    My experience here at Bridge at Balcones has been outstanding. From my experience moving in with the help of Irma to my residency here I have never been more impressed with the attention given not only by the office but the maintenance team. They really do a great job and in a timely manner every time. Not to mention, their office always smells great and the basket ball court is my personal favorite pass time so far I really appreciate Bridge at Balcones and I am so glad to call this place my home!

    This is one of the best apartment complexes in North Austin. They switched up the management about 2.5 years ago. Once Teresa was in office and running things everything was immaculate. The breezeways got cleaned out, the trash is always kept up with and they updated the dog park with furniture. Maintenance staff is incredible. They are respectful and kind. They go out of there way to wave at you as they are driving by. The apartments are gorgeous, spacious and bright. I truly cant say enough good things about this apartment complex.

    I loved staying here. I had to move due to the need of wanting to be closer to my job otherwise I would have stayed. The rooms were spacious and the the appliances were up to date. I rarely saw bugs inside my apartment and everyone was friendly. The staff were great and hosted awesome events. The only downside was the parking. Due to the spaces being small it was challenging to park at times and I had to sweeze btw the cars or back out just to get my passenger inside the car. There are some bigger parking spots but you have to wait for them to become available. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

    I recently moved into Bridge at Balcones and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team here. First, a huge shoutout to Irma! During my tour, she was incredibly informative, answered all my questions, and is the main reason I decided to make Bridge at Balcones my new home. She patiently showed me multiple vacant floor plans, making it easier to visualize the interior features and find the perfect fit.Since moving in, the maintenance team has been outstanding—quick, responsive, and efficient, especially with urgent matters. The entire maintenance team deserves recognition for their excellent service and for completing work orders promptly and effectively.Additionally, both the manager, Teresa, and assistant manager, Stephanie, have been extremely helpful and understanding, addressing all my concerns with care.Thank you to the entire team for making my experience here so positive!

    I am soooo grateful for Irma. I was attempting to switch over to the service provider the complex has but needed another line to call on! She went out of her way to allow the customer service representative to call her phone so I didn’t have to drive 14 minutes to a friends house to connect. I am so grateful because that would have really been out of the way for me! Thanks so much Irma! From my tour in June all the way until today she and everyone I have come in contact with has been very welcoming.

    Probably the absolute best place I’ve ever lived. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is on top of everything and I feel safe here. On top of that Irma and Stephanie treat you with kindness and are always responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

    It’s been great so far. Moved in a few months ago and it’s very peaceful here. Met our neighbors and they were also very nice. I don’t notice any people being loud at odd times at all and the few times I have talked with management they were very nice.Just had my first run in with an issue and submitted a maintenance request. Thought maybe my water heater was going out because usually it’s blazing hot in the shower on max and this time it was cold. I came home just now not even 24 hours later and I see a handwritten note on my counter by Mike. Stating he checked it out and tested it and it worked for him, which I was happy to hear. But then also I read down further, they are ordering a new water heater in because it’s a bit rusty and quite old. And yea I saw the sticker on there the oldest being 2006. So I think that’s so awesome that for one Mike wrote a hand written note and 2 just replacing it to not worry about any issues further.If you’re reading this Mike, your great man!

    So far so good no complaints and I appreciate how fast the maintenance staff is very reliable group of guys. The office staff is very nice and direct never gave me the run arounds so far only have been help.

    Staff here is very responsive. Floorplans here are better when compared to other apartments. Some of the maintenance tickets have a very quick turnaround. Mike and Alex came in the same day ticket was raised and fixed the issue. Teresa Armstrong is very helpful in addressing any concern raised up to her level.

    I feel like a valued tenant and the office staff truly care about its residence. It would be nice to have a few extra parking spots for guest throughout the complex, but for now, I know that mainly the residents are here and I dont have to worry about who else is here that shouldnt be. Its nice to have that feeling of security. My guests dont have a problem with any visitor parking issues...because we follow the rules which are plainly marked on the visitor parking. In fact, the complex reminds us of correct parking procedure often so as to mitigate people not following directions. Maintenance is on point, my apartment was clean, updated, and modern. I absolutely love living here!

    I have lived in this complex for the last 2.5 years. The current Management team is very professional, and they offer extremely prompt and consistent service. Kudos to Teresa and Sagen. They make a formidable team.

    The community has gone through some changes in the almost three years I have lived here, one of which was ownership. Teresa has been a rockstar since day one of the new ownership, a little over a year ago now. Teresa has literally been the glue that held this place together through transition and some rough patches for the property and I due to a no longer employed staff member.Debis the maintenance chief is wonderful as well. AMP the management company is putting money into the community. New landscaping, and striping are happening on the grounds. In addition, the southside pool is being resurfaced just in time for the upcoming summer. The community recently obtained a new parking policy that should help with congestion in the lot. Late night parking can be difficult if you do not have a garage. It is easy to register a visitor and if the rules are followed, towing does not happen.The new management really seems to care about the community, its image, and residents. Maintenance is quick, and my work orders are usually handled within a business day of reporting. Sagen (assistant manager) is always around the property checking things out and interacting with residents. I just renewed for another year, and really feel valued as a resident.This team really hits it out of the park!

    Best apartment Id ever lived in and very sad to be leaving, but Im moving further south for a better commute. (My current apartment doesnt compare to what Ive had here.) The front office staff is very nice and accommodating, the pool and grounds are always very nicely kept, and I love the HUB they offer for packages. The renovated apartments are super nice, but the ones that arent renovated arent bad either! If you need to be in this area, this is the place to be. You can hear your neighbors if they get a little rowdy, but the place cant help its walls.

