    I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment at Brick Row apartments, Richardson, and have been very pleased with my experience so far. The location is fantastic, with Spring Valley Station right next door.The management team is also top-notch. Ms. Hannah Oliver was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She patiently answered all my questions and even showed me a few different units to help me find the perfect fit.Also, Im particularly impressed with the prompt maintenance service.I highly recommend Brick Row Apartments to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed living space.

    Brick Row Apartments is one of the best complexes. The leasing staff are very professional and the mangers get everything handled super fast. Maintenance is very responsive and gets things done super quick! I would recommend this place time and time again!

    I have only lived here a little over 7months but I hope to live here a long time. It is a quiet community and they are very prompt with maintenance requests that can conveniently be placed through the portal. I especially want to commend Case who works in the office. Case is almost always the person I speak with when I have a question. He is professional, helpful and quick to answer questions and handle concerns.

    Brick row is one of the cleanest properties I have been to in the DFW area… A friend of mine lives in the property and now Iam extremely motivated to move in to the property by next year. Everyone is so nice in the office and very helpful.

    I dont live in Brick Row Apartment, honestly, this apartment is a wonderful buildings and units, but I give this5 stars for Mr. Kase Oshiro, the gentleman who is on the front desk. When I stopped by to see the apartment, I met Mr. kase, he was super helpful, friendly, respectful, and professional.He answered all my questions clearly. He makes me more interested to move to Brick Row Apartment. I appreciate him.

    I love my apartment! I especially love my beautiful kitchen with the large kitchen island. My apartment is nice and quiet. I can always find parking. The staff has always been friendly and the maintenance people are very prompt in fixing things. My apartment still has that new apartment smell. I think the people that live here are very friendly and I also enjoy the events that the management office hosts. There are restaurants and a mobile provider within walking distance as well as a gas station.

    First of all Emily is awesome! Move in was smooth and fast. Love their new modern upgraded apartments. My schedule tour was awesome and on time. Service provided here under the management is the best! I am leaving four stars for now, could have given 5 but I just moved in and have to see how my long term stay goes here.

    Emily M. was incredibly helpful throughout our entire move in process. We had been apartment hunting for about two months and it had been such a headache! The application process here was very quick and communication was amazing! Emily made sure to keep us updated and even made sure all our questions were answered during her day off. We are happy with our new place but even more satisfied with the level of customer service. I would recommend anyone applying here to ask for Emily!

    Since I been here for 4 months now they got the quickest maintenance team..like same day or next morning type quick. My toilet flooded at like 2 in the morning & emergency maintenance came & fixed it 20 minutes later. I genuinely have no complaints it’s super quiet & clean. More than happy I signed a lease here. I was worried because a week after I signed they got new management but new management is clearly doing an awesome job!

    I just moved in a few months ago and I love it so much. Maddie made my move in super easy and I couldn’t have gotten a better price for the quality of living I have here. The neighborhood has a beautiful park, tons of restaurants, and parking is fantastic. The pool and grounds are also well maintained and maintenance is quick and easy to get ahold of. I read some reviews about the package locker situation. The only issue I had was completely Amazon’s fault. I called the office and Maddie retrieved my package that was incorrectly delivered by the carrier.

    My experience here was one of the greatest experience I have ever had with any complex apartmentsHector was my leasing agent really nice guy had some small issues with him at times but nothing major and I wanted to say a big thanks you to the leasing manager ( Alison ) she was so understanding with me great lady really nice compassionate I really love her she went beyond my expectations … thanks you again Alison for you kindness… Ashley was also nice with me responding to my questionsI love my unit too 🥰🥰🥰 and my neighbors are nice I met a couple yesterday they helped me to get to the trash chute …. I will update my review in few months…..I needed to update my review even if I moved out two weeks agoBrick row is really a place I will always miss just moved out to be close to my work otherwise I would stayed my building which is 2 was so clean heard that it was the fanciest building lol and I believe soIn addition to that they returned 95% of my deposit and so fast I am so impress please don’t hesitate to lease here brick row is great and I wish I could give them 10 stars thanks too to Shanna I will miss you guys 💚

    My son & I have lived here for 3 years - we love our apartment- we love our large balcony & grow lots of beautiful flowers & tomatoes in the summer. Brick Row has the sweetest kindest staff.From office to the maintenance workers.They also have great little parties from time to time.My son loves being by the train which takes him quicker than a car. I love easy access to Kroger & to hwy 75Would have given 4 stairs, but sometimes the elevator breaks. But officer is nice about it.

