I have to say, when I read some reviews, I wasnt sure what to think. But I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that while this complex may have had a rough patch while transitioning to new management, they have done a phenomenal job of remediating the issues that individuals were dealing with.Understand, that these apartments, while very nice, are not brand new. Are apartments going to have problems? Of course they are. But how management deals with those problems and how they treat their tenants is of main concern. I can say personally that the move in process was smooth, Angelica and most of the other staff have been very courteous and maintenance have been quick to resolve my issues, which havent been too many. The office is open most of the day, even after work so if you need something you always feel like you can drop in and ask. Im not sure what may have been going on in the past, and things may not be the same for you as they were for me. but thats exactly what I think it is, the past.If I were to say something bad, I would say I dont like the web site they have. Its a template style site that you see with other complexes, clunky and not aesthetically pleasing at all, which sets a precedence that they are not up to standard. On the page that shows availability, I would take that with a grain of salt as they are not 100% accurate. However, all that said, it is functional and everything on the tenant side works just fine from paying your bill, filling out the application and submitting maintenance requests.Drop in and see Angelica, she she has a smile that will have you mesmerized and a demeanor that makes you feel comfortable and at home.

I have to say trying to find a rental is stressful enough. My application was submitted during a change in management and I thought I was left hanging but Nathan worked with me to get it done. He has been nothing but amazing. The office is warm and welcoming and staff is always nice. I am so happy to be a resident here.

Alejandro from maintance provided the best service I have experienced in my long renting history. I put in the request a week ago; he came in with sense of urgency and explained to me that he was waiting for the appliance to come and install it. The communication was always there, he then came in, installed it and even cleaned the surroundings when he finished! While he cleaned he noticed a loose cabinet door and a burnt light bulb and he immediately change it too. Overall Alejandro has been one of the best maintenance technicians I have worked with.

Leaving a second review and this is for Alejandro!! (Google doesn’t allow for multiple reviews of the same business, what a drag!) The water heater at my unit unexpectedly broke on a Sunday (leaving me with no hot water by that evening) but by late Monday morning, I had running hot water thanks to Alejandro!! He came by to check it out and within an hour he was back to let me know the water heater had been replaced and fixed. He even checked to ensure I had hot water after all was said and done. Very happy I did not have to stress about this for too long. Thanks so much Alejandro!!Hussein saved me during the New Year holiday weekend! The deadbolt cylinder broke off my front door, preventing me from locking my own apartment from the outside. If I needed to go anywhere, I felt uneasy leaving my possessions and pet behind an unlocked door. Fortunately, Hussein went out of his way by driving an hour and half to my apartment to fix my lock. If he hadn’t come by, I would’ve had to wait till Jan. 2nd to have it fixed. I’m super lucky he was around. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes, and we tested it together to make sure it worked. I didn’t even have to change keys!

I actually really love my apartment and the layout of it, I especially LOVE the maintenance men here. They are literally so helpful and nice and always go above and beyond to fix things. This place is close to all the places one would need to go, And BEAUTIFUL SCENERY! However the office staff could use some work in the customer service department, Angelica always has an attitude and makes residents feel like we are a burden to come in the office. Anytime I have ever encountered the office staff with her in it she has been rude or try’s to are with a resident about opening the package locker (because we should be getting “emails “ when the Amazon employee confirmed if it’s not shipped through Amazon then an email will not come through for the locker) but other than that I really do love it here! I do wish they would fix the entrance gates though it would be nice to have that sense of security.

I actually moved in today and Jasmine was so amazing. I did have a little hiccup, but Jasmine got me through it. She was awesome. Customer service was great. She was understanding always there fast easy process. I would definitely recommend now it is gonna be my first night thing so I’ll give another 30 day or maybe a 90 day review.

Shout out to Hussein and AMP team for being so agile and skillful to help us taking care of our homes!Great application process, great staff, huge help from Angelica to get my things going! I really hope they keep up with this initial rating so I can come back with other 5 stars as I experience this place :)

Overall, my experience has been good over the course of the last five years since my wife and I and our adult son have lived at Bridge at Canyon Creek. I live seven minutes from my job, so in my particular case, our apartment location makes for a very convenient commute. I do a lot of running, and the road just outside the apartment is a nice place to go running as theres a bit less traffic there.Although there have been some maintenance issues in the past, a new maintenance crew was recently hired, and my wife and I have noticed an improvement. Hussein, the new head of maintenance (as of December, 2023) did a fantastic job fixing six unresolved issues. He worked quickly and efficiently, and my wife and I were very pleased with the results!

