a bit smelly.I do want to reiterate, property management can completely change your experience at a complex. Im still fighting with property management over my security deposit from almost 4 months ago now, where they refuse to respond to me. Everyone responsible for property management here (AMP) is PHENOMENAL and professional. Even with the issues I have with the building itself, the people make this complex worth it regardless. Even though Ill be relocating next year because of the noise, I would still recommend this complex to others!

I love when you come to a community and you are able to deal with staff that are professional, polite, positive attitude and go above and beyond to help you out. Before I came to tour the community, I spoke to Julie on the phone. Every question that I inquired about was answered that day. I then got off work, and toured the property that same week. I love working with someone who is able to put your mind at ease when you’re already going through a hard time in your personal life. She went out of her way to keep me updated on the process of my application and everything. I moved in my place in June and she made my move in process so easy and smooth. LOOK NO FURTHER! I am updating this because....This place is great! Its a beautiful, well maintained property. But even better is that the people running things are AWESOME! Ill start by saying that I am coming from a truly fabulous apartment community in LA and Bridge at Henley is totally matching my expectations of great apartment living.The leasing specialists (Brennon and Giovana) are excellent. They are communicative, efficient, professional and friendly! The process of renting an apartment while in another state is a bit complex but I was never at a loss for help and guidance. And now that I am here in Austin, they continue to be totally and always dependable.The manager Brad is super friendly and helpful ALWAYS. The office staff is stable and dependable. Julie is the assistant manager and she is a star!Now regarding maintenance (KEY to any property): I cannot praise them enough!! Scott the maintenance manager is absolutely terrific. He and his team (Josh and Aslan) are fast, efficient and friendly. Cant ask for more. Jacqueline cleans around the building and does a fantastic job! The place looks great and is kept up SO well.The property itself is beautiful with a fully stocked gym and cycling room with all the extras. The pool is gorgeous, and they have some courtyards with BBQ, ping pong and much more. Inside you can find a number of meeting rooms that are super stylish and comfortable. Some have huge TVS and computer desk and chairs, and others are obviously more for meetings. VERY nice.I cant thank everyone there enough and highly recommend Bridge at Henley with NO hesitation!

I am a 3rd party delivery service driver who had a package delivered to the property on a Saturday. I was having trouble contacting the customer. I came in through the leasing office not expecting it to be open, Geovana Navarro was gladly able to assist me to the right direction. After I completed my delivery, Geovana personally allowed me to use the restroom (that’s usually closed on weekends) after a long busy morning. I appreciate the generosity that Geovana shown me. Overall she is an amazing employee and the property looks amazing.

The Bridge at Henley is one of the nicest apartment communities on Riverside. The management team is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Location is amazing; 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown, and lots of great local restaurants/shops!

I live in this apartment complex for a year, however I decided to move out. There are some aspects that i do not like and sometime i do not feel safe living here, however i feel like their no safe place or BETTER place unless you live in your own house.I like the location (close to downtown), convenient if you need to take a highway, close to the airport. The amenities are good here, pool, gym, lounges and etc. I personally didnt have any issues with my apartment. I wanted to give a shot out to Bradley, who helped me with some questions regarding move out, and Scott (maintenance) - he fixed the issue in my apartment on timely manner.Besides that, you can read other reviews and make your decision if you want to move in here ;)

A pleasant surprise that current management is trying their best to turn this apartment complex around! I saw the maintenance men Scott and Aslan determinedly fix the broken T.V.s throughout the complex as well as doing the back breaking work of steam cleaning the carpets with a hand held. The carpets are notorious for its poor smell due to trash leakage from the valet trash (outside company). Thank you for your hard work and I hope a larger carpet cleaner comes in soon!

We had a problem with our blinds opening. The maintenance came the same day I put the request in and fixed it. Aslan was the one that helped and got it done so fast. The blinds are working great now!

I love my apartment and the amenities are amazing, but this review is mostly for the maintenance team.They are always friendly, helpful, and smiling but today they went above and beyond! My car battery died while parked in the garage. Dustin and Danny helped me push my car to a place where it could be jumped, spent 20 minutes with me trying to get it started, and made sure I made it to the car parts store safely. I LOVE BRIDGE AT HENLEY STAFFF MEMBER Brennan Martinez!!!!! He is the best and was so helpful and was able to work with me to meet my housing needs and want to sign with the Henley after months of apartment searching this was the best staff and apartment by far!! The minute after my tour with Brennan I immediately filled out the application and applied in the leasing office! If you are interested in living at the Henley decently request for Brennan to assist you as he is amazing at his job and I can’t wait to live at the Henley so soon!!!

I went to tour Henley Riverside yesterday and all I can say is wow! When I walked in, I got a very warm and inviting feeling about the complex. The gentleman whom took me on a tour by the name of Kenny was absolutely amazing. He is extremely professional, had amazing energy and I love the enthusiasm that he had while taking me on my tour. He literally showed me everything Im missing out on by not choosing to live at the Henley, and there is alot to miss out on!Overall, the complex is huge with lots of great amenities. Based on my tour with Kenny, I can tell my future interactions with the office staff will be great. When the apartment I want becomes available, I can certainly see this being a future home for me.

I have lived at Aura Riverside since February 2020, I am extremely pleased with the building, amenities, location, management and maintenance.Every morning during the week I wake up to a very clean smelling hallway, gym and business center. If anything goes wrong in my apartment, maintenance is quick to fix any issue.During the pandemic, all of the office staff dealt with all of us (residents) as graciously as they could. While keeping us safe they were also great at ensuring we had access to our amenities even if the time was limited.It is a new building, therefore, I expect mishaps would occur. I do believe that management tries to find solutions efficiently and effectively.Aura Riverside is really pet friendly as well.I highly recommend looking into residing here. It’s also advisable to lay low and away from some hyper dramatic residents. They’re easy to spot!

Best Decision for an apartment Near Downtown! I looked at several apartments on Riverside and Aura was head and shoulders above.Staff has always been professional, competent, and accommodating. The amenities are 5-star, the pool and gym are like a resort. My apartment is modern and spacious. Garage parking and I upgraded to a reserved parking spot. The rent is pricey but i believe you get what you pay for.
