    I absolutely love living here! I love the feel of a home, rather than an apartment and the big yard that I have. The maintenance team here is awesome, they are so friendly and are always quick to fixing whatever you may need. I definitely plan on living here for quite a while!!

From a foodie lovers paradise to grocery stores and convenient spots, its like living in the heart of everything cool.Now, brace yourself for the extra goodies – every unit comes with a private backyard! Its like having your own little kingdom. And the pricing? Fair and square, my friend.Lexi and Lisa have this magical touch that turns neighbors into friends and keeps the place looking Instagram-ready. Need maintenance? Blink, and its done – usually the same or next day.So, big shoutout to these amazing ladies for turning our move into a breeze and making The Bridge at Good Night Ranch not just a place to live, but a seriously enjoyable experience.     This apartment complex is everything!!! The I love love love LISA!!! She made us feel so welcomed and answered any questions I had!Had to come back and do an updated review from above! As I have officially moved in and I love my home even more now! I love the freedom of having my own yard and no neighbors upstairs or downstairs! Lisa has been such a great help and I could not thank her enough! Maintenance is always very responsive and they get a 5 star review from me too!

    We came from Florida to look for places to rent and we had been to 9 different places before we came to the Bridge. Lisa was absolutely amazing and so helpful. First impressions are huge for me, so she nailed it. I would definitely recommend the Bridge. 5 STARS

    When I first started my apartment hunt I was very overwhelmed. However when my girlfriend and I went to visit this property, Lexi was very knowledgeable, open, and sweet! We applied on-site the same day we viewed the unit, we even got our application fees waived! Lexi informed us of our approval within hours and sent over all the information we needed to complete to get fully approved. Once we signed our lease, and provided the documents- she has been totally transparent, responsive, and reassuring every since we’ve met her. She answers our emails quickly, answers all of our phone calls, and ensured we are confident and secure with our move that is upcoming. Lexi is amazing and this property is blessed with her. I cannot wait to move and be a resident!

    Lisa the property manager and her assistant, Ingrid are amazing. Coming from an old complex where we had problem after problem. This was the most relieving move. The staff is friendly and they really care to make your experience a good one. The units are spacious and it’s a bonus that they’re technically houses and have little yards. My girlfriend and I talk about it everyday how happy we are with the move. And it’s a bonus how close shops are and how big of a variety there is to choose from.

    Lisa Petri has made Bridge at Goodnight Ranch feel like home! She will always make time for you to come into the office with any problem you have and give you a quick solution! I have felt very taken care of throughout my year stay. Gustavo the maintenance man is your go to “I can get anything done man”. I am beyond happy with the service I have received here!! Top qualities: friendly neighbors, great staff, efficiency, and low traffic.

    My boyfriend and I found Urbana while they were still in the framing stages. We were so excited to hear the amazing pricing options, see the spacious floor plans, and learn about all the amenities. We could not believe everything Urbana had to offer and after being moved in for 2 months now, we can say that they upheld the standard we set for them. Sunny has been the best property manager we could ask for. She answered all our questions before move in and was completely transparent about every detail, which was a big deal to us! She has gone above and beyond, and we couldnt be happier living in our perfect Yardhome! I highly recommend Urbana - you will not regret signing a lease here!P.S. Sunny even sent my boyfriend and I Tiffs Treats at our workplaces! We both got to share with our colleagues and we all enjoyed them! Thank you so much, Sunny! Best way to brighten up a Monday, thats for sure!

    I like living here a lot. Love my home so much - this is my favorite place I have ever lived in Austin because I finally don’t have neighbors on top of me or right next to me. It just feels real private. The office people are always nice and helpful with me, and maintenance does what they need to do.I think if you’re living in south Austin that this place is super cool but you do have to keep in mind that it isn’t super close to downtown.Lock your car like you would anywhere because there are kids that will check to see if it’s unlocked. We haven’t had issues with that in a while but it did happen a few times.The gates stay broken but tbh I don’t have a problem with that because I’ve never lived anywhere that gates work right.Some of the neighbors are a little bit kooky but everybody I’ve met is nice at leastThe dog park is pretty cool and I personally haven’t seen too many people not pick up after their pet although it happens here like everywhere elseI’m excited to be here and renew my lease

    Beautiful apartment homes with immaculate amenities. The private yard is a great touch as well as the ring doorbells. Excellent price and value for the for the high quality appliances and finishes they have in each home. It is very quiet and private. The staff has been nothing short of remarkable. They respond quickly and professionally. The location in South austin is close to many activities, shops, restaurants, and bars.

    Urbana at Goodnight ranch is a great property! I was looking at renting here but decided to move elsewhere because they did not have EV charging. Everything was really great other than that and location. I really wish I couldve made this my home. Kaylie was fantastic and did so much for me as a first time renter. She is an amazing addition to the team and should not be taken for granted. I appreciate all the work the team put in for me and it does not go underappreciated. If at any time they install a charger or have another property with yard homes closer to town I will certainly be interested. Definitely rent here!!

    My experience living here so far has been amazing. What really proved it is how our community all banded together during Snowmaggedon. Whenever one neighbor needed something another neighbor was there to offer it to them or we all came together to figure out whatever it was that was needed. We were all supporting each other and there for each other like a real community should be. The maintenance guys are always on top of doing whatever it is that needs to be done and the ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. What a blessing it is to have such helpful and compassionate and understanding ladies that work up in the office. These ladies have helped me more than they ever should’ve helped and I will forever be grateful for them and this company that has created this community. Thank you All for everything that you do for us residents every day. You never know the impact that you could have on somebody’s life.

    Travis in the office was absolutely fantastic! Thank you again, for taking the time to sit with me and go over everything the city of Austin has to offer. As someone relocating to Texas all the way from Florida, you were an asset in the transition! If you end up leasing at Urbana, your experience wont be anything shy of amazing if you deal with Travis!

    I have to say I was very impressed with this community! I am looking at relocating to the area from out of state and this community is definitely my #1 pick! I love the privacy and not having to worry about the noise you would often experience with a traditional apartment complex. Its the perfect fit for someone who wants to live in a house, but doesnt want to purchase a home.