    Brick Row has been probably the best apartments I have lived in. The moment I walked in my apartment 8 months back it is just peace of mind thereafter. The management team are very friendly and always there to help the residents. Maintenance team is also awesome and finish their work quickly and to our satisfaction. I have never noticed any security concerns while living in Brick Row, I see all entrance gates are access enabled and well maintained all the time. The biggest plus for me is there is no roach problem here because the property is maintained so neat and clean. I highly recommend Brick Row apartment and give a thumbs up.

    I just moved to Brick Row apartment complex a month ago, and my experience is very satisfying so far. The complex is very accessible by train and highway by car,which is super important to myself. The staff is super, Allison and especially Ashley, go the extra mile on situations. I had a few package issues and they went out of their way to try resolving the problems. My apartment is super nice, the buildings are secure, and maintenance is always busy outside on repairs and cleaning. The only slight negatives are the package system can be frustrating with a few missing things and I wish the buildings had more elevators. Everything else is pretty top notch and the property is beautiful as well. A pleasant living experience so far-G.V

    I have lived in Brick Row for 2 years. It’s a great community! The staff and maintenance staff are very attentive. I’ve enjoyed living here and I just signed another 15 month lease. The price is reasonable and I love the floor plan and square footage for the price. I looked at other apartments before signing a new lease. The other apartments that are comparable are over priced and very small in the area. The location is great as well! I’m 15 mins a cheap Uber to Dallas, legacy, Addison and pretty much everything. Awesome location!!

    My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now with our children. Everyone here is friendly and the area is pretty nice! A great little neighborhood not far from downtown Dallas. The office and maintenance are awesome about answering any concerns and addressing repairs promptly. A great apartment complex, especially if you have kids. :)

    Best apartment I’ve ever had the pleasure of living in. Management is extremely attentive to issues and overall just an awesome team. The grounds are always kept up and the neighborhood has such a friendly atmosphere about it. Close to the highway and to the DART station. If you’re looking for a place to call home, look no further!

    I just transferred to another apartment and signed another 15 month lease. I have lived here for 2 years. One thing I can say is that the office and maintenance staff are amazing. We have had ups and downs being on a large property but, they always rise to the occasion. Through the storm damage they stayed on top of stuff and got stuff done. The maintenance men are the best ever. So friendly and hard working. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure things are taking care so we can enjoy our homes. Thanks guys you ROCK!!!!

    Brick row has been good to my family and me for the year we lived here as we were transitioning from out of state. The leasing staff has been helpful and professional in all of my dealings with them. The staff and manager were very helpful in dealing with an unpleasant neighbor when we first moved in. Maintenance orders have always been dealt promptly and cleanly. The park in the middle of the conpkex provided my family a good place to go and enjoy the weekends. I would reccommend living here to anyone searching for a nice apartment complex to live at.

    Brick Row is my first apartment since moving to Texas & I absolutely LOVE it here. The location is perfect (close to 75 & a lot of businesses) and the property itself looks great, with some shops and restaurants downstairs, gated garages, a nice park & walking trail, and courtyards. I really enjoy my experiences with leasing office staff here, they communicate well & help to get any minor issues solved. Maintenance staff is timely and professional, and unlike what I’ve experienced in other apartments, when there’s a problem— they actually get to the root of it. I love the fact that there are elevators in the buildings & no shortage of parking in the garage. I wish that the door to door trash valet service was offered here & that the pool in my building was a bit deeper (it’s 4 ft at the deepest). My only complaints are that there is an influx of homeless people that come onto the property through doors left open or garage gates after cars— sometimes there’s a smell of urine in the stairwells or fire alarms being pulled around the complex obnoxiously.

    I have been at Brick Row for the last 13 months, both in a one and two-bedroom apartment. My experience has been wonderful, and I highly recommend it to those who enjoy a quiet, respectful community, and staff that is always courteous and helpful.So far....All maintenance requests have been handled for me quickly (usually within 1-3 days). I do make it a point to stop and thank those, in person, for their service. People around are friendly, and the property is always well kept --- pools, landscaping, lobby, park, gym etc. The apartments themselves are very nice. Most with wood linoleum floors, granite countertops, and unique light fixtures. Personally, Ive had no issue with any kinds of bugs, maybe a couple dirt dauber nests --- thats normal anywhere, but maintenance does a good job cleaning and preventing nests on patios. Parking has never been an issue either, whether thats on the street-side, or in the gated parking garages. Was hoping the retail shops would have been leased out after the past year, but Ive enjoyed Sababa (Mediterranean restaurant) and Massage Green Spa close by.I could write on about my great experience, but Ill stop here. Ill finish by saying Im generally a thankful person, but have a high standard for products or services on the pricier side. With that said, Ive had a 5-star experience so far.