Easy move in process. Mel is always awesome every time I see her. Loren is new but shes pleasant to all the residents. Jasmine and Angelica are also very nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues are handled fairly quickly. The residents in the neighborhood are also pleasant and the location is perfect. I feel safe no matter what time Im outside.

I was in search of a new home close to my job. I never remember signing up to view Bridge at Canyon Creek. One morning I get dress and get a call from Ms.Jasmine and her voice sound so sweet and welcoming over the phone I had to come in. Once I view the property I instantly fell in love. From that point on I could not stop talking about the custom service. Even after moving in my unit I ran into a situation and begin working with Mrs.Lauren and even her voice and tone was very warming. When I felt overwhelmed and discourage both ladies assured me and my children was in good hands. If I could tell the whole world about how amazing these ladies and their customer service I would.

Hi. I would like to share my experience about moving to the Bridge at Canyon Creek. It all started in April, Due the covid booster shots I was diagnosed with two blood clogs one going to the brain and one going to my heart. I was rushed to Saint David’s Hospital from San Angelo, Texas three to four hours away hours away. I was told I needed to move to Austin to improve my Condition. As I was looking around Austin. A very nice lady from one of the sister properties told me about Bridge at Cannon Creek. When I drove up to the property. My eye was amazed at how clean and beautiful the place was. When I walk in to the office. It was beautiful with a pleasant smell. And so professionally clean. I know this was the place I could heal and start a new life. The office ladies was so nice and friendly. Well to my surprise, I was approved. Now don’t forget this was April 2023. But due to personal technicalities, I couldn’t move in until a few months later.The assistant manager help me for three months to get all my paperwork and moving arrangements establish for me to move in her name was Mel I’m gonna miss her. When she was not in the office when I called. A very nice person with a pleasant voice named Jasmine would help me calm down. No matter if I sounded impatient or frustrated. Some days I would call and other person by the of Angelica would answer. She was just as calm, kind and professional as the other young lady. This made me really excited about moving to my new place. Finally circumstances work themselves out. I say around the middle of July. I get a call from Mrs Mal. Come move in your new home. I had to drive from 4 hours away. Boy! That Mal! Really helped me a lot due to my health condition. She stayed after hours so I could move in my new place. Angelica & Jasmine has been a breath of fresh air. Every time I go in the office no matter what help I need with not knowing how to do the computer or picking up my packages. They have always been nice enough to help me. I just want to say to those that would like to move to Bridge at Cannon Creek. Please do!! I am very please with my first 3 months of being here. I have a met the new assistant manager, Brian He is such a fun person, and very friendly. The new Manager very professional, and don’t mind coming out to say hi that’s a good thing. I have been living here for three years now (and just renewed for another year) after moving to Austin from Dallas, and I love it. This complex truly feels like home. From the nature preserve at my back door (Ive seen all sorts of birds, including painted buntings and lots of hummingbirds!), to the pool that is perfect for water exercise, and the attached garage, it is an awesome place to live.Every time I have had an issue in my apartment, they responded within a day or so, and have been receptive to any feedback.Even my four legged roommate gives it a paws up because there are so many places she can wander and sniff out on our walks.The office staff is super friendly and welcoming, and Im looking forward to more community events. After owning a home for many years, this is as good as it gets without the hassle of doing everything myself.

Canyon Creek is the perfect location, very easy to get around, and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. I moved here from another Bridge community with AMP. Having the same outstanding management has been a blessing. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Lacey, Amanda, and Veronica were also very helpful since the beginning. They are available at all times whenever I had any questions. I totally recommend this community to anyone looking for a Great new Community to live.

My experience at this community has been a good one. The units are very reasonably priced considering their size and the quality of the amenities. Management is always quick to respond to maintenance requests, and any issues weve had have been solved with speed and efficiency. My children love the pool, there is a wonderful area to barbecue, and anyone with a dog has the added benefit of a beautifully maintained little dog park on site. We had no qualms about renewing our lease after our first year was up

Hussain is the Best maintenance worker here. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable . Our light was broken and the fire alarm was out of batteries. Hussain fix everything very fast. Here is the BEST part he noticed my kitchen sink faucet was broken also, even though he was only supposed to fix the light and fire alarm. Hussain replaced my kitchen faucet with a new one. He did a FANTASTIC Job with all the things he fixed for us today. I recommend Hussain to everyone. Job well done 👍

I lived here from 4/19 to 8/20. I have nothing but positive things to say. I’ve read some of the negative reviews but never experienced anything like they state. Frankly, I have a hard time believing them. Any issue or request that came up, the staff would bend over backward to correct. Had an AC issue at around 12:30am that was addressed the same evening by Nick. Any maintenance issue was addressed quickly and professionally.I never felt unsafe at the property. I work late into the evening and often times walked to gym or mail box at all hours of the night. My girlfriend and I also would walk our dogs (two ankle biters) around the complex late at night with no issue or worry.Lisa at the main office was always responsive and pleasant. Any time I picked up packages, grabbed a free coffee, or utilized one of the amenities she was always nice and asked how things were. She is fantastic.Cameron went out of his way to be helpful and provide excellent service anytime the opportunity presented itself.Nick in maintenance is knowledgeable and extremely courteous.I have recommended 620 Canyon Creek to friends and coworkers the entire time I lived there and continue to do so since I moved.If I wasn’t in need of a yard and additional space I would still be living there. Really nice place to live and great staff.