    My husband and I moved from NC to Alister Balcones a week ago. We were unable to view the apartment in person so we were going strictly based off the website, reviews, and a video we found of our particular layout. When we arrived our unit looked better than I expected. Everything had just been replaced (floors, fans, appliances, etc.) I was extremely satisfied that our apartment looked like/even better than the pictures. We submitted minor things needed done and several maintenance people have already come to address the concerns. So far this complex seems like a great value, great location, and great people. Checks all the boxes for me. :)

    Beautiful apartments! I came up to visit my sister who recently moved here and overall everything is beautiful! The apartment itself is very spacious and modern. Big beautiful trees give the perfect shade to sit on the porch, but a fence would be good for the residents safety. The pool was very clean and our kids made friends really fast! The people around here are very friendly! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an updated very spacious apartment in the NW Austin area!

    I love my apartment community and the staff! I look forward to the community activities allowing the staff interaction with the community on a personal level as well as the opportunity to meet other people.I have been living here since I moved to Austin in 2014. The upgrades to the property now have Alister Balcones on the level of other properties. One of my favorite additions was valet trash. 😀 The only way I am moving is to a more permanent situation which is a house. The whole staff from maintenance to management are awesome. Keep up the good work!👍🏾

    This complex has a lot of wonderful things going for it. The staff are friendly and personable, the community is quiet in my experience, and the apartments themselves are gorgeous. However, the parking situation has really brought down my feelings about this complex. There is one row of parking that wraps around the entire complex. This was fine at first since I was able to find a spot close enough to my apartment day to day. However, as more people have moved in, it is nearly impossible to find a spot close enough anymore. Coming back to the complex after 6pm or so and you will have to park at least three sections of parking away. This is normally fine except for when it’s raining and I have groceries I have to lug back and forth. There are also some spots designated “compact car only” which seem to be occupied by larger vehicles that make parking next to them in an actual compact car nearly impossible. They most likely park there because they want to be closer to their apartment. Considering it’s so early when parking gets full, I would hate to have actual plans that have me coming back after 10pm. Otherwise they’d have to park very far away. These small aggravations not only affect me, the resident, but my visitors as well. There are only about 10 visitor parking spots. It was so embarrassing having my mother visit me and drive around the complex only to realize there were not any spots for her to park in. We even drove across the street to the south complex to see if there were any there to no avail. I would understand such strict towing rules if there were actually more than ten visitor parking spots available! I am afraid of having friends visit me in more than one car. All-in-all, this complex is very nice to live in if you can get past the parking grievances. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like anything they can fix in the future.UPDATE:I have added one more star to my review because despite everything I’ve mentioned up top, the people working in the office really do work with you and are very kind. They’ve accommodated my requests without having to and that’s something that means a lot to me. The parking can still be frustrating but it seems to be that way with several complexes around Austin.

    Moved in a week ago and so far so good. My apartment was sparkling clean upon move in the updated units are very nice the community is very well taken care of and quiet, and all of my interactions with the staff has been pleasant. My only downside is the parking spaces..they are sooo narrow Im always afraid to park right next to someone in fear they might ding my car.

    These apartments are very spacious and are luxurious. Some of the apartments come with a garage even if you have an apartment without a garage there’s plenty of parking. There is a pool for everyone to use that is very big and not to deep for kids to play in. If you have dogs there are some stands around the apartments with bags to pick up your dogs business. If you’re ever looking for any apartments around the Austin area these are the ones you should come to and I promise you will not regret it.

    We were delighted to move into Alister Balcones, the leasing center is responsive to our requests and the apartment is completely renovated. The attached garage and laundry room are a real luxury for us and the amenities are of very good quality.The only thing is that we have to pick up our packages on the other side of the road which is not very convenient.

    I have really enjoyed living at Alister Balcones. The staff members are friendly and professional. Maintenance has always been quick to respond when Ive had a problem. They now have a courtesy officer living there and he seems to already be having an impact. I feel like I live in a safe, well-maintained community. I also love that they are pet friendly. This is a nice, quiet community with great amenities.

    This is my second time living at this apt complex. I lived here back in 2018 and recently moved so i decided to give them another chance. When moving in i had a few hiccups with my apt that were overlooked prior to my move (minor things) I placed my work orders and they were resolved quickly! I see alot of bad reviews here and imo thats because people rarely take the time to submit when good things happen so heres a review from someone who has not had the same experience as the others!

    Living here has been a blast! Moving during a pandemic has its own issues but the Alister staff made it so easy. Our apartment was a renovated apartment which I recommend over the classic. Ive never had any issues with parking and my pups really love it here.

    Pros: beautiful apartment and grounds with great amenities, maintenance is amazing.Cons: small storage spaces in the kitchen, the bathroom fan an lights are connected so they come on together, parking can suck if you dont have a garage, and there is a gate but the community isnt gated.Edit: the maintenance team is awesome specifically Husain, great work and helpful. Updated my review to 4 stars

    I like the easy access to the major roads while being far enough away that it’s not too noisy.The Alister team is helpful and seems to care about keeping this community clean and safe.Neighbors are willing to share a ‘hello’ and seem cool.

    Just moved in a month ago and so far everything has been amazing! Community staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests for things we noticed upon move in were completed quickly. The pools and other amenities are great and all very clean!

    My five-star review is specifically for the leasing staff. Theyre patient, understanding, and always attempt to find a solution. Ive had a few issues when moving in, and the staff has been eager to help. Alister Balcones – the company – recently purchased Dacotah Springs. I do not have enough experience with Alister Balcones to review the company itself.

    I love the location of Alister Great! It’s not even a 10 minute from Arboretum and The Domain. Maygan was so helpful answering all my questions and making me feel welcomed. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