    Ive lived at Brick Row for 10 months now and overall enjoy my experience. Office and maintenance is usually quick to respond. People mostly keep to themselves but love being near restaurants and a park. I moved here from another Lincoln Property that was terrible and this place changed my view of LPM. The only reason Id move depends on any rent increases and hope my renewal is reasonable.

    I have living here for 4 years. Amazing complex with great facilities and quiet neighborhood. Great staff and great location a few steps from dart metro station. Wonderful pools and gyms. Definitely I will renew my leasing contract this year. Chelsea Musgraves, the business manager, she is super friendly and very communicative. She is always keeping the residents updated about but the rules of the complex and this is really important to keep our facilities and apartment in good shape.

    I have absolutely loved living here. My fiancé moved in 2 years ago and I moved in 1 year ago. We both have had amazing experiences. Nice apartments, plenty of amenities, the office staff is absolutely incredible!!! Harleigh and Joy have helped us a ton with a very stressful move across the country and have been so accommodating. We’re sad to leave!

    This apartment is in a great location, right off of 75 and just a few minutes away from Dallas. Maintenance is quick and professional. The area is fairly safe. The homeless mostly hang out near the 7-11 close the the apartment entrance, but other then that not a bad place to live.

    I have been living in these apartments for almost a year and plan on renewing my lease. I really love the apartments, mine is a huge studio with wood floors, high ceilings, huge bathroom and closet. Everything is very modern and I just love the vibe. Im close to everywhere in Dallas which is perfect for me because I travel to different stores for my job. I feel very safe here and the leasing office has been extremely nice to me since I first moved here about different situations. I have stayed with friends at other apartments like The Village, The Heights at Park Lane, ilume, etc and overall I prefer Brick Row and plan to stay here.

    I just moved into Brick Row Apts recently but can honestly say the Staff and Management Team is by far the best Ive ever experienced. Everything is so convenient and the location is perfect for me. The only issue Ive had so far was my bike was stolen from the Bike Rack in the Parking Garage. Obviously I dont blame Brick Row for that, but when I called, they listened and understood my frustration, which is really all I wanted. I couldnt be more happy here and look forward to being here as long as possible. #BRICKROWROCKS!

    This has been a great place to live. Would definitely recommend to our friends needing a place. Conveniently, located in Richardson, near 75 and close to the spring valley DART Station. There is a nice city park surrounded by the apartment complex. Additionally, there are two restaurants located on the ground floor and close to several grocery stores.

    Ive enjoyed living at Brick Row. Its a family friendly neighborhood. I feel valued as a resident due to the resident engagement events they have. The location is great since youre in in middle of other cities. Only 20 min from downtown, Frisco, and rowlett. Update - unfortunately the fire alarm in my building seem to go off very often. Lived here less than two months and have been woken up out of my sleep bc of the fire alarms, morning and night.

    I really like my year at Brick Row. It was priced correctly for what you get. The parking lot under the building is great and the building security is nice. You will have to haul your trash a ways if you get an apartment away from the chute, so look at that when your picking your place. Overall, a good place to live.

    Theyve handled the response to the winter outage exceptionally well, all things considered. Even though my building was without power for nearly 3 days, the front office and management escalated the issue to the city and helped get it resolved. They also kept us well informed with emails updating us about the current status, and even got us a food truck to come by once it was all over.

    It is the best place to live, the location is so good that makes life easier.. close to shopping centers and major highways. It has beautiful and big apartments with big hallways, always available free parking garage, great community in a reasonable price. The management is so understanding and willing to help with all the questions and concerns we had. Brickrow has the best care team we never saw in any apartments, they organize events and gatherings with free food, coffee and other drinks a lot and creates a kind of bond between neighbors.We have enjoyed every day of our stay at brick row with all our issues solved on time,, we are leaving brickrow soon for some family problems that requires to move, we will miss the beautiful apartment with its respectful family like society in it!!!!We highly recommend for anyone who needs the package from any apartment, safe, beautiful in and out with the most energetic and helpful staff!!!