Leased our new place a few months ago and moved in a few weeks ago. Mel has been a dream to work with, she is very sweet and professional and prompt to communicate as needed. Our experience so far has been pretty impeccable, between the ease of the application and leasing process, all the great amenities, and the very reasonable prices. Our new home is WAY bigger than we imagined after getting all our furniture in, we have space to spare in every room! It is also very quiet and most people have been very friendly. We are very happy with our choice so far!

We have loved living here and don’t plan on moving any time soon! The complex is not too big, not too small, and has trails to explore in the back of the property. The location is wonderful. We frequent the dog park and gym and love the atmosphere of both. Lisa has helped us for the past year and always resolves our small issues quickly and kindly! Nick, the maintenance man is skilled in his work. There is another maintenance man that always smiles and waves, but I don’t know his name :D this place is our favorite and we highly recommend it.

Though the complex has undergone an ownership change, the office staff, particularly Mel, have communicated changes and navigated hiccups (payment portal outages, maintenance, etc) with grace! Thanks 620 team, and big thanks to Mel, for 3 amazing years. This complex continues to be a safe and quiet. Perfect for families or those who work from home.

We moved to Austin and had one day to find an apartment for our family. On our way out of town we found this gem. In the process of us packing and moving our stuff to Austin they switched management; and hired new staff. The people we originally coordinated with were no longer there. When we got here they were finishing up last minute fix-it’s to our apartment. Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate us while we waited. And since it has been a pleasure to come into the office for whatever reason. She is always quick and very informative on everything needed to know or my dumb questions. And always a follow up with maintenance as quickly as possible. I would recommend these apartments but if you go make sure you see Lisa.

I’ve lived here since July 2017 and it has been really good. They changed management right after we moved and I think they’re doing a great job so far. Chris and Lisa in the office have been really helpful as well. The only drawbacks are water pressure isn’t great, and you do tend to hear your neighbors, but it’s really not that bad and we had someone with kids above us. The parking could definitely use improvement as well. But I’ve really enjoyed my experience here.

If your looking for adequate space and reasonable rent surrounded by amazing amenities and scenery then this is the place for you. I live in a 2 bedroom and have moved from Florida to Austin with all my furniture from my Townhouse and everything fit perfect. Great space, big bedrooms, and working appliances...And if its not working no worries next day and sometimes same day service. You cant beat that. Highly recommend this place.

Ive been living here about 4 months now. If you have any maintenance issues, they take care of it right away. I wasnt sure I would like my floor plan, but we love it. In fact, we are thinking about renewing our lease instead of buying a home. Very quiet here. We had an issue with our neighbor, but management took care of it beautifully.

Ive lived here for over two years now and I absolutely love it! The layout is super cool, 3 floors, a garage, and 3 bed 3 bath. My 100 pound dog has all kinds of room to run around. Plus the new dog park is awesome! The front office is super helpful. Especially Lisa Kiehl!

Two years going and not a problem. Anything needed fixing has been done by the next day. Replaced my water heater with a brand new one in a day. Way above the garbage below with a tree top view. Pleasant adults that care about the community, workout on a regular, and enjoy the good life. If you are pinching your pennies and trying to sneak in move down the street. Your kind is not desired by those that have worked hard to earn the privilege. They desire to build a respectable community but it hard to keep the hippies at bay.

I want to start by appreciating the staff first! Everyone in the office, and maintenance are truly so amazing! You will build great friendships with them all and have great laughs. I miss you all so much! And I am so sad to have had to leave so soon.The townhouses are beautiful! Great dog park for your furbabes to run around ,and doggy bags everywhere around the complex. The swimming pool is so nice during the warm weather and always kept clean.There is a bbq area to entertain or just use for your dinner plans that night. Cute fire pit to sit around after a busy day and you just need to relax. My favorite was the hammock area. So relaxing and peaceful. Being a mom I don’t get a lot of those peaceful moments so when I could just relax on a hammock for a little while, it was heaven!. For kiddos there is a gaming room which is fun And there is always yummy popcorn To snack on. Great gym! Definitely can get a good workout or even try spin. All while your kiddo plays in the play area they have for your child in the gym.I love how close this complex is to HEB!...two of them! Great schools and parks. Great location for so much more as well.Amazing people! And a great place to call home.