    Me and my wife moved here from forest lane in dallas 08-01-2020. our agents edie and hector are the best. the two of them worked hands on with us making sure our move was as simple as possible. after being here a little over a year we are pleased to say this was the best move we made. we love our new place, the space, training facilities, the pools, which are really nice, the trail, the park and especially the neighbors. living here at brick row has been a Godsend. our family and friends just love it here when visiting. again i would like to thank the office for really caring about its residents and the property. oh, i would like to also give a shoutout to a great maintenance team, whom work hard to keep property beautiful. hey ezra....thanks brick row

    Transitioning out of the Army led me here due to one of my battles familiarity with the place. It’s a great community and very beautiful. It can be a bit noisy and living next to the trash is frustrating at times but the management answers whenever we call.

    Ive lived her for 6 months now and it has been great so far. I have a fourth floor apartment in the 743 building.Pros:-Attached parking garage, I dont have to go up stairs to get to my apartment door-Plenty of Parking, in my last apartment complex there were just enough spots. In this building there are constantly two floors of free parking. It never fills.-Garbage Chutes, doesnt seem like a lot but its nice to have.-Quiet, This is the best thing about this place. I almost never hear my neighbors.-Elevators-Wide Hallways, this seems like something really minor but it makes a difference. Feels cleaner.-The gym is a plus though I dont use it very often-Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and I always get a note of the work completed--even if my request involved a common area in the apartment.-Apartment materials, cabinets, doors, etc. are all very nice. Carpet is nice though I would prefer wood floors.-The staff is nice and they do some event organization (e.g. Christmas dessert night, tenant appreciation Chick-fil-A breakfast, etc.)-My dentist office is downstairs, only good for twice a year but a nice to have.-Very close to DART station.Cons:-Wood floors in kitchen only. I wish that my entire apartment had wooden floors.-The surrounding neighborhood could be a little nicer but Ive not had much of an issue. Some good restaurants around here though, e.g. Sababa and Bilad Bakery, Silver Spoon.Ive decided to renew for another year. Ill update with more information.

    I could not be happier with my experience at Brick Row!! The floor plans are perfect, McKamy Park is a two minute walk away, and most importantly the apartment staff absolutely rocks. Everyone knows you can’t say that very often. Unfortunately, we have to move, but I sure do wish I could take this place with me.

    I willingly have revised my prior review due to management taking action to remedy a situation. I do enjoy living here, the layout and design of my apartment, the abundance of parking, being a 3 minute door to door walk/drive to 7-11 for food and gas, the occasional Dart Rail ride down south for entertainment, my dog is happy, reasonable electricity bills due to quality built building, maintenance personnel are friendly and competent, the amenities are nice... Its like an Uptown apartment without the price or drunk kids.

    I currently live here and although I love it, I had a horrible experience my first month because there was an infestation of roaches. The worst pest experience of my entire life. And these roaches were HUGE with wings and it was ridiculous how many were in the apartment. I had to have pest control come out several times. I didnt even want to go home or cook cause they would be in the cabinets in my cookware which grossed me out. As of now I havent seen any in a while so Im guessing they are gone. Either the residents before me were disgusting hoarders or the property isnt being treated correctly. Please be a good resident and keep your apartments clean cause the clean people have to suffer for it and continue always treating for roaches.

    Love living at this complex. Its quite, can walk to the rail in 5 minutes, I enjoy the sound of the rail, they keep the property clean and maintained 5 restaurants I can walk to, two gas stations under half a mile away. Cute little park and ducks. Nice place

    Really good family friendly apartment complex. Never had a bad experience with neighbors of staff and I have lived here for over 3yrs now. This is the only complex where I actually know my neighbors and have made quite a few good mom friends here at the playground:)

    Having come from a complex with HORRIBLE management, I can say that Brick Row has been awesome. When I call for service they come very quickly. I have to say that I don’t need to call often, as everything seems to work great. Bryce especially has been aweaome! He is so friendly, and makes me feel like he really cares.

    Absolutely loved living at BrickRow. My husband and I had to leave because of a job transfer to Louisiana. We are moving back and once again wanting to live at BrickRow! Absolutely ZERO complaints.

    The staff is so helpful and friendly. Eddie has been there every step of the way and we can’t thank him enough. The move in process was easy. Everything was done online and in my own time.