Chris in management is a breeze to work with. I always got immediate responses if I needed an emergency service request such as the AC going out. The complex is nice and well kept as much as they can. One of the best experiences in Apartment renting that ive had in the past 4 years.

Living at 620 Canyon Creek is great! We have been here just short of a year now and are very happy that we chose this place. Our apartment, the grounds, and staff have been very good for us. This is a very peaceful and beautiful place to live!

My bf lives here and he is a very picky but I actually see him very comfortable here I think he has live there for about 6 months and havent had any issues (at least he hasnt told me anything)Only thing he doesnt like is that there is not enough parking spaces, whenever I go visit him I have to park my car a few buildings away from his because there is never an available spot close to his building I dont know if its like that only during the weekends (i havent been there on a week day) but other than that I think its a great place I did noticed they have a cute little dog park neither my bf or I have a dog but it seems like a nice place to go and play with your dog or just go sit at the bench. They also have a gym w/sauna (again my bf doesnt use those facilities) but I think that is something a lot of people look for when looking for a place to live in. I did had the opportunity to meet Ritz and Chris in the office and they are great. If some day I decide to pack my things and move to Austin, Tx I think I wouldnt think twice to rent an apartment here that way I would be able to have my bf as a neighbor and have the gym, pool and a quiet place to read very close to my home.

I am thinking these are somewhat old reviews. I moved in about 11 months ago, and I love the staff, they are very responsive and accommodating. Abigail was very helpful and accommodating, we were in a bind after being in our previous apartment for 5 years, we were shown one apartment and the day prior to moving in given the keys to a tiny apartment that would never work. The bait and switch left a bad taste in our mouths not to mention there was just no way to make it work. So in the 11th hour we went out to MCC because they were on the same exact floor plan of the apartment we were in and loved (we were just moving up a bedroom in size never wanted to leave). Abigail showed us her 3 bedroom immediately and got the ball rolling, there were a few hiccups but she stayed with us and worked it all out for us every step of the way. They promised to work it all out for us and they did.My only complaints are really not anything they could do anything about but the owners could. I moved from a very similar property with more common area amenities like a larger pool and more pools, kids play area, and basketball court. (The pool isnt large enough for as many residents as they have so I never go and we love to swim) The gym needs an update desperately, but so did my old apartments complex(once a sister property and built by the same builder).This complex is pet friendly and that is wonderful for pet owners but there is nothing kid friendly about it here. There is a dog park and plenty of amenities for dogs but the kids have to play in the street. No playground, nothing. Pets seem to be the primary focus here.There is virtually no parking and the complex is designed where most people can not even park in front of the garages. I think if just a 1/4 mile around the property was utilized for additional parking and they used some of that excess land and or reduced some of the dog property for children it would be a great place to live.I love it here aside from those few issues, they really seem to care about keeping the residents happy. I am going into my 2nd lease here downsizing to a 2 bedroom, and gaining more parking in front of my garage, which will make a world of difference. I hope this review helps someone.

I am guessing the people that left negative reviews were from a couple years ago Because I have been at monterone for almost a year with no issues whatsoever. Its almost too quiet and not just on the weekdays, its quiet all the time....with the exception of the neighbor across from us. The neighbors a/c unit it needs some kind of repair or oil or replacing. I go out to smoke at night and when it kicks on I about have a heart attack. Other that that, it is expensive but what in austin tx isnt? I dont see the great attraction to austin especially with the cost of living. Monterone is well kept, super staffed, and the apartments are near top tier. So all those leaving negative reviews were people obviously who had a vendetta or something happened when they lived here that they were upset about. These apartments are great. Three stars out of three.

Shout out to the groundskeeper Rayne!!!! I have some pretty flower pots outside my door and because of the wind lately they’ve been getting knocked down and ruined. Yesterday morning I was outside and saw that the pots where knocked over and one of the pots were missing! Later that day I get a ring notification and it was a video of Rayne fixing them and then leaving shortly after there’s another one of Rayne going out out of his way I guess found the pot and literally brought It back and fixed them so they wouldn’t fall over again. Such a nice thing to see, thank you so much Rayne!

We have been here for many years and this administration is the best ever. The service is great, the common areas are cleaner, there is more space for pets, and the gym is the best, has new equipment and is always clean. I highly recommend it.I have been living here since 2011, and Im really happy with them! The amenities are great - theres a gym, pool, and plenty of green spaces. The location is also great - close to public transportation and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend!
